Weekends are about demonstrations and protests. Strong evidence Paradise was burned on purpose has surfaced
That evidence comes in the form of required state permission before people can return to their property. Citing “safety concerns” and that the fire “created a cancer hazard”, no one will be allowed to return to their property until the state approves. I KID YOU NOT. This ridiculous ruling stands as evidence that they wanted the city of Paradise, which was a conservative stronghold, wiped out – never to return. All they have to do to kill the city is to go slow with clearing properties and people will be forced to settle elsewhere. Once that happens, the city will be dead.

“Dr. Andy Miller, Butte County Health Officer, has issued a hazard advisory strongly suggesting no habitation of destroyed property until property is declared clear of hazardous waste and structural ash and debris by Butte County Environmental Health. There is evidence from recent fires in California that homes and property destroyed by fire contain high and concerning levels of heavy metals, lead, mercury, dioxin, arsenic, and other carcinogens. Some property may have the presence of radio-active materials. Exposure to hazardous substances may lead to acute and chronic health effects, and may cause long-term public health and environmental impacts.
As areas affected by the fire with destroyed homes and property are opened to residents, residents will have limited access to visit property to collect recognizable belongings and mementos that may have survived the fire. Residents should review the Health and Safety Precaution for Re-entry packet, which will be distributed at controlled re-entry checkpoints.
The County is working with State and Federal partners who will assess each property for hazardous waste and remove those materials from each property. This process will take time. There is no estimate as to how long it will take to assess and remove hazardous materials from each property at this time. After the property has been cleared of hazardous waste, the property owner can sign-up for a State debris removal program at no cost to the property owner.
My response: The only source of radioactive material possible from a house fire is a burned smoke detector. The hazard from that is so small that it pegs this ruling as a total hoax specifically intended to stall people’s return for so long they give up, move on, and allow the city to die. The county has stated it will “take time” and that’s exactly what it takes to kill a city. I’d bet there will be absolutely no one from the county on site checking anything at all for months because the objective is perfectly obvious.

As such, our ideas will naturally change and evolve as we get exposed to new information. So please – consider this the logical, and natural progression in my understanding.

Drop 299 was the first mention of P, and as far as I can tell, and what Q establishes here is a hierarchy – most notably Q’s pyramid.
We all know that a pyramid has three sides, and these three sides were Soros, the House of Saud, and the Rothschilds…
But honestly – what bugged me at the time was that this wasn’t really a complete pyramid.

Moving on, P makes his next appearance in drop 714:

Fritz Springmeier may hold the answer for us, but before we dive in, some background on Springmeier:
Springmeier is basically the grand-daddy of the “Conspiracy” world. You want to talk about the Rothschilds, or the Illuminati, or MKUltra? Congratulations; you’re in Springmeier territory. He’s been doing this stuff for a long time, and as such, he’s been marginalized about as much as you’d expect (labeled a “white separatist” and an “ultra right-wing extremist” at various times) for someone spreading the kind of message he’s been spreading, even serving a stint in federal prison for “armed robbery” – a crime he claimed he was innocent of.
If you want a crash-course in Springmeier, start here. (You can watch at double speed, so it’s only about an hour-fifteen, instead of two-and-a-half hours). If you watch this whole thing, you’ll come to a muuuuch greater level of understanding about many of the concepts Q talks about. I’m serious. This video talks about everything, from what I think is the Keystone, to the “Thousand Points of Light,” to D.I.D. and everything in between. Take it in chunks if you have to. I find his comments on Gnostic cults and “hidden knowledge” especially interesting, considering #QAnon’s recent post (#1870) where he said:

But who are the Payseurs and how do they fit into this paradigm?
That answer is a bit complicated, and requires a bit of explanation.
Springmeier tells us that there are actually Thirteen Illuminati Bloodlines. They are:

But the Merovingians consider themselves… special.
Why?
Because they say their bloodline contains the blood of Christ (or that of the House of David – depending on who you ask), and the seed of Satan – and they expect to produce the Anti-Christ from their line.

