Edith wrote this in a Comment under my previous article, but because of some negative things I experienced a few days and nights in August 2019, I wanted to quote her and go into more detail in an article about these high highs and low lows many people experienced throughout August. Thanks for your important question Edith.

After Edith shared this more people wrote Comments that they too experienced an uptick in negative attacks during the night, specifically around the old 3:00 AM period in August 2019. Those attacks happened in dreams, while awake, or both.

A brief recap of the 3:00 AM thing.

It has been a common time for negative aliens, demons and lesser entities to attack humans in dreams, nightmares and/or wake them up and continue attacking them from the physical level too. Because I wasn’t familiar with this old religious belief about the supposed time of Jesus’s death to be at or near 3:00 PM, I also didn’t know that the negatives invert that time and use 3:00 AM to attack people from the astral and the physical, asleep and awake. I learned all about this however from having it happen to me repeatedly for many years. Those demonic and negative alien attacks I experienced in the early 2000’s typically happened between 2:30 AM through 4:00 or 4:30 AM. I discovered that it doesn’t require one to know about certain old global beliefs to experience them yourself.

The annual Lion’s Gate begins every July 26th and ends on August 12th. I noticed that during the Lion’s Gate in August 2019, there were periods of negative attacks, all of which were very obvious. They aren’t remaining hidden or in the shadows anymore, they’re right out in the open, trying to harm you for bringing the Light and making the old shadows disappear.

Sunday, August 4, 2019 while doing my best to join the Sunday Unity mediation at 8:11 AM, all I got was a whole lot of interference. I assumed it was me wandering mentally but after struggling with this for many minutes I opened my eyes and unexpectedly saw the head, shoulders and upper arm area of a very dense opaque black colored ‘shadow figure’. I saw its head, shoulders and a few inches of its upper arms peeking around the upper kitchen cabinets at me seated in the living room. It had been watching me in the living room, eyes closed, struggling to join the Sunday Unity meditation. In that moment I realized that what I’d been experiencing wasn’t my mind wandering but intentional interference from that shadow figure. The second I saw it peeking around the kitchen cabinet at me it instantly snapped back behind it and disappeared and I didn’t see it again that day. I did a few days later however.

There’s all sorts of negativity and this shadow figure I saw was doing its best to prevent me from joining the Unity meditation that Sunday during the Lion’s Gate. It wasn’t at my throat trying to kill me, it was messing with me to keep me from what the Sunday Unity meditations do, are, create, exchange, activate and manifest. (I experienced this same type of interference with a different negative alien a couple of years ago during a Sunday Unity meditation.) I tried again at 11:11 AM to join the Group but this shadow figure entity continued its interference so I wasn’t able to participate at that time either. At this point I intentionally let it go and went about my business that day and forgot about the creature. My disconnecting did the trick and I was able to easily join the Unity mediation at the 5:11 PM time because the creature was gone.

August 9th through 11th 2019, I felt a tremendous change in our world, so much so I was certain I’d changed timeline Earth worlds again. What I felt and perceived from the 9th through the 11th of August was these NEW Sirian codes transmitted through the 2019 Lion’s Gate period activated the 100% speedy collapse of the old everything in the USA and elsewhere. Said another way, these July 2019 through July 2020 Lion’s Gate annual codes are so high frequency this year that their presence has escalated everything that was disappearing anyway in the old patriarchal world. It’s like the fast forward button has been pushed by the Sirian’s July 2019 to July 2020 codes and energies and we’re speeding along in them while all sorts of anomalies and related Separation of Worlds shifts continue to take place. One of them being the reaction of some negative aliens and beings such as the never-been-human shadow figure creature I saw in my house twice in August 2019. In with more NEW and some more push-back from some of the old Team Dark players.

