More and more are figuring out how this works and realising the power of experiencing all that is known and all that is shown.

And as we continue to move through rapid vortexes one after the other after the other we ride flashes of memory of the whispers we once would ignore, we always knew, we were always shown and now many more are Seeing the choice taken to ignore and the perceived consequences it brought, consequences soon to be seen with crystal clear vision and the gift of freedom unfolds

But remember, as we realise, as we shift and make the Promise to Self to always take the guidance and act, speak and breathe our truth we move through a release, however this release appears, for some it will manifest with physical connections, for some it may be some peace of mind and the physical body begins to show up the pain of avoidance chosen. What is important is to hold the most expanded awareness as to what is actually happening here, if it is β€œsickness” you think you have then move the thoughts to the dis-ease held through avoidance is making itself known for the release, for you to become aware how an area of the body has been holding this discord, supply and support the body with everything those whispers from within are guiding you towards.
Pay attention to all the body tells you, research the meaning of the ailment, realising the light connection of the physical experience and the programming held that creates it, consciously being aware in every moment and providing for the experience everything requested.
If you are releasing emotions through dissolving attachments to people then allow those tears to fall, let it all go, and come back to self, the love you seek out there is the reflection of the lack held within, turn it all around, love, nurture, be kind and care for self as you would an another, it won’t take long before you begin to feel supported by self through the attention you learn to give within before giving out, and life will cease to be this constant inside out churning mess of loss that it has forever seemed to result in.

When its promised that we will from this moment on follow the guide that knows and shows we create a connection, we show trust and it begins to heal the separation, the inner knowing, the funny vibrations the dreads that spring to life, perhaps not appearing how feared and envisioned but the result or finale always ending with the same reverberation, the same feeling.

It’s a pattern, of separation and that is all

It’s now a choice, now that it’s been brought into your awareness.

And from here that Promise to Self can be made and the release moved through super quick, with light speed, because the alignment can now take place, you know and now it can be experienced from that space of knowing, the mind climbs onboard and shifts the perception of the experience, the physical responds in the energy of self love and the new template installs as the phsyical rapidly shows the release move through cleanly, crisply and quickly as opposed to how things used to work.

The magic of heart mind coherence, the feminine guidance with the attentive and ready to action all requests masculine energies within, the unification.

As we move through the last vortexes of 2019 pay attention to the symbolic messages reflecting like jewels in the light, so many little tweaks and choices that can be made to continue the power ups along the way that rapidly shift the life experience into miracle opportunities.

Be aware of the restriction, standing in the way of those whispers, it’s not recommendable to be learning to follow the I knows through the next paradigm, it will feel more harsh, more desperate, now is the time to make the solemn vow and to follow your guiding star from this moment on.

Honour all phases and stages, stay patient with self, use loving words and correct those distorted irritated thoughts should they arise, cancel out word spells of sickness and pain and simply love and nurture as you would your babe in arms. The ache that a parent has for a child when the temperature soars, is only a part of the parent saying what about me, why is the care not equal, without you, the child is alone, one way or another, mentally, phsyically or energetically, it is crucial Self is realised as the core of the reality and without the core nothing exists as it once did. The dynamics changed forever and the programs forever continue to split and hold bugs.

Prepare beautiful light family, this Solstice marks a beginning that will mean nothing will ever be the same moving forward, the last Christmas as we have known it, before we take our quantum leap or our quantum dive, depending on which is chosen. What goes up must come down and what goes down must come up, there is no right or wrong, we all experience the cosmic laws the same, but there really won’t be one like this again, staying observant with this thought will bring forward a gush of gratitude and assist those resistant of the Now to come back home in each moment.

