Crossing-Over ~ August1, 2019


Editor’s Note: This is a good article for me, since it discusses the spiritual of our existence today which IS so dreadfully important! Things are “happening” in our lives which seem to have no rhyme or reason which are spiritually based and which many have NO awareness!

Ah…what to do? This might be a good time to go within, purge sorrow and fear (it all seems SO personal right now) from your life, go with the flow of events, and be…

I’ve decided to write about some of the unusual things that have been happening in one article instead of focusing on one anomaly or event at a time in multiple articles even though doing so may read rather scattered and seemingly disjointed. Scattered and seemingly disjointed is exactly how life and reality is now for most of us anyway. Because of that it feels the most helpful at the moment to just talk about some of these main 2019 events, anomalies, awareness’s and personal experiences I and many have been having all lumped together because that’s exactly how we’ve been experiencing them. I’ve always preferred to write from my firsthand experiences and direct knowledge and this article isn’t going to veer off of that format at this late date within the Ascension and Embodiment Processes.

One of the many things I wanted to include is a great channeled term I read many years ago from Steve Rother and his group. Their line was, ‘the many little gods’ or ‘little gods’. The second I read their term I burst into laughter over it because it was not only true but funny because it indicated some—what shall we call it—possible irritations?, conflicts?, clashes, differing points of view and beliefs between the many neophyte ‘little gods’. 

What this great term ‘little gods’ was referring to was us, the First Everythingers, the Volunteers, First Wavers, Second Wavers, Forerunners, Starseeds, Gatekeepers, Gridworkers, Lightworkers and those of us first to Embody and how we would deal with each other, interact, work together, play together, Consciously Create individually and together once we’d reached the evolutionary level where we had actually become ‘little gods’ individually. This sounds mildly humorous at first but as more of us have discovered over the past few years, it’s not so funny at this point, but a very real challenge for each of us to learn from and adapt to individually. How does a Group of Embodied Individual human Masters deal with the other Embodied human Masters? With the highest respect and deepest gratitude.

One of the many things that’s been difficult for me and I know for many others is our continuous evolution from little 3D people of the old lower frequencies and density into greater, larger 5D people of the NEW higher Light frequencies. These Ascension Process and Embodiment Process changes over the past twenty-plus years has oftentimes been not only hellacious but colossally weird in that we HAVE been evolving from lower frequency and consciousness ego-based little humans into much higher frequency and consciousness multidimensional Light Crystalline humans who are individually becoming physically Embodied ‘little gods’. That is what the Embodiment Process is; us becoming ‘little gods’ from having Embodied, unified with, merged with, had our Higher Self/Selves/Soul take full residency with our little people selves in our physical bodies. We’ve become—with more choosing the Embodiment Process every day—Embodied individual ‘little gods’ over the years and that process has not only been extraordinarily remarkable and exasperating to personally live, but also sometimes difficult to watch other ascension teachers/writers going through themselves.

We’re no longer old lower world little people but we’re not quiet yet 100% Embodied NEW ‘little gods’ either, but an oftentimes awkward, ungainly and unattractive combination of them both. This reminds me of going through the insanity known as puberty and how awkward and unattractive the majority of us were during that phase! Same case now with our individual spiritual Embodiment Process. We are not what we were before it started, but we haven’t fully completed the changeover into full-blown ‘little god’ Embodiment either and are doing our current best to not look, sound or act like awkward, raging hormonal nitwits with spiritual pimples everywhere during this, the final phase of our profound individual transmutation into something entirely NEW and radically different.

Because of this—and all the rest of it!—let’s please be kind to those living the Embodiment Process during this final completion phase of it. Give each of us the space, room, time, patience and understanding for each of us to complete this extraordinary living in-body transfiguration. Sometimes we flail a bit during our individual Higher/lower Embodiment Process spiritual puberty awkwardness. It too just is what it is and we’ll Master this as well. But know that those of us who chose to Embody first are in our final stages of this esoteric, mystical, unfathomable process in 2019, both glorious and awkward all at once.

Fully Embodied NEW Light humans on Earth, along with everything that January 2020 will also anchor in, is and has been greatly accelerating the Separation and Shift. You cannot have increasingly Embodied Souls existing in physical human ascended bodies on Earth and expect anything to remain the same.

One of many side effects of the Embodiment Process, and general Ascension Process for that matter, is that many of us have been having much more obvious interactions with certain people that are NOT in the same Earth world reality and timeline we are. I’ve experienced this numerous times since 1999, but its become blatantly obvious in 2019 when two or more people are trying to communicate with each other and all of them do not exist on the same Earth world and timeline as the other person does. 

Sometimes I cannot understand what the other person has said because to me it sounds like another launguage. Other times I hear English being spoken by the person but what they’re saying makes no sense to me whatsoever. It sounds to me like they’re lying, making up random crap about something and they can’t even do that well.  When this happens I consciously understand what’s going on and why but that doesn’t make it any easier to accurately communicate with the person or people before me that exist in a different Earth world reality level and timeline than I currently do, and vice versa.

Have you ever said something to someone and they instantly look at you like you are crazy, stupid or both? I have many times and it’s highly frustrating sometimes to be so completely misunderstood by someone. The opposite is true too. Sometimes when someone not in the same Earth world and timeline as I am says something to me, I look at them like they’re crazy, stupid or both! Every time I’ve done this I apologize for my dumbfounded slack-jaw response and ask them to explain what exactly they meant and we attempt to go from there. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn’t. Welcome to the numerous and surreal side effect of the Separation of Worlds!

