Nursing home mogul Philip Esformes sentenced to 20 years for $1.3 billion Medicaid fraud

Former Illinois and Florida nursing home mogul Philip Esformes wept and pleaded for mercy Thursday before being sentenced to 20 years in prison for what the U.S. Justice Department called the largest single health care bribery and kickback scheme in American history.

A separate hearing will be held in November to determine the amount of money and property Esformes may be required to forfeit.

Esformes, who once controlled a network of more than two dozen health care facilities that stretched from Chicago to Miami, garnered $1.3 billion Medicaid revenues by bribing medical professionals who referred patients to his Florida facilities then paid off government regulators as vulnerable residents were injured by their peers, prosecutors said.

He housed elderly patients alongside younger adults who suffered from mental illness and drug addiction — sometimes with fatal results. In Esformes’ Oceanside Extended Care Center in Miami Beach, “an elderly patient was attacked and beaten to death by a younger mental health patient who never should have been at (a nursing facility) in the first place,” prosecutors wrote in a pre-sentencing memo.

We had another “meteor” near Germany this week. That’s not far from the English Channel fireball reported recently. We don’t know if they’re actually meteors/fireballs, space debris, evidence of the space war and the promised Space Force—or all of the above.

Child Protective Services protects the system’s assets—not children. They are in the business of human trafficking and making money—like $800+/day on one child. The “social workers” make well over $100K/year. It’s quite the racket.

What this father tells us about his experiences with his daughter is astonishing. I think he said there would be a rally in Sacramento, CA on October 4th to bring awareness to this billion dollar business plan/criminality. Organized crime, pure and simple.

A fascinating new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin today noting the prescient coming clean of President Putin in his response to the “meddling” in the 2016 US Presidential Election confirming that it is “perfectly clear Ukrainian oligarchs gave money to Trump’s opponents”, states this entire sordid American affair took a much more ominous turn last week after everything that Special Counsel Robert Mueller tried to do against Trump “exploded like a bombshell” in an Austrian courtroom—a courtroom where the extradition of Ukrainian oligarch Dmytro Firtash to the US was put on hold after it was shockingly revealed that the Obama Regime Justice Department had fabricated the charges against him—charges Mueller deputy Andrew Weissmann offered to drop in their entirety if Firtash would lie under oath saying Trump was being financed by Russia—an illegal coup plot Firtash and his American attorneys outright told Weissmann they would in no way be a part of—and as this vast coup plot continues unraveling, putting numerous high-level American elites in grave danger of being charged with treason—now sees the United States Army moving quickly to protect President Trump in what is being described as an “emerging classified flight mission”—the full dimensions of which were displayed yesterday when at least 10 UH-60 Black Hawk heavily armed combat helicopters flooded the skies in and around Washington, D.C.—and whose obvious mission would be to evacuate Trump from the White House if his enemies launch an attack against him.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, MoFA intelligence analysts became concerned about what was occurring in the United States when the Ministry of Defense (MoD), on 4 February 2019, issued an alert bulletin stating that dozens of US Army heavily armed Black Hawk helicopters had suddenly descended upon Los Angeles to begin mock raids and evacuation of high-level targets—and upon the completion of this domestic war game exercise, then saw the US Army repositioning these combat helicopters, along with their pilots and elite commandos, to Joint Base Andrews located outside of Washington D.C. in Prince George’s County-Maryland—but whose true mission is secret enough to require a “Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility” (SCIF) to be built at Davison Army Airfield at Fort Belvoir- Virginia—20-miles from Washington D.C.—with SCIFs being the ultra-secure facilities that allow their occupants to handle classified material without concern for electronic eavesdropping or other interception.

As to why the US Army is preparing to protect President Trump, this report explains, is due to their fears of how Trump’s enemies will react once they fully comprehend that their coup plot against him has not only failed, US Attorney General William Barr is going to capture them all and prosecute them for their treasonous crimes—and as confirmed by Trump himself who vowed: “This should never happen to another president again”.

