As the realms begin to shift like two tectonic plates doing the tango.Β There is a crack between worlds and between time lines.Β The energies of this tectonic tilting comes forth as an emotional earth shifts into a new perspective. This tectonic unrest will effect your body as it changes to accommodate the new energies being discharged.Β This time space sorting is deliberate.Β There will be delayed reactions as you go thru a time upgrade. Time will be sufficiently slowed down so that you can see the flower bloom, the leaves change color, the hummingbirds wings stand still for a nanosecond.Β There is a noticeable difference that is felt on the subtle levels of your being. Everyone knows something has changed and they look all around to find it. In this time slowing event, in this methodical plotting of energies upon a graph of causal and pause-able time you are given a moment of divine hesitation, a flash-dance of peace, a moment to reclaim your true Identity. You are being asked to breathe the force of God into your life and body.Β Time and energy has slowed down enough to allow you entrance.Β Receive this ecliptic pause as a respite from an onslaught of emotional mayhem as reflected on the earths ever changing holodeck. Using Higher Light βΒ The Arcturians
Welcome, we the Arcturians are here for section two of Accepting the Higher Light. As you accept the higher Light it goes into your consciousness, your aura, your body and your cells to discover any remaining darkness, so that it can be healed.Β
This βdarknessβ is βblocksβ within you that are afraid to change, afraid to transmute. Once you are aware of these blockages that have not yet been released, you can participate in your own clearing. Once you remember how to clear yourself, you can assist others with their clearing. The higher light arrives from the dimensions beyond time. Hence, it moves into your present, past, and alternate realities.
Once you remember how to allow the light to enter your earth vessel in this manner, you can assist others to do the same. You will also remember how you can assist Gaia by grounding this multidimensional light into the core of Her Being. In this way, you will merge your personal form with Gaiaβs planetary form.
Then, your personal, and Gaiaβs planetary elementals of Earth, Air, Fire and Water will share the higher frequency light with all life. Because this higher frequency light is continually finding, and clearing blockages, you can more easily transmute your self and your reality. With the blockages discovered and released, your daily consciousness expands into higher brainwaves.
With these higher brainwaves, states of consciousness, your perceptions of reality begin to include higher frequencies of reality. As you adapt to the transmutations of your vessel, you learn/remember how to find that which is wounded, distorted or out of sync. With this expanded perception you will be able to identify, unconditionally love and transmute your reality with the Violet Fire.
Whatever you have transmuted within your physical or planetary body is then set free into Gaiaβs reality to assist in raising Gaiaβs resonate frequency. Gradually, there is more and more higher frequency light and less and less third dimensional light.Β
Do you understand now how important you, our human representatives, are? We remind you to be sure to release whatever you have transmuted. In this manner, that which has been transmuted is free to contribute their experience of transmutation with all life.
Remember in the fifth dimensional reality that you are assisting to create, every person, place, situation, and thing will come into its own awareness of where and to what they wish to resonate. Eventually, all these expanded resonances of SELF will join in unity consciousness with all life within the fifth dimensional resonance of Gaia.
You see dear ones, you are moving from the resonance of the third/fourth dimension into the fourth/fifth dimensional resonance, in order to merge with the NOW of the fifth dimension, and beyond, resonance of life. As soon as you become aware that you completed that shift into that next dimensional zone of Gaia, you will naturally flow into unity with all life within that dimensional zone.
As you begin, and continue, your process of βreturn to SELF,β the higher Light precedes you to direct your ever-expanding consciousness/perception. As you continue your journey, everything that you need to know flows to the surface of your consciousness.Β
What was once a boundary between your inner self and the outer world becomes a magnet that attaches you to the frequency of light that is dominant within your consciousness, your thoughts, your emotions, and your intentions.
As you preview all that you have created with your higher resonance, your first intention is to unite with other people, life-forms, places and situations that are calling to you for assistance. Via your own inner higher light, you are connected to myriad persons, places, and dimensions.
Therefore, you are well informed. Thus, when you send your inner, higher light into the lower frequencies of reality you share all of your experiences of transmuting reality via unconditional Love and the Violet Fire. In this manner, you set into motion a situation in which you become the teacher of what you have learned/remembered. Β
We say βlearned/rememberedβ because you have learned to remember your own higher dimensional expressions of SELF. You have also remembered how to bring the higher Light into your consciousness and run it through your physical form.
You also have remembered to share this light with all third dimensional life.Β Hence, as you breathe out into your transmuting world, your multidimensional breath is shared and can enter other third-dimensional expressions of reality to assist them to transmute as well.
The more and more you allow this higher light to enter into your body, the deeper, and deeper it can travel. The deeper the light can move into your form, the more old karmic pathways of parallel and alternate incarnations on Earth can be transmuted. In this manner, you are shifting myriad versions of your third dimensional self within the NOW.
