For some odd reason I have lost access to the control panel at Starship Earth and being that it’s Thanksgiving in Canada, I don’t expect Number One to be able to take a look at the comms today so I’ll continue on from our satellite ship in the interim with The Captain’s Blog.
Mike Adams feels it’s important to warn folks that full-blown martial law is a distinct possibility in the near future to enable the positive military to arrest the deep state operatives corrupting America. He wants to clarify what “martial law” is and allay our fears.
It would be a temporary measure only and not intended to inconvenience or endanger civilians. In fact, it would be designed to PROTECT us all while the nasty work is underway.
He urges people to prepare, and to expect the unhinged Leftists to go on the attack, particularly via Soros-funded riots in cities. This scenario is a real possibility and the paid protestors are much more than that and not averse to using violence.
This is one reason we need to stock up on food, water, meds, fuel, pet supplies, cash, and daily necessities. City dwellers in particular may want to shelter in place and avoid leaving their homes for a few days while the criminals are rounded up and any rioting eliminated.

For your safety and convenience, if you live in America you are advised to prepare right away if you have not already; supplies required for two weeks at most, we’re told.

We don’t know when the next step of this process may launch, but it could be any day now.
If you missed it, on August 31, the President declared September “National Preparedness Month”, and it wasn’t all about hurricanes and earthquakes. He cannot depend on the mainstream media to report accurately on what is happening in America currently so he did his best to alert people so they could prepare for anything.
Since the confirmation of Justice Kavanaugh we would be wise to avoid large gatherings of people for sporting events, shopping malls, government buildings, etc. Lay low as much as possible. The deep state is in self-preservation mode and may lash out in many ways while the President and his troops drain the swamp.

Nutrition is key for good health, and when you delve into the research and experiment, you see a truth that is the opposite of what we have been told.
They said we needed to have a diet of whole grains, and low fat. Wrong. Most of the grains are GMO, which is toxic, and most of us don’t process carbohydrates well and it turns to fat. We eat too much sugar, and the carbs turn to sugar in our bloodstream. Many people avoid the key fats necessary to nourish the brain and the body and slow the metabolizing of carbohydrates. As a result, we are fat and undernourished.
I was feeling a little sluggish and wanted to lose some weight so I bought a book written by a Canadian doctor Jason Fung, MD, called The Complete Guide to Fasting. His regimen is amazing. Fasting, of different kinds, detoxes and takes the weight off quickly if you cut out nearly all the carbs and eat fat for satiety, and meat for protein and fresh vegetables.
I wasn’t prepared for how effective eating this way is and I have permanently changed my habits to include more fasting—which I didn’t understand or believe I could do. Dr. Fung’s protocol has reversed Type 2 Diabetes and other issues in his patients—it’s that powerful.
Changing our eating can probably keep us disease-free if we have a reasonably clean, toxic-free lifestyle, but we have to do the opposite of what we have been trained to do by the allopathic medical community and the media.

President Trump, I believe, has decided to go to bat for America and utterly destroy the anti-American deep state crime ring that has been working for years to destroy this nation and end its national sovereignty. This will be Trump’s legacy. He may not even run for re-election after 2020, since his entire plan to arrest the traitors and restore the rule of law in America will require him to step aside once certain goals are accomplished (see detailed explanation below).

Catalonia police are treating this morning’s attack on a police station in Barcelona as a terrorist act. A knife-wielding man attempted to enter the site reportedly shouting “Allahu Akbar” and was shot by officers.
The police said the attacker tried to enter the Cornella police station “with the aim to attack” the officers shortly before 6am local time (4am GMT) on Monday. During a news conference later in the day, law enforcement clarified that the incident is being investigated as a “terrorist attack”.

(ZHE) — Responding to the now confirmed fact that it was a laser-guided MK 82 bomb made by Lockheed Martin that killed 40 children while they were riding inside a school bus in northern Yemen over a week ago, actor Jim Carrey has highlighted the crime in his latest art.
In a now viral tweet posted to his official account Friday afternoon, Carrey wrote, “40 innocent children killed on a bus in Yemen.”And added,“Our ally. Our missile. Our crime.”
Carrey referenced the US-Saudi coalition in Yemen responsible for dropping the 500-pound bomb on the bus as it made its way through a crowded market in Dahyan in Saada province on August 9th, which both the US State Department and the Saudis had defended as a“legitimate military operation”.
The cartoon art, signed by Carrey’s hand as the artist, depicts a bus full of terrified children during the moment a missile marked with the American flag and “USA” hurtles toward them. The tweet garnered over 30,000 retweets and more than 68,000 likes less than 24 hours after it was published.
Carrey’s tweet corresponded with CNN’s Friday afternoon story confirming that the bomb which killed the children was supplied by the US as part of a batch of Lockheed Martin produced munitions transferred under a prior US-government approved contract.
The information war rages on, and many Americans are completely oblivious.
