Hey Ya’ll…yesterday I discussed how to get into touch with your higher self (Suzanne Lie – Living Portals Of Light – The Arcturians And Gaia – 10 October 2014). Today, Archangel Gabriel (channelled through Marlene Swetlishoff), discusses how our higher selves are displaying their love for us by being observant. That “… one is connected to this higher aspect of one’s self, one is observing that one feels energized, that one moves through life’s challenges with poise and equilibrium, and that one feels secure in what they do.”

What a tremendous coincidence! One day I give information of “how” to access your higher self…and today, an article comes out about internal power that is the “higher self” in action and the benefits thereof! This truly IS a time of instant manifestation! Yesterday, my husband and I were driving by the hospital in a town near us and he wondered if there would be a job there for me as a Laboratory Director. I replied that the Lab Director there had been there for years..afraid not. Today, as I AM scanning job boards on my computer…the Lab Director position IS vacant there! Amazing!!

Many of us have read how manifestation of our ideas will occur more and more frequently…and I AM seeing this happen with more and more ease in my life…and hope you are experiencing this as well! Quickly appearing manifestations require is to keep our heads on straight and maintain good-feeling thoughts which allow the things we want to come to us!

Beloved Ones,

Let us have discourse on the quality of love known as observing. It is through observing how the different aspects of one’s self manifests into the world that one begins to realize that there is nothing more important that one can do for themselves than to give the highest priority to this process of self discovery. This process asks that one take notice and give consideration to what is going on within one’s self. It is becoming aware of one’s self so that there is only vigilant watchfulness about everything within one’s being and in one’s response to everything outside their being. Nothing is beyond the scrutiny of self-observing; every thought, every feeling, every action is up for careful reflection. It is accomplished by cultivating an inner receptivity, an inner listening and an inner alignment to the signals that one receives from their higher self. This guides them through every action, decision and choice that they make on a daily basis. Everyone has within them a deeper, wiser, all-knowing self whose heart’s desire is to communicate with them. It requires that one ask one’s higher self to come into one’s con­sciousness, and then to begin to notice everything with a heightened awareness. When one does this each day by establishing direct con­tact with this inner voice, it will signal them in some way or another through the synchronicities that may show up in their life.

When one is connected to this higher aspect of one’s self, one is observing that one feels energized, that one moves through life’s challenges with poise and equilibrium, and that one feels secure in what they do. One operates from a place of love, which engenders balance and good health within them. They observe that one’s truest, heartfelt desires are the feedback from their higher self and this allows them to live in an inspired way. They observe that aligning with their higher self brings pure joy. They observe that doing what is aligned with their higher self is noticeable by how good it feels. If they feel good, then it is aligned with their higher self. If they feel bad, then it is not aligned. By observing everything in their own life, they see that those who make a committed connection with their higher self truly awaken the genius within them, and they begin to tap into a limitless reservoir of creativity, flawless guidance and intelligence that is available to them each and every day.

They are observing that this higher aspect wants them to know that they are powerful, that they are stronger than they know. That they, as a spiritual being having a human experience, are constantly ebbing and flowing, expanding, evolving and changing altruistically, and also becoming more and more aware as to who they really are. They are observing that they are getting to know themselves in a new way and are discovering parts of themselves that they never knew existed. They begin to realize that what they admire most about other people is already within them and that they just need to begin to access it. They also realize that what they don’t care for in other people is already within them too and they just need to recognize this and acknowledge it and lay it to rest. They observe that they can do whatever they want to do, that when they are authentic, honest and true to their own selves, everything in their life will unfold naturally as it is meant to be. They do not apologize for who they were, who they are, or who they are going to be, knowing and accepting that it is all a part of their life experience and growth process.

