Things Are VERY Different In 2019 ~ February 7, 2019


We’re only a week into February 2019, and it’s very clear that energetically things have changed considerably. Much more to come throughout this year so be flexible in all ways because quote unquote “reality” is in grand and glorious transmutation now more than ever before due to the current physical level Separation of Worlds. And if “reality” is in transmutation then we Volunteers and Earth certainly are too but in these latest NEW and very different ways.

I mentioned in a Comment recently that I’ve been perceiving for the past few months—like it’s being repeatedly transmitted—that we’re in the Separation of Worlds right now, not in the near or distant future but right here, right now. So far it doesn’t look like what many of us thought it might but who cares! What’s important is that it’s finally happening so let go of more expectations and just be present in it, and if and when needed steer from your HighHeart, not your head. Head is old lower and not remotely capable. You’ve now got to use your HighHeart ability to FEEL to consciously discern “reality”, people, places, events and situations etc. Don’t think in those old familiar small linear ways anymore, perceive now using your much larger and proper NEW tool which is your entire quantum being from your HighHeart center. Look at “reality”, any and all realities, from your NEW higher and larger focal point where you sense through nonlinear Higher Awareness feeling/sensing instead of lower linear thinking from your head. Everything has changed, again, and we’re all feeling it in different ways and this is “normal” for where we are now within this entire Ascension Process.

Some other phenomena I want to include here is how I’ve been clairvoyantly Seeing with my eyes open and when I blink, certain deep gemstone colors in beautiful kaleidoscope-like patterns…almost every time I go into my bathroom and get near the sinks, aka water in the plumbing. Weird I know, but. Back in December 2018, the decade long drought here in southern California was suddenly ended energetically I felt and it’s been raining and snowing off and on ever since. I’ve always loved the rain so this is wonderful to me. My physical body can more comfortably cope with the higher and higher frequency Photon Light and other super high frequency Light energies when there’s cooler temps and moisture in the air and ground. For the most part of the past twenty years it’s been abnormally hot, cloudless and there’s been next to no rain at all. It’s been constant baking in longer and longer periods of high heat and evolutionary NEW Light energies, so to finally feel this December 2018 shift was a blessing.  As a child I often used my precious annual birthday wish on, “Please, make it rain!”, that’s how much I’ve always loved the cleansing, calming and softening of physical reality that rainfall causes.

When I felt the energies change in December 2018 in a split-second from longstanding drought to a LOT of rain and snow here, I knew in that moment, exactly like I did when the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse happened and in a split-second the old Team Dark negativity done to and within the Moon was completely and permanently removed, that very big and important improvements have taken place. Longstanding things, energies, weather patterns, physical and energetic structures, lifestyles, belief systems, human consciousness, human biology, human DNA and so much more have been and rapidly continue being evolved in a seeming split-second now. And much more of this is coming due to the Separation of Worlds that’s happening now, in these ways we didn’t expect.

After Seeing deep pure gemstone colored ruby-red, emerald-green, sapphire-blue and other rich colors in stunning and different complex patterns every time I was near water in my bathroom and/or kitchen sink, I used my HighHeart Higher Awareness to figure out why I was experiencing this now. What I perceived is that another major set of old lower Earth world and Earth core organic and inorganic energy codes have seemingly, in a split-second, been removed and instantly replaced by much higher organic NEW Light codes. One aspect of this latest NEW change to the Earth’s core, Earth and our physical bodies is to the water. The beautiful gemstone colored different patterns I’ve been Seeing have taken place in and to the water on and in ascending NEW Earth, and if that’s happened/happening to Earth then it’s also happened/happening to the water in our bodies. The codes have been and continue to be evolved quickly now which means our DNA is as well. That alone is going to cause many of us to feel very differently, to See, perceive and experience many NEW-to-us sorts of ways including some NEW-to-us ascension symptoms or side effects.

Combine the Earth’s core change, the Moon being freed of all that old negativity, and the entire Water on Earth and in every human and human body and living thing on Earth all having been dramatically changed and evolved since December 2018, it’s increasingly easy to see how quickly the Separation of Worlds is actually happening.

I don’t need to say how utterly exhausted and in physical pain most of the time I am and I know most of you are reading this still are too. We’ve been at this physically, biologically for the past twenty years and I for one am all done dragging any and all density from the old lower Earth world, consciousness and reality along with me any further. It’s time to fully sever that old lower connection to the dense past, which the Separation of Worlds is doing right here, right now. I want to add that even though I’ve been in nearly constant physical pain since forever it seems, I’ve also been very consciously aware of the fact that many of my lifelong physical body issues have been steadily decreasing and some have, many years ago, completely disappeared. Great news but it usually gets overshadowed by all the ongoing Ascension Process aches and pains, but if you look carefully and honestly, you’ll discover that many if not all the physical genetic and karmic body issues you were born with and/or accumulated over your lifetime have been transmuted and removed.

Despite as great as it is outgrowing our genetic and karmic physical body stuff, most of us are in deep and constant body pains and it’s increasing due to these NEW higher frequency Light energies. Since December 2018, I’ve had a few NEW-to-me ascension related side effects such as stomach pains, nausea in a different way than I’m used to with the Ascension Process, ongoing changes to my physical eyes, greater pressures in my skeletal structure, spine, joints etc. Part of me knows that this is normal because of all that’s going on but… enough already fer gawd sake!

A NEW Landing With A Higher Set Of Stairs ~ March 9, 2018


I’ve often used the term Stair-steps to indicate the many energy phases and stages within the Ascension Process (AP) and Embodiment Processes (EP). I’ve also used the term Landings with this same symbolism to show those landmark points where the Forerunners of the Forerunners, the First Ascenders, the First Embodiers etc., reach another higher frequency point, turn an Ascension/Embodiment corner, and begin ascending up another NEW flight of Stair-steps within this ongoing process. This we’ve done again with our entry into 2018. We—and I’m talking specifically about the Forerunners of the Forerunners etc.—have reached a NEW much higher frequency Landing and have begun rising up, further Embodying up this NEW higher set of energy Stairs.

