A judge who decides what information the public are told via the newspaper about a much-maligned young man, who was probably a patsy?

Broward County hasn’t yet completely destroyed the life of Nikolas Cruz, the boy blamed for the shootings at the Parkland High School but they’re putting in a lot of effort pre-trial. A Judge Is Trying to Censor Parkland School’s Treatment of Nikolas Cruz: Here Are the Documents

(ANTIMEDIA) — A Florida judge recently proclaimed her right to decide what a newspaper publishes amid the South Florida Sun-Sentinel’s decision to publish a redacted report on Nikolas Cruz, the perpetrator of the Parkland school shooting in February.

The outlet obtained a redacted version of the report documents from the school district detailing what school officials knew about him in the years leading up to the attack.  The report, however, was mostly redacted pursuant to a court order, but reporters discovered that by copying and pasting it into a different document, they could see the entirety of its contents. It decided to publish in a move Broward County circuit judge Judge Elizabeth Scherer called “shameful.”

According to the Sun Sentinel, the report revealed:

“– School officials didn’t properly advise Cruz of his legal options when he was faced with removal from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School his junior year, leading him to give up special education services.

“– When Cruz failed to file the required written rejection of special education services, school officials nudged him, writing it up for him to sign.

“– The district ‘did not follow through’ on Cruz’s subsequent request to return to the therapeutic environment of Cross Creek School for special education students.”

The district initially filed a request for the court to hold the Sentinel in contempt only to later walk it back, claiming they only wanted to inform the court of what happened.

Scherer said her disapproval of the paper’s decision to publish the report in full was rooted in Cruz’ chance of receiving a fair trial and said she was considering holding the Sentinel in contempt of court. “If you have in fact created some type of jeopardy to the fair trial of Mr. Cruz then that’s something that the Sun Sentinel will have to live with whether that matters to you I don’t know. As far as the motion to invoke contempt proceedings, I’m going to take the matter under advisement,” she said.

“From now on if I have to specifically write word for word exactly what you are and are not permitted to print – and I have to take the papers myself and redact them with a Sharpie … then I’ll do that,” she also said.

The paper stands by their decision and has the support of a coalition of 30 journalistic organizations, including the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, the Society of Professional Journalists, the New York Times, and CBS Broadcasting.

Julie Anderson, the paper’s editor-in-chief, said:

“The Sun Sentinel obtained this report lawfully, found its contents to be of great public interest, and did its duty. As the Reporters Committee for the Freedom of the Press noted, ‘The U.S. Supreme Court has consistently held that the press cannot be punished for publishing or broadcasting truthful information of public concern that the press obtained legally.’”

Further, they cited Philip Seib, a professor of journalism at the University of Southern California and an expert on journalistic ethics, who placed the blame on the government. “It sounds to me like the people who were in contempt were those in the government agency who allowed it to be disseminated in a way that any school child could have decoded,” he said.

For now, Scherer has stopped short of ruling the Sun Sentinel acted in contempt of court. This is not the first time news organizations have run up against the government while covering the mass shooting. Earlier this year, a group of news outlets, including the Sun Sentinel, sued to demand the release of security footage from outside Parkland high school. That video was supposed to be released in July but was delayed after an appeals court ruling.

Seriously, passing a bill under the guise of preventing obesity and hence cancer? Yet they pushed for mandatory vaccinations—so it’s okay to kill children with one tool if you pass a bill to protect them from something else? What about the antibiotics, herbicides, Roundup/glyphosate and GMOs from the cattle that produce the milk they want the restaurants to offer?

The bill says, “punishable by fines“.  Do Californians like that kind of wording? This is outrageous. Will they roll over and go back to sleep or do they like paying fines? They can send spies in to any restaurant to “spot check” whether the legislation is being adhered to and issue fines.

The New World Order always finds a way to make their plan sound appealing and like it’s for our own good. People are giving up their freedoms hand over fist when they do nothing to remove policy-makers passing these laws or statutes but of course the American Cancer Society is all in on this one and they know best, right? What’s REALLY behind this?

