The ascension journey is a process of evolution that has its own divine intelligence. Not only does your body know what to do, you are also being supported energetically in the unfoldment of that evolution.
Just as there was no specific knowledge or action required by you in order for your physical body to grow and develop other than to provide the basic needs of food, water, air, and sleep, there is nothing you need to do beyond good self care in order to assist your body in its energetic process of ascension.
Be easy, Dear Ones. Trust the unfoldment that is occurring. If there is something you need to address in order to support you in your evolution, it will come up into your awareness.
Please be tender and loving with yourselves as you are in a corridor of profound transformation. You cannot mess it up, for even if you tried to resist the process all that would happen is you would get far too uncomfortable before long and would simply choose to surrender back into the flow of your divine unfoldment.
You are ready to birth the New You and the New Earth, in fact, this is exactly what your soul has been preparing for all along

The Gabriel Message Card for this week ~ Now is the time to let go of fear and reach your hand forward to be held and led by the Angels of Light To me, this message represents the epitome of Faith and the essence of Archangel Gabriel’s teachings. It provides a coaching for the correct attitude to hold as we take our first steps into the unknown promise of our lives.
I clearly remember receiving the meditation that is part of the practice Archangel Gabriel gave that is available in the expanded message below. It is very unusual for me to have this memory, but the receiving of this message was a profoundly visceral experience.
I had a perception of vastness beneath my feet, felt the cool wind of the high mountaintop in my face, and could see the eagles flying below me. The Angels were there in the void space, inviting me to move beyond my fear and into their waiting arms.
Have you heard the spiritual adage that when we take one step toward God, the Divine takes 10 steps toward us? This was that moment. The Angels were looking at me with so much love in their eyes that my heart began to trust at a very deep level and I knew I would be supported if I could just take a Leap of Faith.
This metaphoric leap empty-handed into the abyss sounds terrifying, but that is what is being asked of us during these unprecedented times of awakening consciousness. For me, in that Holy Moment, I was told that if I had enough Faith, I could fly with the Angels.
This message seems so perfect for this time of massive change that can feel so frightening. The influx of Divine Light to the planet over the past 30 years has been the greatest in history. We are a part of this change because we are transmuting ourselves from density and confusion to high-frequency people that radiate Light and Love to the world.
You and I are here — now — to use this amazing Light to add value to our own lives. Our Souls were trained to come to Earth at this specific time to be the Leaders, Wayshowers and Teachers. And we are here to bring greater peace to the Earth through our personal evolution. It only takes the willingness to have Faith and walk into the Unknown, totally supported by Angels of Light.
Divine Presence,
Thank you for supporting me as I take these necessary steps into the Unknown. Help me to strengthen my Faith and really know deep within me that I am not alone, and I am safe.
I am asking to have a strong sense of belonging, trust and belief in my heart, so I can have the courage to bring my soul’s gifts into the world. Give me the confidence to share from my heart in every situation that invites me to openly express myself.
May all beings feel greater Faith in their hearts and know they are not alone. Thank you for holding me in your Wings of Pure Love in every moment. And so it is.