This Stair-steps and landings imagery and symbolism are easy mental and emotional visuals to help grasp this amazing and ongoing process. However, when another NEW Landing is reached by the Conscious Creators Forerunner Collective, from our perspectives the closest set of stairs and previous landing below us grows dark, dim and disappears from our view. The levels of Stair-steps and Landings further below that one are hardly within our awareness anymore, so life and reality-changing is each of these higher and higher frequency Landings with their NEW flight of energy Stairs.

The further and higher into the Embodiment Process I go, the harder some aspects of it are for me to write about because 1) it’s profoundly personal and 2) it’s amazingly difficult to put into linear words and 3) it’s not intellectual whatsoever but everything else! The Embodiment Process from the physical side is fairly archetypal in nature (what an asinine statement that was!) for the Forerunners of the Forerunners, First Ascenders, First Embodiers and yet it’s still a deeply personal and intimate process of integral RE-UNION with the higher and highest vast aspects of YOU into this physical expression of You living the AP and EP on Earth now. To accurately flesh-out in written form what living this ongoing EP is like and what it feels like, how it looks and sounds and so on is nearly impossible, plus most days one doesn’t even want to try to express it to anyone let alone write it down in linear form. But we try, when we can, and carry on at NEW higher expanded levels of being and awareness. Such is the nature of true Pathpaving.

Also, the further along the Embodiment Process I go, the less I care about all the complex details about it. The less that level matters to me at this point. It may again in the future but over the past few years, for me what holds the most personal satisfaction is living it, feeling it, Embodying it, being surprised and/or confused by it, being shocked by how much “it” hasn’t been anything like what I thought or expected “it” would be like whatsoever. At times this not knowing is unnerving and a real test of how stable and sturdy one’s HighHeart seat of being really is. At other times it’s just evolutionary business as usual and isn’t happening near fast enough for me. Separating from Source was exciting and traumatic, and RE-UNITING with Source is equally exciting and traumatic. The in-breath and the out-breath and all those many Stair-steps and Landing levels in-between them.

Another of many of the things we’re re-uniting (current unifying evolution of everything that was intentionally separated into Duality long ago) within and through ourselves is the heart and mind. This 2018 NEW Landing Embodiment Process level is forcing more Forerunners etc. to experience their EP via their HighHearts and not their minds or intellects. If you write about the AP and EP, then this is another reason why it’s gotten somewhat more difficult to verbalize in linear written form what living that taking place in multiple locations, dimensions, times and levels within your body, self and beyond is.

When I’m very quiet and still I can more easily maintain the larger and higher frequency expanse of Higher Awareness and perceive multiple sides, dimensions and levels of my EP, but what I’m perceiving is still very NEW to the Denise aspect. To other aspects of ME it’s old-hat but not so for incarnate Denise aspect. Some of you can relate to how familiar this 2018 new Landing level is, while simultaneously shocked and amazed by how strange yet methodical it is. It all depends on where one is observing the, their personal but multiple EP from in that Now Moment.

No matter how hard I try, I cannot remember January 2018. It’s just gone. So be it. February 2018 is totally opposite however and will take some more Inner Work on my part to clean up after. March 2018 is playing out for me sort of how February did; one intense inner change after another making them all feel like I’m ascending up these NEW Stair-steps extraordinarily fast in comparison to all previous levels. It’s timeless in one Now Moment perspective, then dragging on forever in some strange isolated and energetically sequestered space the next. Again, perspective and frequency as further RE-UNIFICATION unfolds within oneself, consciousness and physical body.

In much the same way the Sun both slowly pulses out and quickly flashes NEW higher frequency next-level Stair-steps EP energies, so too does this manifest in my physical body as EP side effects or symptoms. I’m aware of the solar energy pulses impacting and activating next-level Codes, DNA, Crystalline/Christ/Unity frequencies within Denise me and her physical body. There is no separation between what the Sun transmits or anything else and what instantly takes place within my body and myself and Selves. We are one massive interconnected unit existing in different dimensions simultaneously but All Working on the same things; evolution of Self and Selves to Consciously Create the NEW higher frequency platforms both physical and nonphysical for humanity to now evolve into.

Over the past few weeks I’ve repeatedly experienced something that feels to me like there’s suddenly not enough air in the room. I’ve experienced this many times since 1999, but never at this NEW higher Landing level. All the sudden there’s a sense I’m not getting enough oxygen and my lungs hurt momentarily while at the same time I’ll suddenly smell that old common AP scent of nonphysical burning incense smoke so intensely it almost chokes you. While all this is going on I’ll physically see and clairvoyantly See greatly increased nonphysical activity in my house. It’s like there are suddenly dozens of nonphysical beings and energies and who knows what all moving around inside my house.

After I went through this one yet again, but at this much higher 2018 Landing level of Embodiment, I realized that what seemed to me to be multiple different energy events and psychic anomalies and ongoing EP side effects was actually one thing taking place. It was one event caused by one solar energy pulse being Embodied in my physical body which automatically activated further Crystalline/Christ/Unity frequencies and higher DNA activation’s within me. The smelling of nonphysical burning smoky scents has to do with our Pineal and Pituitary brain glands being further evolved, expanded and consciously RE-UNITED multidimensionally and beyond that even. And when this happens we physically see and clairvoyantly See much more of the nonphysical that’s around us all the time. We’re further activated, expanded, ascended and UNIFIED a bit more and therefore perceive a bit more every time we go through this. We See more, Feel more, Hear more, perceive more, Know more and become more with every solar pulse and flash at every higher frequency Stair-step.

