Dr. Mercola, an independent thinker, researcher, and holistic practitioner, brings us a reminder that we need sun exposure, and as a life-long sun worshipper, I couldn’t agree more. I know I feel better, sleep better, and am more relaxed in the summer when I’m out in the hot Arizona sun (and shade) every day for hours a day.
Oddly enough, the allopathic medical community in general tells us to stay out of the sun, to lather up with vast quantities of at least SPF15 sun screen, wear a hat, long sleeves, and sun glasses.
Now that we are aware our sun is failing and we have fake sunlight from simulators, we have to wonder how that will affect us, and all life on our planet. See the 1963 patent for the sun simulator, pictured above, which aimed to provide full spectrum radiation.
In artificial sunlight can our bodies still produce Vitamin D and can plants undergo the photosynthesis required to thrive—and produce our food, metabolize CO2 and give us clean oxygen?
This story doesn’t get into the sun simulator aspect of our reality, but does reveal a lot of important information about the effects of sun exposure on the Human body—chiefly disease prevention—indicating that avoidance is an unwise strategy.
We can see that once again, the medical industry has been misinforming us. No wonder so many are sick. Sun exposure needs to be carefully managed; neither too much, nor too little. If we don’t have sun on bare skin for at least 20 minutes a day, we could experience problems. Sunlight is good; mentally, emotionally, and physically. As for fake sunlight, we don’t know.

And since we’re on the topic of atmospheric phenomena, all you need do is look at the title of this video to see some extraordinary activity. This is what equipment is recording in at least this area of the States, but we’ve seen similar in other areas of the world. Our “electric universe” appears to be amped up.
50,000 lightning strikes in 48 hours?
In this fresh footage from Texas and the southern mid-west we see that it’s getting to the point you need hip waders. Many people had to be rescued and alligators are coming into town with the floodwaters. Yikes!
