As..! Another post form one of my favorite spiritual teachers, Sophia Love. The timing for the release of specific discussions is planned a month or more prior to their release.Β  In this way I can sit down and work on the publication part of things without pouring through what is, today, a significant volume of “talks”!Β  I am frequently surprised that the “timing” of specific subjects is so perfect.Β

You will hear below another way of thinking about unity.Β  In fact, oneness is truth.Β  It is our own perspective that creates the alternative; isolation and the possibility of control by someone other than self. This comes in the midst of the current greater conversation around “Disclosure Now” and the many predictions for massive upheaval these next 2 months.Β

These are things we’ve all chosen, whether out loud or internally, with our decisions and beliefs.Β  Intend sovereignty and abundance for all.Β  It is having a powerful effect, and more focus will only amplify things. Every ripple moves the pond.

We know for a fact that you tube and the internet are seen by a host of on and off world beings. Speak out, in whatever way you have at your disposal. We are one & it is time.

Okay, we will first introduce ourselves.

We are not as you have seen, and/or even imagined in your picturing of a being with whom you are talking.Β  We embody a form that is more geared for flight than walking.Β  There are wings.Β  We are quite small and would hardly be noticed if we arrived en masse in your yard; more the size of a large insect.Β  We see the image you hold in your mind of a very tiny humanoid and tell you we are smaller still and not humanoid.

Our eyes are large.Β  We communicate with gestures and mind to mind speak.Β  This is what we are engaged with now, in this conversation with you, but a bit different.

I am seeing mostly wings, frilly.Β  Are you Mantis beings?

We are not.Β  Our form is more stick like, our heads and eyes are different.Β  We do not have legs as the mantis do.

Okay.Β  Let’s move on.Β  What are you here to discuss?

We are here for the specific purpose of unity.Β  Not as a thing to do or practice or become – as a component of life.Β  Unity is as necessary to your survival, to our survival, (excuse us) as (is) your/our heart.Β  You have a saying: “No man is an island” and this would be truth.
I am not a man, and the name for me has not been spoken. (Here is a reference to the fact that this race has not been “named” by us. Sophia). Β Yet no “being” is an island.Β  The saying applies.
It was determined that we would reach you to offer our perspective on unity as a driving component of existence – not instead as a quaint idea for greeting cards and non-profiting endeavors.
Unity becomes then the invisible part – vital, unseen and its contribution unrecognized.
In our species, we cannot move singularly.Β  We are fragile, sticks with wings.Β  The force of just one of us is not enough to move through the air – to locomote. Β We require cooperation and collaboration to proceed in any direction.
Left alone, we are like a scrap of frilly lace – pushed about by whatever breeze shows up.
Yet we do not fathom “alone”.Β  Ours is a race unified at the outset and fully mindful of the implications.
We hear one song and gladly contribute our notes when they will harmonize or are necessary.Β  There are no questions unanswered by the whole of us.
Ours is a mutual dependence.
None of us predominates.Β  New directions are examined and shared then considered by the group.Β  Each of us emits a unique note and we are always heard.
What we don’t have is any concept of pretending or ignoring or selfish – we are each appreciated, unified and depended upon for service to the whole.
We cannot and do not move alone.Β  We do not suffer from any notion of hiding or separation.Β  We don’t ever see ourselves behind something that could create such a barrier.
We have introduced ours as another way to be – individual yet ONE – which is true for the human as well.Β  We see the human imagine different agendas.Β  Yet what is different than life?Β  It is the attribute universally held.Β  Your need for air and love is not different in any country or age.Β  Your need for shelter or health or clothing or sustenance; these are identical.
At birth, the need for each other is most evident.Β  “Failure to Thrive” becomes lethal for new ones of you (who are) not held.
Yet it is not just the new ones who don’t move without help – it is the human at any stage.
Your legs become able to hold your weight yet your heart cannot create love it cannot see reflected.Β  This is the fragile section of the human instrument – the one in need of support always.Β  Babies know this and burst into tears without it; kittens too.
It is the adult who forgets the necessary unity for survival.Β  It is the adult to whom we speak.
Do not assume because you are able to walk alone, unlike us, that you are able to live in isolation.Β  Your relationship with life determines how far you will get.Β  All of life is as much you as (is) your fingertips.Β  You move, you speak, you are as one.Β  This is the message for you now.
There is no shame in dependence.Β  It is a fact of unity – of life – of you.