Physical life is like the dream now and dreaming is like some of our other lives and Selves going about their hurried ascension business in their locations, levels and spaces. EP symptoms are our physical bodies anchoring what the Sun pulses out which causes us to change a bit more every time it does it. It won’t ever end, only become larger, higher in frequency and more complex and simplified as we evolve and know and are more. Keep growing into the glorious Divine weirdness of it all and ignore the chaotic distractions and unaware people from one Now Moment to the next Now Moment. Be a mighty receptive frequency container throughout March as more higher Light energies and activations need to be Embodied and seeded by every capable Forerunner. ❤ ❤ ❤

NEW 2017 Light Codes ~ Jan. 30, 2017

This is one of those articles where I feel it’s necessary to recap some ground we’ve already covered so that where we’re at now carries more meaning and impact. A pull back to view the larger perspective. So forgive me, but I’m going to quickly go through some basics from Phase One of the Ascension Process first. Also, this is another of my articles where using your HighHeart, Higher Awareness and Higher Vision as you read will help you better See, Feel and Know this information from a higher, more vast perspective than we usually have while our heads are down because we’re hard at our individual and group Mission Work.

Hell On Earth

As you know by now, a very long time ago some Beings got it in their heads that they were God/Gods above Divine Source/the All That Is and could do whatever they wanted, and it’s all downhill from there basically. But due to Free Will in this Universe, events like this are allowed to play out for multiple reasons, experiencing Duality in different forms and ways being primary on that list. There always is however, a time limit, an Expiration Date to every Great Evolutionary Cycle (not talking about just one 26,000 yearlong Precessional Cycle but all of them such as what we experienced during the Expiration Dates of 2011 and 2012) and what takes place during it because Divine Source ain’t stupid and aren’t the rest of us ever-so grateful for that!

So these brazen deluded ego maniacs of long ago intentionally moved away from Divine Source/the All That Is in their incorrect belief that they were Gods—with a capital G—themselves and wouldn’t be playing by the rules because they were above them. This is all fine and dandy until one starts to realize that cutting oneself off from Divine Source like this doesn’t put or keep food on the table, or fuel in the gas tank, or wind in your sails, or energetic juice in your creative endeavors etc. and well, you get what I’m saying. Because of this major unforeseen side effect these Beings discovered after they’d disconnected from Divine Source because they believed themselves to be Gods, they realized they’d have to make up that difference, make up that lack of natural and constant Divine Source in-pouring energies they’d disconnected from through other means. Yep, you see where this sad, dark tale is going. It went to these Beings becoming what I call Team Dark, others call them Archons, the Fallen Ones, negative Aliens, Reptilians, Draconians, Devils, Demons, negative Entities etc., and having to maintain themselves and fuel their distortions and further thefts via becoming parasites and feeding off humans in this specific case. 3D Humans and animals and 2D Elemental Beings and many 4D dead humans (ghosts) and everything else they could figure out how to feed themselves off of plus fuel their pirated creations which were actually distorting many other natural Divine Source systems. Now how’s that for “godhood”? You’ve got to become a parasite and thief for eternity because you can’t do or create anything on your own because you believed you were equal to Divine Source and therefore disconnected yourself from IT. What a reality to spend ones not-alive not-dead Zombie life in for seeming eternity. And you’ve believed all along it was humans that were the zombies.

The sad part of all this is how quickly and easily all Beings adapt to the worst of the worst situations, self-induced or otherwise; Team Dark (TD) did by becoming parasites and thieves to survive their choice to separate from Source, and humanity did it by adapting to TD feeding off from them, believing their endless lies, constant warring on other humans and worse.

But, thanks to those wise preset Expiration Dates in Divine Source’s vast cosmic plans and cycles of evolution, this negative insanity and BS finally reached its “end times”, and in our lifetimes, can you believe that?! Of course you can because a great call went out for any and all ‘Volunteers’ to help on multiple dimensions, in different galaxies and worlds all the way down into 3D physical Earth in particular with this approaching Expiration Date and evict these deeply dug-in monstrous alien vampire ticks, devils, demons & co. When this great call went out, I instantly raised my hand and said, “We’ll go,” and so I/We did. But because what I/We were before we Volunteered to leave our HOME realms, dimensions, Light levels, Angelic levels, star systems, galaxies etc., we all had to drop a lot of our natural Light and descend in every way imaginable to come within frequency range enough to actually incarnate into the 3D physical Earth world and go on to do The Great Work from within that physical 3D system. Major ouch and euw but whatever, we did it we Volunteers, we Lightbeings, we Ascended Masters, we Starseeds, we super Ancients. Then most of us immediately forgot who we really were and why we were in physical body meat suits down here getting beat-up and attacked constantly by the most deranged, horrendous, negative nonphysical, nonhuman Beings AND the local physical Earth humans too! Oh crap, what have I/We done and can I/We book an immediate return flight HOME?

Nope, we Volunteered to do this and so we did what we came here to do which was evict and remove the negative parasites and their pirated theft of Divine Source’s vast “cable TV service” to intentionally distort and use so they could further feed and fuel themselves beyond what vital life-force they constantly took from humanity and related lifeforms in and connected to this system. Nope, we Volunteered to enter Hell On Earth and then do our part here in the physical dimension to end Hell On Earth and this we’ve done, and may I remind you, faster, greater and larger than the original plan even. This is what happens once We get our shit together while on the job. Once we Volunteers quit crying, whining and panicking over the horrific 3D physical and 4D astral situations we found ourselves in, we are a serious force to be reckoned with. Have you fully realized that yet my fellow Volunteer Forerunners/Starseeds/Pathpavers? If not you need to because Phase Two is here and our Mission Work has changed again and dramatically.