As always, after an initiative like THIS one passes, what’s NEXT? It’s always an incremental step to something bigger and more ominous. The totalitarian tip-toe… and into the toilet she goes. California is SO close now.

California Wants to Force Restaurants to Only Offer Kids Milk or Water With Meals

(ANTIMEDIA) Sacramento, CA —The California state legislature passed a bill this week requiring restaurants to make the default drinks for kids’ menus either water or milk.

According to the text of S.B. 1192:

“This bill would require a restaurant, as defined, that sells a children’s meal that includes a beverage, to make the default beverage water, sparkling water, or flavored water, as specified, or unflavored milk or a nondairy milk alternative, as specified. The bill would not prohibit a restaurant’s ability to sell, or a customer’s ability to purchase, an alternative beverage if the purchaser requests one.”

The bill does not prohibit restaurants from selling other drinks to children, but it forces them to offer water or milk first. The penalties are as follows:

“The bill would make a violation of its provisions an infraction, but would make the first violation subject to a notice of violation. Under the bill, the 2nd and 3rd violations would be punishable by fines of not more than $250 and $500, respectively. By imposing additional duties on local enforcement agencies and by creating a new crime, the bill would impose a state-mandated local program.”

Lawmakers say the new law is intended to help combat childhood obesity in the state, but not all parents are convinced. “It’s a good idea, but ultimately it’s up to the parents,” one California mother told CBS News.

“Cancer is fought in the halls of government, not just in the halls of the hospital,” said Stephanie Winn of the American Cancer Society, which supports the bill. “Some of these kids are drinking up to three sodas a day. This is setting them up for tremendous cancer risks down the road. Because now we know that 20 percent of all cancers are tied to being overweight,” she said.Some lawmakers objected. “Seriously, like, what’s next?” asked Assemblyman Matthew Harper, R-Huntington Beach. “Are we going to insist that you have to have kale in your salad unless you specifically ask otherwise?”

Nevertheless, the bill, which was introduced in the Senate by majority leader Sen. Bill Monning, was just passed by the Assembly. It will return to the Senate for one more vote before it is sent to Governor Jerry Brown’s desk. The bill passed easily in both houses.

Here we go, folks. YouTube now deems themselves an authority on deciding who and what sources are fit to determine our reality.

They have decided Wikipedia—an open source for information proven to have disinformation and misinformation in its archives—is the place to send people when they land on a video YouTube decides is “conspiracy-based”.

The El-ites have spent years brainwashing people into believing Wikipedia, Snopes and other sources are the ultimate destination for Truth. Only critical thinkers understand they are nothing of the sort.

Now they will send their armies of minions to Wikipedia to shape public opinion, just as they do in the rest of their media monopoly.

We need to shut down YouTube, Google, Facebook, and any other platform that arbitrarily decides they have the right to censor or in any way manipulate or control the narrative on any topic under the sun. No one gave them that right—they simply took it.

Not Just Another Ingress

I think the best way to understand October 2015 is as a followup to Saturn’s re-entry into Sagittarius for the full transit. This ingress is one of those astrological events whose truly immense significance can easily be missed.

It’s true that October will be about coming to terms with the complexity and difficulty of the energies unleashed in September, among other things (http://on.fb.me/1FMYcNo). But the deeper astrological truth about October is that it will help us once again bring the gifts of Saturn to bear against injustice, inequality, exploitation and oppression. Saturn’s Sagittarius ingress will end a hazardous, decades long odyssey for Saturn and the world.

saturnSaturn and the Major Planetary Cycles

Astrologers who study the long term, pay special attention to the cycles of the outer planets: Saturn/Pluto, Uranus/Pluto, Neptune/Pluto cycles, etc., etc. In this post, I will be primarily concerned with recent Saturn cycles.

Such cycles begin with a conjunction and end when the two bodies return to conjunction decades later. In the first half of these cycles, beginning just after the initial conjunction, the planets move toward opposition. During this phase, until the point of opposition, the faster moving, separating planet, remains subordinated to the the slower moving planet.