Sophia Love brings us another smidgen of “soft” disclosure. In this episode, Sophia’s contactee’s share with her a slightly different view of Earth and it’s humans. One set of BEings reveals that while the evolution of humanity on Earth was indeed an experiment, few thought humans capable of ever being more than a type of unconscious “beast of burden” perhaps incapable of developing more than limited consciousness.

Although the conversation with other BEings, living inside of our hollow earth, was more limited, they were able to imply that the developing consciousness of humanity needs to be approached with openness and and…humor! I rather like that take on how we all engage our new-found knowledge from a BEing aspect.

Yes, well, this method is new to us – to me – we are experiencing a rush of energy ourselves.Β  This energy is yours.Β  It is streaming and changing as it does so.Β  It is a very unique experience.Β  We are basking in it.

What do you wish to discuss?

I wish to discuss the history of manipulation on earth.Β  Realize that what is now seen as manipulation is somewhat, not entirely, but somewhat of a surprise to those doing the manipulation.
Humankind at its inception was not seen as equal.Β  It was seen as something for sure, but an asset or non-essential life form – useful, perhaps entertaining, yet never equal.
What happens now in a very real way is akin to your beasts of burden (horses, cattle, etc.) waking up, becoming sentient and communicating.
You (humanity) have been little more than a commodity.
The history then, to be appreciated fully, needs to be viewed in that context.
Okay. Are you from a species that participated in the construction/manipulation of humanity?

I am a species that is aware of all that has occurred here – my energy is a combination of energetic points.Β  Not a being as you have described, a sentience – tuning into yours.
For what purpose?

When you focus all of your energy on “proving” or “disproving” things that may have occurred at another moment, remember or realize that

Your body regenerates.Β  Every part that makes you up is new and therefore not the same part that existed prior.
If you think about this it is then obvious that you cannot in truth ever say that something, like manipulation or control, was “done” to “you” in the past.
YOU ARE NEW NOW.
At another time you were something else.
There is so much focus on this planet on who did what, when, that the living of life is often accomplished as an afterthought.
The life that originated here many, many, many millions of years ago – did so with full awareness of what life form they were entering.
The life form right now is here with the intent of awakening.Β  I engage with you now to bring to your awareness this – FOCUS DETERMINES EFFECT.Β  Effect plays out as your life.Β  This life at this moment was begun with intent and awareness and somewhat of a plan. It is choice that has you here now.
We are aware of the goal guiding this moment for you and want to encourage a focus on now – on ability witnessed and seen that is new – on things hoped for that have never been, rather than things that have “happened” in the past. It will allow for massive, restorative and seemingly magical change. (Italics mine, Sophia)

Yes, there is.Β  We are here.Β  We would like to engage in dialogue.

Go ahead then.
Our purpose in contact is so that we may re-assure you. All will be well.
Our over-riding information regarding the course of your home world – earth – is one of freedom and joy.Β  This brings us great satisfaction.Β  The earth beings are components of every one of us.Β  As this is so, we are connected to you in ways beyond your knowing.Β  Our origin is the same.
I represent, or am speaking for, a race of beings not currently on your planet, but in your planet.
There are others of us, many of us, and we vary in our signature and our appearance.Β  We realize there are many differing stories regarding our existence. Many are based on truth.
There will always be fabrication regarding what is considered the fantastic.Β  Know this.Β  The damage done to your inner guidance system is real.Β  You don’t know who or what to believe.Β  Of all the detrimental effects that “the experiment” had on the human, this mistrust of your psyche, of your intention, of your inner sense, is perhaps the longest lasting to each of you. As revelations and disclosures are announced and released, you are challenged to know who is speaking truth.
It is an easily remedied issue as the process of awakening intensifies.Β  The stifling of your intuitive sense recedes as your internal power grows.Β  You will feel the truth, or better said, you will feel what stories resonate as actual portrayals of this life you are participating in.
Having introduced that, it opens a doorway for a discussion of the fantastic – things that are also true yet have been deliberately withheld from you.Β  These things will require an open mind and a great deal of humor – you will want to allow for mistakes and not retain bitterness about the manipulation.
Everyone has not been “in on it” or perpetrating it.