They observe that what they or someone else did which brought pain and suffering needs to be truly forgiven because it frees them to start their life anew. They observe the need to improve their worst habits which prohibit forward movement. They take action to change each of them one by one to overcome them. By observing this process, they begin the focus, intention and determination to dissolve the bad habits and negative programming so that they begin to move in the direction of their own highest good and highest potential. They are observing that no one is forcing them to do or believe anything. They determine to keep an open mind knowing that limiting beliefs ingrained within them from their past will keep them from fully connecting with their higher self and restricts them from experiencing all the goodness of life. They make a determined and consistent effort to let these beliefs go. Each day they focus on one positive momentum they would like to work on and make a commitment to integrate it throughout their day.

They are observing that as they go through their day and express their gratitude, allowing it to fill their heart for all the wonderful things that surround them and happen to them; that it opens the doorway to a joyful connection to their unlimited self. They keep centered in the heart as much as possible and focus on peace and harmony. It is a place of equilibrium where one is more able to access the wisdom of their higher self. They observe with a calmness of spirit that staying neutral is a state where they are in balance with their emotional responses to what is happening around them. They have learned that they can only connect with their higher self when they are in the present moment and have let go of the past and of projecting into the future. Letting go also means surrendering all their fears, worries and insecurities, trusting in God and the universe that everything will work out. By going within and focussing their attention, they allow their own innate inner wisdom to flow into their awareness. This brings a more peaceful, joyful and harmonious existence in their daily lives.

As I take my leave, I ask that each person makes a daily habit of observing all that is good in their lives and give gratitude for it.

Mike Quincey provides us with another channelled message from SaLuSa, from Sirius . In this message, I kind of get the feeling that SaLuSa is educating and preparing us for the experience we are about to undergo…that is, a sudden rise in the human vibration we understand as consciousness.

All souls will undergo this vibrational change, but not all will understand it, nor like it as each will make an adjustment that is personalized to themselves. Some will ascend, some will remain here on a peaceful earth and experience abundance and healing, some will find themselves remaining in a 3D world, and some will be deemed of an unsolvable nature and be sent to the Central Sun for destruction/reprocessing.

Please read SaLuSa’s message and learn that the very bests course of action to take is one of LOVE. Love yourself, love your neighbors…just love and avoid the myriad of  distractions available in this 3d world specifically designed to keep you from knowing…and remaining in your truth!

We are as ever closely following your progress and pleased to note that so many of you are fully engaged in preparing yourselves for the continuing rise in vibrations that are carrying you into the higher levels. As we have previously informed you, because you are raising your vibrations at a rate that will carry you forwards to the point of Ascension into the next level, it need not be seen as a separate happening. You are flowing with the increases in vibration, and slowly but surely you are creating a crystalline based body with all of the advantages that come with it. You will ascend by your own efforts and dedication to bring harmony and balance to yourself. Clearly not every soul is capable of achieving such a level, but all will eventually find their ideal and perfect level. Already many of you are in total control of what is taking place where you are concerned. We encourage you to stay completely focussed on your goal at such an important time, and do not link your energy with anything that is of a lesser vibration.

There is always a risk that you will be pulled into other peoples affairs, which is alright as long as you keep yourself centred at all times. You can be a peace maker without getting personally involved in other people’s issues. You can still be a healer if that is your desire, but remember to close your aura at the end of a session. I am sure that you need little reminding of these precautions, but there is a need to be fully aware of any risk to yourself. Self-healing will continue but as time passes it will become less and less necessary. You will find that your body will “rejuvenate” itself in the course of time, and indeed we know that some of you already feel that your bodies are becoming more in balance regardless of your age. So you see that you are entering a period of notable changes that will also affect souls who are otherwise unaware of them. Ultimately all souls will find the right level that is necessary for them to carry on progressing and evolving.

For many souls this cycle will see the end of their need to experience in the lower vibrations. Once the lessons have been learnt you move on to a higher level, and so you continue to evolve where progress takes you higher into the Realms of Light. At present you are but a small point of Light, but it is rapidly expanding as you move higher and higher. Ultimately you will become an immense Being of Light, but for the time being it is sufficient to say that you have started that journey. Meantime you can start looking forward to an exciting time that will give you all manner of interesting experiences. Perhaps you will find the prospect of meeting your Space family the most exciting, and the opportunity of returning to your home planet. There is so much for you to explore and a whole variety of missions that you can undertake. Your future will be one that you choose, and it will be to spread the Light far and wide.