Beginning in 1980, all of the outer planets, including Saturn, gathered in a fairly tight grouping in signs closely identified with the 1% – power signs. Consequently, all of their Saturn cycles began at roughly the same time.

As a result, during those years, Saturn was subordinated to Uranus. Uranus was subordinated to Neptune. Neptune was in turn subordinated to Pluto. The combined power of all the outer planets was subordinated to the power of Pluto. The power of the outer planets was woven into a single intense current of social, economic and political power under the sway of Pluto, a planet associated with the use of power for its own sake.

Pluto would be supreme. Saturn would remain in a deeply subordinate, weakened position in relation to the other outer planets for the better part of the next 30 years. While Saturn was so subordinated, the world, freed from the discipline of careful thought and hard work, would get progressively more out of control.

THE-1-PERCENT

Advantage the 1%

This alignment took place in the signs Libra thru Pisces – signs closely associated with society’s social, cultural, economic and political elites – the 1%. This new concentration of power was in addition to the considerable advantage the elite already had by virtue of their position in society.

Under the influence of this grand alignment, every conceivable effort was made to channel social, cultural economic and political power into the hands of the 1%.

A World Without Saturn

Saturn stands for sober and objective judgment. It tests our reasoning, our skills and our assets against reality. It imposes discipline and hard work. It engenders good conscience and strength of character.

Saturn is blind to privilege. Its reason is unfailingly rigorous. Its commitment to the truth is unimpeachable. Its sword cuts both ways.

With Saturn subordinated to Pluto, et. al., little if any defense remained against the accumulation and inevitable abuse of power by the overly empowered 1%.

With Saturn’s influence so seriously impaired, rules were bent and broken with relative impunity. Science and sound reasoning took a back seat to demagoguery. The truth gave way to outright lies. The public conscience was muted. Nothing was out of bounds if it increased the concentration of wealth and power in the hands of the 1%.

The grand alignment has been breaking up slowly for some years, now, and it will continue to break up in slow stages over the coming decades.

angelic super heroOne of the things we can look forward to in the near term, though, is the return of Saturn’s power. Saturn will dramatically re-empower those among us who fight for social, political and economic justice.

Saturn in Sagittarius, a Major Milestone

As explained above, during a Saturn cycle, Saturn will initially break free of the slower moving planet’s dominance at the halfway point, at the opposition. Saturn does not actually come into its own, however, until it squares the slower planet in the final quarter of the cycle, as it returns to conjunction.

Accordingly, Saturn reasserted some of its power when it squared Pluto from Libra in 2009-12. Saturn will assert significantly more of its power as it squares Neptune from Sagittarius.

sagittarius full moonIn fact, Saturn in Sagittarius is forming a T-Square with Jupiter in Virgo and Neptune in Pisces. The intense, prolonged friction from this T-Square will affect all of the mutable signs – the signs that govern the creation, maintenance and dissemination of thought.

In so doing, the T-Square will burn off the grit of lies that has frozen the gears of reason. It will dispel the fogs that blind people to the truth and to their own best interests.

Saturn’s Sagittarius ingress will, in effect, empower those who speak truth to power. It will awaken reason and conscience from their long slumber.

For the first time in many decades, the 99% will have the tools to block further abuses by the 1% and roll back previous abuses. They will have the resources to find genuine, truthful answers to the countless questions enveloping us.

Imposing Truth on Power

One of the most insidious effects of the great alignment of the last thirty-some years was the creation of a worldview enshrining the ideas and false principles that supported the supremacy of the 1%. This great body of lies flourished and grew for decades in Saturn’s absence. A great density of lies shielded the 1% against the truth and the consequences of their actions.

through the veilOn of the most important and empowering effects of Saturn’s ingress will be to destroy this false worldview, suppress the demagoguery it engenders and answer the lies that breed oppression and exploitation. The ingenious lies that used to set the ignorant marching will fall flat.