A Gift From Gaia

Jupiter is now in its final degrees of Sagittarius, still lingering over the threshold of the Galactic Centre, if there is a time to dream big it is now.
The core frequency within, the control centre is busy manifesting the experience for the next year, the next decade, the next paradigm and so I urge all to be entirely truthful, which means to know the truth of the frequency held, the behaviours it holds, the realities it attracts and begin to build from that space, knowing that if the reality is busy, loud and somewhat bipolar then the next phase must guide you into the detachment of the mirrored world, a confusing space and to do so in these incoming energies will be an incredibly powerful reality to surf.
Peace is the field where we create light structures and if you have found yourself in this space you will be watching the seeds planted begin to sprout, don’t get complacent, these seeds require tendering to like nothing else grown before, the new structures give constant surprises as whilst we watch a pattern form and the reality begins to take shape a new branch forms holding more opportunities and buds to bloom.
Nothing, not a single thing works how it used to in the new fields, the only focus is the core frequency, and when we keep this stable everything else begins to take shape around, and this is how we surf Jupiters last moments at home, we will not have this opportunity to maximise and expand in this way for another 12 years, and right before Jupiter joins the Capricorn party, a party that will raise the roof like never seen, it’s not just next year though, this is the beginning of another 500 year cycle which holds many more new cycles within, such as the next decade and the next Solar Cycle, in which we will really see our truth (frequency) come the solar maximum, those fruits or lack of will begin to be shown in the next 2-4 years. This is why the NOW moment is so very important, everything is built from here, from the most subtle whispers, the subconscious drivers, the reasons why we do or behave as we do to the reasons why we want or dream, that is the space that we create from and we are constantly creating, manifesting the opportunity to get us to the most light filled experience that will enable us to be free, always in ALL-WAYS, only most can’t or won’t see it that way, and will focus on the pain and suffering until the pain and suffering dies itself, however they choose to experience that, some may leave their physical, some may leave their old frequencies whilst in the physical and expand into their path of light.
The Seekers will Find the way to the lights standing strong, we have no requirement to do anything, in fact the more you try and fix out there the more crooked the reflection can get, lighthouses belong on the solid land, and there is too much to be focusing on within to be unconsciously fumbling about out there in the dark, it’s pointless, so we stay with the point, facing within, and find that we guide by example, we work physically on Self and by doing so we shift energetically which forms the out there, attracting those who require the wisdom/data from the shared experience and offering gifts of expansion to assist all who connect in each moment.
And all of this, takes no energy at all, when we hold this field there is no burnout, there is no sickness, there is no stress, not even a flicker of frustration..
There are if course symbols, but once read and dealt with they move within moments, one would have called them miracles, now it’s simply to be expected that once realised it is released, because that is of course the cosmic pattern and when filling these vessels with light, there is no reason we cannot work at light speed.
I am currently very busy writing the reports for December in which I hope to be publishing on the website very soon! I know I have been quiet but I am preparing so many things such as preparing the website, my Son Reese is now on the mend, well, we have a long journey and won’t know for the next 6 months if there is β€œirreversible” damage, light healing will and is creating miracles, whilst also guiding so many others I connect with after and only after I focus on my own Earth experience.

Extreme Galactic Energies ~ November 20, 2019

We are playing in some extreme Galactic energies and are highly charged.

This means our core frequency is busy creating future possibilities and opportunities inside the quantum field, deep within us all exists the most spectacular star map that holds the data for all possible dreams to come true, the star map mirrors the map of our stars and it’s read by our most deepest of control centres, and to reach that centre we undertook the journey of many lifetimes.

Masses who heard the call began something this Earth hasn’t yet seen, never Seen, not in this form and we became pioneers, taking a path of light directly into our hearts, to realise the programming, to realise how this all worked, how this all began and we brought a method to the madness we called β€œnormal” or life. That, most definitely wasn’t life, it was a death sentence, death by separation.

We found the subconscious drivers that were installed, a corrupt firewall around the heart, removed the old data to reveal a whole new operating system that we are learning how to use to its full potential during THE most transformative energies, that hold the ability to manifest into the physical at rapid speeds. The more light filled we become the faster it arrives and yet still, everything is happening Divinely Timed in its perfect Divine Order.

During these next couple of weeks we are powered up by the Galactic Codes as Jupiter takes us into moments of dreaming big, and when you catch yourself, when you become aware of the dreaming, I encourage you to power up your grid, expand into the cosmic wisdom that All is possible and that even whilst the vibration held, may not be a match just now, the powered up dream will bring forth the experiences required to reach the frequency needed to materialise the dream manifestation.

We prove our worth, or we discover our worth, that in itself is a journey that shows one spectrum of how this all works, as we learn to release the old ways and beliefs we discover the old realities were all playing out because we didn’t know our worth, we had no concept of our Value due to the dis-ease of separation.

And then we learn, we show up, we experience what it’s like to hold Self in an entirely new frequency bandwidth and the process of evolving into the dream begins, for those open and committed to the dream that is, this is where many loop and that’s OK, thats how they choose to learn and dissolve the frequencies, some do just that and dissolve them, and some take it to unnecessary extremes and choose to dissolve with the frequency, sinking ships, and again that too must be fully respected on a soul level, there will be a huge distortion and lack of respect in these physical presentations, they are best left with love as that too acts as a last ditch wake up call for the unconscious human to awaken.