The Purpose of Photon Light

One very important and automatic aspect to the completion of a Great Evolutionary Cycle is that everything and everyone (ready and willing to evolve at that point that is) on Earth (and elsewhere) starts slowly orbiting into what’s called the Photon Band or Photon Belt of 7D Light, which is an actual place in space that gets traveled through, physically.

When one Great Evolutionary Cycle reaches its Expiration Date, all past energetic and karmic accumulations collected throughout that long cycle must be transmuted, cleared, neutralized and released emotionally, physically and energetically. One person, world or system etc. cannot evolve and “ascend” into the next higher frequency range and Cycle and bring with them all their old lower frequency baggage in the form of karma, wounds, fears, projections, unresolved issues and emotions, imbalances and so on. It’s not allowed because lower cannot exist within higher frequencies and systems on such a scale as this and so, built-in safeguards are in place for all evolving/ascending at these great transition points. One of these natural safeguards is the mandatory cosmic spiritual road-trip through Photon Light because Photon Light automatically transmutes all lower frequencies, individual and collective karma and residual energies from having lived through a Great Evolutionary Cycle at one level and range of experience.

In very simple but correct terms think of the Photon Band(s) of 7D Light that all must travel through at the end of one Great Evolutionary Cycle as one prepares to enter the next higher Evolutionary Cycle(s), one must first go through the cosmic, Initiatic, wipe-the-slate-clean “Car Wash” of higher dimensional Light to remove all the many eons and Ages of accumulated caked-on dirt, dust, mud, rain splatter, gunk, bugs on the windshield, bird poop on the vehicle, dog piss on the tires and all other such collected stuff and junk. The Photon Light literally washes away, vaporizes, disintegrates, purifies, transmutes and removes everything (planets, Suns, entire solar systems etc.) and everyone (humans and others) that goes into and through this mandatory energetic seventh dimensional field of Photon Light safeguard car wash, and aren’t all of us ever-so grateful for that too!

Heaven On Earth

We Volunteers/Forerunners/Lightworkers/Starseeds etc. have heard and known about the many NEW Light Codes coming into us and how we embody them and then anchor them into this physical world and NEW grid systems etc. to aid Earth and humanities Ascension Process. Light Codes or Codes of Light isn’t new information for most of you reading this but, as I’ve often confessed, it’s one thing intellectually knowing something and something very different actually living it as an Alchemical, energetic, spiritual, Initiation in and through one’s self and body. I gratefully had this happen again last week, and although it only lasted about three seconds, who needs more time than that when information—aka Light—is received and embodied from Higher Awareness and Being beyond linear time and physical space? You don’t.

When Light/information is perceived like this it typically comes in large blocks of information, not just a linear string of words or even telepathed words from a higher dimensional Being(s) or one’s Higher Self. It typically is a whole block, a chunk or collection of Light “data” meaning you instantaneously perceive visual information combined with related sound info, emotional info and Higher Knowing simultaneously and it only takes a moment to receive, perceive and be forever changed by said block of Light information. This is one way Higher Awareness works; a split-second of massive amounts of higher Light information and emotions and Knowing all hitting you simultaneously and expanding you a bit more than what you were moments before. This is going to increase now for all Forerunners/Starseeds/Volunteers etc. so be ready to be increasingly dazzled by the Light, then turn around and dazzle others with your NEW and updated Light and Light Codes. Divine Source throws out different balls and we Forerunners here in the physical outfield catch those balls by embodying them in ourselves so we’re able to anchor them into the NEW evolving Earth world with its NEW matching grids and be available for the human species and future Earth realities.

Now, here comes the hard part for me which is describing as accurately as I’m capable of, exactly what I Saw, Felt, Heard and Knew from what I experienced last week while standing in a parking lot in front of a Bed, Bath & Beyond admiring the recent heavy snowfall in all the surrounding mountains. (I spent three hours combing through hundred of images and photos and vector images online in a futile attempt to find just one image that somewhat resembled what I Saw so you’d have a physical visual image to use and feel off from as you read this article. After all that time and work, I only found one image that came close to what I Saw and it’s the white geometric shaped image above. Sorry I couldn’t be more exciting than this, gawd knows I tried, but until more people can See higher frequency energies, beings, codes and such, and/or people like me who can See learns how to draw, this is as good as it gets at this time. Frustrating.)

Last week I had to get out after our two months of heavy rain here in SoCal (a big deal after many years of drought and extreme heat) and get some shopping done and running into Bed, Bath & Beyond was on my list. That day was pristine outside after the extended heavy cleansing rain and the mountains on all three sides of the valley I live in were/are covered in heavy snow making the entire scene rather breathtaking, especially under the Photonic engulfed Sun and near stellar-like sunlight. As I stood there in the parking lot taking in all that freshly washed and scrubbed Nature and physical beauty, everything suddenly shifted and I Saw millions of small-sized crystalline geometric Photonic Light Code containers everywhere. I Saw them and simultaneously Heard, Felt and Knew a decent bit of information about them and what they are now in January 2017, in relation to the Ascension Process and the Forerunners Embodying these newest Light Codes into themselves, their DNA and cells.

Needless to say it was a stunning visual because these multiple millions of Light Codes somewhat resembled the white geometric image above but were living crystalline with super sharp geometric angles everywhere. There were no soft, round edges on any of them, only razor-sharp crystalline shard-like geometric shapes that, when they lightly came into contact with one another made the most beautiful pristine, crystalline sounds that reminded me somewhat of those Chinese glass wind chimes. They tinkled and rang out like tiny heavenly crystal bells when one or more of them touched each other, which they did repeatedly everywhere. It was heavenly, divine, magical, surprisingly sharp and intense but beautiful in a very different higher frequency way. Beautiful in a star-like stellar way, a higher dimensional way which is exactly what it was, is, here now in our physical NEW Earth world.