The link here is to an article I wrote in June 2019. In it I talked about what I called Light Bombs exploding everywhere constantly and how those NEW higher frequency Light energies and codes were causing negative beings and entities to be dislodged. What has been hidden and unperceived by humans has been increasingly up in everyone’s faces, hearts and minds due to the ever-expanding incoming NEW Light and codes. This hasn’t been easy or comfortable for any of us but it’s a normal side effect of this process of the Light coming into direct contact with the old lower frequency aliens, entities, humans, human consciousness and old patriarchal world systems. There are territorial disputes, attacks, retaliations and whatnot because of all this ascension related energetic dislodging and revealing of the dark and hidden negativity that’s been manipulating from unseen and unknown levels. Always protect yourselves Team Light because Team Dark feels you just like you feel them.

I mention this again here to remind any who need reminding that these exploding Light Bombs continue dislodging Team Dark beings and entities and they don’t of course appreciate any of this so they often attack those of us who’ve had and continue having a direct hand in the return of the Light during this Ascension Process. It was however a bit of a surprise to have these attacks during this years Lion’s Gate period, or that was just me being lazy about these negatives, again.

From August 4th through the 11th I repeatedly and very strongly felt some negative energies and entities in my house. I saw the shadow figure creature again during that time, standing motionless in another room of my house while I was in my bed at night. We stared at each other and I thought to myself, “No fear. Deal with this thing, get it out of the house, send it back to Source God.” That night and a few others during those days wasn’t pleasant or comfortable but they forced me to override it all. After all I’ve been through, I don’t spook easily, but there were a few early evenings and nights during those days during the 2019 Lion’s Gate that it felt very unpleasant in my house and that fact made me angry and determined and forced me into Lightwarrior mode again. I’m a lover not a fighter but when I’m forced into it I can instantly shift into Lightwarrior and take care of business. It will however be heaven on earth when this isn’t necessary anymore. We’re very close now.

As you already know, 2019 is for most of you reading this, the year where we embody and Embody the NEW codes, more and more NEW DNA, the NEW Light energies and more because we always do it first because we literally Pathpave these NEW energies and codes etc. on and into the physical dimension and ascending NEW Earth world and timelines by our embodying them. We go first and anchor them into physical reality for humanity to enter later. In this case later begins January 2020 and beyond for mass humanity. These NEW codes and energies will become the NEW and only energies and codes for humanity with the entrance into January 2020. That’s why we’ve been dealing with, and often struggling with, these profoundly amplified, accelerated and expanded NEW Light energies and codes and more DNA this entire year. 

The entire month of August 2019 has been for me an extra intense, painful, increasingly weird and occasionally negative time of having to do battle again with the riffraff that’s been exploded up and out of their old hiding holes. Just another day in the life of…

My point is that many of us took a beating, or two, or more throughout August 2019, and all that on top of the tremendous and constant energy increases we’ve been embodying every minute of 2019. It’s this intense because we’re very close now. Use that fact whenever you need to keep yourself going through all this and the constant energy increases. We’ve still got the last quarter of 2019 to live, to embody, to be forever altered and improved by and we all know that the last quarter of every ascension year is potent. This year will surpass them all so lots of self-care, sleep, naps when needed, being kind to yourself and your physical body because you’re going through more than you or I fully understand at this point within The Process. It’s a safeguard so we don’t faint, piss ourselves and throw in the towel because it’s way too much for us, or so we may feel from time to time when utterly exhausted by it all. Great job everyone, let’s bring this thing into the last quarter of 2019 and energetically HOME right here on Earth.

Let Us Talk Shift ~ June 15, 2019


Editor’s Note: Yep, I too have been experiencing a loss of 3D left brain function. Not in the same way as the author, but I have noticed my typing skills on my computers at work and at home to be slipping. Although never a great typist, now…I can barely type without some kind of error.

This makes sense for me since we are well into the Ascension process, and I expect my brain is functioning well above the standard 3D level. No…I Am not “smarter”, but typing, which is a left brain skill, is just not happening for me!

Before the physical level Ascension Process started (1998–1999) I had above average abilities to mentally focus and hold that focus while still being aware of my surroundings physically, energetically and psychically. I could read a book in a day or two and retain memory of all of it and even where certain information was located in the book(s). In other words, before the Ascension Process started I was very good at intentionally focusing on something and holding that focus with little effort. Evidently I had developed this ability to mentally focus to a high degree, which I wasn’t aware of really until the Ascension Process started and this and other abilities were decimated overnight.

