Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption ~ August 11, 2018

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114-328) (the “Act”), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)) (INA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption, as well as to protect the financial system of the United States from abuse by these same persons.

I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

I hereby determine and order:

Section 1. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in:

(i) the persons listed in the Annex to this order;

(ii) any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:

(A) to be responsible for or complicit in, or to have directly or indirectly engaged in, serious human rights abuse;

(B) to be a current or former government official, or a person acting for or on behalf of such an official, who is responsible for or complicit in, or has directly or indirectly engaged in:

(1) corruption, including the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources, or bribery; or

(2) the transfer or the facilitation of the transfer of the proceeds of corruption;

(C) to be or have been a leader or official of:Start Printed Page 60840

(1) an entity, including any government entity, that has engaged in, or whose members have engaged in, any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section relating to the leader’s or official’s tenure; or

(2) an entity whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order as a result of activities related to the leader’s or official’s tenure; or

(D) to have attempted to engage in any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section; and

(iii) any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:

(A) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of:

(1) any activity described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section that is conducted by a foreign person;

(2) any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or

(3) any entity, including any government entity, that has engaged in, or whose members have engaged in, any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section, where the activity is conducted by a foreign person;

(B) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or

(C) to have attempted to engage in any of the activities described in subsections (iii)(A) or (B) of this section.

(b) The prohibitions in subsection (a) of this section apply except to the extent provided by statutes, or in regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to this order, and notwithstanding any contract entered into or any license or permit granted before the effective date of this order.

Sec. 2. The unrestricted immigrant and nonimmigrant entry into the United States of aliens determined to meet one or more of the criteria in section 1 of this order would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, and the entry of such persons into the United States, as immigrants or nonimmigrants, is hereby suspended. Such persons shall be treated as persons covered by section 1 of Proclamation 8693 of July 24, 2011 (Suspension of Entry of Aliens Subject to United Nations Security Council Travel Bans and International Emergency Economic Powers Act Sanctions).

Sec. 3. I hereby determine that the making of donations of the types of articles specified in section 203(b)(2) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(2)) by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order would seriously impair my ability to deal with the national emergency declared in this order, and I hereby prohibit such donations as provided by section 1 of this order.

Sec. 4. The prohibitions in section 1 include:

(a) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; and

(b) the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services from any such person.

Sec. 5. (a) Any transaction that evades or avoids, has the purpose of evading or avoiding, causes a violation of, or attempts to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.

(b) Any conspiracy formed to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.

Sec. 6. For the purposes of this order:Start Printed Page 60841

(a) the term “person” means an individual or entity;

(b) the term “entity” means a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization; and

(c) the term “United States person” means any United States citizen, permanent resident alien, entity organized under the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States (including foreign branches), or any person in the United States.

Sec. 7. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to this order.

Sec. 8. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, is hereby authorized to take such actions, including adopting rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to me by IEEPA and the Act as may be necessary to implement this order and section 1263(a) of the Act with respect to the determinations provided for therein. The Secretary of the Treasury may, consistent with applicable law, redelegate any of these functions to other officers and agencies of the United States. All agencies shall take all appropriate measures within their authority to implement this order.

Sec. 9. The Secretary of State is hereby authorized to take such actions, including adopting rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to me by IEEPA, the INA, and the Act as may be necessary to carry out section 2 of this order and, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury, the reporting requirement in section 1264(a) of the Act with respect to the reports provided for in section 1264(b)(2) of that Act. The Secretary of State may, consistent with applicable law, redelegate any of these functions to other officers and agencies of the United States consistent with applicable law.

Sec. 10. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General, is hereby authorized to determine that circumstances no longer warrant the blocking of the property and interests in property of a person listed in the Annex to this order, and to take necessary action to give effect to that determination.

Sec. 11. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, is hereby authorized to submit recurring and final reports to the Congress on the national emergency declared in this order, consistent with section 401(c) of the NEA (50 U.S.C. 1641(c)) and section 204(c) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1703(c)).

Sec. 12. This order is effective at 12:01 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, December 21, 2017.

A number of people are coming out very strongly now to validate the “rumours” that high profile people in all sectors of society are involved in not only pedophilia, but torture and other violent acts, as well as murder.