Another thing I’ve wanted to mention for a long time and kept forgetting is how those of us that can hold higher space really well, oftentimes experience sudden accidents and/or other traumatic life-changing events. In many cases, not all but many, these sudden severe accidents and/or events happen to help dislodge us, literally shake us loose from what we’d been holding energetically in place so well for so long. When abruptly impacted like this, we’re instantly freed to move on to the next higher level and phase of our Ascension and/or Embodiment Processes. There’s physical, emotional, financial and whatnot recovery time involved here too of course but we’ve been dramatically released from some old situation(s), person/people etc. from the old lower world and timeline that we very much needed immediate release from.

When this is happening to you it seems like your life and personal world has suddenly exploded and is in ruin all around you. It seems this way because it is exactly what’s happened and it was necessary, important and very helpful to you even though it doesn’t look or feel like it at the time. You have been freed by your Higher Self/Selves/Soul/Source from your previous holding pattern and space which is a blessing in the long-run. It may take some time for you to recover, recuperate and rebuild anew but that’s what these ascension lives are all about. Stair-steps that just keep going higher and higher and isn’t that a great thing!

Another aspect of this that I’ve been hearing more about from different people is that some are having sudden accidents that have caused them to break bones, many needing surgery or multiple surgeries to put the bone(s) back together again.

Because my Sun is in Capricorn which is ruled by Saturn and they rule our physical inner bones and skeletal structure, that’s my first thought when I hear about someone in 2019, having a sudden accident and they break a bone or bones. The second thought I have about this is the current Saturn Pluto conjunction in Capricorn happening all year and reaching their one and only EXACT to the degree conjunction on January 12, 2020. What is it in you personal life and structure(s) that’s needing to stop holding old lower space and/or pattern(s) so you can be freed from it/them now? Nothing slows us down and forces us deeply inward than having our physical bodies suddenly immobilized. I don’t see anything “wrong” about any of this, only an obviously highlighted something that wants you/me/each of us experiencing Saturn and Pluto getting increasingly close in Capricorn all year to break free from past structures and spaces we’ve held so that we’re free to Shift, Separate and transcend into higher NEW spaces and states of personal inner being and external reality. 

Another thing I want to include is some of the phenomena and other strange anomalies I’ve repeatedly seen physically and Seen clairvoyantly in 2018 and 2019.

One strange and uncomfortable visual was something I’ve never experienced before 2019 and hope I don’t again. It’s happened a few times throughout the year and looks like the physical external reality I can see at the time is being moved towards me and away from me incredibly fast. It’s not moved a great distance, only about ten feet or so from stationary me, but it’s the rapid speed and repetition of it that’s almost unbearable. It’s like someone very large is rapidly and repeatedly pushing and pulling  physical reality toward you and away from you very quickly and you’re seeing this with your physical eyes while awake. It doesn’t last long thankfully because I’d be falling over and vomiting all over the place if it did!

Another increasingly common visual I’ve been Seeing, and I know many of us have been seeing and Seeing far more than ever before too, is Light anomalies, Light patterns and colors both in your energy fields and in your physical environment. These are too numerous to list and I’m sure what each of us has been physically seeing and clairvoyantly Seeing has continued to change, expand and become much more multidimensionally complex.

The NEW codes have much to do with what we’ve been seeing and Seeing since late 2018, and constantly and more vividly in 2019. By 2020 these NEW codes will be the NEW normal, the NEW and only set of codes for all of humanity in this higher Evolutionary Cycle. If you’re a Seer, a clairvoyant, someone that’s able to perceive these NEW multidimensional codes, templates, patterns, blueprints for humanity and reality etc., then you too have been seeing/Seeing some very beautiful NEW geometric code patterns, energy waves, clusters of patterns and colors, transparent Crystalline cluster patterns, Diamond waves, Diamond sparkle Lights and codes and on and on. Just beautiful and such a lovely distraction and bit of “high” from all the lower collapsing stuff, crap and difficulties trying to get most anything done in the old world with most of those people in it. At this point, it’s the small things.

The other day when I woke up I Saw an up close view of the evolutionary Spiral we’re on. This visual was of only one particular small section of the Spiral, the one we’re on now, and I knew my attention was being directed to it because it’s exactly where the Separation of Worlds & Timelines and Shift takes place.

This small Spiral section with its invisible demarcation line is where we cross-over, where we Shift from the old lower Spiral rung up to the next higher Spiral rung. From a Universal perspective this is an extremely brief moment in time. From our incarnate physical perspective it’s life and reality repeatedly exploding, piece by piece, situation by situation, habit by habit, expectation by expectation. It feels like we need to be wearing hazmat suits, helmets and other protective gear to protect us from these constant evolutionary changes. From higher levels it’s a rare and special moment where we cross-over from a lower Spiral rung to a higher Spiral rung and are never the same again. Based on what I Saw a couple of mornings ago, we’re in this cross-over area now and will be traversing it for the rest of 2019.

This crossing-over is also energetically connected to those living the Embodiment Process first. There are many different evolutionary happenings that are connected to our current crossing-over this invisible demarcation Shift line on the evolutionary Spiral. All of these things are why we’re feeling the profound pressures of completing the last twenty, thirty years of Ascension Process right now. We all feel everything is about to pop, Separate, Shift and fully Cross-Over into the NEW. This is the completion point of this phase and where we transition over so don’t throw the towel in now fellow First Everythingers! Your HighHeart is in charge and taking you there.

A November To Remember ~ November 30, 2018


How is everyone doing and feeling after the intense 11-11-11 and substantial ‘trajectory shift’ transfiguration month of November 2018? A little bruised and sore here and there? More major Pineal and Pituitary “renovation” expansion head pains and pressures? Some occasional NEW Code nausea and vertigo? Oh, and how about this NEW abrupt in and out of time business happening? And increased sudden in and out of reality/realities business? Yeah, me too and more.