So as we move through these energies and embrace this wave of amazement we have a huge portal of love to move through and we get to realise Self as the Creator and to navigate this it is vital that we pay more attention than ever before.
In the SOUL-AR Alignment space I have just delivered a new gem called The Moment to Self which explains the importance of retraining those unconscious aspects to become conscious by bringing Self fully into a flow of constant awareness, those who are learning are prioritising self, making self appointments and checking in every hour, until this becomes the new way and the stabilisation begins, the light gem explains how crucial it is to check in with the muscular system to find out the areas that are resisting this light and the codes, which will highlight and give the patterns to the next incoming reality, where there is resistance the light will break through by offering the experiences to See self through the mirrors attracted, the light and the codes come through and are filtered through the ego, so whilst the realities are pure and Divine the experience perceived is chaotic and disruptive, which of course is the purpose and it’s Sacred movement is rarely realised until the entire process has been worked through and dissolved.

But that’s the thing here, once we realise this patterning and we become open to the process the restriction lessens and the experiences become more smooth, a process of clearing so the path can become clear and our movements precise hence why we are sharing the gems to reconnect with the physical body and to learn how to release the defenses, learn how to understand the operation manual for this incredible phsyical body we get to experience in and to begin operating from a space of understanding it’s language and acting accordingly whilst actioning it’s requests, as well as learning to read and operate within the field we create for our viewing.

It’s magical…

So whilst we pass through these future portals, please stay firmly rooted in the now, see the glimpses of what IS and continue to focus on raising the physical body vibration to match, everything within the reality is now showing the movements, the openings and the mirrors where they are required to teach us, take them, with gratitude and act with grace.
Know with every thought and feeling it is emitting signals of creation, and as for action, well it’s irrelevant if the intention is holding another vibration, that is your truth, that is where we operate from, the frequency, and so if we are dancing in the codes of freedom we will create from those spaces, whereas if we are holding frequencies of escapism, lack and fear then the experience will manifest to set you free….and it’s patient, it’s happy to teach over and over again until the human simply surrenders one way or another, we can see this mirrored with Saturn and Pluto.

This is all a choice, it always was but we couldn’t See, however now we exist in β€œTimes” where we have Seers, and this is when it became a choice.

Everything is Moving Towards Unity ~ November 15, 2019

There is no longer any waiting, it’s here, that β€œtime” has arrived and yet as we know it was always here, in the now, we have known for sometime what was heading in, we knew how it was going to work, we experienced it as we worked β€œit” through our physical everything and now it’s moving through to be Seen throughout our entire race

There is no turning back, the choices have been set and we only need to go into the subconscious drivers to know how the path will present.

The unity codes began working through the spectrum we surf here back in June, the new template fully installed and innerstood just as the Full Moon came in and became the reality, fully NOW, and how this looks and feels is there is no longer imbalance, anywhere, there is nothing less than perfection in every single movement we now make.

The I Know banks are on closure, and within them the I Know’s begin to rush around, spinning in a skull sized collider, smashing the I knows to create wormholes for the I knows who are ready to become the I Am.

These Galactic energies, the celestial map all emanating guiding us into a huge quantum leap sized healing to allow us to release all that had been held in our cellular memory for specifically the past 5GeneRAYtions, as those rays we received are now entirely defunct, those last 5Gens hold beliefs rooted in fear that must now be fully released as we move into the next decade and solar cycle.

It’s time to see that nothing requires β€œfixing” it’s not actually broke, whatever appears distorted is asking for you to understand you through its reflections and then it’s asking to be dismissed, leave, gone, but it cannot do this until the data has been extracted.

Our evidence if required is in the wisdom that is now creating form, we are evolving which means growth, expansion and this works as frequency which ultimately has no care for the mind attachments and beliefs held about the world, about friends and family, about places and spaces, it doesn’t care for the details of how you currently perceive things such as loyalty, love (attachment and codependency) how nice he or she is, or how much you think you want that goal, it’s not about you, in fact it’s all about letting go of the you that holds these and it’s creating opportunities for you to experience the freedom and magic that happens once it’s all shed from the being.

Everything is moving towards unity and to face the other way would be to experience a serious amount of G Force, we will see many choose to give up, and however that choice is perceived it must be respected, a soul urge to eject and dissolve the karma through the pain and suffering programming held.

These energies are requesting that the Masculine within us all stops and begins to allow the merger from within, the life force of the masculine aligned with the feminine allowing the guidance to be received and acted upon accordingly. A dialogue that has been ignored and suppressed powerfully over these past 5Gens.