When WikiLeaks made us aware of FBI files involving satanic pedophilic symbols used in Washington, DC and we read some of the emails released from John Podesta to various parties in the US government, the location Comet Ping Pong and Pizza came up. The media made fun of it, the deep state sent in a nut-job patsy with a gun to deflect the attention and validity and the story almost died.

 

Thanks to real investigative journalists in the alternative media, from there we learned of the underground tunnel and refrigerated, concrete “kill room” under Comet Ping Pong, and many visits by the owner, James Alefantis, to the White House when Barack Obama was President. Hillary Clinton said she loved going to Comet Ping Pong. No one wanted to

admit the story laid out before us could be real. But it was. Psychopaths have no compunction about lying to cover their tracks.
So many people who have attempted to expose the corruption and Satanic ritual abuse and pedophilia have been silenced. What will it take to bust it all wide open, once and for all?

The Illuminati are not a myth. Look at the flagrant Satanic symbolism starlets and pop stars engage in at half-time shows. Ordinary folks many not consciously recognize Baphomet the goat god and his horns, the upside-down pentagram, the black and red colour scheme, the sexual innuendo, stylized 666, one-eyed gestures, vulgar “dance moves”… but that doesn’t mean they don’t exist—for a reason. These shows with millions of television viewers are often real-time rituals the Satanists believe bring them power and shape future events.

Real people and real victims have come forward many times over the years to share their stories. I, and many others like me have shared them for them, and readers here for the most part are aware of the situation, but we have to take this outside the limited enclosure of the Truth Media. We have to break through to the outside. Social media can do that.
The mainstream media is not going to tell the public about pedophilia any more than they will tell them about the plot to murder President Trump, to vilify President Putin, the poisons in vaccines, water and food, the racketeering in Washington, DC or anything else the psychopaths do. The deep state is desperate to cover their asses now, hence the distractions over President Trump and what he has or hasn’t done.

It’s up to the Independent Media to get the word out. From there, folks can share lightning-fast on social media. It’s important, and we can all play a role in the exposure of the endemic evil and subsequent cleansing of our society and our planet. It doesn’t cost anything and takes but a minute. The price to pay for remaining silent and doing nothing, however, is incalculable.

Don’t worry about “shadow banning”. They can’t stop everyone. Overwhelm the system.
Pick a video or article you like and share widely.
Patriots can also visit the corporate media websites and in the comments ask them why they aren’t addressing these pedophilia issues and link to articles and videos. Hammer them. That’s how you let people outside the Truth movement know about these things. They will see them and explore out of curiosity.
People must begin to connect the dots. The evidence is overwhelming at this point.

The escalation of “push-back” on the part of the People across the world is heartening. It’s happening. We are rising up, raising our voices in unison and acting in unity to effect the changes we demand. Keep pushing! Keep molding our reality into the one we desire and is rightfully ours.
It’s get down and dirty time and if you’re not muddied and bloodied you’re not on the front lines.
Understandably, the push-back by the dark is in direct correlation to our efforts to wrench free of their grasp.
We have been concerned about Thomas Williams after he was booted off the air July 19 and did not plan a show for July 26. He responded to queries about his safety on the Facebook page with, “We’re fine.”, but no news of the next show.
Since death threats and attempted abductions were regular occurrences for Thomas, Kim and the team, we send our best intentions for a resolution to the silence and safety for brave people such as these who push back harder than most.
Having said the above, I did another check at the FB page just now and the July 27 update reads…

Apologies for the minor disturbances of shows being a bit hit and miss time-wise, but lots going on personally, work and show wise.
I’m doing fine just tidying up loose ends to be ready for another set of hammers and progression.

From my perspective in Arizona, we were doing great until a few days ago when the heat wave arrived. My thriving flowers wilted, leaves turned brown, and they aren’t happy campers, despite ample watering. I’ve decreased the direct sun they’re getting in some cases to protect them. It’s not like other years, so that “collapsing magnetosphere” Mike speaks of above, may be to blame. It’s also usually calmer in the hottest months, but it’s been windy nearly every day with random rogue gusts rattling the window screens, and not much rain yet for this monsoon season.
Mr. MBB brings us an update below on the California fires, at least some attributed to arson. A Starship reader in Sweden advised that some of the fires there were from arson, as well, which isn’t surprising. I don’t believe so many fires were started naturally due to heat, or by a few unbalanced Humans seeking revenge—not unless they were mind-controlled patsies.