Dear One,
When you resolve to let go of fear, an amazing energy is set into motion. It is as though hands of Angels join together in circles of light around you, keeping you protected and nurtured. When you walk, you are carried by these Angels “lest you strike your foot against a stone,” as is said in Psalm 91.
Sometimes letting go of fear can feel as though you are taking a leap into the Unknown. However, it is often necessary to take this large step in order to make the greatest progress in your life. When your intention is to serve the Highest Good in all you do, and when you have the willingness to move through your fear of the unknown, this step off a cliff will be into the arms of these magnificent beings of light.
Angels will assist you to fly to the heights of grandeur and to the depths of peace.
The saying “there is nothing to fear but fear itself” is true. Fear can play in your imagination until you are immobilized. From this place you can easily sink into the pits of despair. It will feel as though you are not moving toward your destiny, and that is the most fear-filled place of all. This fear will play upon your issues of worthiness, because in your heart you want most of all to add value to the world.
Know truly that you were created to be happy. Feeling joy is one of the greatest tasks you have in your life. You are here to do great things, and this can be as simple as loving others and bringing more peace and joy to the world. When you have joy as your intention, you will be shown what you need to do in order to manifest it.
Practice
Take some time to sit quietly and breathe in a balanced way. Imagine that you are standing on a mountaintop. It is the highest peak around you. It is so high that eagles are flying below where you are standing. There is a magnificent sunrise lighting up the sky and surrounding your body with golden light.
From this pinnacle of light, you offer yourself to serve God in the world and you ask for courage to do whatever it takes. You call on the Angels for assistance to be all you can be. At this moment you hear the sound of wings and you notice the light becoming even brighter.
You are surrounded by Angels and you feel your fear melting with their love. They are holding out their hands to you. Because it is such a reach to touch them, it is difficult to keep your footing. In order to touch the hands of the Angels, you know you are going to have to take a step into the Unknown. You feel all the old fears beginning to surface again.
This time, you will not give in to fear. Your conviction to have love and joy in your life and to serve in the world is greater than the fear.
You take a deep breath, and look into the eyes of the Angels surrounding you. You see a hand of light reaching toward you and a beaming presence of love smiling at you. The Angels are saying they believe in you, they love you, and they know you can have whatever you want to experience. In this moment, you know that the safety of that which is familiar cannot bring you the joy and the power of love you are feeling from the Angels. Looking at the hands being offered, you let the love you are feeling in your heart uplift you, and you reach your own hands toward the Angels of Light. You take the first step.
In this moment of free fall, your heart begins to pound. But it is only an instant before arms hold you and you feel yourself being transported into the light. The Angels are taking you with them. Let yourself imagine what it would be like to fly with the Angels. Feel the warmth of the sun, the wind in your hair and let yourself be held and led where they will take you.
Know in your heart it is to your greatest good. Allow yourself to fly with the Angels. Feel the freedom that is there for you and let Divine love fill your heart.
Take a look at where you are held back by fear, and see the darkness there. Are you willing to have it be different now? There is help for you. Angelic assistance is available. This simple visualization exercise can have miraculous results. It is your choice to take the first step by being willing to have a miracle change your life.

Energy upgrades are taking place that allow you to build a new
structure for your energy system to be housed within. These downloads
will continue until the powerful 12:12 transmissions.
Your new aligned Light Body has
been prepared diligently over the past few years so you could receive
the new codes of ascension more freely. As expected, the
physical bodies have been the areas most at odds with the new energy.
Symptoms have been rampant that displayed the dismantling of the old
structures held within you for so long. This has been very
uncomfortable, yet highly purposeful. Maintaining a positive outlook as
your body reorganized down to the cellular level has been difficult for
most people.
This is especially true when looking outside yourselves to see the world dismantling in a similar way.
The good news is that you have come to a turning point.
The place where those at the forefront of the ascension wave are
beginning the process of rebuilding the physical structure required for a
new life within the higher frequencies of Light that make up the 5th
Dimension.
In this new time, your energy
systems have begun to enjoy the upleveling energies inherent within the
process that are quite exalted. Even though your nervous system
may still feel as though it has blown its circuits at times, there is
an expansive gain in your heart’s understanding of the massive shift
taking place within you.
Providing space for the restructuring process will now take the place of the continuous dismantling
that has occurred since 2012, and for some of the Wayshowers well beyond.
Dwelling in the shadows has been a fruitful existence. It
has enabled most of those who have been finding their way through the
morass of overflowing past history to absolve themselves of blame and
open the doors of their perception to look outside the inner turmoil.
The sashes have been thrown open from the windows of the mind and light
is pouring into all the dark corners. You are able to freely access
those situations that have caused so much of the tumultuous learning
processes necessary for your Soul’s education.
Now is the time for more Divine Insight to take root within your knowing.
Whether it is clear or not, all of your past experiences have had a
bigger purpose than what has been obvious. You have been provided with
the actions necessary to clear your Akashic records down to the bare
foundations — the bedrock of your life known as the zero point.
From here, it only goes up as you begin the rebuilding process of your
physical structure to hold the higher frequencies.
You are the empty vessel that has been prepared to hold the Light of Divinity as a sacred chalice within.
Remember this as you create the next steps in your life. Take your time
to access the inner knowing as you live your physical existence. What
you put into your sacred vessel includes your attitudes and outlook on
life as you begin to build your physical structure from the inside out.
Preparing
yourself to be a sacred chalice to hold Divine Light affects you on all
levels. You will need to be serious about taking yourself lightly!
Make sure you provide yourself with plenty of time in sunshine and in Nature.
You are being fed like the new leaves on a tree with the Light of
photosynthesis. A process is afoot that will enable you to hold this
energy as food, just as a tree with its roots in the Earth and its
canopy in the Light. You are building the forces that will allow you to
thrive in the midst of change and inevitable challenge.
Never doubt the presence of your Spiritual Resources that are working with you to insure you are guided in every moment. You are loved eternally as all you need is provided with Grace and Ease. All is truly well. And so it is.