Because the sound they made when they touched one another was so other worldly, I also hunted online for wind chimes and sounds of wind chimes that came close to what I heard. I found one site that makes wind chimes and has short recorded audio of each of them so you can decide if that’s the wind chime for you. I’ll add that link at the end of my article because it was fun listening to many of them and how some of the sounds caused my Third Eye (Pituitary) and Crown (Pineal) to literally reverberate while listening to them.

They Felt like most higher dimensional things and beings do; full of Light LOVE, not old lower 3D ego-based love. Not remotely like that! This one is hard to describe only because most people have believed that higher Divine “LOVE” is all warm and fuzzy when in fact it’s just the opposite. It’s powerful and intense beyond what most of us can imagine yet. It often Feels like IT is so huge, so powerful, so intense that just being near IT, near LOVE will tear the flesh from your bones and rip the insulation from every nerve in your body and being! IT is something that one has great respect for because IT is what IT is and not some puny, watered down human version. IT is fierce in its potency and purity and in the early stages such as where we Forerunners are now, we’re just getting reintroduced to IT/LOVE again but from the position of being in physical bodies which changes everything! Hence why there’s the need for a whole bunch of energetic Stair-step we all have to go up so that the sheer intensity of LOVE doesn’t obliterate us on the spot.

Where was I? Oh yeah, Feeling these 2017 Light Codes packaged in geometric Crystalline Photon Light shapes singing away as they lightly tap each other while flying through the space all around, in and through each one of us now.

I questioned why these Light Codes were packaged in such sharp angled shapes with no soft, round edges anywhere. The immediate Knowing I got about this was that this is the Divine Feminine, undiluted and unrestricted and in ITs natural state at this point for us and physical reality. Gird your frontal lobes folks! Joking, we’re evolving and will adapt to the Divine Feminine being back  in this higher frequency, stellar-like, no distorted or diluted anymore way. The Divine Feminine is so much stronger and more fierce than most would believe and is nothing like what’s been fed to humanity about IT, HER by Team Dark in the past. Reality is ringing, loudly now, and will only continue to get louder so adjust to this NEW facet and energy because it’s really big, important and long-awaited.

While perceiving this I also knew that these images I was Seeing, Hearing and Feeling in this physical world are the latest NEW Light Codes of the NEW cycle of 2017’s 1 energies. They are literally going into our physical and energetic bodies and being Embodied by the Forerunners now, and because this is NEW higher frequency energies and Codes etc. than what we’ve gone through already, many of us have been feeling some moments of sudden sharp, ice pick-like stabbing pains in different parts of our bodies, bones, joints, muscles and nerves. It sometimes hurts a bit when those super sharp geometric crystalline Photon Light Codes overflowing with the living Divine Feminine energies enters ones body and nervous system. These Light Codes—like most others—cut through the dross, cut through the old lower Codes, structures and systems from the past Evolutionary Cycle like crystalline knives with zero compassion over any pain it may cause because this is about evolution into higher frequency Light and matching systems and realities and nothing else. Just do it in other words.

Breath, rest, spend time every day being still, and give thanks and gratitude for being able to experience and Embody such profoundly advanced energies and NEW Light structures (Codes) into your physical body and incarnate Self even though it’s often momentarily painful. The merging of Higher and Lower not only continues individually but expands in big ways in 2017.

I also Saw and Knew that these crystalline Light Codes will be added to throughout 2017, most likely around the Equinoxes and Solstices. I Saw more Codes easily being added to these crystalline geometric shapes (containers) in what’s today empty spaces in them much like when we add a new program to our computers. Every time there’s another Energy Wave in 2017, it means more NEW Light Codes are being added to what’s already there today in us. Expansion, greater higher consciousness and abilities etc. in other words and in fairly large chunks at least four times in 2017, as this is what’s planned this year as of this writing. Things may change of course so stay flexible because anything can happen with these NEW 1 energies at this higher level.

Okay, I’m getting tired and need to wrap this up and get horizontal for a bit. It’s important that it’s published today, the last 1-11-1 energies of January 2017, and is why I’m pushing myself instead of just finishing up tomorrow. On High calls, we respond and do our best.

Before I forget, I’ve been awakened by and also have just seen huge flashes of brilliant white Light with my eyes closed at night in the dark. It was so large and bright I thought it must have been a physical light turned on in my bedroom. But, once I opened my eyes I saw it was still totally dark in there (I have thermal blackout drapes) and I realized that what I Saw was both “me” and more Light being Embodied by me. Many of us have been seeing and Seeing flashes of brilliant white Light lately and some of it is caused by these NEW crystalline, geometric Photonic Light Codes being Embodied by you Forerunners.

And lastly, if you want really great information about the Photon Light, Photon Bands and Earths entry into it and when etc., I suggest you buy Barbara Hand Clow’s (2010 revised) book Alchemy of Nine Dimensions: The 2011/2012 Prophecies And Nine Dimensions Of Consciousness. Each chapter is about a dimension and the eighth dimension, 8D, is about “…Within the photon bands, 8D ‘thought waves of light’ step down by octaves into lower frequency 7D sounds waves…”

For me, I have been wondering, “Wait a minute, if I AM a Light worker…how come I’m not in a great mood? I AM not in a terrible mood, but aren’t I supposed to BE happier, now that I know my truth?”?

So…please read on and learn more about why we feel the way we do, the possible reasons for our feelings, and…

For some 2016 has been far more difficult and challenging than what 2014 and 2015 combined were, and that’s saying something! Since the completion of 2012, the energy Stair-steps have been something else have they not? And they’ve often not been anything like what we Forerunners thought or expected them to be either. The NEW very much is new to each of us because we’ve never done this before, anywhere, and that’s just perfect and wonderful even when it doesn’t feel that way sometimes. I think many of us have been and still are so deep within this phase of the Ascension Embodiment Process that we can’t as yet quite grasp just how much we’ve actually changed (evolved).

