Deutsche Bank Compliance Chief, 5 Board Member Offices Raided As Stock Hits All Time Low

Reeling from a Morgan Stanley downgrade of European Banks and a second day of raids on its Frankfurt headquarters, Deutsche Bank shares declined by another 3% on Friday to a new all time low just above €8, bringing the YTD loss to 50%.

In what appears to be the latest in a string of financial crimes and scandals that have generated some $18 billion in fines since the financial crisis, prosecutors are investigating whether two employees in the bank’s wealth management division helped clients set up accounts in offshore tax havens, including the British Virgin Islands, and possibly allowed criminals to move money through these shelters, some of which may have flowed through accounts at the bank (other employees may also have been involved, prosecutors said). According to Frankfurt prosecutors, the investigation, which stems from revelations contained in the ‘Panama Papers’, covers behavior that stretched through this year, meaning that it could become a blemish on the performance of the bank’s newly-installed CEO Christian Sewing.

Before becoming CEO, Sewing was responsible for the bank’s wealth management division as head of its retail bank, a position he held from 2015 to when he was offered the CEO job in April.

According to the Financial Times the illicit transactions that two DB wealth management employees neglected to flag in 2016 alone stood at €311 million ($353 million), but people familiar with the case is almost certainly much larger, given that the suspicious activity continued for five years. The activity under investigation allegedly began in 2013.

As the raids continue, more details about the bank’s alleged misconduct are trickling out. According to the Financial Times, the DB unit that’s emerged as the focus of the investigation is a 100% owned subsidiary of DB that has been operating since 2010.

The Deutsche unit at the core of the case is called Regula Limited, domiciled in Road Town on the British Virgin Islands, a person familiar with the matter told the Financial Times, confirming a report by German daily “Süddeutsche Zeitung,” which was one of the newspapers that led the reporting about the “Panama Papers” in 2016.

Regula has been listed as a 100 per cent-owned subsidiary in Deutsche Bank’s annual reports since 2010 and is classified as an “other enterprise” in its most recent annual report. Deutsche sold the entity in March 2018, according to the person.

DB has insisted that it had provided prosecutors with all the materials they had requested as part of their investigation, and that the bank was surprised by the raids.

But if there’s anything DB watchers should take away from the second day of raids, it’s that prosecutors raided the office of DB board member and head of compliance Sylvie Matherat. This follows reports earlier in the week that Matherat and another DB executive were on the verge of being pushed out. Matherat generated headlines last year when she spoke out in an interview last year about the difficulty in improving the bank’s fragmented compliance systems (in addition to Matherat, the offices of four other executives were also raided).

Matherat has told associates she might need to prepare to leave the bank, and has expressed unhappiness with what she described to some associates as constraints to improving financial-crime controls and mending Deutsche Bank’s relationships with regulators, some of the people say.

Given the deeply involved nature of the investigation, it’s increasingly likely that the bank will need a scapegoat: Will it be Matherat?

The FCC has an informal policy that allows the agency to remove the license of individual broadcasters if the commission deems that they are “deliberately trying to mislead, misconstrue, slant or stage news.“

Revoke their license? We can only hope. Wouldn’t that development rock America?

Even more interesting is the choice of words in an Andrew McCabe communication. Could it be a coincidence that on January 8, 2017, McCabe wrote, “a flood is coming” after the original QAnon/Cicada 3301 prophesied on January 5, 2017 that, “A fludd approaches”???  See that correspondence below the following article.

CNN Raided By FCC For Deceiving American Public

The CNN head office in Atlanta, Georgia, was raided by Federal Communications Commission (FCC) agents Tuesday [May 22] in an operation related to the “violation of press guidelines” including “publishing and promotion of blatantly false information designed to deceive the American public,” according to reports.

The FCC arrived unannounced and seized documents and hard drives as part of their investigation, including all of the “source data” the network has used for their stories.

MSNBC and the Associated Press are also reported to have been raided by the FCC for violating press guidelines, including the “printing of blatant lies“, the “publishing and promotion of stories which require immediate retractions while not promoting the retractions“, according to a source within one of networks.

According to the FCC, “Broadcasters may not intentionally distort the news.” It is understood that CNN, MSNBC and the AP are under investigation for breaking FCC rules. The FCC states that “rigging or slanting the news is a most heinous act against the public interest.“

According to reports, the FCC has received “documented evidence” from within the three organizations that prove a “conspiracy to misinform and deceive” the American public. According to the FCC:

“The FCC may act only when it has received documented evidence, such as testimony from persons who have direct personal knowledge of an intentional falsification of the news. Without such documented evidence, the FCC generally cannot intervene.”

It is understood a whistleblower has leaked information that proves high-level interplay between CNN and Deep State government officials operating along partisan political lines. Newly revealed e-mails show that former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe was aware of CNN’s internal understanding of a secret briefing about the infamous Steele dossier, days before CNN published any stories on the matter.

I removed the Taylor Michigan UFO/beam report

I can’t get feedback from readers and there may be confusion with what I am trying to say with all of it.

I do not think it was aliens that were flying what was seen in space (in the post that is still up), nor do I think it was aliens that fired whatever it was that caused the massive fire ball in Taylor Michigan. The meteor event in Michigan and this event, where an obvious beam coming straight down caused a massive independence day style fireball on the ground are totally separate events that happened over 100 miles apart.

We were told the Zuma satellite failed. Maybe it did not. And maybe whatever happened in Taylor was done with it. I doubt it was a “Rod from God” or a similar tech, because the beam of light was persistent enough for many people to get pictures of it.

My guess is that the DOD got new toys and we’re seeing them in use. What happened in Taylor was in a relatively sparsely populated area (for the suburbs) and it could have been concealed from the public if it happened within a fenced off area. If it was a military target that got hit (like an underground base) it would have been fenced off, which would make it so no one would be able to get to the actual place it happened to get photographs, (or those who did could be easily censored because there would not be many)

My final answer with that is it was a new weapon. I only took the post down because it was overshadowing a more important post – what happened in Hawaii, and because I can’t get any reader opinion. People were able to get into Ebay to leave feedback on items, but for the last week now, no one has gotten a message through even Ebay. The message window had been reduced to pure trollage that continued even after I took it down (which means they were not hitting the site, and were simply deleting everything legit and back dooring garbage in.) Everything is censored. My real measure of Trump being truly effective is if this type of censorship stops. If he does not solve the problems America has at that level, the fungus will sprout again the second he’s gone.

It seems something did happen over Hawaii, however, as the activity in the skies has been corroborated by multiple witnesses. We saw the five light ships, which I doubt were there for Kona coffee, and Tyler’s Secureteam video below confirms 20 people on a boat tour saw something explode over the islands that day.

One of our Starship readers residing on the west side of Costa Rica said they saw a bright flash in the skies to the West which may have been the same incident. Thanks for that confirmation.

The local news station filmed a saucer following a helicopter, which was interesting. The Waldo Canyon fire was another fire with homes incinerated to white ash and trees and lawns still green, but it was the first time I’d seen that. Fireballs/”meteors” may be hurled at us from space according to some in the truth media.