This clearing incorporates through the human eyes such brutality, such ignorance, look back at history over these last 500 years, the witches, a huge program install that took women from being in the dark, hidden, kept in the patriarchal training to being set on fire, drowned and squashed to death by huge rocks.

These wounds still exist in all until this is cleared, only they are held within a wounded masculine energy that doesn’t know how to process and only seeks to avoid and escape.

The Divine Feminine within our heart simply retreated from all the distortion, it learned to hide in a safe place, protected and decided to lay dormant and allow all to play out until the Awakening Alarm sounded.

β€œShe” has been attempting to make contact for some time now, specifically since the anchoring of the 5th field during the previous solar minimum, connecting with our masculine force, urging him to listen, to come home, to take some time to heal and allow her guidance to now be heard. She, the β€œshe” within us all is the ONLY one that has the wisdom to heal this, and she knows how the mind has been intoxicated with the junk that the free willed masculine has been collecting up whilst she layed dormant, the attachments made, the blind choices, and the constant chasing of the dragon called happiness, another drug another addiction and more instability.

So our manifestation is everything about 5Gen, the 5th field, the speed and power of light that if we align to will power up an entirely new light filled race. The frequency is unconditional love and it’s super strong, strong enough now it’s been anchored through the gatekeepers to dissolve the fear right in front of our very eyes, physical manifestations at rapid speed and the only way to continue to rise with this power of light is to continue to release the old and move with, to continue to choose the new, to take those leap’s and to trust that guidance within.

Listening to the Divine Feminine and her wisdom, bring home the Masculine and allow him to heal, allow him to trust her whispers and through this we experience the merger of the Divine Feminine with Divine Masculine, a conscious being, a living breathing Soul, bringing heaven on Earth.

Days as they pass now are likely to be filled with a ridiculous amount of data for each to navigate and experience their detailed reality exactly how is required, to teach the power keys of observation and choice and to continue to show up, light up areas that the communication is distorted or where the line is down, those unifying now are aware of how observant they now must be to the whispers within, the urge to push still pops out and then reminded to relax, slow it down and flow with the movement, taking the turns and picking up the data as we go.

Next week we move into a higher creative force, which will bring light and growth to the seeds we are now setting, and burn out the seeds that were not planted correctly or cared for. A huge influx of MOVE energy is about to enter and we shall receive a much more expanded view from there.

Galactic Energies Entering ~ November 8, 2019

Sagittarius season is always a game changer as our planets pass the Galactic Centre and we become ridiculously charged as we receive the high frequency light codes sent from the open portal of our Ancient Future Self.

Those open to reci3ve do so on all levels, because to receive is to receive All, knowing deep within that whatever presents has done so for the opportunity to expand All connected, nothing is ever rejected once we realise how this all works, what is its purpose, how it relates, all Gifts are received with grace and pure trust and acceptance and by releasing the old judgement that created our defense to love/light removes all restrictions of fear to then truly receive.

The process of learning to receive in the beginning is incredibly chaotic, it’s perceived as painful and many bounce around in loops until the pressurisation of your carbon to crystal transformation gets too much, each takes their own equal match in energy and for some, it will take a lot of pressure, some transform and some will break under the pressure, crack and be discarded and as cold as that may sound, we all know, this is energy and those will regrow again as everything within the cyclic pattern will return, the process of reincarnation.

Saying this, that too shall change for those taking the path of light, how this looks no one can predict, all we know is we are evolving, we are leaving the cyclic patterning and entering a spiral of expansion, this has become the purpose, hence why we are breaking down the old structures, beliefs, healing the separation which if you take back to the furthest history you can find you will see that separation has been a theme, it appears since the firsts landed and we became GMH (genetically modified humans) there has always been a war, there has always been conflict, where was the history of peace and unconditional love, that frequency is the baseline frequency of Earth, therefore we too can hold that baseline frequency within and can live in perfect harmony.

This world offers the entire spectrum of frequencies, from the lowest of primal vibrations to the highest of Galactic frequencies that we are of course a part of if we choose to integrate them and return to the loving arms of the Celestial All, that’s the point, choice, we have choice here, and that is a key most have forgotten. Something so simple as the word choice shows up during the early light integration phases as something almost impossible.