Truth will begin to matter again. It will become progressively easier to convince each other and ourselves to do the right thing for the right reason. Blessed once again with conscience and the power of individual thought, people will break free of the oppressive system we have created since the 1980s.

So think good thoughts about Saturn, and spare a generous thought for the Sagittarians who actually have to deal with Saturn in their Sun sign. 😉

This writer, like myself, has done fairly exhaustive research that allows her to report what she sees…and that’s WAY more truthful than the CBS Evening News (or any other MSM for that matter). Now that Gordon Duff at Veterans Today has come forward to GUARANTEE we morons that Jade Helm is a psyop, it opens the channels for other interesting possibilities.

Before I move on, however, I want to comment on the Duff/VT delivery on the Jade Helm “hoax”, as they call it. I saw RED when I glanced over them.

I’m not even going to link to the articles because they’re trash talk; arrogant lectures on how Truthers are just spreading fear-mongering. We shared the documents themselves, and were left to speculate about how it could all be interpreted in light of what we see happening all around us that NO ONE has told us the truth about.

How dare you deliver a holier-than-thou chastisement for casting aspersions on the golden boys of the US military for our belief that SOME of them would actually take unconstitutional action against their fellow Americans?

Such arrogance. Have we forgotten what those golden boys did in New Orleans after the cabal pulled off Hurricane Katrina? Have we forgotten that they went door to door executing their benevolent “wellness checks”, shoving old ladies onto the floor and confiscating guns????!!!!

Well, I haven’t, so spare me the offended airs because you military chaps are not all trustworthy, constitutional or ethical. You don’t all think for yourselves and you’re not all about “service to others”. Forgive us for NOT putting you on the pedestals you seem to think you deserve.

Let’s also remember the rampant rape and sexual assaults that are perpetrated in the American (and other military) that have been covered up for years—the perps getting off Scott free, taking their promotions and moving on to violate someone else while the victims are ridiculed, humiliated, and demoralized.

Finally, Gordon Duff et al should practice what they preach, because some VETERANS are taking the Jade Helm potential threat very seriously and moving to stop it. And many vets and retired military comprise the militias—who are on high alert and are ready to deploy to protect the citizens of America and their Republic should the need arise.

I guess they’re STOOOOPID too, for ever believing that JH15 could be anything other than what the positive/negative military say it is. We don’t even know any more who is who. Whose fault is that? We’re doing the best we can out here to protect ourselves and the sleeping ones from a tyrannical government who thinks nothing of mass murder and genocide.

Where’s YOUR respect, VT,  for those men who STILL honour their oath on the outside?

Save your snotty articles for an audience who swallows everything you print and never questions. Just because you bring us intel doesn’t mean you’re gods. You will get the respect you deserve, and while you only bring us the information you deem we are old enough to handle, YOU are complicit in manipulating the public.

You can’t tell us that JH15 is unequivocally a hoax, unless you KNOW otherwise. Therefore, you are withholding information WE, as inhabitants of this planet, have a right to know. Of COURSE your sources don’t see or hear anything untoward, because they know what’s going on!

And don’t give me that “need to know, matter of national security” shit. I think you owe a lot of people an apology. If you insult one, you insult us all.

Before I leave the JH15 topic, I wanted to share more on the Canadian mirror exercises, because it looks like they will factor into future events in a POSITIVE way.

Yes, the Canadian military has already begun their TWO training exercises; Maple Resolve, which we mentioned before, and Maple Caravan. They are basically the same type of training.

 

My brother shares his updates with my mother, and so do I, and sometimes I get new info from north of the 49th that isn’t as viral or sensationalized as other material in the lime light.

My brother feels the Canadian contingent of these exercises is definitely part of the cabal take-down. So that is confirmation of my belief. I’m hoping to get his sources, but we’ll probably come across  similar material when we search. Once he hears what I am sharing here, he may modify his view slightly.

Let’s face it: It’s crazy to think that all the military in North America are going to slaughter civilians, throw them into FEMA camps, and take all their guns.

It looks like there may be at least two major requirements for boots on the ground in the USA in the next few months. The removal of the cabal, for one, and another possibility.