We knew November 2018 was going to be a doozy and it certainly was and continues to be. Only hours away is December 2018, and it will make the entire 11 energy year including the epic month of November pale in comparison. Doesn’t matter if we’ve fully adjusted and adapted to the accelerated Embodiment Process and latest collective ascension trajectory shift that took place this month. We’re only hours from shifting into the last month of this incredible 11 energy year of 2018. You know more and higher comes with our entrance into December, and then it will up-shift dramatically again when we transition into January 2019.

I’m going to list some of the main side effects I’ve dealt with the entire month of November 2018, and then experienced some of them amplify greatly throughout the collect ascension ‘trajectory shift’, which for me started Sunday, November 18th and continues today but is less severe. Again, your mileage may vary with these particular Embodiment Process and trajectory shift side effects. Also many of these side effects are ones I’ve had, you’ve had repeatedly over the past few years, however they reached very severe levels of intensity this month because we are now rapidly evolving both internally and externally.

SEVERE HEAD PAINS & PRESSURES — I’ve had this off and on since 1999, but for all of November 2018, it was at a level of intensity I’ve never experienced before. It has felt like Source has been jack-hammering my physical skull with highly focused Light to install more higher frequency Light (Photonic) energies into very specific areas in my head such as the Pineal and Pituitary glands. These head and skull pains are always incredibly precise like some form of evolutionary Light brain surgery is taking place. That’s probably closer to the truth than we know! Needless to say, it hurts, a lot physically while taking place.

The first-half of November these precise head and skull pains would suddenly move from one specific location on the top of my head to two smaller focal points on the top of my head and skull. After an hour or so it would move to another location on my head, mainly the top area but also to one side, then another side, then the lower back of my skull and then back up to the top of my head/skull and so on.

The second-half of November this Divine evolutionary head drilling, Light inserting process changed from incoming Light energies being drilled and injected into my Pineal and Pituitary glands to, both glands being etherically expanded greatly to be capable of radiating NEW higher frequency Light energies. So November 2018 was for me and many of you about having the “Light quotient” dramatically increased in our heads and endocrine brain glands—old school Crown chakra and Brow or Third Eye chakra—into very NEW and improved and tremendously expanded, more complex enlarged brain glands with matching NEW higher abilities. Hence why we’ve experienced abrupt in and out of time shifting and other related things recently.

 

At some point in the first-half of November 2018, I clairvoyantly Saw an image of a small quartz crystal cluster in my Pineal gland. I Saw it and thought, “Oh, look at that, how nice I have that in there now.” In the second-half of November this small etheric quartz crystal cluster had grown in size so greatly that all the points of it now stick out of my skull in all directions considerably. No wonder my head and skull has hurt so severely throughout November. When I clairvoyantly Saw how much this etheric and symbolic image had grown from the first-half to the end of November, I realized that this image represents a third Crown for me, or the start of something that December 2018 will manifest more completely. Evolutionary Stair-steps.

RELATED EYE & VISION CHANGES — Because of the Pineal and Pituitary gland expansions, you may have also had your eyes go blurry, unusually dry and/or numb feeling at times. You may have also seen that familiar white colored mist-like energy when viewing inside your home or elsewhere. Many have experienced this side effect off and on since 1999, and it has to do with periods where we’re energetically shifting to higher levels of being. Typically our physical vision will experience blurred vision and/or seeing the white mist everywhere.

INNER EARS RINGING CONSTANTLY — This side effect has become so familiar that I don’t pay much attention to it anymore. When your inner ears start ringing again, it means you’re encountering higher frequency Light energies and your physical body is being affected and further evolved by them.

SEVERE INNER COLD — This side effect doesn’t happen a lot but it usually manifests when we’re shifting rather dramatically again. When we enter NEW higher frequency levels internally and spaces externally, we often feel a pretty extreme inner cold that nothing warms up. I’m having it again now as I write this along with those old ascension related random HighHeart thumps and poundings. I will finish this article no matter what however! o_O

GREATLY INCREASED NEED TO SLEEP — This side effect has been profoundly increased throughout the month of November 2018. With such big and NEW Embodiment and trajectory shift changes taking place in us and our Physical, Energy and Light bodies in November, many of us have HAD to sleep at any time of the day to keep up with all of these ongoing and higher level changes. That plus it’s just faster and easier to Embody them while we’re out of our physical bodies for a few hours. Just sleep when you need to and don’t worry or feel guilty for doing so. Oftentimes I don’t sleep much overnight because other things are happening so when I suddenly pass out during the day because my physical body is going through another big evolutionary Embodiment change, then I sleep and am grateful for it!

WAVES OF VERTIGO & NAUSEA — As we continue becoming more and higher frequency Light, these two side effects should almost be expected. I know some people experience vertigo much more severely than other Embodiers while some never experience waves of nausea and so on. Just be careful when the world suddenly moves on you or drops away beneath you etc. Sit or lay down until you can safely move about again.

HIGHHEART THUMPS, BUMPS & MOVEMENTS — Most of us have experience this side effect many times over these ascension and Embodiment years or decades now, but again, in November most everything has been greatly increased. Because we’re about to shift collectively into 2019, which is much more elevated energetically than 2018 was, the Embodiers have been and continue experiencing amplified side effects.

Also when there’s more fluctuations in the magnetic field, my heart HighHeart typically experiences more inner thumps and bumps and poundings etc. Also increased crying over anything that moves me one way or another. It’s all more HighHeart expansions and Embodiment of greater and higher Light inside of us and our physical bodies.