I went from loving to read books to suddenly not being able to read much of anything because my well developed abilities to hold mental focus and retain what I’d read was seemingly unplugged, disconnected, severed by the very Process I was going through. I know many of you can related because you’ve lived this Alchemical evolutionary Ascension Process over these many years too and have gone through the mandatory dismantling of your 3D ego-based, left-brained linear intellect.

Left-brained intellect was a match with the old lower frequency 3D patriarchal Earth world we incarnated into but it’s an impediment and hazard to your expansion and evolution into more complex higher levels of personal integration — inner Triality unity. Because of this, the people living the Ascension Process first have been going through the steady dismantling of their old familiar linear 3D intellect and matching tools of perception. The days of being able to pick up only one channel are over for those living and energetically leading (Pathpaving) the evolutionary Ascension Process. Because of your current accelerated evolution and implementation of more and more NEW codes and more complex DNA, you are increasingly capable of picking up multiple channels simultaneously and on multiple dimensions now.

All this sounds fine and dare I say easy until your old familiar linear mental abilities and focus are unplugged due to compressed evolution. Then it’s (1) a scramble to learn how to function with those old 3D tools suddenly no longer working and (2) quickly perceive in higher NEW and different Spherical ways that are completely nonlinear, minus that old beloved high horse-powered muscle car straight down the linear consciousness runway level of mental focus you once had.

Suddenly, gone are the old patriarchal glory days of parading your overly developed left-brain intellect around, getting paid well for having it, and being looked upon by society as an intellectual superior because you couldn’t do anything other than that one thing, albeit very well at that old lower level of reality and consciousness.

Our transition out of the old 3D consciousness and perceptual tools and energies have meant we’ve been continually losing our old ability to mentally focus in our left-brains to function in that matching lower frequency reality, which has been changing right along with us too of course. This has been happening since 1998–1999 for the First Everythingers but it’s reached a NEW level now in 2019 where everyone else is now having to begin making this and may other inner evolutionary shifts to exist in the NEW.

One aspect of this was aided and anchored energetically by all the NEW Trinity codes—energetic templates or blueprints—that have been pouring down on us physically since December 2018, in the form of extreme amounts of rain and flooding most everywhere. The rainwater had, has the NEW Crystalline unified Trinity codes in it and has saturated everything, literally embedding them into this physical dimension, us, Earth and all else. You already know about the conductivity of water and the amplification of crystals and Crystalline energies and what the two can do. This has been, since late last year, one main way how the NEW codes and energies have been physically embedding into ascending Earth and those people capable of embodying and Embodying them in their physical bodies and their unifying Selves.

I’ve been living through this constant Ascension Process business of having my old linear left brain intellect dismantled while simultaneously having that replaced, upgraded, evolved into greater and greater higher whole brain unity but this doesn’t end in our heads. This reunification of our two old Dualized brain halves has been evolving us into our HighHearts because that is humanities NEW tool of perception, seat of awareness, consciousness and reality, realities.

As many of you already know from reading the Comments at HighHeartLife, my mom’s health condition has worsened and she’s been in  the hospital (two different ones so far) since June 7, 2019. On June 1 and 2 she suddenly started complaining that her ankle was hurting her, and every time I had to get her up to go to the toilet, she’d limp trying to keep her weight off of that one painful ankle. I’m including the dates of these events because they’re indicators of this current MASSIVE ascension related Shift that many of the First Everythingers, Forerunners, Pathpavers have been experiencing in profoundly amplified and accelerated ways since June 1, 2019. So bear with me please as I go through these explanations about what’s happened and continues happening to her, and me, because they are all entirely related to this MASSIVE 2019 Shift happening now.