Because 2016 has been unusually difficult for me personally, I’ve spent some time and focus trying to figure out why. I could look at this from a strictly astrological viewpoint and understand the transits interacting with my natal planets and such, but this old beloved tool is taking place at higher, more complex Ascension Process levels too. I’ll always enjoy and appreciate astrological insights, but even that tool must be considered in NEW ways because we are evolving, and quickly.

I had to go deeper to find the Ascension Embodiment Process answers I was desirous of to help me better understand why I’ve had such a hard time of it this year. Even how I have accessed higher information (Light), Higher Awareness in this lifetime has drastically changed since 2012 because I am evolving beyond those old, well-familiar lower frequency tools too, all Forerunners are, hence why some of us are seemingly, I repeat seemingly floundering this year. We are however not floundering at all but individually transitioning into greater amounts of the NEW internally and externally. Having said all that, feeling increasingly depressed and isolated was not at all what I expected would happen to me in 2016, and I needed to understand why I’ve felt like this much of this year.

Let’s recap these three Stair-step Energy Waves to see what we can See and Know.

wavehearts2 First of these Stair-steps or Energy Waves began around December 19, 2015 and was like getting hit by a HighHeart Mack truck; wonderful, traumatic and unexpected.

wavehearts2 Second of these Stair-steps began around March 2016 and caused many Forerunners to go into deeper feelings of being more alone and isolated.

wavehearts2 Third of the 2016 Energy Waves Stair-steps will begin in September and no doubt be even more intense and potent throughout the last three months of 2016 to help prepare us for the start of even higher energies coming in throughout the three Light Waves of 2017.

Honestly look back over what all has happened to you, your life and consciousness just since December 2015. Like me, you’ll realize that you have changed considerably since then, not that we’re anywhere done with this yet however. Nonetheless, look at how you’ve changed in that short period and how it has made you feel. Like me, have you felt increasingly alone and isolated from the world and humanity? Have you felt more empowered despite feeling depressed at times? Despite feeling utterly disgusted with many humans lately and knowing with Higher Awareness the many reasons why? Do you feel yourself increasingly becoming more ‘Sovereign’ with each Stair-step you traverse in 2016? Do you understand that (and this one took me some time to figure out) the feelings of growing isolation and being alone is actually you/me/we becoming increasingly Sovereign within ourselves individually?

It’s taken me a while to put two and two together because I’m still very much living this phase of the Embodiment Process and not done with it yet. ‘Is it soup yet?’  ‘Are we there yet?’  ‘Are we Home yet?’  Not quite yet but almost.

Becoming depressed was the absolute last thing I’d ever have thought I’d feel at this point in the Ascension Process and it confused me greatly. I haven’t worked this long and this hard to just reach “depression”!!! OMG, you’ve got to be kidding me! With some effort I finally began to understand that what was being interpreted by myself as “depression” and “aloneness” was in fact the early stages of Embodiment. It seemed a contradiction at first but the more I looked at the situation, the better I came to understand it was just a change in perspective (on everything) that was making me temporarily feel alone and depressed at times. It was NEW in the greatest, largest sense.

Since birth in this incarnation I’ve felt alone because I have been alone on this physical planet and dimension and isolated from the normal higher frequencies of Home other than what I brought in with me at birth. I was a Volunteer Forerunner spy in a foreign land and deep undercover all my life so feeling alone and isolated isn’t new to me or any other Volunteer/Starseed/Forerunner/Pathpaver etc. Neither is feeling depressed from time to time, but during 2016, this has felt very different. It felt intensely personal, it was all me, all mine and I didn’t get it for almost half of this year. I now do which means it’s going to be vastly easier not to mention an even faster Process than it already is.

Those of us who Volunteered to incarnate in 3D to help with the Ascension Process in the physical typically came in with some shock and trauma because of how negative, Dark and evil the entire planet was. We adapted and adjusted as much as we could to survive being in physical 3D as a human while carrying more Light in us than would ever be allowed by Team Dark (TD). We acclimated as best we could and did what we came here to do. Now however this has all reversed (at the Expiration Date of December 2012) and we’ve been struggling—much like we did early on in these incarnations—to cast-off those old lower frequency, negative and Dark energies, habits, traits, consciousness and so on we accumulated while down here as we “ascend” both ourselves while in physical bodies and the entire planet and much more with us. I would think a bought or two of depression and feeling alone would be expected at some points within all this.😉

Seriously, after this lifetime of living among the “walking dead” zombie parasites called mass humanity and normal reality on 3D Earth, many of us have been Embodying our Higher Source Self into these physical bodies and incarnate Selves which could not be any more opposite from the “walking dead” parasites and parasitic life and reality! This profoundly extreme opposite feels, at this point at least, like we’re alone in this Embodiment Process down here in physicality. You and I know we’re not and that Home and Family has always had our backs and yet, we’ve HAD to do this on our own down here, otherwise what’s been the point to all this?

I’m stressing this point because after leaving our natural state of and higher levels of individual Sovereignty, to be reconnecting with IT again down here in the physical finally feels unusual at best and depressing at worst at this point. We’ll get there however.

At one level it feels strange to us to individually be increasingly connecting with and Embodying our Higher Source Self. This naturally causes one to become increasingly ‘sovereign’ meaning absolutely no more parasitic actions, people, life, reality, actions etc. etc. We have IT all within us individually which means to us as we are now, we feel more “alone”, more “isolated” as anyone would after a lifetime of living on a completely parasitic world reality. We’re not feeding from the trough of others in any way or ways but have evolved to the level where we’re finally becoming Home again meaning we’re Self as Source Sovereign and need nothing else. To the old parts of us this mega shift feels like we’re more and more alone, even more different than we were before, and more isolated in some ways because of it. This will change with time and with us Embodying even more of our Greater Selves but for now it’s all rather weird and wonderful, and sometimes depressing because it’s hard to fit so much Divine Source into such little packages as these incarnate bodies and Selves.