ZetaTalk Comment 10/4/2014: The larger issue is the looming need to declare martial law in the near future after the announcement. The reaction in the public is an unknown. We have stated that the public will react with stunned inactivity, going through their daily routine in shock. The familiar routine comforts, and the average citizen lives paycheck to paycheck and does not have the capacity to take action. They will wait, and see what plans and policies are put into place by their governments. Martial Law will not be imposed automatically, but in stages.

Given that warning, what does operation Jade Helm taking place in late Summer 2015 and Obama’s recent Executive Order on cyber-security constituting a “national emergency” tell us? Is the US edging toward Martial Law? Per the Zetas, Obama is anticipating secession attempts among some states and disinformation via some media outlets for the benefit of some elite. The Zetas did not get specific.

Please be sure to use your own discernment with the above information. Channels do their best to bring what they get, but their own filters come into play, and  now the Sphere Alliance is here and I expect things will go much better than imagined even a few months ago.

The cabal/gov’t can’t tell us about the planet that has come so close to Earth that its magnetics shut down our power in multiple locations and has been doing that for years.  They tell us someone cut some underground cables north of Phoenix with a laser… some pretty wild stuff. WHY would they do that? Answer: they didn’t.

They throw all kinds of disinfo out there to keep us focused on what ISN’T happening.

The cabal has their underground strongholds and endless tunnels to hide in, so they don’t give a damn about the Humans. But will being underground not be a dangerous place when Gaia is shake, rattle and rollin’?  No wonder the cabal are scared. Not only can they not escape the planet without being shot down, their DUMBs and bunkers have nearly all been destroyed.

Just think, if there is only one… or maybe two bunkers left intact by the Galactics, where do the cabal HAVE to go? And what a great way to round them all up in one place, eh?  Brilliant.

Next: The power outages have been increasing, haven’t they? The earthquakes have been increasing in frequency and magnitude. The strange groaning noises in the Earth. The threat that if something happens in that New Madrid fault line that the center of the USA will drop and flood? California and the  East Coast, too. You probably saw that map below in the past 2 years or so.

And let’s not forget Canada’s huge coastlines that are not represented on this map. While Canada may stand on guard for the USA with respect to removing the cabal, they have their own shores to guard if the Earth changes flood both coasts as indicated on the map.

This is, I suspect, a map of the potential areas they believe COULD be affected when major poleshift/earth changes occur. They recently added additional states to the JH15 program. Does it fit? Yup! The Zetas say that Texas and Oklahoma are considered safe havens for refugees.

 

The government can’t tell us about Nibiru. Maybe they ARE spraying chemtrails so we can’t see what’s going on up there.

They can tell us what Jade Helm is NOT, but not what it really IS, because it is at least partially about having troops to keep the peace and aid in emergency situations that will no doubt arise should the Earth changes kick into high gear. I don’t imagine the Galactics can keep them in check forever.

And Cobra has told us that there will be no martial law, and that they now want to have disclosure BEFORE  The Event. But he ALSO told us that hundreds of thousands of people will die, but didn’t say how, why, or when. (BTW, I understand from a reader that Cobra’s newest interview in which he tells us JH15 is not a concern and if necessary the Event Horizon will be triggered early, will be posted today sometime, so I’ll share that as soon as I get it)

Several timetables appear to have been moved up recently, don’t they? Gaia’s needs have been put on hold for a very long time. When she’s ready to blow, she’s gonna blow, and we will have to be ready to do whatever is necessary to pull together and look after one another.

Several channelers have told us that we will need to be “pulled”, and go to the ships. There was a lot of negative feedback and people warning us that we should never agree to go on any Galactic ships, blah, blah, blah. Whatever. I can’t wait! If some of us have to go, cool! Where I live is on the edge of the Valley of the Sun where I imagine the flooding potential would be focused in Arizona, so perhaps I shall be venturing skyward. Beam me up, Scottie!