  June 1–2, 2019 is the first my mom had this new ankle pain. I checked it carefully and found nothing wrong with the ankle or bone etc. No discoloration, swelling or anything. The only thing I did find was that the ankle was cool to the touch, which I interpreted as some problem with blood circulation. As some of you may remember, she required an emergency triple bypass surgery in 2014, and had a stroke two weeks later. Stupidly, I didn’t make the connection that her “heart disease” could possibly be manifesting in other parts of her body besides just her heart.

Each day of the first week of June 2019, this sudden new pain in her one “ankle” increased until she couldn’t even stand up for me to take her to the toilet. She’s been rapidly declining in general since February 2019, but that amplified and accelerated greatly on June 1st that by June 6th I knew I HAD to call 911 to get her help. I also knew that the minute I made that call I would be intentionally reentering a much lower frequency, lower consciousness, lower everything old patriarchal run Earth world reality and that my re-entrance into it would instantly not be appreciated by many of its negative human inhabitants. I also knew that the day I called 911 and they removed my mom from my house that I’d become unemployed that day. So, knowing what was coming and that most of it would be negative for me and for my mom but for different reasons, I called 911 the morning of June 7, 2019. Two paramedics came, one sane, honest and helpful and the other the complete opposite as he was very negative and fixated on me in those Team Dark manipulated Portal People sorts of ways. I’ve experienced this so many times throughout my lifetime and can See and feel it, them before it, them and I even come into physical contact with each other in the physical world. This is the past old lower Earth world reality.

Because my mom had bumped her forehead against the bathroom sink on June 2nd because she hasn’t been able to stand upright since the 2014 stroke, plus because her ankle was hurting severely when I made her stand up to go to the toilet, she had a bruise on her forehead. The negative paramedic focused on that only and reported to the head ER nurse that I had “abused” my mom. She attacked me in the ER room and reported this abuse to the police. Welcome back to the very low levels of the old negative patriarchal world with its totally unaware human population. Let the attacks instantly begin on anyone with Light in them who dares to reenter that old lower world and frequency!

Long story short, after many tests done on her in that local ER hospital, they discovered that the artery in that leg with the painful “ankle” was due to it being totally blocked. So it wasn’t her ankle after all, it was a blocked artery in that leg. Three days later she was transferred to a better hospital in another city where they did further tests and discovered that both legs had completely blocked arteries in them, and according to the doctor I talked with, this like her heart has been increasing over the years and didn’t happen last week or last month etc. Big insight for me here; heart disease happens in other body parts too, not only the heart. Who knew, certainly not me.

Need to backtrack briefly for the first part of this article about linear left brain thinking to make better sense. Since the Ascension Process began for me at the start of 1999, I’ve been going through the dismantling of my linear left brain intellect and simultaneous activation of what I’ve called nonlinear quantum Spherical Consciousness which begins from having had one’s left and right brain halves Rewired into an integrated, unified state physically and energetically. That in turn automatically activates the start-up of one’s HighHeart as their NEW evolved much higher frequency seat of focus, awareness and very reality. I’ve Worked very hard since 1999 going through this natural evolutionary shift from left brained patriarchal intellect up into my fifth dimensional and higher unified Crystalline Christ frequency HighHeart as my primary perceptual tool and seat of ascending, merging Self Selves, just as many of you reading this have.

For me to suddenly have to go back down into an old lower dying level of the negative patriarchal world to get “help” for my mom who I know is dying, and have to tap into my linear intellect to give linear dates and related information to those particular people attacking and accusing me of abusing my mom was more difficult than I ever would have guessed. When you’ve moved to a higher more complex level of frequency, consciousness, awareness and being, it’s very difficult to compress yourself back down into a lower state and perceive in a linear frequency only. It’s been hard evolving out of that and it was hard having to go back into it while under pressure from people who only want to harm you for reasons they’re not even fully aware of.

