It’s promising to be an interesting summer. President Trump has promised serious fireworks for the 4th of July—INDEPENDENCE DAY—and all we can do is watch current events unfold as the secret societies take their last gasp… and we’re left wondering what will happen next.

Following is the June 16 update and also a recap about the military tribunals in Guantanamo Bay and other courts. In the June pre-trials they were processing the Saudis who orchestrated the American 9/11 event in Manhattan with the full knowledge of the American Government.

People who are open-minded, logical and critical thinkers, and love to research and solve “puzzles” locked onto QAnon and discovered their intuition was correct; something is desperately wrong and at a critical juncture. We must get involved in running our countries, and directing our government representatives. They are supposed to do what we tell them—not the other way around. Close scrutiny is our mandate now.

Legislation also needs to abandon “legalese” and use common language that everyone can understand. Transparency is mandatory and bills the size of an encyclopedia are completely superfluous. That is not what government is about, and they do not justify a paycheque.

In artificial sunlight can our bodies still produce Vitamin D and can plants undergo the photosynthesis required to thrive—and produce our food, metabolize CO2 and give us clean oxygen?

This story doesn’t get into the sun simulator aspect of our reality, but does reveal a lot of important information about the effects of sun exposure on the Human body—chiefly disease prevention—indicating that avoidance is an unwise strategy.

We can see that once again, the medical industry has been misinforming us. No wonder so many are sick. Sun exposure needs to be carefully managed; neither too much, nor too little. If we don’t have sun on bare skin for at least 20 minutes a day, we could experience problems. Sunlight is good; mentally, emotionally, and physically. As for fake sunlight, we don’t know.