Why So Many “Walking Dead” In My Life Now?

Another thing that’s repeatedly been in my life (and “new” old house) all of 2016 are numerous completely unaware and/or just starting to “wake up” people, all of them male.

Some of you may remember an article I wrote in January 2016 (if memory serves) where I talked about what I’d experienced via the First Stair-step Energy Wave around December 19, 2015. I had suddenly fallen in love and became LOVE for brief periods so IT wouldn’t destroy me, my body, psyche or central nervous system etc. It was all rather weird and unusual for me to suddenly be seeing males (again) as things I wanted to hang out with and more. Euw, what, no no no, I closed that sexual door at age 39 when called back to the Cosmic Ascension Monastery again. It was a far too easy portal for Team Dark to get at me through so I deliberately closed it then for that reason.

So when the first of these particular Waves began last December, no one was more surprised than me to be eyeballin’ certain younger-than-me males. Again, just because something is interpreted at first as such and such by us does not mean that’s what it really is. Don’t do anything sudden or stupid but keep going, pay attention and do your best to figure it out from a higher level of awareness.

Let me lay this out for you this way because I think it’ll be easier for us all.

wavehearts2 First HighHeart Wave of this period began December 19, 2015 and for me had to do with falling in love with males while simultaneously being LOVE myself for short periods.

wavehearts2 Second HighHeart Wave Stair-step of March and April 2016 (this has been almost constant for me however and not only these two months) has for me been about repeatedly on a one-on-one basis dealing with different males that are totally unaware patriarchal “walking dead” parasitic zombies, and slowly “awakening” males with still very heavy overlays of old lower patriarchal negative everything. You wouldn’t believe some of the negativity I’ve experienced this year from these lower consciousness, female disrespecting, parasitic patriarchal males. (A couple of other males have been honest and equal with me which was beyond wonderful.) But mostly frustrating, heartbreaking, downright dangerous at times, absolutely unbelievable at other times, and all one big old lower world patriarchal “hot mess”.

wavehearts2 The third Stair-step Wave of September and the rest of the year will give me and everyone else the time and focus to find solutions/integration/resolution etc. beyond the two highly dualized one-two punches of #1 and #2 Waves. Wave #3 is when and where I can, you can, we all can work on and reach Triality, Neutrality, Unity with the particular issues—whatever they’ve been for each of us in 2016—before the year completes and we evolve into much higher energy Waves of 2017. This is how this Duality business has seemed to work post 2012; 1 and 2 yearly Waves or Stair-steps are typically fairly extreme opposites with #3 Wave being the point where we’re able to See, Know, integrate, resolve or Neutralize the wild extremes into One within ourselves.

But for now while in Wave #2, I’m still dealing with low consciousness males (all hot for Trump and eager to tell me all about it) and doing my best to discern when to open my mouth and when not to. Some of these people (Portal People) are just so easy for TD and/or negative energies etc. to work through to try to get at you/me/us so be aware and wise and in your HighHeart.

The other day I had an electrician here doing some work on the house and first he tried to puff himself up to intimidate me and when that and other tactics didn’t work, TD stepped in, took over and tried. That didn’t work either but good gawd, what a thing to experience only a foot away! This is always interesting to See and experience firsthand but enough already, so get this one figured out Denise before the fence guy and other handymen comes back in a few days. I can’t wait to get to September 2016 and work on these two old patriarchal extremes and move on.

Let’s Better Understand Individuality & the “We are all ONE” Business~ May 24, 2016


I don’t want to hear one more person say, ‘We are becoming ONE’. No, we are not becoming “ONE” and there are very important and positive reasons for this which we’ll get to. What we are doing now and will continue doing for as long as it takes is integrating, merging, unifying and embodying within ourselves INDIVIDUALLY. Forget about that popular pre-recorded message ‘we’re becoming ONE’  because it’s incorrect. What is correct is that you are becoming ONE within yourself, and I am becoming ONE within myself, and he and her are each becoming ONE within themselves individually. 

Remember that important message I received in April 1995? It looked like this:

Here’s a link to an old article about it which may help some better understand that this is the current evolutionary Ascension Process out of old lower duality and into greater individual unity. YOU are becoming ONE, or 1 as it was represented in my lucid dream message many years ago, not all of us merging back into oneness together. We’re nowhere near that advanced stage yet. First we as individuals must become unified within ourselves and doing so automatically makes it so much easier to feel, know, sense, perceive and love/LOVE all the other individuals, human and otherwise.

We as individuals could no more instantly go from the extreme severe separation that’s been the norm for eons, to full and complete ONE-ness during this Ascension Process any more than you or I could be in the direct full presence of “God” as we are now. The energy gap is far too large even with the current Ascension Process happening and it would destroy whatever vehicle we were in not to mention considerably mess us up in other ways too.

What’s happening is that we incarnate aspects and selves are going through the end of eons of intentional separation (in so many ways) because Source desired to experience it via each of us in our individual selves and experiences in all dimensions. What was originally ONE desired to individuate and further separate, layer after layer to learn, experience and create at and in those levels of being and existence as and through all those individuated aspects of the original ONE. 

All individuals are not merging or unifying back into oneness/ONE/1 all together with no individuality anymore. What has been intentionally separated for eons is now intentionally re-merging, re-uniting within each of us individually. The whys of this are so vast and complex but it has to do with evolution on all levels.