We can choose which space, which frequency we want to come from, we can choose to accept, honour and take responsibility for the lack of light within, to notice the rumblings within, to respect the field, withdraw, own it, and trace it down to a program with bugs and begin the new code integration and install the new version that comes back to unity or…….not….that’s the choice, thats how this works and to receive these Galactic codes means to stop closing down and to open up to All, however you perceive it now is not going to be the same very soon….all mirrors are super shining and we simply cannot escape like we used to….but then, why on our Earth would anyone want to, because whilst the beginning is chaotic, the more that clears, creates more space for peace, which means the new codes integrate and The Alignment to light circulates smoothly and more rapidly which in turn creates abundant fields of amazingness, we can, and are, creating the new physical fields ready, stable and prepared as the old collapses.

When we are open we are fully relaxed, mind clear and no if’s or but’s, physical relaxed, muscles relaxed, energy clear, no requirement to push, and this is achieved by doing the inner work, the mental clearing stages, the deprogramming which is ultimately when the healing begins, the rejuvenation and the physical coming fully back online because the physical can then vibrate at the frequency of love, at this phase we pay so much more attention, all feeds become priority, everything begins to shift and become magical and it’s at this point you simply don’t want it to stop, it all gets real and the expansion just grows and grows and you feel the power of healing

Things in the reality get simple and move with ease, and those stubborn things, well you soon see why everything was chaotic, the more dense something is the more heavier it is, the older the ancestral program and separation within the lineage the more tough it is to break the code….but when it does break, these are like love bombs going off in the collective grid and whilst many aren’t aware, those pockets of exploding dense debris raises the frequency of our grid immensely, super charged, and we feel the fields warble and shift.

Some crucial information to be aware of as we move through these next few months is that we are dumping a ridiculous amount of separation, old beliefs about how this works, as we can see from our history, it’s been a declining wave, because everything became external from Self, the healing out there, the fixing, the creating of idols and humanising energy, the spiritual arena is full of phases and spaces that are now fast collapsing, many realising the archangels was just a way to describe aspects of self, in a separated view, and now we have the codes and keys to bring the light back into alignment and exist in pure Source light, One White Unified Light, we regained our power, we remembered our truth and we continue to Align and get brighter each moment. We remembered that we cannot heal the physical of another, because it is the healing of the mind that begins the process of receiving Source Self and then the healing of the physical vessel so that the expansion, the integration can continue, it’s a personal experience, no amount of hocus pocus will ever be at a souls request because the soul knows contact, healing, connection, unification can only be done by themselves.

Everything created from lack is no longer supported so the old physical structure can now begin to deconstruct, there have been enough focused and committed keys holders, gridkeepers and walkers of light who have taken their deprogramming to their core, which has ultimately been creating a light speed energy and as our planets reveal the journey ahead we know all has been working in Divine Time, there was never a need to DO anything external from Self, because the higher purpose, the grand design is so much more vast than the details we play in and what this Galactic influx of codes will highlight most is where you are choosing to view this shift from because the pressurised light from the Galactic Codes will now be of the highest order due to the super conjunction of Saturn, Jupiter and the gang. Jupiter is readying now to pass according to tropical astrology, with Venus, over the Galactic Centre and where your focused now is the rabbit hole you are to enter, and it’s going to be an expander, and it’s going to be focused on our relationships….which is only ever a reflection of the relationship you have with self, which equates to the view you are perceiving, if the focus is the physical, attachments external from self then the ability to See the grand design is impossible, it may be β€œknown” but it’s not being experienced. If the focus is purely on the relationship with self and doing the maintenance work on the temple, the physical, ensuring the walls are strong and it’s filled with Earth’s treasures and celestial sounds then we have purpose, then we receive these codes as a Rebuild as opposed to a demolition experience.

How this manifests in the physical, on the world stage, is huge shake ups, which again is why it’s essential to be continuing the focus of within, shifting the vibration within, keep looking inside and make the adjustments from that space, being responsible for your field, others requiring to experience the fear frequency will plug into the realities for their pressurisation to begin, some will crystallise, some will crack and be discarded as I mentioned and this will be Seen in the form of decay and the dis-eased, just like Earth would show if it was starved of light, everything just shrivels and withers, for it to rot back and renew again.

We are the pioneers, this has never been seen or done on this planet as far as our history tells us, we are all rewriting history now, and because of this there are no reference points, perhaps another Divine Gift to keep us all in the now.

But there is one thing we do know, this is about Unity Consciousness and living in harmony with our planet for that is the ONLY way our race can survive, it is all about us returning to our truth, which is Unconditional Love, and it’s time to show our host, our planet how we can truly love and care, how we can cooperate with the Cosmic Laws and finally become at One with the All and these Galactic energies coming in now will show us the way.

There are two main focus areas, there are two truths that we exist in healthfully, and that is, the love in our hearts and the Earth that holds us.

Anything else is pointless now