This is the shortest of the Gabriel Messages, and yet one of the most
profound. Every time I read it, my heart is blasted with Archangelic
Wisdom and Divine inspiration for an empowered life. This is a safety
affirmation that can be used at any time to bring you a sense of Grace
and Protection.
I was first introduced to the concept of safety affirmations in 1988.
They have been very helpful in making me more empowered in my physical
body and the world.
For years I had never felt safe to be in my body. It really did not
feel as though the Earth was a benevolent or safe place for me to live.
Even though I knew I had volunteered to be on this planet during these
challenging times of awakening, throughout my life it had felt as though
I was an alien species. I even began questioning the wisdom of staying
in my body.
I was coached to begin saying safety affirmations. I began with,
“It’s safe to be in my body.” That felt surprisingly good, so I started
branching out. “It’s safe to be who I truly am. It’s safe to speak my
truth.” These really started encouraging me. Then finally I received the
guidance from Archangel Gabriel, “It is safe to let your Light shine!”
This was a huge revelation, because I saw that in protecting myself I
did not allow the true essence of my most Divine, authentic Self to
radiate into the world. It does not matter what past-life history made
me feel that it was not safe to show that most vulnerable side of me. It
became most important for me to shift into allowing the true radiance
of Divine Light to be expressed in the world through my being.
It has taken many years to do this. I wish I could say it was an
immediate turnaround. Old patterns can take some time to let go of.
However, what I discovered is that when I allowed myself to reveal and
express my most authentic loving nature, the happier I became.
The times we are living in require us to open up into a greater realm
of awareness. We need to remember that it is not only safe to let our
Light shine, it is imperative to the evolution of consciousness on the
Earth. The more Divine Light that shines into the world, the more the
planet and all beings who share this world are elevated.
Divine Light carries the expression of the love and intelligence of
God that we each need so urgently. In order for all to live in true
Harmony and for Peace to prevail on Earth, please know that it is truly
safe to let your beautiful Light shine! Here is my prayer for us all:
Divine Presence,
Thank you for assisting me to become a radiant Beacon of Divine
Light in the world. May I relax into my true, most loving self and allow
this Light of Pure Love to shine through me to others. May I truly know
that Well-being is my only reality and that I am safe, because I am
being carried by a Love that never ends. I know in my heart that I am
being held in Wings of Divine Light as I share this time with others.
Help me to be the one who has the courage to smile first. May I
be willing to walk through my world with an open heart. I ask to
demonstrate loving-kindness no matter who I am interacting with.
May all beings know that we are truly connected as family. May
all of humanity open their hearts to allow their most Eternal,
Empowered, Authentic, Divine Nature to radiate Light and Love within and
around them at all times. And may we also be powerful receivers, acting
in Trust and Wisdom, as we allow ourselves to be filled with the
greatest Light the world has ever known. So be it. Be it so. Amen.

of you have wrapped up the first phase of your incarnation and are
poised to step into the new. You have done a tremendous amount of
energetic shifting, both on a personal and planetary level. You have
slowed down and cocooned to integrate these changes. And now you are
ready to explore what is possible from this new energetic state.
Everything
is undergoing a profound shift. You are moving from a doing based
system to a being based system. You are evolving from navigating
primarily through the mind into navigating through the heart. You are
letting go of martyred service and ready for joyful, supported service.
You have completed your soul’s initial to-do list and are now exploring
new possibilities through co-creation and preference.
At this point it can be difficult to know what next steps profound shiftto take as you are still trying to find your energetic bearings.