INCREASED MOMENTS OF REALITY SUDDENLY DISAPPEARING — This one may sound fun until you experience it, then it’s like “Where did everything go?!” I’ve experienced this a few times in November where suddenly and abruptly everything is instantly gone. The world, my house, everything familiar in the physical world is not there, in an instant. A few moments later the old familiar external reality returns and you carry on as usual, while glancing over your shoulder occasional! Anything is possible from here on out fellow Embodiers, and we are after all intentionally shifting the human collective and assisting with the entire Ascension Process and continually lifting it all even higher for everyone that may eventually want to have a go at Embodiment too.

INCREASED PERIODS OF ABRUPTLY EXITING LINEAR TIME — I’ve experienced moving in and out and back in and back out of linear time many times over these ascension years, however, November 2018 caused me to suddenly and very abruptly shift out of linear time and “later” shift back into it. Remember years ago when one of the common Ascension side effects was forgetting something a half-second after you’d thought about it. You thought of something and got up to go into another room to get it or do it or whatever the case was but before you took three steps you’d forgotten what you were doing and why. Well, this is something like that in that more of us are suddenly and abruptly exiting the frequency where linear time is still happening and find ourselves outside of it.

I’m not talking about being in the Now Moment because I’ve been increasingly there for the past few years. This strange side effect we’ve experienced in November 2018 was and still is caused by this latest big ‘trajectory shift’. Because of all the changes taking place in us and our bodies, heads/brains and consciousness, AND because of the ongoing evolutionary Stair-step up-shifting, uplifting process, more Embodiers have been abruptly jerked out of old lower but familiar linear time and space too for that matter. Just enjoy the transitional weirdness and anomalies and don’t fret over any of it. ❤

INCREASE SEEING LIGHTS, PATTERNS, CODES, ENERGIES ETC. — I’ve been experiencing periods where I See different energies and etheric things, patterns, colors, Lights and so on both with my eyes open, closed and when I naturally blink. The first time I Saw colorful rainbow patterns and Light codes was during the second-half of November when I normally blinked. I was washing my hands when I Saw this and played with it and could only See it when I blinked. That was new and NEW.

Seeing more new Light patterns, codes and other energy patterns and colors, and of course the Light that is YOU flashing externally around you, has continued and now happens anytime whether my eyes are open, closed, or while I naturally blink. I think this is just one more NEW to us side effect of our ongoing Embodiment Process and the ongoing higher and higher trajectory shifts and other related tweaks and adjustments in our, in the overall Ascension Process. Expect the unexpected.

Something else I very clearly and consciously experienced through these November energies and changes was what I’m going to compare to being in rehab, although I’ve never been in rehab. While I was in the middle of one of these November Embodiment processes, I was more clearly aware of the rapid-fire consecutive energy steps and automatic consequences or side effects of them than I’ve ever been before. It was amazing to be conscious enough to perceive this energetically and also unfolding in myself and my physical body. It was amazing, physical painful, then emotionally and psychologically painful and downright miserable, followed by completion of said transfiguration energy blast. The easiest way for me to express this is to use my experience with it in the second-half of November due to the trajectory shift.

I would clairvoyantly See another wave pulsation of Light come in, enter my head then and down into my HighHeart (upper chest area) This would immediately cause some physical pains and pressures in both my head, skull, Pineal and Pituitary, face and eyes etc., then down into my HighHeart. The moment that happened this unfolding Embodiment Process would cause me amplified emotional pain, frustration, anger, resentment and general pissed off feelings about certain things that are obviously still “issues” for me. This process took one or two seconds to happen; Light into physical head, down into HighHeart which automatically activated ANY remaining stuff and junk I had/have within myself still. This was a super quick boom, boom and final boom thing that happened so fast and with such amplification it was shocking.

While this was happening to, in and through me during the trajectory shift, I realized that the almost instantaneous activation of any remaining lower frequency stuff within me was much like it must feel when one goes through drug or alcohol rehab. There’s a period of intense and extreme detox while one’s personal “demons” of choice are “cast out”, expelled through the physical-level detox process. That’s the realization I had while going through a very intense phase of this November trajectory shift and amplified Embodiment. The shift placed me—and you reading this—in another higher level of energy, being, reality, consciousness and awareness etc. which instantly revealed ANY lower frequency emotional stuff or junk each of us still has within us.

This isn’t new at all and is exactly what we’ve lived through via the Ascension Process since 1998–1999. Suddenly dealing with Light coming in, being deeply affected by it in all ways, having symptoms and side effects because of it, and lastly having that Light make contact with our lower frequency stuff and “issues” etc. and having that cause emotional pains. This boom, boom and boom Ascension Process used to take years, then months, then weeks and now at the end of 2018 it takes minutes, very intense minutes but only minutes if you’re brave and willing to fully release! None of us can make higher and higher ‘trajectory shifts’ and Embody more and more and do so with any old lower residual stuff, junk, issues in us. It’s an impossibility, I know because I’ve experienced this cosmic Law many times over these ascension years. 100% pure or no-go with a lot of additional pains both physical and emotional so just give it all up. Nothing and I mean nothing can be hidden intentionally or unintentionally from within The Light.

My only comfortable and sane location for my being now is my HighHeart.

Excellent November shift fellow Embodiers and collective ascension drivers. More is coming in December and beyond and every layer now is more amplified and faster than the previous one. Pay attention to whatever it is that you need to see, See, feel, know and therefore improve.

The Ascension Process & the Embodiment Process Clarified ~ May 24, 2018


“…would you touch on the distinction between the AP and EP?” — Kara

 

These two questions may sound like they’re not related but they most certainly are. First, Kara’s question.

I have intentionally been writing these two terms — the Ascension Process (AP) and the Embodiment Process (EP) — in this way because not everyone is or will be living the Embodiment Process in their current incarnations. For that matter, not everyone is or will be living the Ascension Process in these current incarnations because some people are hell-bent on continuing and/or perpetuating the only thing they know and enjoy which is the old negative patriarchy and all that it was. But those people are not the focus of this article so I won’t spend anymore time on that subject.