Great.Β  Who is this and what is the reason for waking me up?

The reason is to alert you.

Alert you to the fact of my, of our many, existence.Β  We want to engage with you and you are not regularly available.
It is not just myself, but a contingent.Β  The only “time” you are receptive to being disturbed is while you sleep.Β  Your awake time is filled with others and activities and there is no disruption while that is going on.
So you woke me to talk?

Yes.Β  We feel we are running out of opportunities to reach you and because of that, we alerted you to our presence.Β  We desire discussion.
What is it you want to discuss?

The coming shift in frequency and its resulting effect on life forms – of which you currently embody.
Who are you?

I specifically am one who comes now from another time/space/reality.
The realm I currently inhabit is not even imagined by those in your current realm.Β  Yet it is from here that many of you came.
You understand, or better said, are aware of this internally and because this is so, are receptive to the information.
What I came to remind you of is what you signed up for in the current transformation.Β  It has been for the rest of us a gradual frequency shift and vibratory increase.
There have been none before now, before you, before the human – who’ve stepped from complete polarity/slavery density into an ascended state of awareness.
You know that the term ascended has nothing to do with going up.Β  It is therefore a confusing term.Β  Ascended (in this context) means a moving forward, a speeding up, a letting go – of form.
This does not mean that I have no form, nor that you won’t .Β  Yet there is a reason your kind has come to expect formlessness.Β  This is due to the fact that you cannot see with your physical sight the form that I am or the place that I inhabit.
Dreaming is the time for sight.Β  In dreaming, and by this I refer to sleep dreaming, your physicality is not considered.Β  You are free.
In truth all is dreaming.Β  Yet for the sake of this transmission we will stick to the physical sleep dream only.
It is then that sight is enabled.

Will some choose not to?

The expansion and experience of each life is self-chosen.Β  There are more than a few on your place of resonance whom are there to observe, not participate.Β  Although they will be affected, they will not be “going” anywhere.Β  This may not be the majority, and again, everything is undetermined until the now moment of the shift, yet it appears to be a significant number.
For those who participate, this change will distribute its effect down to every particle of their being.Β  It is a monumental alteration of the operating physical.Β  Nothing will be the same.
You all wonder about current maladies and diseases and their condition after the shift.Β  Let us tell it this way – all of you exists in each vibratory expression – yet, and this is an important point – the current “you” expresses health and disease according to and in concert with current expectations for a life form of this density.
Once you change, all bets are off and this new form that is still you will not express exactly the same.
We would suggest you enjoy your current expression to whatever extreme you are capable of believing.Β  Do not hold back.
All the while, imagine health and vitality.Β  For this imagination, THAT IS SO MUCH A VITAL PART OF WHAT YOU ARE NOW, IS THE ONLY THING WE ARE SURE WILL ACCOMPANY YOU.

“I am back with questions.Β  They are for several different beings.Β  I will read them and then wait for an answer.Β  Will this suffice?”

We are willing, yes.
Okay.Β  Question #1: One whistleblower, who reports he was an early Secret Space Program ‘naut in the early ’60s, states that the Dracos and Reptoids are not the root of Earth surface conflict.Β  It all starts with the three-gender saucer beings (one ant-like, one snake-like, and a third). There were only 30 saucers and 90 total of the beings, but they made us fight and die for their amusement, for thousands of years.

What about this? Is this accurate and exactly which star system are they from?