Recently Corey/GoodETxSG has come forward—even though he is, by his own admission an introvert and said he would never come forward publicly, but was convinced to do so (and doing a simply marvelous job!).

WHY did Corey suddenly change his mind? He brought us fresh new info about the Blue Avians and the Sphere Alliance and David Wilcock has confirmed it, Cobra confirmed it, and now Tolec is introducing us to these benevolent beings as well. Then there was the 10 days that Putin disappeared and I really did feel he’d been with the Galactics and Corey confirmed that, but what was SO IMPORTANT that had to be discussed for that long, and why were the press advised to stick around because there might be a press conference that weekend? Putin must have had some inkling that it was potentially HUGE, but they have chosen NOT to tell the people of Earth anything now.

We might ask why are the many citizens of Earth being called into these meetings on ships these days? (nights) And there was the very successful disclosure event in Canada in April that just concluded and the tireless work Hon. Paul Hellyer has been doing around the exposure of the ET coverup and Stephen Bassett’s Citizen Disclosure work.

It looks to me like there is a big push to draw the Galactics ever closer, to educate us about them, make us feel comfortable about their presence, to expose more  humans to them, and step up the narrative to involve the extraterrestrials in a more open and matter-of-fact way.

Could that be because soon we will have no choice, unless we want to perish, but to let them transport us to safety? Will they give us technologies to help us deal with the emergency situations—to purify water, replicators for food, etc.?

Then there were those emergency alerts recently on some TV stations that freaked out a few people and obviously didn’t work properly but seemed like they must have been tested. That was confirmed by the Zetas.

The cabal can’t tell us this because they don’t want us to know all the lies and coverups about who we are, the ETs, everything. Same old thing—but the government knows about this stuff and they’re waiting for SOMETHING before they tell us little peons. Are they waiting for the full JH15 deployment to keep the peace before they drop the bomb?

The military won’t tell us why troops and vehicles and emergency procedures are being implemented. They’re trying to do it under the guise of training exercises and they started EARLY, because they need to do it gradually, but meet the possible deadlines geologists and ET scientists may have provided.

Just imagine if the poleshift occurs and/or Gaia goes into labour, the Earth’s crust begins to tremble, shift, sink, rise, water is displaced, flooding occurs, you can use your own imagination.

An emergency alert comes over all the TVs in America and Canada—and perhaps many other areas of the planet—and Mr. Obama his self comes on and says everyone in specific areas has to evacuate their homes, leave all their “stuff” and go to _________ by ____ and to do what the soldiers and LEOs tell them.

And what if the docile masses really DON’T heed the instructions, refuse to leave their homes (that happens in a lot of disasters) and keep lollygagging so long that they perish? Then that will be their soul’s choice.

And now, perhaps the issue of the American/Mexican open borders and refugees comes into play. What do you think? Maybe they will need a place to go, too?

Top this off with all sorts of space craft in our skies…

Can you imagine if the Earth changes, the mass arrests and disclosure all happened at once—or even within a few weeks of each other—the pandemonium?

Like I said, this is all musings from my little mind which is whirring away at a million miles an hour now and I could be totally out to lunch here.  Whaddya think?

I think it’s criminal that the military and the government are going to let people imagine the worst about Jade Helm when it will actually be about helping them. That’s a dirty trick—and it IS intentional misleading of the public because they know we awakened ones are on high alert in every second of every day as to what the cabal will try to do next.

We have a right to know what’s happening on this planet, damn it. We’re sick of being treated like children and manipulated by our handlers, aren’t we? To engage in what may be IMMINENT disaster preparedness exercises and not tell the public is just plain wrong.

TELL US THE GODDAM TRUTH for once.

Here’s a comprehensive and fascinating update from the perspective of the Andromedans and their spokesman, Tolec.  Much appreciated, Tolec. This is exactly what the awakened community—particularly the RECENTLY awakened community—needs to hear.

I think this further underscores the fact that we must soldier on in our efforts to awaken people to the point that they will recognize there is a problem, and that we must take whatever steps we are personally able to move this awakening forward, and stop the oppressors.