So essentially, the Merovingian line considers themselves the rulers of the Illuminati; above all the others.
The name itself has something of a mythic origin, following from Merovech – the fabled founder of the Frankish Dynasty. The Merovingians also believe themselves to be the ancestors of the ancient Egyptian Pharaohs.
At one point in time, Napoleon found himself fighting against the Merovingian line in a most unusual way:
And the Payseurs? They come from this Merovingian line.
See, the Payseurs were French royalty – descendants of Marie Antoinette, specifically – who had fled France in the face of violent revolution. In other words, the Payseur bloodline stems from the Merovingian Dynasty.
But the one thing that is clear is that this Merovingian line – from which spring the Payseurs – is the most dominant, and best hidden, of all the Illuminati bloodlines.
And once in America, they immediately set to work rebuilding their empire. This document lists a number of Payseur assets – and as you will see, they used a number of shell companies to obfuscate their ownership and controlling interest from the public eye:
And remember – that’s only a THIRD of their holdings at the time. And they didn’t stop there. This isn’t some static thing. Oh sure, some really large ones are still around – Exxon, Heinz, Quaker Oats, etc. But many of the companies, grew, changed shape, and evolved over the years:
David Icke, in his book The Biggest Secret provides some intel on how various Payseur holdings have shifted shape over the years:
In 1872, a Payseur company, the Charleston, Cincinnati and Chicago Railroad, established a telegraph company called Western Union. It formed a subsidiary called AT and T in 1875 and today it is one of America’s biggest telephone and communication companies.
The Charleston, Cincinnati and Chicago Railroad company is the parent company for the Federal Reserve, the privately owned ‘central bank’ of the United States. The Payseur empire became heavily involved in banking. Their Bank of Lancaster became the North Carolina Bank and then Nationsbank. The biggest bank in Texas, Interfirst, of which George Bush is a director, merged in 1987 with Republic Bank to form First Republic. This was later absorbed by Nationsbank which then merged with the Bank of America.
These two launder CIA drug money and that’s appropriate because the forerunner to the CIA, the OSS or Office of Strategic Services, was created from the Payseurs’ own security network which was formed by the Selma, Rome and Dalton Railroad to protect the Military Railroad System. It’s all wheels within wheels, family within family, and Americans have not a clue who really runs their lives and their country…The Payseur family have now lost control of their empire, but the same reptilian tribe are still at the helm.

Springmeier gives us some background on their rationale for doing what they did:

Essentially, all the big banking families in America were trustees of Payseur.
A congressional subcommittee, called “The Pujo Committee,” was formed at the behest of Representative Charles Lindburgh, Sr., to investigate whether or not a “money trust” existed in the United States. Remember, this was before the creation of the Federal Reserve, so the powers-that-be were largely operating outside the public’s purview – just not in an “official” capacity.
Representative Arsene Pujo put together a team that investigated the likes of Paul Warburg, Jacob H. Schiff, Felix M. Warburg, Frank E. Peabody, William Rockefeller, Benjamin Strong, Jr., and J.P. Morgan – and came to the conclusion that yes, there was a Money Trust in America.
For those who wish to understand the true nature of our current financial system, the Pujo Committee’s 1912-1913 investigation of the “Money Trust” is essential reading. The Committee identified a concentrated group of Wall Street bankers who operated a sophisticated financial network unified by 341 interlocking directorships held in 112 corporations valued at more than $22 billion in resources and capitalization exerting significant control and influence over the U.S. economy and monetary system. The companies and individuals comprising this network were primarily agents of the Morgan and Rockefeller banking empires which dominated U.S. finance following the “Industrial Revolution”. The Committee names a number of prominent banking institutions as participating in this system including J.P. Morgan & Co., First National Bank of New York, Kuhn Loeb & Co. and individuals such as Paul Warburg, Jacob H. Schiff, Felix M. Warburg, Frank E. Peabody, William Rockefeller and Benjamin Strong, Jr. Understanding this system of overlapping financial networks and how those networks were used to dominate utilities, railroads, banking and the U.S. financial infrastructure throughout much of the twentieth century is key to the proper analysis of our current economic situation and the influence that the “Money Power” wields over global politics.
And yet somehow, despite this report, despite this being perhaps the biggest trust-busting era in American History, “public” support for the bankers only grew, and in 1913, the succeeded in passing the Federal Reserve act, and creating the income tax.
Hmmm… could it be because these same bankers owned both the papers and the politicians at the time?