The answer comes to you in more than one form.Β  First – look to the insider and whatever bias he or she discovers within will color the report as it is made.Β  No doubt information was dispensed to this ‘naut and what is stated in the question is an interpretation of it.
This conduit knows (nor has been given) nothing regarding these thousand years of wars and has no bias.Β  There are factions within factions – some of them reptoid, some insect-like, certainly DRACO are there as well.Β  The specifics are not pertinent to your current evolution.Β  Yet the question is now raised.
I will say this.Β  The “prison planet” is aptly named.Β  Violence was a pre-disposition amongst all of Earth’s inhabitants and was and is used as a form of entertainment, slavery and punishment.
Which beings orchestrated it are more what you would call bug like than human like in appearance. The separation of beings by appearance is favored on earth yet it is not truth – in other words, you cannot label a species by its appearance.Β  What humanity doesn’t know is the vast number of slightly different types of insect-like, reptoid-like and mantid-like beings and that’s just a start.Β  This polarity thinking will undoubtedly enter into the interpretation of events by this ‘naut mentioned.
Certainly humanity has been manipulated and criminally so.Β  To focus on the past is not supportive of the declared intent of this one doing the transcribing and so we refrain from it here.
Question #2: In a series of discussions with “Hidden Hand”, a couple of years ago, it was described that polar negativity on Earth was to create opposites that would speed up spiritual growth.Β  Was this actual disclosure or fanciful storytelling?Β  Was the “metasoul” represented by HH from Venus?

The Experiment on Earth was to see how far humans would go to reach for the light – how much would they put up with – would they give up?
It was indeed for spiritual evolution.Β  All participating parties understand/comprehend that at a core level.
This second question means nothing to Sophia and cannot be answered. The notion of naming – whether beings or parts of the whole that is one – is specifically human and always suspect.
Question #3: (For Inner Earth Being)

Is the Earth hollow or is the crust more like a swiss cheese?

Hello.Β  I see the image of lightly colored “cheese” with openings. It is not lightly colored.Β  It is lit by a technology.Β  It appears to be lit.Β  There are holes yes, tunnels and caverns far beneath the layer of Earth on which mankind rests. Β I assume this answers your question.

Regarding water and air pollution and landfill accumulation, any new ideas?

It is a Sirian.Β  Hello.
These questions demonstrate man’s criminal controllers.Β  The tech for all of these course corrections exists now and is held, if not by Earth beings in the Secret Space Programs then by others in an Alliance.Β  The reports and videos showing a craft “sucking up” chem-trails are only one demonstration of this – there are others.Β  There are ways to initiate activity with no fingerprint on the land, water or air.
A society that devotes so little of its time to restoration as compared to propulsion, pollution and control is indeed misinformed.Β  This cannot sustain itself.Β  Because of the questioner, it is seen that this is already known.
An insistence on funds directed towards clean-up is a start.Β Β  At this point, individual efforts to use less products are nice, yet barely effective.
What is needed is a massive shift in production methods, energy usage and priorities.Β  ThisΒ  is seen as being accomplished with disclosure and support for alternative free energy.
It is in the sustenance of the oil based economy that pollution regenerates.Β  Pull out support for that economy and a new form of manufacture and locomotion will emerge.Β  All this exists, just not for the humans on the surface of this planet.
That will help.Β  Awareness will create demand and expectation and thus – creation.Β  Start where you can with awareness.
This is seen as growing all the time.Β  It needs to be a focus.

We come to you by way of desire – the emotion here is powerful and we would like to employ it for our own use.
We are not parasites, as you have some beings here such as those. (I imagine this is a reference to the Archons) We are not looking for negative power or any.
So we are wanting to experience the emotion of earth and have waited until there was a celebratory mood.
There is not now.Β  I wouldn’t describe it as celebratory.

You underestimate the potential force of joy and creativity.Β  It is present in greater amounts on earth now than previously existed.Β  Your numbers may be relatively small – yet the strength of their energy empowers whatever vibration it encompasses.Β  From your view, you do not see the effect of that.Β  We do.
This is why we are anxious to engage in a real way.

Again, explain what it is you do and what you are looking for in this conversation?Β  My purpose is to provide information, truth, where it was missing or hidden before.

What we do is encounter and then (we) establish systems.Β  This takes place on a level unseen by you in your present form and so far into the nuances of life as to be invisible.
We are sort of “place holders” and again looking for newly formed arenas where we can insure a structure is in place.