The AP is natural compressed evolution and everyone alive on Earth now is feeling the constant bombardment of higher frequency Light energies to quickly evolve from within the physical bodies they incarnated into in this life. The only way to not evolve now is to die and exit your physical body and reincarnate in the future or near future with a NEW higher frequency body that’s a vibrational and energetic match to the NEW Earth and baseline global 5D HighHeart consciousness. Some people now incarnate are too old, too sick, too weak or just do not want to remain in their current physical body and go through the tremendous Work that the AP requires. These people are and will continue to die and exit their current bodies and reincarnate down the evolutionary road a bit with physical bodies built to match such profoundly higher energies and existence in 5D both internally and externally. Those people who stay in their current physical bodies and go through the AP to evolve them in every way imaginable, and many that are not, are living the natural Alchemical Ascension Process in-body.

These people are the “normal” masses of humanity who are not consciously aware of the evolutionary Ascension Process but are subject to it because they are alive and in physical bodies on Earth now. Just so there’s no confusion over this aspect, understand that there’s a HUGE difference between the unaware people currently living the AP on Earth now, and those individuals that are known as Volunteers, First Everything-ers, Forerunners, Gatekeepers, Gridworkers, Starseeds, Pathpavers, Wayshowers, Lightworkers and Lightwarriors etc. of which I am one.

The Forerunners and other names listed above, have been consciously aware that they are not only living the Alchemical AP as First Everything-ers, but that they are the ways and means by which the NEW higher frequency Light energies (and more) are seeded, inserted and permanently anchored into and on ascending physical Earth via their physical and energetic bodies and higher Heart consciousness. I’ve said in other articles that Divine Source throws out the balls so there’s got to be a small Group of individuals voluntarily inserted in the physical third dimension (3D) in physical bodies to literally “catch those energy balls” and anchor them into their own bodies and into Earth and reality on Earth.

The First Everything-ers have consciously been involved with the AP from the very beginning and have been transmuting and clearing old residual 3D patriarchal negativity—human and non-human created—across time on Earth from the first moment too. As they transmuted and cleared out unimaginable amounts of old negativity and darkness across time on Earth and in the fourth dimensional lower Astral too, they were simultaneously and constantly embodying (notice I used a lower case “e” here to represent something different from when I use a capital “E” in this same word) more and more of the NEW higher frequency evolutionary Light energies into their physical bodies, consciousness, CNS (central nervous system), heart and Rewiring their two separated brain hemispheres back into One whole unified brain and much more. To even be able to “catch the balls” coming in from Divine Source, the First Everything-ers HAD to live the AP first in and through their own physical bodies. Someone always has to go first and Pathpave and Consciously Create for the rest of the people who will be evolving behind them at a later date.

The next layer to all this is why I’ve deliberately use a capital “E” when I write the word Embody or Embodiment Process. When I write it with a capital “E”, I do so to represent those individual First Everything-ers that have intentionally gone further with this process to Embody their Higher Self/Selves, their Galactic Selves, their Multidimensional Selves etc. and enough Divine Source on a conscious and direct level so as to become fully ‘Sovereign’ individually or Self-Source connected individually. In other words, those Forerunners that have continued to go further with the AP individually for their own Soul, Spirit, Service to Source reasons and live the Embodiment Process and unify with, merge with, integrate with their own Higher Selves and Divine Source while in their current incarnate physical body, do so and continue to do so as NEW ascended living incarnate Masters.

The normal human masses that are currently living the AP but doing so with no conscious awareness of it or that they are and are being dramatically evolve by it are also embodying, lower case “e”.  They are and will continue to be embodying those natural but mandatory aspects of the overall Ascension Process such as integration of both sex energies within their current physical male and/or female bodies. The masculine, the feminine, the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine, left brain and right brain, lower heart evolves energetically up into HighHeart consciousness because HighHeart is integrated and unified, not old lower dualized and separated. These are baseline mandatory evolutionary upgrades that MUST be achieved by each individual to even be able to exist within and survive the 5D NEW Earth world and reality. Five or ten years ago that statement would have sounded almost unattainable by mass humanity, but now in 2018, it is the bottom, lowest baseline mandatory energetic level each person HAS to have within themselves to be able to enter and remain on the NEW 5D Earth. So the unaware masses that are living the AP are also embodying, but they are doing so at base levels only, and I do not mean for that to sound like it isn’t an extraordinary thing because it is! I cannot wait for there to only be integrated, non-dualized, individually unified 5D frequency, HighHeart consciousness people with equal amounts of masculine and feminine energies and consciousness on NEW Earth!

  • embodiment — evolving or ascending enough to have what’s been separated like male and female, higher and lower awareness, right and left brain etc. re-unified within each person that’s currently living the Ascension Process
  • Embodiment Process — First Everything-ers, Forerunners, Pathpavers etc. continuing beyond mandatory embodiment and merging with, aligning with their individual Higher Selves and Divine Source so as to be individually Sovereign physically incarnate Beings of Light in physical human bodies

 

“I am not feeling any communication like I used to have with higher self or guides or having any ” magical” experiences. In fact I feel more grounded and 3D capable then ever. In fact I recently went back to work for the first time in 12 years and am doing great. Anyone else experiencing that?” — Debbie

 

And now to Debbie’s question.

I wrote about the first time I started experiencing this in A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution (2010). All my life I’ve had conscious awareness of and both telepathic and higher dimensional face-to-face conversations with three Starbeings that are part of my Oversoul Group; an Orion from 8D, a Sirian from 6D and a Pleiadian from 5D. I’ve written about them and have included some drawings of them at TRANSITIONS and the book if interested.