Some people on Earth have a certain degree of curiosity about their purpose for being on it, and are interested in life in general but find it difficult to know which sources of knowledge to trust. Generally speaking we would say simply follow your intuition, as it will lead you gently onwards to find an appropriate source of information. Clearly you can be overwhelmed by the truth and it makes good sense to gradually introduce it a level that will be acceptable to you. Also bear in mind that once you become receptive to receiving information, the more you will receive. All of you have Guides and Helpers who will “arrange” events so that you meet the right people, and also have enlightening experiences. These are all carried out with your knowledge and acceptance, although you may not have any waking memory of them. You are never left alone to seek without help, and even those souls who wallow in the darkness have help on hand as soon as they respond to the Light.

Sometimes in the depth of depression you can feel as though you do not have a single friend in the world, yet help is always just a thought away. In these emotional states you are very difficult to reach, but you are showered with love that will eventually lift you up. You may ask why you are allowed to experience such trauma and the answer is “for the experience” to enable the growth of your soul. It is such circumstances and the lessons to be learnt that bring about a rapid growth, that allows more Light to be attracted to you. You could say that the Earth is the place of the hard taskmaster, and that is generally true but it is also where you learn your lessons most quickly.

We look upon Earth and see souls at all various degrees of evolution, and how they mix and work with each other. Sometimes it leads to violent acts as there is a tendency for them to become very insular and selfish. These are observed by more advanced souls who can still learn lessons from them without getting involved. The interaction between different groups of Beings is all part of experience that enables you to evolve. Karma can be extremely complicated, but be assured that it works out perfectly so that all souls involved can benefit from it. You would in fact be surprised if you knew how much attention was given to karmic issues, to ensure all souls involved gain from it. You will no doubt be relieved to learn that once you have risen above the 3rd dimension, you will have effectively cleared your karma.

As your eyes are opened to the truth of your being even more questions arise as your level of consciousness expands, and there are always more knowledgeable Beings around you to give the answers. Even now if you can put yourself in a meditative state and clear your mind so that you are receptive, you can communicate with Higher Beings. Let them know what information you need, and you may get an immediate response, or it may come to you later at a time when you are not expecting it.

Time for another weekly message from Mike Quincey over in England who channels SaLuSa and ya’ll know this is one of my favorite spiritual messengers! SaLuSa always sends messages of LOVE no matter the topic of his message. Today, SaLuSa seems to focus on humanity and its varying levels of spiritual vibration. The time is quickly approaching where humanity will be relegated to varying planes of spiritual consciousness and it is sooo important to know who you and let nothing influence your spiritual placement, not family, not friends. In fact, SaLuSa advises… it is in your interests to take this coming opportunity to leave the lower ones behind.

For me…this is a clear sign that a change is human consciousness is about to occur! So…please read this article, find and know yourself as you determine the question and decision of who you are, and…

There are now two distinct groups of souls upon Earth, and these represent those who have opened their consciousness to the truth of their being, and those who are stuck in the lower vibrations and make little or no attempt to understand their position. Until such souls start to awaken to their true self they will continue to only believe what they see before their eyes. However, we do not condemn such souls in any way and we make allowances for those who are controlled by their ego. It is only experience that will bring about a shift in consciousness, when one starts to question the purpose of life. The truth will come to all given time, and this period upon Earth is the ideal time to bring up questions about the purpose of life. For those without some form of faith it is a very difficult time, as they question why a God of Love allows such atrocities that are taking place.