After some work on my part I was able to access the linear dates clearly in my awareness in that limited linear fashion those people needed and expected. What none of us would know for days, a week in fact, was the real cause of her “ankle” pain and growing week-long inability to stand was due to the arteries in BOTH legs being completely blocked and for many years. June 1–2, 2019 was the tipping trigger point with this which is so more than what it first appears. I’m deliberately describing what I’ve been going through this month in this linear way to help you when you find yourself suddenly having to deal with someone or something from the old lower negative patriarchal world because the First Everythingers have fully entered the NEW on June 1–2, 2019 and we’re having to make massive changes due to this Shift and intentionally disconnect ourselves in all ways from the, from those old lower patriarchal Earth worlds.

As usual, what makes describing any of this difficult for me is that it’s NOT linear at all nor is it a singular, disconnected from everything else event, quite the opposite in fact.

For me this June 2019 event took some professional medical and social worker Portal People idiots accusing me of abusing my mom and having the police come to my house to check me and it out while searching for anything confirming that abuse did happen. None was found because none has ever happened. It took this level of actual bullshit abuse on me however to finally reveal what I now must do (and have done and am continuing to do) which is intentionally disconnecting myself completely from her and all she’s connected to that’s of and in the negative dying patriarchal Earth world. I have intentionally withdrawn all of my energies, energetic connection to and focus on all of it as of last week.

Whenever I’ve had to go back down into lower levels of old dying Earth reality, it’s an unpleasant ordeal for sure. Going to the grocery store and whatnot is one thing because those places and people are closer to the surface of the Light and the NEW. But, those well established dug-in massive old patriarchal systems, structures and places such as the entire medical system and everything connected to it—doctors, nurses, paramedics, hospitals, pharmacies, Big Pharma, social workers, social security for the disabled etc., police officers, insurance companies, nursing homes facilities and on and on—exist at a much lower more dense and dark location within the old dying patriarchal world. Going all the way down there is very different and far more dangerous and exhausting than a quick jaunt to one’s local grocery store that exists at a much higher level.

Since my mom had the stroke in September 2014, I’ve struggled with how in the world I could continue my Ascension Process and Embodiment Process while having to continue caring for her. Because she is not wealthy (we are not wealthy), she can’t afford to spend the rest of her life in a Nursing Home care facility, her insurance doesn’t cover it. And because I don’t have the money to pay for it we’ve both been stuck with each other through this entire Ascension Process. I’ve always known there would come a point with the Ascension Process where the two of us could not continue on together any further because it was hurting us both; me because I’ve never been able to give 1000% to my Ascension and then Embodiment Process because of her medical physical and mental conditions which keep her tied to that old patriarchal world, the one I’ve disliked my entire life. And, she’s been tied to me while she constantly diminished physically and mentally since the 1990’s making it harder for her to be around me. Talk about a rock and a hard place for both of us.

However, with negative unaware people with power over me, my life, my income and my freedom at that old lower level coming at me as some of them, not all but some, in June 2019, I was finally given the answer I’ve searched for since 2014. That answer is that I have, you have, we have, and Earth and all the rest of humanity including the majority of unaware humanity, have finally reached the Shift point where I, where you HAVE to intentionally and from our HighHearts release, let go of, disconnect from everything and everyone that’s connected to the old lower negative dying Earth world(s).  What I’ve been confused about with this has finally arrived for all of us June 1, 2019 and the answer is for me and many of you reading this, we’ve reached that place and time within the Separation of Worlds Shift point where WE have to consciously and intentionally release ourselves from them, from it, from all that it still is, and from all it has stood for and been in the old patriarchal world. Many of us have made this Shift at some point since June 1, 2019. Many more will do so every day from here on out. Do so when it’s YOUR perfect time to completely release yourself from the old lower levels and world(s), and trust me when I tell you that you’ll know exactly when that is because you’ll absolutely HAVE to do so.