As I’ve said many times over the years, my physical biological Ascension Process began February 1, 1999. About a year or so before that these three lifelong and beyond that (past lives too) Starbeings began slowly retreating from me. I didn’t confront them about this for about a year but finally knew I had to. When I finally did ask around 1998, the 8D Orion informed me that I was about to begin a very important and difficult process and they would, for no reason whatsoever, interfere with my going through that process. Because of this their time with me was rapidly coming to an end because, they would be going through this “process” too but at the different levels that each of them would. In other words, our time together was ending because we’d all reached the completion of the preparation phase of what was the Ascension Process, not that I knew it as that at that time. I knew and had know since 1995 that something huge and profoundly important was about to begin with the start of 1999.

It was a difficult phase of feeling my beloved three Starbeing kinsfolk slowly remove themselves from my 3D life and frequency back then but it was necessary for all of us because all of us were about to being this Universal Ascension Process. Me here on 3D physical Earth, and each of them in their different dimensions and realities.

As my AP continued from 1999, almost all of my old familiar higher dimensional Assistants, Guides, helpers and such have, over the decades, slowly disappeared. I’ve experienced being in the same or near space of other higher dimensionals like Lightbeings or Angels and other areas of focus and intelligence in space where some great Beings have no “bodies” per sey but are currently existing in energy bodies in certain areas in higher dimensions and in higher space if you will. It’s hard to describe much of these types of things because they are consciousness areas without bodies like we’re used to and they move and change occasionally, or, my consciousness is evolving to where I’m now able to perceive them as somewhat different from the last time I did.

Anyway, to make sense of Debbie’s question you need to go back to the information about the First Everything-ers currently living the Embodiment Process, with a capital “E”.  🙂

Because we Forerunners are and continue to live the EP, we are increasingly consciously aligning with, merging with, integrating back and unifying with our individual Higher Self/Selves, our Multidimensional Selves, our Starbeing Selves, our Lightbeing Selves, our Angelic aspects, our Galactic and Universal Selves, and Divine Source in vastly more direct and conscious ways. With all that going on now and well into our near and distant futures, we aren’t needing our old lower frequency, lower phases “Guides” and other multidimensional helpers and assistants etc. Because WE are Embodying these other aspects of our self/Self/SELF and SELVES into these current incarnate physical bodies living the Ascension and now Embodiment Processes, we have less and less need for external “Guides” and others. That’s the whole point we had them in the first place. Before we left Higher Home we asked them to help, guide and assist these aspects of us that Volunteered to physically incarnate into physical bodies during the time of Universal Ascension to physically catch those many evolutionary balls that Source throws out.

“Earthly incarnate ET Starseeds phones HOME” and no one is answering because YOU and each of us have been and continue to live the EP individually down here in physicality vibrationally lifting Earth up higher and higher. You/me/we are becoming so Sovereign that we no longer need those external in the old ways we did at the start of the AP. And, I’m going to add here for your honest consideration: Do you think that all these higher Beings would allow the weakest one to be the one that incarnated to catch all those Divine Source balls down in what was 3D physical reality and Earth? Not hardly fellow Cosmic Superheros! 😆

   

One last thing before I need to get horizontal for a bit. This May 2018 higher alignment download “Gateway” was, for me and I suspect many of you reading this, epic in its intensity, its glory, its pain-inducing spectacular-ness, its surreal like nature, and its “Huh, feels kinda like this might could kill me if I hadn’t done all that difficult prep Work!” This month’s higher energies alignment downloads into our level here was one for the Ascension Process record book in my opinion! Amazing, strange and surreal, otherworldly in nature but that should be expected at this point, and pretty asskickingly painful in other areas for a while too. Just another day in ascending paradise.

Said another way, OMG May 15th thru 22nd—with Saturday the 19th and Tuesday the 22nd and Wednesday the 23rd so powerful and intense that I momentarily wondered on the 23rd where exactly I was, not that it mattered that much to me or even if my physical body didn’t survive this latest shout-out from Divine Source!

The physical pains in certain body parts was severe but nothing new about that. It was the incoming blasts that caused my heart to pound yet again while at complete rest to the point my body shook a bit with each heart-pounding beat. That and those pains and pressures in your head and skull that often go straight into your Pineal and then Pituitary glands and cause you to suddenly perceive certain aspects of “reality” quite differently for a few days or more. This level of head intensity energies often cause me to smell certain strange scents that I don’t even know are physically “real” or not. Kind of a miserable side effect to having one’s Pineal and Pituitary blasted by Source, yet again, but the end results are so worth all the weirdness up front!

I know I’ve been in another ascending Earth world reality for the past few weeks. I know this because it’s happened so many times over the years that I can fairly quickly tell the difference because there are slight to rather dramatic differences in the external world that I see and feel. That statement isn’t all that important really, but how it makes you feel when you consciously experiencing the fact that you’ve changed Earth realities yet again is. I spoke about how our sense of self and singular identity has changed lately and this is another big reason why. Those of us living the EP (with a capital “E”) continue to expand our sense of aligning, unifying and merging of self/Self/SELF/SELVES into these bodies and consciousness are repeatedly shifting our locations and identities within “reality” and “realities”. I AM here, then I AM there, then I AM in both and more places and on and on this expanding and aligning and merging with more and higher continues. And this is how we eventually reach the I AM point. Sounds like a great spot to close this one. ❤

NEW Embodiment Level Incoming Now ~ March 14, 2018


 

We know why the December 21, 2017 Solstice through March 20, 2018 Equinox quarter was extra difficult and isolating for many of us; we’re about to get energetically blasted like never before, so an intense preparation period was required beforehand to be able to Embody and seed what’s coming. We (specifically the Forerunners of the Forerunners, the Forerunners, the First Ascenders, First Embodiers etc.) have completed another flight of Ascension / Embodiment Process energy Stair-steps and reached a totally NEW higher frequency Landing and are about to start ascending a NEW flight of Stairs. Because of this, most of us have found ourselves confined over these winter months (in the Northern Hemisphere, summer in the Southern) forcing us to deal with whatever issues each of us needed to be consciously aware of, see, feel, resolve, release.