Wow, how ’bout that financial update from Thomas and the Manna World Holding Trust on Sunday? Max Igan presented a new video about not complying and he’s correct that when a significant number of people unite and refuse to go along, things will change. We are realizing that the El-ites no longer have the power they once did to control us and weaken by the day. Knowledge changes everything and they can’t regain their grip. Learning about the true history of Earth/Terra helps us understand who we really are and how we’ve been held back in so many ways and Max speaks of that, as well.

President Trump is involved in the massive reorganization of government, and if you listened to Thomas Williams June 22 show, you heard some of his ideas after he was asked to consider what might improve the situation. I wholeheartedly agree we need a full reset—right down to what names we apply to the groups. “Assemblies” sounds good.

I would feel more comfortable with a thorough and impromptu investigation conducted perhaps by an outfit such as Project Veritas. I just don’t know if we’re getting an accurate picture.

Who are the other contractors in America dealing with immigration, and where are the women and girls? Southwest Key Programs has won at least $955 million in federal contracts since 2015 to run shelters and provide other services to immigrant children in federal custody. Its shelter for migrant boys at a former Walmart Supercenter in South Texas has been the focus of nationwide scrutiny, but Southwest Key is but one player in the lucrative, secretive world of the migrant-shelter business. About a dozen contractors operate more than 30 facilities in Texas alone, with numerous others contracted for about 100 shelters in 16 other states. Trump’s order … calling for migrant families to be detained together likely means millions more in contracts. A small network of private prison companies already is operating family detention centers in Texas and Pennsylvania, and those facilities are likely to expand. Defense contractors and security firms are also building a presence in the system, including General Dynamics … and MVM Inc.. In Harlingen, [Texas] one recent morning, the federal courthouse that hears immigration cases was packed. Teenagers who had been apprehended crossing the border sat in the courtrooms. In the lobby, a group of men and women … patiently waited for the hearings to end. They were there for the migrant youth. But they were neither relatives nor lawyers. They were contractors.

I’m too thorough and long-winded—but I’m going to try hard because Thomas had a lot of information to share—some good, some not. Mostly good, though. The news in times of war is never all good, but we’re winning big at the top end; the Big Picture!

These are only some of the key items—not everything Thomas discussed so I encourage you to listen to the show in its entirely if you have the luxury of time to do so. It’s always an interesting three hours and we never know what topic Thomas is going to broach next. He tells us there are a lot of things simmering beneath the surface and the pot is bubbling merrily away.

In no particular order… Thomas reported:

The Tommy Robinson show was fake; part of the plan to engineer an anti-muslim stance in the UK and probably to fake his death in prison to instigate Muslim hatred and war. They desperately want to create WWIII, of course.

Thomas didn’t immediately reveal that information as it was good to see people awake and standing up for something for a change. Now we need to educate them about a few additional aspects of our reality.

(The cabal’s plans repeatedly fail and backfire on them, so I saw this as a positive event, too. It was interesting to hear the views of the Toronto protestors and learn of their varying degrees of wakefulness. Very encouraging.  ~ BP)

The Tucson child sex trafficking story is typical in exposing the many ties between the Clintons, Haiti, the Clinton Foundation, pizzagate/pedogate, child sex trafficking, satanic ritual abuse, the Rothschilds, the Bronfmans, NXIVM cult, etc.

Cemex was awarded a business contract with the Clinton foundation for a cool $7M to build in Haiti. (To build what? The relief effort never built anything more than six literal “shacks”, if memory serves.  ~ BP)

Kudos to the guys out there putting their lives on the line, executing the searches and keeping us apprised. The police are all complicit and need to get the lizards out of society and into prison. Where are the militia?