I’ve endured a lot with my mom’s dementia and stroke; hallucinations, her being repeatedly “jumped” by negative entities for the purpose of tormenting and attacking me because I’m of the Light and doing what I am etc. I’ve endured a lot due to her needing to be constantly taken back down into the old lower world where her doctor and pharmacy and hospitals all else exists. And I’ve endured a lot because my income has come from her being elderly, disabled and poor and the incredible bunch of very negative and nearly insane social workers (not all of them but around 98% of them) that I’ve personally dealt with over the years are nothing but Portal People. But it was the accusations of my abusing my mom and being interrogated by a police officer and social worker and nurses etc. that was the last straw for me. Once that level of real “abuse” was reached last week, I knew it was time for ME to send her on her way to freedom from her broken body and mind and me to my freedom from her and her broken body and mind and all that’s connected to that. It’s been MY responsibility since June 7, 2019 to completely and in every way end this with her and the old negative world, and I’ve done just that and I’ll continue doing that energetically, intentionally. It’s now time for this for all of us no matter what your personal situation is. Just do it and do not feel bad or guilty for doing so because it is exactly what HAS to happen now.

Thanks for wading through this lengthy explanation about what it’s been like from my personal perspective intentionally and with great determination, focus and power releasing myself from the old. There’s much more to all this but I’ve probably prattled on enough about my personal first half of June 2019. Things Are VERY Different In 2019 ~ February 7, 2019


We’re only a week into February 2019, and it’s very clear that energetically things have changed considerably. Much more to come throughout this year so be flexible in all ways because quote unquote “reality” is in grand and glorious transmutation now more than ever before due to the current physical level Separation of Worlds. And if “reality” is in transmutation then we Volunteers and Earth certainly are too but in these latest NEW and very different ways.

I mentioned in a Comment recently that I’ve been perceiving for the past few months—like it’s being repeatedly transmitted—that we’re in the Separation of Worlds right now, not in the near or distant future but right here, right now. So far it doesn’t look like what many of us thought it might but who cares! What’s important is that it’s finally happening so let go of more expectations and just be present in it, and if and when needed steer from your HighHeart, not your head. Head is old lower and not remotely capable. You’ve now got to use your HighHeart ability to FEEL to consciously discern “reality”, people, places, events and situations etc. Don’t think in those old familiar small linear ways anymore, perceive now using your much larger and proper NEW tool which is your entire quantum being from your HighHeart center. Look at “reality”, any and all realities, from your NEW higher and larger focal point where you sense through nonlinear Higher Awareness feeling/sensing instead of lower linear thinking from your head. Everything has changed, again, and we’re all feeling it in different ways and this is “normal” for where we are now within this entire Ascension Process.

Some other phenomena I want to include here is how I’ve been clairvoyantly Seeing with my eyes open and when I blink, certain deep gemstone colors in beautiful kaleidoscope-like patterns…almost every time I go into my bathroom and get near the sinks, aka water in the plumbing. Weird I know, but. Back in December 2018, the decade long drought here in southern California was suddenly ended energetically I felt and it’s been raining and snowing off and on ever since. I’ve always loved the rain so this is wonderful to me. My physical body can more comfortably cope with the higher and higher frequency Photon Light and other super high frequency Light energies when there’s cooler temps and moisture in the air and ground. For the most part of the past twenty years it’s been abnormally hot, cloudless and there’s been next to no rain at all. It’s been constant baking in longer and longer periods of high heat and evolutionary NEW Light energies, so to finally feel this December 2018 shift was a blessing.  As a child I often used my precious annual birthday wish on, “Please, make it rain!”, that’s how much I’ve always loved the cleansing, calming and softening of physical reality that rainfall causes.

When I felt the energies change in December 2018 in a split-second from longstanding drought to a LOT of rain and snow here, I knew in that moment, exactly like I did when the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse happened and in a split-second the old Team Dark negativity done to and within the Moon was completely and permanently removed, that very big and important improvements have taken place. Longstanding things, energies, weather patterns, physical and energetic structures, lifestyles, belief systems, human consciousness, human biology, human DNA and so much more have been and rapidly continue being evolved in a seeming split-second now. And much more of this is coming due to the Separation of Worlds that’s happening now, in these ways we didn’t expect.