I’ve never felt any previous winter quarter keep me as isolated and housebound as this one has, and not because of bad winter weather, but because I had some more things, issues, old 3D focus and emotions to go through before they were released. This mandatory personal inner focus time finally released for me at the end of the second week of March. It still amazes me every time I find more stuff and junk I have remaining in those tiny unlit blind corners of my inner self after three-plus decades of continuous serious Inner Work! Packed to the Crown chakra we’ve all been with stupid dense unaware tidbits, old 3D habits, beliefs and limited expectations that cannot go one more step with us on our Embodiment Process. Every time we reach another higher Landing, we’re confronted with whatever remaining stuff and junk is in us that has to be acknowledged, transmuted and released so we can ascend to higher frequency ground minus any remaining old dense 3D travel souvenirs we were still hauling along with us.

  For a while I’ve Seen visual images representing the impact of what’s starting around mid-March 2018 for the Forerunners, First Embodiers, Seeders of the NEW upon our physical bodies and Selves. I often perceive information in the form of mind’s eye visual image knowings because more information can be instantly received that way than a stream of linear telepathed words describing complex events.

These latest Embodiment related images start out with one person (representing ALL Forerunners, First Embodiers etc.) walking up the last step on a lower flight of stairs then stepping up to a new higher landing. As this person turns on this NEW landing to fully face the next flight of stairs, she/he is hit by an intense blast of higher frequency energies in a way that’s never happened or been experienced before. The impact of these constant energies hitting this person facing them hits them externally and immediately enters their physical and energy bodies. In other words, this single representative of all the Forerunners is pummeled from head to toe inside and out by this NEW force of vastly higher frequency Light and other energies.

That scene changes into the next one which is a closeup of these intense energies hitting this person directly and traveling through them. The billions of tiny but incredibly potent energies look somewhat like crystalline snowflakes, each one different and incredibly beautiful but razor-sharp on every edge and angle. They’re not “snowflakes” of course but were a clever way of depicting NEW higher frequency complex geometric energies and codes, each slightly different in their unique patterns and shapes. These numerous crystalline cutting edged geometric snowflakes hit the persons outer physical body and skin and continued deeper into the body and affected absolutely every inch of it. Cells, bones, blood, nerves, heart, lungs, brain, organs, everything had these tiny beautiful transparent crystal “snowflake” geometries cutting into and through them, instantly changing our internal energetic landscapes to help us continue the Embodiment Process at this NEW level (this NEW landing and flight of NEW energy stairs). 

I have to say that I was mildly taken aback by these images, only because they looked rather brutal, like we’re about to get sliced n’ diced by a huge NEW unrelenting blast of evolutionary Embodiment force all the way down into our DNA. I don’t think it will hurt much differently from the other big Landing changes the Forerunners have repeatedly gone through over these ascension years, but I’m also not going to lie because the sheer force of this particular NEW higher frequency Embodiment impact will be felt by every one of us. How could it not when this energetic phase resembles billions of beautiful different shaped razor-sharp crystal snowflakes carrying NEW Embodiment codes cutting their way into every cell and fiber of our physical bodies, HighHearts and consciousness? However, on the other side of this profound evolutionary upgrade, we’ll resonate from every cell, blood drop, nerve and HighHeart beat with the NEW higher everything in ways we never have before when in the physical.

I’ve also Seen that accompanying this particular NEW Embodiment transition are a lot of overseeing Angelic Lightbeings watching us closely as we live through this big change. I mention this because you may suddenly be sensing them near you, hovering invisibly, or not possibly, and feeling them and their LOVE and deep compassion for what we’re about to begin here in our physical bodies on ascending Earth.

Because we’re on NEW evolutionary Embodiment ground in 2018, this phase may at times feel a bit overwhelming to some of us, or like one long-awaited celebration to others, but most likely both. Either way, make sure to spend time every day and night consciously open to this huge Embodiment change in every way. Open to it and let it do what it’s designed to do. YOU are what’s important now so self-care when needed, privacy when needed, quite time when needed along with periods of not moving physically also. Here’s to becoming resonate Crystalline Christ Unified Embodied beings in the physical. ❤

A NEW Landing With A Higher Set Of Stairs ~ March 9, 2018


I’ve often used the term Stair-steps to indicate the many energy phases and stages within the Ascension Process (AP) and Embodiment Processes (EP). I’ve also used the term Landings with this same symbolism to show those landmark points where the Forerunners of the Forerunners, the First Ascenders, the First Embodiers etc., reach another higher frequency point, turn an Ascension/Embodiment corner, and begin ascending up another NEW flight of Stair-steps within this ongoing process. This we’ve done again with our entry into 2018. We—and I’m talking specifically about the Forerunners of the Forerunners etc.—have reached a NEW much higher frequency Landing and have begun rising up, further Embodying up this NEW higher set of energy Stairs.

This Stair-steps and landings imagery and symbolism are easy mental and emotional visuals to help grasp this amazing and ongoing process. However, when another NEW Landing is reached by the Conscious Creators Forerunner Collective, from our perspectives the closest set of stairs and previous landing below us grows dark, dim and disappears from our view. The levels of Stair-steps and Landings further below that one are hardly within our awareness anymore, so life and reality-changing is each of these higher and higher frequency Landings with their NEW flight of energy Stairs.