And the politicians? Well, just take a look:
Their political spokesman was Senator Nelson Aldrich, the grandfather of Nelson Rockefeller, the four times governor of New York and vice-president of the United States after Gerald Ford replaced Richard Nixon in the wake of Watergate in 1974.
Bloodlines are important to these people, remember.
Said Congressman Charles A. Lindbergh, Sr. at the time of the passing of the Federal Reserve act:
“This Act (the Federal Reserve Act, Dec. 23rd 1913) establishes the most gigantic trust on earth. When the President (Woodrow Wilson) signs the Bill, the invisible government of the Monetary Power will be legalised… The worst legislative crime of the ages is perpetrated by this banking and currency Bill.”
And this was all done at the behest of the Payseurs.
Heck, even Biltmore – that estate that we (thought was) built by the Vanderbilts yesterday:

But that was not where their plans ended.
The ultimate goal of these Bloodlines was always one-world-government (which is why they hate nationalism), and this goal can only be accomplished by subverting and weakening powerful states (through war, disease, pestilence, drought, etc). They tried it with the Civil War, and they tried it again with the “16 Year Plan” which we’ve talked about extensively in the past. So to keep their newly minted American slaves moving towards that goal of one-world-government, they continued to implement all sorts of councils and layers of control.
Take, the Council on Foreign Relations, for example:
Did you catch it? ALL of the members of the C.F.R. are the companies that are owned by the Payseur family.
If you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed and confused by all of this… well, yeah, that’s kind of the point of it all – to make sure these systems of control remain hidden from you, so you won’t oppose them:
Simply put, the Rothschild loan to the Holy See allowed the secret society known as the Priory of Sion to exert economic, and thus, de facto control over the Catholic Church.
Now there’s a lot of controversy surrounding the Priory (and I’m not going to get in to that today, just because this article is huge to begin with). Besides – the main takeaway is that there is a Rothschild-controlled group now controlling the Vatican. Whether that’s the Priory of Sion, or the Jesuits, or whoever – I’ll leave it up to you to decide (and I’m certainly going to be looking more heavily into the subject myself). But right now, I find the case for the Priory of Sion to be rather compelling:
But as you can see… they weren’t allowed to go anywhere. The Vatican was simply too valuable a captive to let escape.
And this is where I just about reach the limits of my current understanding. It’s clear that the Roths have had economic control over the Vatican for some time – but the Payseurs are still top dog here.
Why is that?
Is it because of the belief in the Merovingian bloodline being superior; thus, the Roths, no matter how big or powerful they get, are always consigned to a role that, while greater than the other 11 families, is still beneath the 13th?
Is it because the Payseurs somehow have MORE wealth and material power/access than the Roths?
Is it a combination of the two?
Because a few things are clear: The Roths and the [P] are two separate entities.
And [P] is the guardian of the Pope.
Which would imply that [P] has power over the Rothschilds.
The only group we’ve ever seen ever exercise any authority over the Rothschilds are the Payseurs.
I think the evidence is overwhelming now, for [P] equalling the Payseurs, but I’ll leave it up to you to decide.
One thing this Cabal has always relied on was the complacency (and disunity) of the people who might otherwise oppose them, and the overwhelming magnitude of their material wealth.

Trump pulled another fast one on the cabal? Oh, my goodness. If this is true—and it wouldn’t surprise me a bit—I’m speechless.
I was contemplating the “Omnibus” theatrics and couldn’t help thinking Trump probably pulled a fast one. Yes, it’s a whole shitload of theatrics—but it’s often for our benefit!

How could that happen? Regular Starship readers know, but for newbies just trying to wrap their head around the excitement, the deep state is famous for drawing up massive bills, hundreds or thousands of pages long, knowing full well that few will have time or make the time to read it. That’s why Congress, the Senate, etc. get paid all those lovely salaries above and beyond what their actual paycheque is. Just approve it, they’re told. Or else.
So, they either hide all sorts of trickster antics deep inside the bill, or at the last minute they make amendments that no one has time to read and as a result, all kinds of legislation not for the benefit of the People is signed into being.
It is sounding, however, as though President Trump used their own tactics against them. I hope it’s true, because that would be another point scored by the “Trump Effect”. Their own tactics get mirrored right back in their faces.
Listen to some of the text Natasha gives us. It seems to involve costs for a “witness protection program”—which is absolutely necessary considering the Clinton body count and many recent “suicides” and disappearances.
What isn’t being discussed around the funding of the wall, however, is the news from Thomas Williams on Thursday on the Truth, Honor & Integrity Show that the Manna World Holding Trust contacted Trump and the agreement is, they will fund the wall. Or was I dreaming? More on the intel from Thomas in another post. I am so swamped with information I don’t know what to share first.
We really need to remember that nothing is what it seems.

It’s pretty bad when we have to have multiple channels/websites/blogs “in case” we get shut down, but that’s war for you.