After Seeing deep pure gemstone colored ruby-red, emerald-green, sapphire-blue and other rich colors in stunning and different complex patterns every time I was near water in my bathroom and/or kitchen sink, I used my HighHeart Higher Awareness to figure out why I was experiencing this now. What I perceived is that another major set of old lower Earth world and Earth core organic and inorganic energy codes have seemingly, in a split-second, been removed and instantly replaced by much higher organic NEW Light codes. One aspect of this latest NEW change to the Earth’s core, Earth and our physical bodies is to the water. The beautiful gemstone colored different patterns I’ve been Seeing have taken place in and to the water on and in ascending NEW Earth, and if that’s happened/happening to Earth then it’s also happened/happening to the water in our bodies. The codes have been and continue to be evolved quickly now which means our DNA is as well. That alone is going to cause many of us to feel very differently, to See, perceive and experience many NEW-to-us sorts of ways including some NEW-to-us ascension symptoms or side effects.

Combine the Earth’s core change, the Moon being freed of all that old negativity, and the entire Water on Earth and in every human and human body and living thing on Earth all having been dramatically changed and evolved since December 2018, it’s increasingly easy to see how quickly the Separation of Worlds is actually happening.

I don’t need to say how utterly exhausted and in physical pain most of the time I am and I know most of you are reading this still are too. We’ve been at this physically, biologically for the past twenty years and I for one am all done dragging any and all density from the old lower Earth world, consciousness and reality along with me any further. It’s time to fully sever that old lower connection to the dense past, which the Separation of Worlds is doing right here, right now. I want to add that even though I’ve been in nearly constant physical pain since forever it seems, I’ve also been very consciously aware of the fact that many of my lifelong physical body issues have been steadily decreasing and some have, many years ago, completely disappeared. Great news but it usually gets overshadowed by all the ongoing Ascension Process aches and pains, but if you look carefully and honestly, you’ll discover that many if not all the physical genetic and karmic body issues you were born with and/or accumulated over your lifetime have been transmuted and removed.

Despite as great as it is outgrowing our genetic and karmic physical body stuff, most of us are in deep and constant body pains and it’s increasing due to these NEW higher frequency Light energies. Since December 2018, I’ve had a few NEW-to-me ascension related side effects such as stomach pains, nausea in a different way than I’m used to with the Ascension Process, ongoing changes to my physical eyes, greater pressures in my skeletal structure, spine, joints etc. Part of me knows that this is normal because of all that’s going on but… enough already fer gawd sake!

More Out With The Old & In With The NEW ~ January 26, 2019


So much has changed energetically since the December 21, 2018 Solstice it’s dizzying, and it’s still happening. Then more changed via the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse supermoon. These changes will only be followed by nearly constant changes throughout 2019 so, eyes and HighHearts wide open transmuters.

The night of the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse supermoon—which feels like it happened six months ago instead of only days ago—I checked it repeatedly throughout the evening and felt other humans reacting to it. It was visually beautiful and I was grateful for the clear night sky so I could watch the entire process unfold from the privacy of my backyard. What surprised me about it however was once it reached its peak, the energies changed dramatically and instantly. Another LARGE chunk of old lower things were suddenly gone the moment this eclipse peaked and I felt an explosive removal of the old and instantaneous insertion of NEW energies and codes. Remember back in April 2017, how Saturn got hit by seven solar flares to energetically free it from old lower things? The January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse had a similar energetic transformation, freeing the Moon of all past lower energies, negativity and distortions and has embodied the NEW energies.

This January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse energy swap-out was blatant, intense and took a split-second. As I stood there watching and feeling this, I was simultaneously saddened in a nostalgic sort of way and ecstatic, surprised and not surprised at the speed of this, and empty and full too. Empty of the old and full of more NEW. Another strange sensation and knowing about the ongoing removal of old energies and distortions and what remained of them and their etheric structures.

There’s been a great acceleration of the removal of old lower energies and instantaneous insertion and embodiment of more NEW higher Light energies and codes etc. since mid-December 2018. This quickening will continue during 2019 so be prepared to feel, I repeat FEEL, not think but feel the old world and its energies and intentional and unintentional distortions suddenly disappearing energetically more and more and more. This process has been happening all along but it has greatly accelerated since 2017, because we and Earth are capable of much more far more quickly being removed and replaced and not be injured or destabilized by these big evolutionary shifts and Separation of Worlds processes.