Many understand that as God is All Love he allows his children to have the freedom to experience as they desire, but they often fail to understand that they are the responsible for the results. You have an expression about “making your bed and laying on it” and that sums up how you create your own future. Freewill is wonderful but you have to learn how to handle it, without interfering with the freewill of another soul. Man has great difficulty in understanding the concept of you all being the One, and therefore what you do to another you do to yourself. Man tends to look after number One without realising that over a period of lives you will experience many different situations, and each is intended to give you the experiences you need to further your evolution. No other soul is any more or less than you are, but may nevertheless have developed a greater level of consciousness.

Whatever stage of evolution you are at you rest assured that you will always be helped to progress, and no one faces the world alone. In fact you have so many helpers you cannot fail to achieve your life plan, as they will ensure that you have the experiences that you need. It is no good complaining about your life, but far better to get on with it and make the best progress you can. Some of you do not believe you are helped at all and that is because you are unaware of your life plan, and for experience you have to accept the good along with what you call the bad. All experience is of value even if you cannot understand it, as it may not seem that there is a life plan working for you, but there certainly is and all experience is presenting you with opportunities to evolve. We know that some souls cannot believe that they have agreed to the way their life is working out, but it is carefully planned with your agreement and the freewill aspect still exists.

We know that many of you are at an advanced level of understanding, and your presence upon Earth is instrumental in helping others in their understanding of the truth. Some of you came specifically to give such a service to others, and often it has meant a certain degree of sacrifice as such work requires a very dedicated soul. Each of you that have indicated your desire to help others will be used as the need arises, and we look upon you all with equal love and joy. Life may sound complicated and for many it is, but it is very carefully planned to be of maximum benefit to you. Some will not agree that they have accepted the experiences that come their way, and cannot understand why they should have done so. Dear Ones, the truth is that you know you are being pointed in the direction that best covers your needs. When you are in the higher dimensions it all seem so much clearer and you trust those who oversee your life.

Some souls have questioned how we can be so positive where your future is concerned, and that is because at our level we can not only see the greater picture, but are aware that at any time the old cycle can be brought to a conclusion. It is therefore possible that such matters can be concluded at any time, but that decision lies with souls that oversee your evolution. We tell you these things so that you will not assume anything is beyond possibility where your evolution is concerned. Matters are much more fluid than you can possibly imagine, but being in the lower vibrations you cannot easily envisage a completely different scenario.

Everything you can possibly think of can exist as nothing is new or what you call original thought. You can link with what was and interpret it in another way, which is how technologies are re-introduced in a New Age. For example what you call Flying Saucers which are planetary vehicles are not equipped to go into Deep Space, and not new to your Solar System. As knowledge and understanding of them grows so you will find that very “conveniently” they are your Inter-planetary vehicles. Matters are speeding along so that when you “come of age” everything you need will be available to you. You are Cosmic Beings in your infancy and are evolving very quickly so that when you have full consciousness, the Universe will be yours to explore.

By comparison you live such a simple life on Earth, but it is ideal preparation for the changes you will encounter. Evolution is more concerned with you as an individual and making sure you are sufficiently evolved to be let loose in the Cosmos. As you may already know, you cannot reach levels that are higher than your own vibrations, so it is in your interests to take this coming opportunity to leave the lower ones behind. You have the potential to become a Being of Light and that is what you should be working towards. We know that you will want to know how you are doing, but providing you apply yourself correctly you need have no worries as we will always be near you to assist.

At the same time I have received an e-mail from a beautiful Light worker Luis Nunez who wrote to me saying “For some reason the thought crossed my mind yesterday, to search and see if there was a live stream of earth on real time going on at around 8:30 central European time. I found a stream from the international space station being broadcasted on Ustream and I took a couple of pictures that I’d like to share with you….People may say it’s a coincidence, but to me it was a beautiful moment…”

I have been watching the sky everyday and although my camera refuses to take a proper picture, the sky has been purple everyday at sunrise and sunset following earths entrance into the Purple Photon Belt.

After I posted this on FB I have received an overwhelming response from so many sharing what they experienced on that day and continue to experience. So as you can see we truly have, entered this beautiful corridor of light, and are riding the wave towards pure bliss assisted by all the phenomenal energies coming our way. All you need to do to experience them is to be open to these energies.