Increased Merging in Individuals Quickens the Separation of Worlds

As you know from reading my past articles, my life hasn’t been a whole lotta fun since the start of 2014. It still isn’t and in some ways it’s gotten a bit harder and more difficult emotionally, even more isolated feeling which surprised me, and far more complex which I did expect. Such is growth and change however. Since 2014 when my life was suddenly turned upside down due to my mom’s triple bypass that produced a devastating stroke two weeks later, on top of pre-existing (heart disease related) dementia, life hasn’t been a bunch of happy times for me in my sixties as her caregiver as she further deteriorates. Her dementia is worsening and she hallucinates sometimes and from reading up on dementia, this probably isn’t going to end well unless I work on certain things in myself, which I’ve been doing all along.

On top of that I sold a house, bought a “new” (old) one, worked on it for eight months (from May of 2015 and still am working on it today) because it was that horrible and filthy, finally moved us into it (January 2016), hurt myself doing so, and have felt more depressed and isolated ever since.

I knew the moment I saw this “new” old house that the person who’d owned and lived in it for decades was depressed (her family had removed her from the house months before they put it on the market so the house was empty of any humans when I first saw it with the realtor) and that I’d have to clear that residual energy (her depression, fears, isolation and probably dementia too as she aged etc.) because I could feel it and knew I’d be affected by it if I didn’t transmute and clear every speck of it. I always do this when I move into any place because I have to energetically clean along with physically clean a place I’m going to live in.

Nonetheless I’ve continued feeling periods of depression and growing isolation since I moved us in here in January of this year despite this house being a big improvement in many ways for all of us. I’ve energetically cleared and re-cleared this house yet this feeling comes and goes, in me, not necessarily this house unless I energetically pollute/re-pollute it! Because of this on-again off-again depression and growing sense of being isolated even more than before, I’ve been working on discerning all this as best I’m capable of at this time. Usually I can perceive/receive information easily and quickly but this hasn’t been the case with this which means it is extra big and that I’m still very much living it.

Slowly however I’ve gained enough altitude again to access Higher Awareness while living it. What I finally perceived recently is what this article is about because I know many of you have had a rough go of it this year too, not to mention how crazy difficult 2014 and 2015 was for some of us as well.

I’ve always had a tendency—as some Volunteers, Starseeds, Forerunners do—to get low sometimes and then have to work my way back up out of the depression muck once again. But this time (2016) it’s felt different to me, much more amplified, quicker in and out of it, and like even it is an aspect of the Ascension Process. I didn’t understand for a while and that’s bothered me because I don’t want to be sad or frustrated anymore.

Then I finally perceived this complex and difficult to describe hazy image and awareness of the Forerunners currently living the Embodiment Process in stages as we have been for a while now. The depression and further sense of isolation some of us have felt has to do with some of our own remaining inner stuff from these lives and times, while some of it is coming from the human Collective on Earth, and some of it’s coming from Team Dark if you can believe that!, and some is coming from very high dimensions where plenty of change is taking place too. In other words, the depression and sense of growing isolation I’ve struggled with this year in greatly amplified ways isn’t all “my stuff” but a lot of other people’s and beings and worlds and dimensions’ stuff too. Oddly, knowing this makes it all much easier for me to deal with and work my way through. Just because you’re feeling something doesn’t automatically make it yours or mean it’s coming from you. Discernment helps with things like this so always use it.

I perceived that some of what some of us have been and still are feeling today is stemming from super ancient times, other worlds, other dimensions, other beings, Team Dark and so on and isn’t so much our personal inner unresolved stuff, junk, negative crap, karma etc. Some of it is our stuff but at this point it’s relatively small in comparison to the overall galactic and universal picture. Keep in heartmind too that everything is now so amplified feeling and seeming to us (of the Light) that that tiny pea under the Princesses’ many mattresses often feels so huge and unbearably painful to us.

To one part of us this information makes little to no sense at all, but to other parts of us it makes perfect sense for where we’re at now and what we’re going through – the Embodiment of Higher and Lower in these physical bodies and how that naturally matches the amplification of the Separation of Worlds. The more we Embody the Higher with the Lower in-body on Earth in the physical, the more pressure is put on everyone and everything to push away from, to separate from that which one does not resonate with or energetically match, from what one is out of alignment with, from what one is not ready for or desirous of attaining at this time.

As those living the merge/Embody/unify individually more and more now, the Separation of Worlds also increases and quickens because these two energy levels and states of being cannot co-exist in the same space with each other. The energy gap is too great (not to mention a huge irritation for everyone) and so we have, and many of us are very much feeling, this slowly increasing unity from the Embodiment phase within ourselves individually while simultaneously feeling an increase of separation from and misalignment with lower consciousness others and a sort of general depression that comes and goes like waves. This has always been that Princess and the Pea business for the Forerunners, but it’s so amplified now that it’s almost unbearable at times. I suspect even this has to do with my personal perspective on the Embodiment Process at this moment and level and it too will change as I (as each of us individually) am further changed from living the Embodiment.

We’re so far beyond the whose negativity and dank crap stuff is this anyway? phase and are soul-deep in cleaning up the Cosmic Campgrounds before we embark on a NEW Evolutionary adventure. Exciting, exhausting, confusing, magical, so very special and rare, painful, difficult, heartbreaking, freeing, uplifting, creative and simply wondrous.

Feel what you are but don’t buy into it, don’t be overtaken by it or claim it all as you or yours. Neutral Observer and all that to borrow another great term from Lisa Renee. Know some of it is the old little you, while much of it is ancient and multidimensional going back to the beginning of this past Evolutionary Cycle. Some of it is the death of our old selves as we’ve known them plus the demise of our old familiar 3D lives and world, even in such profound Team Dark negativity and control as they were. You think it’s crazy busy and ultra-weird here on physical Earth? It’s just as hectic and wonderfully strange and full of positive changes everywhere else. Complete the 9 energies in preparation for the coming 1 energies but completely in the NEW this time.