There is an organized chaos to life – all of creation holds court on a blueprint – a map you could call it, and the magnitude of this is beyond words.
My group, the one I am a part of, keeps a watchful look out for places where the “new” emerges within the fabric.Β  We sort of oversee, insure that the semblance of order necessary for continued successful evolution is present.
In Earth’s case, the evolution of consciousness happening now is creating a split and this must be accounted for in the blueprint – there are several choices happening – all of them infused with powerfully creative energies on both sides of polarity.
We reached out to you as the creative side promoted by your “people” is one we are looking to understand.Β  It is relatively new in all of creation and the opportunity to be close to it intrigues us.Β  It is powerful in a way unseen by those holding it. (A reference to ourselves, Sophia)

I see a huge wave moving across a grid and changing it as it ripples through.Β  The entire grid is altered.Β Β  It is blue, with lines.

Yes.Β  We see the potential of human love as something of a super-conductor.Β  We felt, if we could understand it on a personal level, we could perhaps understand the best sort of grid/blueprint for it to set up; one that encourages its growth for all of creation.
The earth grid is not set up that way now.Β  We will be able to offer an assist.

Note: I did not hear from these “explorers” again.Β  I believe this is because I questioned their reasons for interaction.Β  There was a level of trust that I did not feel, based on what they said was going on.Β  I did not doubt the truthfulness of their communication, only their benefit to me and to us. This could be my own lack of complete comprehension as to their purpose and methods.Β  Yet the “to what end?” question was not answered satisfactorily for me. And it was my energetic signature they were latching on to for whatever work they were into.

At that point, (early June 2015) I was not declaring “For Assistance Only.” I began to do so not long after, and these sorts of things did not happen.Β  They were clear as to their objectives, yet from this end, there was little benefit, as far as I could tell, to us.

There have been several times when the connection was cut off (by me), due to the fact that the beings reaching out for contact were sort of “joy riding” or “playing” or “checking me out”.Β  There is no harm in this, perhaps, yet it isn’t really beneficial.Β

In other words, there was no point to it.Β  It would proceed usually from some sort of really exuberant, party like greeting and the impression of lots of beings in the group sort of smiling or waving.Β  Fun, yes, don’t get me wrong; yet much like talking to someone at a party after his or her third beer, sort of pointless.Β  πŸ˜‰

It is an answer to my personal questions, given by a healer who shares my energetic signature, (if at another moment in “time”).Β  I include it today because this energy shift has recently gone into rapid acceleration.Β  This plays havoc with our physical selves.Β  I hope that it helps you.Β  I know when I found and read it today, it helped me.

“I’d like to ask some questions.Β  They concern what is going on physically specific to me and in general to everyone.Β  Is there someone who can answer?”

My question is – Why am I exhausted?Β  Why is it such a challenge to move, (even) to walk?Β  Why the congestion for me? (I never get colds.) Why the allergic reaction for everyone I know?Β  And for me?

These are good and important questions.

This all you’ve run into is created out of two things.Β  Your desire for growth and physical stamina has the cells of your body in a rapidly moving state – you are changing.
As you move more and attempt to match the acceleration you sense, your body tells you to stop.Β  This is new.
As these changes occur around your, they occur within.Β  You are not separate but a part of your environment.Β  Rapid frequency cannot occur in isolation.
Your body responds by desiring rest and also by releasing toxins it no longer supports.Β  You are not sitting there today in the same body you were sitting in even a week ago.
The exhaustion comes from several places for you.Β  You are eating differently.Β  And as well you’ve intended new.Β  New means change Sophia, new means change.
As your body works to keep up with your declarations – you push it from the outside.Β  The only thing it knows to do is attempt to release the allergy with congestion and as well force a shutdown, (create exhaustion).Β  With the signal message of exhaustion being sent you get a very clear imprint – this body needs to rest.Β  As you ignore and continue to push it will continue to feel and send a message to STOP.
I’ve been told the body lies.

Yes, well, this is sometimes true.Β  In this case though, it is not.Β  Massive upgrades you would call them, are occurring.
As you change you are more fragile and susceptible to germs and viruses.Β  These things too, are altered by the frequency shift.Β  You can be affected now and are vulnerable.

What is the most productive thing for me to do?

As a healer I recommend quiet.Β  You are so very stressed.
You are in need of calm.Β  This rapid acceleration is wearing you down.Β  You are pushing beyond what the body can successfully do.
How long will this go on?

Until a new stasis is reached; there is not one yet – not for you or for anyone.Β  But you are all at different levels of acceptance and health.