As great as all that always is every time it happens the fact remains that many of we Forerunners, Blue Rays, Starseeds, Lightworkers, Embodiers, Transmuters, Gridworkers etc. have to physically go through these cosmic energy changes in our physical bodies. Not every Forerunner, Blue Ray, Starseed, Lightworker, Embodier, Gridworker etc. does however. This has always been a big confusion in the Ascension Community since the beginning.

Over ten years ago I wrote about this at TRANSITIONS and said that not everyone, meaning every Forerunner, Lightworker, Blue Ray, Starseed etc., was a framer in the Ascension Process construction crew. Nor were they all plumbers or electricians, stone masons or painters, concrete foundation layers or roofers. They all were and still are Ascension Process “construction crew members”—aka Volunteers—but they all, we all do NOT have the same specialties. One of my specialties is Transmuter, another is Lightworker, another Lightwarrior, another Gridworker etc.

Where I’m going with this is to say that not every Volunteer has the same abilities and specialties, which is why there are a lot of “construction crew members” that have not and will not experience personally transmuting old negative energies and all the physical body pains that goes with doing that. This is why there’s always been these huge discrepancies between all of us Volunteers; not everyone has the same capabilities and because of that they, we don’t all have identical Mission Work or jobs to do while incarnate on Earth in these bodies. The roofer isn’t better than the plumber and the plumber isn’t better than the painters and so on. Each is incredibly valuable because each has different abilities, specialties and jobs to do for All. There are far too many in the Ascension Community that do not know or understand this and look down on other Volunteer “crew members” because they are still experiencing physical body pains in 2019 and they are not.

My point is that due to the December 21, 2018 Solstice Earth core change that took place then and continues to today, and due to the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse, those Volunteer “crew members” that specialize in being able to transmute old negative energies and Embody and anchor the NEW energies in their physical bodies have been doing this again increasingly since mid-December 2018. The January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse pushed this process to another level for those Volunteers that are Transmutors and Embodiers and anchor the NEW Light energies on, into and around Earth.

I’ve tried to get this article finished since the day after the Lunar eclipse, but earlier this month my physical body started to, once again, do this very painful thing it’s done off and on since the start of 2017. I’ll have one physical body part suddenly become very painful and not work or be able to be used normally such as an elbow joint, a shoulder joint, hip(s) joints, bones in one or both feet etc. and the next day another area will start hurting and the next day another area and so on for a couple of weeks. It eventually gets so bad and painful that I can barely walk or stand and put my weight on my feet, and this has been the case again for most of January 2019. I’m going into detail about this because I know that many of you reading this (not all but many) have been experiencing the same amplified cascade of body parts and areas suddenly and for no clear reason go super painful day after day all month.

The reasons for this amplified physical body pains that many of us have dealt with in January 2019, is due to the December 2018 Earth core energy change, and then the January 2019 Lunar eclipse that removed abundant old negative distortions placed in the Moon long ago by Team Dark. What happens to the Sun happens to and in our physical bodies. What happens to the Earth happens to and in our physical bodies. What happens to the Moon happens to and in our physical bodies and so on. Every time old negative energies and distortions are removed from any cosmic body, the same happens to our physical bodies because those old distortions were in our physical and energetic bodies too. So as we get excited over more old lower energies, distortions and their structures getting removed, many of us (but not all of us) also have had the same process take place in our physical bodies and it freakin’ hurts! I’m sure we experience this in our own unique ways too but pain is pain and transmuting dense negativity is transmuting dense negativity so do NOT feel bad for feeling bad. Why? Because you are the only ones who can do this type of Volunteer Transmuting and anchoring Work for All. Let the other Volunteers play on the beach or go to meetings and do their things, the things we can’t do but know that they’re able to do things like that because you and I are specialists at transmuting the old and Embodying more NEW. Plumbers, carpenters, roofers, framers, electricians and more are all needed to make the whole thing happen and get built.