I want to remind you that our planet has JUST entered the photon belt, which means that we are going to be experiencing a rise in consciousness in stages, NOT overnight as many of you are requesting. Because once again, the reason is simple, our bodies must adjust to the new frequencies. It is the same as saying that you want to lose the extra weight that took you years and years to put on overnight! I understand your anticipation but I ask you to please be patient and gentle on yourself as you truly do need to give your mind and body to catch up to what your advanced soul is ready for.

So having shared this with all of you here is a recent channeling from our beloved Hathors who continue to walk with us to our full awakening. I have not formally spoken to St. Germain prior to receiving this tool, and found myself flabbergasted when he came to me early in the morning as I was awakening from sleep. I saw him clearly and he pointed to this tool and explained to me in detail how to use it! And as soon as I took it into my hands and closed my eyes, I felt my crown chakra vibrating surprisingly much and felt myself surrounded by so much Violet that I felt myself actually becoming it! Dearly beloved children of light and dearly beloved children of love, dearly beloved children of the moon, the sun and the stars,

As you continue your journey through the photonic belt of your creator selves. As you continue your journey on Mother Ship Earth. The consciousness of your creator selves is merging the consciousness of those dwelling therein and raising the vibratory impulses of the planet, assisting it from within and sending the signal of light to without.

As the energy that you generate, fully and completely from within the heart codices of your DNA structure are sending a signal to the cosmic getaways, measuring the level of intensity, measuring the level of the structural components of your DNA and adjusting the flow of energy to earth in unison, in response to your generated field of energetic proportions.

For once again through the sacred heart space of your creator selves, you are spinning an energy field into existence, allowing it to become a force shield if you will , and a generator of energies, and collector of energies which are plummeting to the planet at the given moment in time.

For the portals that are being  opened by you, the portals that are bridging the gap between the present reality of your selves and the reality that you wish to merge with, are once again generated by your very own hearts. And hence, we repeat that the activation of your internal grids is the most important step that you to take toward oneness and unity.

For only through the clearance of your own heart space, through the activation of your own heart’s DNA, and clearing out that which no longer belongs, will you be able to become that which initially you have come here to be. You will be able to take on your respective roles and assist those whom you have come here to assist.

And so, let us then explain to you in your human language for you to understand that which is occurring presently on your planet. Many of you have begun to feel the tremendous shifts taking place within your own realities. Many of you are seeing that which we have promised you that you will experience. As you are presently moving through the photon corridor of creator, and you are merging two distinct fields into one whole, two distinct fields of two distinct realities are becoming evidently more clear, separating the “good” from the “bad” and simultaneously merging it into oneness, merging it into one whole, in order to move past the paradigm of yesteryear and move into the new paradigm, the new reality of your being, the new reality of understanding and incorporating both polarities into one inevitable infinite whole.

For through the incarnation of the vehicle which you see unfold before you, through the vehicle of your creator selves you are bringing forth the necessary changes into your beings, you are bringing forth all that you are, allowing these energies to work with the encodings within the structural components of your DNA codices and bring forth the new programming with which you have been infused before being incarnated on planet earth. Bringing with you the wisdom of the ages, the technological understanding of the world that is yet to come, the emotional frequency of the unconditional love of the eternal OM.

For many of you who have awakened have not fully understood the reason for your being, for many of you are walking in the shadows of your ego selves, for many of you this phase is about to end, and new unison, a new reality to take hold of your beings.

For the reality that you are about to encompass, the reality that you are about to spin into the world in which you dwell, shall shake you to the core of your being. For all that you have believed to be of difficulty shall begin to come to you with ease, for all that you believed not to exists, shall present itself to you fully and completely.

For you shall begin serendipitously meeting those with whom you are to collaborate on various objectives set forth by your own higher consciousness, your own higher creator selves. Meeting with absolute “strangers” shall turn into magnanimous life changing events for many of you. For indeed the time has come to merge the powers of your creator selves, to merge the powers of that which you are, in order to utilize the UNITED energies in building a new foundation on planet earth.