The further and higher into the Embodiment Process I go, the harder some aspects of it are for me to write about because 1) it’s profoundly personal and 2) it’s amazingly difficult to put into linear words and 3) it’s not intellectual whatsoever but everything else! The Embodiment Process from the physical side is fairly archetypal in nature (what an asinine statement that was!) for the Forerunners of the Forerunners, First Ascenders, First Embodiers and yet it’s still a deeply personal and intimate process of integral RE-UNION with the higher and highest vast aspects of YOU into this physical expression of You living the AP and EP on Earth now. To accurately flesh-out in written form what living this ongoing EP is like and what it feels like, how it looks and sounds and so on is nearly impossible, plus most days one doesn’t even want to try to express it to anyone let alone write it down in linear form. But we try, when we can, and carry on at NEW higher expanded levels of being and awareness. Such is the nature of true Pathpaving.

Also, the further along the Embodiment Process I go, the less I care about all the complex details about it. The less that level matters to me at this point. It may again in the future but over the past few years, for me what holds the most personal satisfaction is living it, feeling it, Embodying it, being surprised and/or confused by it, being shocked by how much “it” hasn’t been anything like what I thought or expected “it” would be like whatsoever. At times this not knowing is unnerving and a real test of how stable and sturdy one’s HighHeart seat of being really is. At other times it’s just evolutionary business as usual and isn’t happening near fast enough for me. Separating from Source was exciting and traumatic, and RE-UNITING with Source is equally exciting and traumatic. The in-breath and the out-breath and all those many Stair-steps and Landing levels in-between them.

Another of many of the things we’re re-uniting (current unifying evolution of everything that was intentionally separated into Duality long ago) within and through ourselves is the heart and mind. This 2018 NEW Landing Embodiment Process level is forcing more Forerunners etc. to experience their EP via their HighHearts and not their minds or intellects. If you write about the AP and EP, then this is another reason why it’s gotten somewhat more difficult to verbalize in linear written form what living that taking place in multiple locations, dimensions, times and levels within your body, self and beyond is.

When I’m very quiet and still I can more easily maintain the larger and higher frequency expanse of Higher Awareness and perceive multiple sides, dimensions and levels of my EP, but what I’m perceiving is still very NEW to the Denise aspect. To other aspects of ME it’s old-hat but not so for incarnate Denise aspect. Some of you can relate to how familiar this 2018 new Landing level is, while simultaneously shocked and amazed by how strange yet methodical it is. It all depends on where one is observing the, their personal but multiple EP from in that Now Moment.

No matter how hard I try, I cannot remember January 2018. It’s just gone. So be it. February 2018 is totally opposite however and will take some more Inner Work on my part to clean up after. March 2018 is playing out for me sort of how February did; one intense inner change after another making them all feel like I’m ascending up these NEW Stair-steps extraordinarily fast in comparison to all previous levels. It’s timeless in one Now Moment perspective, then dragging on forever in some strange isolated and energetically sequestered space the next. Again, perspective and frequency as further RE-UNIFICATION unfolds within oneself, consciousness and physical body.

In much the same way the Sun both slowly pulses out and quickly flashes NEW higher frequency next-level Stair-steps EP energies, so too does this manifest in my physical body as EP side effects or symptoms. I’m aware of the solar energy pulses impacting and activating next-level Codes, DNA, Crystalline/Christ/Unity frequencies within Denise me and her physical body. There is no separation between what the Sun transmits or anything else and what instantly takes place within my body and myself and Selves. We are one massive interconnected unit existing in different dimensions simultaneously but All Working on the same things; evolution of Self and Selves to Consciously Create the NEW higher frequency platforms both physical and nonphysical for humanity to now evolve into.

Over the past few weeks I’ve repeatedly experienced something that feels to me like there’s suddenly not enough air in the room. I’ve experienced this many times since 1999, but never at this NEW higher Landing level. All the sudden there’s a sense I’m not getting enough oxygen and my lungs hurt momentarily while at the same time I’ll suddenly smell that old common AP scent of nonphysical burning incense smoke so intensely it almost chokes you. While all this is going on I’ll physically see and clairvoyantly See greatly increased nonphysical activity in my house. It’s like there are suddenly dozens of nonphysical beings and energies and who knows what all moving around inside my house.

After I went through this one yet again, but at this much higher 2018 Landing level of Embodiment, I realized that what seemed to me to be multiple different energy events and psychic anomalies and ongoing EP side effects was actually one thing taking place. It was one event caused by one solar energy pulse being Embodied in my physical body which automatically activated further Crystalline/Christ/Unity frequencies and higher DNA activation’s within me. The smelling of nonphysical burning smoky scents has to do with our Pineal and Pituitary brain glands being further evolved, expanded and consciously RE-UNITED multidimensionally and beyond that even. And when this happens we physically see and clairvoyantly See much more of the nonphysical that’s around us all the time. We’re further activated, expanded, ascended and UNIFIED a bit more and therefore perceive a bit more every time we go through this. We See more, Feel more, Hear more, perceive more, Know more and become more with every solar pulse and flash at every higher frequency Stair-step.

Physical life is like the dream now and dreaming is like some of our other lives and Selves going about their hurried ascension business in their locations, levels and spaces. EP symptoms are our physical bodies anchoring what the Sun pulses out which causes us to change a bit more every time it does it. It won’t ever end, only become larger, higher in frequency and more complex and simplified as we evolve and know and are more. Keep growing into the glorious Divine weirdness of it all and ignore the chaotic distractions and unaware people from one Now Moment to the next Now Moment. Be a mighty receptive frequency container throughout March as more higher Light energies and activations need to be Embodied and seeded by every capable Forerunner. ❤ ❤ ❤