Thomas said 160 kids were rescued before CEMEX bulldozed the site. I didn’t hear about the rescue, but it may suggest that the whole story is not getting out. You have to play your cards close to your chest, particularly when the police and mayor Jonathan Rothschild are the enemy. The VOP group intially reported they asked Craig Sawyer https://vets4childrescue.org/ to come on the double because they found kids there that needed to be protected until the police could arrive, but afterward Sawyer said there were no children there. I assume these varying accounts are purposeful for good reason. ~ BP)

As mentioned previously, the United Nations is now controlled by the Manna World Holding Trust, with Kim being the Trustee. In September of 2017, the Rothschilds only owned 6 seats on the UN Council. What was not previously not revealed, however, is that the Rothschilds threatened to unleash biological warfare on Humanity if they were not back in complete control by September 2018.

Well, as so often happens, those truly in control pulled a fast one. The virus was back-engineered using the Rothchilds’ own DNA (Draco-Reptilian) so if they chose to unleash that bioweapon, it would attack only them.

The Manna World Holding Trust remains in control of the global financial system, via the reprogrammed AI quantum computing system that works for US, but not the cabal.

The banksters have tried to regain control with a new quantum computer system of their own they set up near Wright-Patterson AFB but they have been unable to pull off their RV, hack into the system, control wire transfers, side accounts, or reset it and re-install the back doors Kim’s team removed recently.

Thomas went into a lot more detail with respect to the fun and games as they’ve been very actively trying to get their hands on finances because they have none, but they are locked out. If they log in while trying to reboot, the system knows instantly, goes into “seek and destroy” mode, and they are exposed.

The Rothschilds have been shutting down the Visa system in various countries lately trying to reset the system, but were unsuccessful so far. Thomas warned us again to ensure we have plenty of cash on hand at all times because there is no telling when the financial systems may go down and bank cards/credit cards may not work. He actually said, “final warning”.

The really good news is that no matter what the thieves do, the money belonging to The People is safe, and protected. We will not lose any money if the cabal pulls a stunt.

The Bilderberg Meeting agenda included a notation to discuss the Manna World Holding Trust and their quantum computer. No surprise there. A rumour is circulating that this may be the last Bilderberg meeting—ever.

The Harvey Weinstein law suit is logged in the court as a RICO case, with multiple parties so it is not being processed the way it sounded. He was probably a sacrificial lamb for the public. There will be some public prosecutions regarding rape and sexual misconduct but the big name players will go through prosecution in Military Tribunals and the names of those going to prison will not all be public—just enough info so we awakened ones know it happened.

Some of the pedophiles are coming forward and offering information for immunity. That will not happen. Deals are for petty crimes. Those who harm children will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. NO DEALS.

(Perhaps we could enact some new, highly pertinent laws just for pedophiles and pedovores?  ~ BP)

Now for the bad news; Thomas was given access to a number of documents and pulled some items out to share. This one tells us that the El-ites have always feared what would happen to them in the event nuclear war erupted on Earth/Terra. They gave a team the resources to develop a vaccine for radiation damage from nuclear fallout which was tested on thousands of Americans. Actually, 100,000 Americans were sacrificed when this vaccine was used on them as part of the research.

(I hope people can see why we have to eradicate this parasitic, psychopathic scourge from our planet at all costs. If we do not, we won’t be around much longer.  ~ BP)

Thomas has known about this next item for a couple of weeks and as usual, decided he had best share it. He received a message that Hawai’i might not be saved. What’s happening on the Big Island is serious. This week Green Lake, a fresh-water lake disappeared. You can learn more here. It’s not a certainty, but it’s possible that everyone may have to evacuate permanently. Hopefully this scenario will not unfold, but it’s not the kind of warning you ethically want to keep a secret, in case it comes to pass. People might want to prepare or even evacuate now if they can.

Thomas did get to a few questions at the end of the show and someone asked if the economy is going to collapse. The reply was no… as of today that has been prevented all along. It is what the cabal wants because they’re desperate to bring about a banking collapse, but they’re not in control.

A complete financial/economic collapse might be precisely what America needs to jolt the masses from their catatonic slumber but unless some drastic measure is required, it probably won’t happen.

In closing… (I told you I’d keep it short. It’s all relative. You should see the 7 pages of notes I took.)

On a lighter note (I thought it humourous) Thomas reported that according to a scale the Galactics use to measure the evolutionary/social development of various civilizations, we Humans on Earth/Terra are the most messed up, mal-adjusted, misfits in Creation.

That gives us something to shoot for, doesn’t it? Any progress at all and we’ll be golden.