For indeed phase one has come to completion, for indeed phase two has commenced, and as such, the new vocations, new understanding, new encounters, new realities, new experiences, are unfolding rapidly for many of you, many of you who are allowing such synchronicities to enter your psyche, many of you who are ready to take on your active roles in the game of life!

Many of you shall and will and have felt the disconnectedness from your vessels, from your very selves, as you have moved through the vortex of the full moon of yesteryear. Many have indeed shed much of their old paradigms, and allowed the energies to cleanse them and prepare them for what’s to come. Many have finally tapped into the understanding of their DNA structure, many have allowed and as they proceeded to allow, as they welcomed such experiences into their lives, many have indeed experienced oneness, many have indeed experienced their godlike selves, for indeed you are gods, for indeed is so.

And so and thus, comes a moment in time, when you are to take action, action of your respective roles, listening carefully as you are being guided to maneuver the seeming darkness of your world, for the chaos that you are experiencing is simply a recalibration of energies, for the two worlds of your divine selves are merging into one complete whole into one complete understanding of life, into one compete understanding of reality.

The reality which your human selves, have not dwelled in prior, the reality in which you shall find and are finding yourselves in, is the reality that is here to stay, the reality of love, the reality of light, the reality of unconditional co creation of eternal bliss, joy and health. Bliss joy and health of your very vehicle, joy bliss and understanding of your very soul. For you are the ones that have come to illuminate the path for those who have come before you, for you are the ones that have come to enlighten the path of your very own selves, for you are the ones that have come to enlighten the path for those that shall come after you, for you are the ones that have returned and indeed you are the ones that have never left. For you are GODS, GODS of your creator selves, gods of al that you see before you. And as such, you are to take active roles in the co creation of everything that you wish to manifest into your reality.

Many upon many ways of being shall be revealed to you in the days to come, much of the information that you are eagerly awaiting shall be brought into your psyche by your own higher selves. Much of this information is already readily available for your taking, much of said information shall magically manifest from within the space codes of your heart.

For you are the ones that shall go deep within and extract such information from your higher selves, for you must fully understand your present reality in order to comprehend your mission here on earth.

And so, we leave you with a new message of understanding, allow that which you are to shine through, doubt yourself not for you already know all that there is, allow yourself to REMEMBER that which you have come here to be, allow, and BE, in the NOW moment of time, allow and utilize the energies as they are unleashed into your world to assist you.

We the Hathors, the forefathers of your vehicles creation that you call the human bodies, are standing before you, once again in line with you energies, once again, with open arms and open heart ready to assist you, ready to guide you, ready to be guided by YOU, standing by your side, as you plunge ahead and lead humanity out of the veil of forgetfulness and onto the magic road leading them to their true magnificent selves.

My old friend SaLuSa comes to us again this Friday, thanks to channeller Mike Quincey, with a message of joy! Our time of release from this 3rd dimension surely must be near as SaLuSa, a spokesman from Sirius, reminds us that in our future, we will experience full consciousness! Again, we are reminded that fear can be a great obstacle and to counteract fear, we should KNOW WHO WE ARE and ask for help as we need it.

SaLuSa also reminds us that the 3D experiences we have undergone have actually helped us grow amazingly as we enter into BEING galactic entities that will join with our inner-earth brethren AND Galactic families to journey on together into new vibrational realms where nothing but LIGHT and truth exist.

Dear Ones, you have such a great potential yet to be revealed and, with careful planning, you will gradually find your consciousness expanding. It is all part of your evolutionary plan and is preparing you for full consciousness.

However, it is in the future and at the appropriate time you will be helped to achieve such an upliftment. Already there is an awareness of your consciousness growing, and you can take credit for such an advancement as it is you who has applied yourself to your tasks.