Whether that involves getting someone to sign a petition or volunteer to be trained as a member of the Common Law Grand Jury, or call their senator—we needn’t burden the sleeping ones with the entire sordid and difficult-to-believe story to get them to take action in one area where they feel guided to go.

Unloading on them will only work against us—and them—but once they get started they may learn more from others which will lead them down their path of awakening to other aspects of the planetary situation. I don’t believe everyone is a lost cause in this regard. Those who choose to remain in dreamland will do so.

While our galactic brethren are NOT going to step in and fix everything for us, they have done much already as Tolec recaps here, that we are technologically incapable of tackling which paves the way for us to do what we can. The Star Nations are here to help us help ourselves.  ~ BP

With great conscience – I concur regarding David Wilcock’s dream interpretations & assessment of these current times, as well as acknowledgement of some of what Preston James & Gordon Duff are saying. It is with great personal experience & insight into the ‘inner workings’ of the global financial ‘world’, and very recent meetings I’ve had on the Andromeda Council primary biosphere, I can tell you that change is happening, more changes are coming… and benevolent ET assistance, on the part of many people who hold a variety of roles including within the security & defense structure of the Andromeda Council… continues to happen.

Ridding the Earth of some really bad human ‘lieutenants’ at the top of the power structure [of a Reptilian ruled & operated “Cabal”] is a top priority. It is also part of the higher frequency decision making & evolvement of Earth’s people. For why this information is all relevant, please see the web link – “The Hard Reality & A Difficult Truth”… especially the part of this white paper titled – “The complete infiltration, infestation, corruption & control of our global society” – to learn about the global Reptilian infestation, manipulation, power control and abuse of the people of this planet.

Because of my own professional work in the 2000’s, I learned first hand about the kind of gross misconduct, lies, fraud, deceit, outright manipulation & theft of clients’ money by top global banking institutions [where Reptilian dominance of money, power & greed has had what is likely the worst effect among all top global industries] that has existed at the top levels of the global banking industry for years. You’ve likely read about this kind of malevolent behavior verified over the past couple of years, including very recently, on the part of the top global banks with them incurring hundreds of millions & billions of dollars in fines due to their extensive, pervasive, corrupt business practices… practices that are mostly hidden in multiple layers of bureaucracy, foolhardy massive leveraging, highly complex trading algorithms, programs & schemes, “dark pools”, toxic securities… and the list goes on. And, because of my personal career exposure to this corrupt mess, and my own ‘high level’ contacts… I have some considerable amount of insight into what is happening right now.

With the coordinated efforts of some aligned, very smart people in developing countries… people who want to help their own people & change the way things are done around the planet… people who are in positions of power around the globe who also recognize the need for change at the top of the power structure of the financial world; because of these people & their commitment – these changes are happening at a incredible pace… faster than can be imagined in the past… as evidenced by the recent founding of the BRICS Development Bank, now formally named the: “New Development Bank”. This new bank is an alternative to the World Bank / IMF / BIS ‘system’ whose obstructionist policies & protocols have dominated international banking for years… giving the U.S dollar a preeminent role, a hegemony, in monopolizing global money supply, oil & natural gas transactions… creating interest [profit] for & lining the pockets of people at the very top of the global power structure… when money could have & should have been used to help people in developing countries where money is so desperately needed for infrastructure development [ie. new electric/power sources & grids, clean alternative fuels, clean water, sanitation, roads, housing, schools, etc.]

It is believed that the organization of this alternative development bank is in fact a step forward in creating far greater balance in global finance… in saying ‘no more’ to the corrupt ‘powers that be/were’… who have so dominated global banking for years… where they actually restricted & retarded the growth of the very people they are supposed to serve. The creation of this development bank is just one more step marking the decline of the power of… the Cabal… who was not able to stop the establishment of this new bank… an alternative to the corrupt World Bank / IMF / BIS system.