Ever seen one of those “deep fake” videos? Maybe now you can say you have. Check out this update below from Daniel Lee. I think we all know where Ruthie is. These people are pathetic in their attempts to deceive the American people.

Daniel also goes into detail on the continuation of the National Emergency status I shared a Tweet on yesterday, if you haven’t yet looked into that and its significance. This is one more example of the Patriots using the deep state’s weapons against them. May the snatching proceed!

He also has an important update on the pedophilia issue in Foster Care and the President’s remedy for that which comes into effect October 1, 2019. This is HUGE as we have revealed in our coverage about the illegal child snatching done by Child Protective Services, the courts, and law enforcement.

The video also goes into the story I learned of from Jim White on the Northwest Liberty News channel a month or so ago when an autistic boy was taken from his mother on false charges without his required medical equipment and she had no idea where they had taken him. The push seems to be on to educate the world about who has been running things in the past and the problem which needs to be assimilated and addressed.

America, in particular, must be apprised posthaste and have at least a rudimentary understanding that the upcoming arrests are warranted and NECESSARY to protect society from the predators who have hidden themselves in our midst.

We can’t have the stupefied masses off their heads when arrests or martial law, if enacted, are announced. If the public understands their safety and their children’s is threatened then perhaps they will be more accepting of the disruptions and in a position to ignore the screams of the traitorous lamestream media to oppose Trump, etc.

In fact, none will probably protest more loudly than the talking heads, since they are infiltrated at the highest levels with sexual deviants, as evidenced by the recent dismissals/resignations of Les Moonves and Don Hazen due to sexual allegations by multiple women—and that’s only the tip of the iceberg within the lamestream media. 

Patriotic Americans have been betrayed and are about to learn that their precious John McCain was most likely executed after a secret military tribunal, in part due to his role in Arizona’s human trafficking and pedophilia. He was one of many actors playing multiple roles. These people aren’t who we think they are and they protect each other. Who do you think the “elite” are? They’re in the “club”.

Despite mainstream coverage in Canada, Norway, and other nations, the public is still largely unaware that law enforcement have unearthed multiple child trafficking rings in the world wide web of predation, and that ain’t the half of it.

It’s about to get very ugly within church and state across the planet. The denial has to stop.

The world is about to learn about Khazarian mafia crimes horrific beyond imagination

The Khazarian mafia have been torturing, murdering, and cannibalizing children on a horrific scale, and the world is about to find out as military tribunals begin.  Some very disturbing images and testimony sent by the New York Police Department and the CIA show just how evil the Khazarian mafia really is.  These people are beyond truth and reconciliation and do not deserve even a quick death.

Let us start with FBI statistics on missing children in the U.S., so that skeptics can prevent the sheer evil of these deeds from shutting their minds.  In 2015, 442,032 juveniles went missing;  of these, 42,032 were not found.

By comparison, in the same year in Japan 17,971 children (the equivalent of 44,927 in the U.S. when adjusted for population difference) went missing, and close to 99% of these children were found.

The photographs below, sent by the CIA, are linked to CNN star and FRB Vanderbilt heir Anderson Cooper and may give a hint as to what happened to at least some of these children.

Now I begin the understand the look of sheer horror on the face of George Soros when I asked him a question at a press conference about the families that own the Federal Reserve Board (FRB).  He had probably seen some of this sort of stuff firsthand.

The prosecution of these criminals is set to finally start now that the U.S. military government backing President Donald Trump has secured a majority on the Supreme Court with the confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Pentagon sources say.  “Attorney General Jeff Sessions has already met with the real special prosecutor, U.S. Attorney John Huber in Utah, so that the 57,000 indictments may be unsealed,” the sources explain.

“The seating of Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court should unleash declassification of FISA and other documents as well as military tribunals,” the sources say.  Furthermore they add, “The Senate unanimously approved a resolution calling for declassification of 9/11 documents, so the stage is set to take down the Zionists and the deep state.”