At the moment there are souls on Earth who are at all different levels of consciousness, and it causes much friction between the different groups. You should not allow yourselves to be distracted by what is going on around you, and concentrate on your own advancement.

The days of sacrificing your own development to help others are no longer necessary, as all souls now know where they are going and what is expected of them. The time has arrived when each soul must apply itself to its life plan, doing its best to achieve its goal. Be assured those who lack awareness of what it is, will be assisted to make as much progress as possible.

The Human Race has evolved so rapidly it is hard to believe the advancements that have been made. It seems that the harder the task ahead, the greater is the effort put into achieving success. As we have often pointed out, no soul is asked to do more than they are considered capable of, which is why some who already know their limitations have accepted that Ascension is beyond them in this cycle.

All experience does however make a good platform for those aspiring to complete this cycle, by making great strides in their evolution. How other soul’s progress is their own choice although we do encourage them to take every opportunity to raise their vibrations.

You may have noticed that we draw much closer to you, and that is because the time to meet us is drawing nearer. Our craft are now seen more often in your skies, and we have shown for a long time now that we can be present with little fear being experienced by your people.

We have never endangered you, although some of your pilots have experienced apprehension when faced by our craft. Be assured we are totally in control of our craft, and with our technology can deal with any situation that may arise that could pose a threat to your safety or indeed ours. We have often helped you out when dangers have threatened you, in such a way that you are rarely aware of our intervention. Sometimes what you call miracles are attributable to our presence but we have first to be sure that we are not interfering with your karma.

There are so many different species living on or in your Earth. The Inner Earth Dwellers have been with you for eons of time, but will meet you in the near future. They are more evolved than you are and have much to offer you. Others also have bases within the Earth and some are placed on the seabed out of your reach.

Perhaps the most surprising revelations will be when Humans acknowledge their Space Families, because many souls have that have incarnated on Earth come from other planets. It is all in the interests of the future of the Human Race. Individuals can ascend at any given time, but the whole Human Race only gets such an opportunity at the end of a Solar Cycle that you are now experiencing.

So you will understand that you have entered a very important period, which your future depends on. Many souls are working with you to ensure you achieve your goal, and we are confident that you will succeed. When you look back, you will marvel at your resilience and intent to move into the higher levels. Be certain and know that your destiny does not lie with the Earth that you are now familiar with.

Those of you who prove to be ready will move out of the lower dimension, and leave the old Earth behind. It is time for a new start and to wipe the slate clean as you are not doomed to stay in the present dimension. You will find it hard to resist the new vibrations coming in, and indeed why should you as your destiny is to return fully to the Light.

If you did but know it, you have experienced so many situations that have thoroughly tested you, and finally you come through it as a Being of Light. The physical realms are not your home but have served you well for your experience.

Fear is your biggest obstacle to evolution, as in such a state your progress is halted and you are vulnerable to the lower vibrations. When confronted with conditions that can bring it out, treat those responsible with Love and understanding. Entities of the lower vibrations feed off them and that is not what you want them to do. Do not empower them but rather isolate them and take away their power.

Is it not interesting to think that in effect by taking no action, you follow the best path available to you. Confrontation and revenge are the actions of those who do not understand karma, and are unaware that every soul is responsible for them.

You cannot lie your way out of responsibility for your actions or words. When you pass over and you review your life, you will find that only the truth can remain and it is no good trying to fool anyone. It is not so frightening as you might imagine as those Higher Beings who handle such matters are all Love and not there to admonish or punish you.

Life on Earth is usually all ups and downs, so please try to understand what lessons are being presented to you. If you do not learn from them, they will keep coming back until you do. That is what life is all about so accept your lot because you will have agreed a life plan. Your task is to learn the lessons presented to you so that you do not have to do them again. That way you will evolve much quicker and lift yourself out of the lower vibrations.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, to help you and ensure that you put your energies into those things that are most beneficial to you. You will never regret it as so much is at stake, and you will progress so much faster. Try to remove those things that you recognise as standing in the way of your progress.