As David Wilcock said, “…I do believe some form of divine intervention is required to actually clean up this mess due to how entrenched the power structure truly is. …The Cabal banked for a long time (literally and figuratively) on the idea that ETs will only watch what happens but are forbidden to intervene. That may have been true in the past, but the rules changed as of late 2011 when the ETs started portaling out a total of 28 underground facilities that we know of.”

David also said, “…So according to [Preston] James and [Gordon] Duffs’ [of Veteran’s Today] sources, the ETs have given the Cabal a final ultimatum. On the physical level I believe the creation of the BRICS bank not only creates an alternative infrastructure if the Cabal tries to torch the financial system — it also creates consent, on a spiritual level, for the ETs to intervene much more.”

“The ETs need our free-will permission to act. Until we were brave enough as a planet to step up and fight, and do something as tangible as to create this alternative financial infrastructure, the ETs couldn’t intervene as strongly as they can now that we’ve done the work. …It may still be some time before we understand the degree to which our extended family has assisted us through this whole process.”

Based on my own prior, very detailed reports beginning in the late summer of 2011 –

I first reported the destruction of a lattice networked underground base in the greater Washington D.C area [recorded as an earthquake on August 23, 2011] where the people of the Procyon star system, a senior member of the Andromeda Council, used highly focused, low frequency, sonic compression wave technology to collapse and destroy this underground base networked facility.

Further, I also reported in great detail direct efforts by the people of the Andromeda Council [each time, days ahead of when each action took place] to clear out, shutter, seal &/or destroy, at minimum fifteen (15) major facilities, large scale, Draco & Hydra Reptilian undersea bases. There were other minor ones included in these 15 that were shut down as well. As a result – specifically with the last base that was destroyed, tens of thousands of Draco soldiers, and over 2,000 high ranking military officers & officials were captured & sent off planet to face an intergalactic Criminal Tribunal on the primary Andromeda Council biosphere for crimes against humanity of Earth… crimes for which they were found guilty, and punished.

So has there already been on-going benevolent ET ‘intervention’… directly addressing the problem at the very top of the “Cabal” hierarchy. But those actions were specifically directed at the Reptilian’s communications, operations & infrastructure… undersea bases with a military hierarchy & high level officials. Not human, Reptilian. And the good news is – it had the net effect of ‘cutting off of the head of the snake’… which created a power vacuum, loss of leadership and extensive in-fighting. This was the beginning of the Cabal’s collapse.

These actions on the part of the people of the Andromeda Council were allowable because it was a direct effort to remove an alien species [Reptilian] – its intrusion, interference, manipulation, control & abuse of the human race on planet Earth… which is a clear violation of all universal spiritual laws. The Reptilian actions are especially heinous because they have repeatedly, going back thousands of years, interfered with the natural evolution of humanity on this planet.

The remaining problem now is with certain ‘lieutenants’ for the Reptilians – Humans, and/or human/reptilian hybrids who for all purposes look human, who have globally held positions of great power in all major sectors of our society, especially in finance, government & media… for years… likely hundreds &/or thousands of years.

However, now in 2014, things are changing. Finally. Brave humans, employing their own free will, have decided that the long standing corruption of the Cabal run global banking system & the infrastructure that has supported it, needs change, an alternative, as evidenced by the establishment of this new development bank.

Yes, David Wilcock is correct in his assessment & dream interpretations. And, it is likely we will need continued help [intervention] from a benevolent, higher, “divine power”… to rid ourselves, to clean our global society, from years of an entrenched, malevolent power structure.

Even so, much is still yet to be accomplished. We as a society must continue to push forward. We must do more. We must take added responsibility, initiative & actions to reclaim our freedom, our lives & our planet… for our people, our children & our future. We must do these things if we are to evolve in a healthy balanced manner in all areas of our lives. And we must do these things… so that we may from a perspective of maturity & responsibly… be able to join a greater, intergalactic community of brothers & sisters across the cosmos. Ultimately, it is up to us. It is our choice, each & every one of us. What will you do?

So, for now, please pay close attention to many other aspects of our global society… as major changes continue to happen across our world, our home planet. Earth.