In this way the injuries that you have taken on throughout your myriad embodiments in a third-dimensional vessel can be healed from within.Fortunately the antidote to the lies you have been told, the mistakes that you have made and the hardships you have endured is that you KNOW that you can refuse to participate in any version of reality by letting GO of that which you have determined to be a completed experience.
As you begin to take control of your own reality in this manner, you realize that you have the ability to transmute and release any experiences that YOU deem as complete. You also remember that the antidote to any fear and/or pain that re-emerges is to send Unconditional Love and Violet Fire to yourself.Β
This gift of unconditional love for yourself allows you to peacefully move through the overall experience of flowing through the time zone in which you are presently incarnated. The Unconditional Love and Violet Fire, which has become a constant component of your consciousness, will guide you to align yourself with the higher frequency energy fields that are increasingly flowing through your present reality.
You are NOW moving through, traveling around, touching, caressing, floating above the lower frequencies of light/reality, which has been all that you have known until this NOW. Therefore, you are being called upon to adapt to a novel experience of 3D reality.
As you move through your increasingly, expanding reality you will learn to discern between the different frequencies of Light. With your new multidimensional discernment, you will be able to slowly, or quickly, adapt your consciousness to choose the higher dimensional perceptions.
Bit-by-bit and moment-to-moment, your perceptions will align with the frequency of reality to which your higher consciousness has adapted. You are similar to deep-sea divers who must slowly return to the surface so that their body can adapt to their return to the surface in which the βlight meets the water.β
NOW, just as you might go into the water and feel the flow of colder water and flows of warmer water, you will learn to recognize the denser flow of lower dimensional realities and the lighter flow of higher dimensional realities.
As you move through this ever-changing version of dear Gaiaβs planet, you will hone your ability to recognize and fall-into the higher dimensional flows of ascending Earth. You are able to do so because YOU are adapting to your expanded perceptions.
The more you adapt to your higher frequency choices of perception, the more your consciousness will align with that which you are now adapting to. As your consciousness aligns with the higher frequency waves of light/reality, you higher frequency perceptions come online in your daily life.
Gradually, the worries and woes of the third dimensional resonance, which youare now moving beyond, become distant memories of a life you once lived. You are increasingly adapting to the βfeelβ of a higher resonance of reality. Hence, you can more easily discern the difference between third, fourth and fifth-dimensional energy fields. Β
As you enhance this discernment, you will increasingly choose to flow INTO that which is filled with unconditional love. You will also remember to transmute the denser versions of reality that you are releasing. You will also discover that you can no longer tolerate the energy fields, which resonate to frequency of confusion, separation, or fear.
Even though the higher frequency energy fields might be disconcerting at first, you will swiftly learn that if you remain in that resonance you will soon adapt. As you choose to remain in the energy field of unconditional love, your consciousness will increasingly expand to the resonance in which you will begin to remember.
Gradually, you will lovingly remember the reality of your Higher SELF in which the fifth dimensional state of consciousness is normal. As you float in to and out ofthese higher dimensional energy fields, your consciousness will gradually adapt to the higher dimensions of reality.
With this adaptation, you will progressively release your link to the lower dimensions of reality. Eventually, you will be able to stay longer and longer in the fifth-dimensional energy field. As you adapt to the fifth dimensional energy field, you will begin to clearly to perceive the myriad third-dimensional illusions.
With the release of these illusions, you will know that you are the creator of your personal reality and that you chose to enter into the resonance of third dimensional illusion. You will realize that it is the NOW for you to take fullΒ responsibility for the life that YOU have created with your every thought and your every emotion.
When you take that responsibility for your choices, it so expands your consciousness that you begin to think in a planetary manner. As you move into Planetary Consciousness, you increasingly realize that with your every inhale, you breathe in your fifth dimensional consciousness; and with every exhale you share your fifth dimensional consciousness with Gaia.
This form of inter-dimensional breathing so expands your perceptions that you can clearly recognize when you are being called up to transmute Gaia with your gift of Unconditional Love and Violet Fire. Β
As you answer this call, your perceptions expand even further to perceive how your ongoing transmutation expands into:
the atmosphere,
the ground,
the water,
and into all of the elementals. Β
You can also perceive the elementals joyfully transporting your gift to persons, animals, plants, locations and/or situations. Β
Even though you once feel you were alone, you are NOW intermingling and intertwining with ALL life. You are increasingly releasing old 3D human beliefs ofgood β bad, better β worse and yours β mine and moving into the 5D planetary belief of:
βWe humans are members of this beautiful being known as Gaia.β
Now that we have explained how you are the creator of your reality, we want you to remind you that YOUR Multidimensional SELF flows all the way from Source, down through the Oversoul, and into the myriad versions of your sixth, fifth, fourth and third dimensional expressions to align the energy field of your SELF with the version the YOU who has fully awakened.
Through this βstring of pearlsβ you are able to expand your perceptions up into higher and higher frequencies of yourself, while you simultaneously plant that string of pearls into the core of Gaia. In this manner, YOU become the very nature of your planetary SELFβGaia.
As you expand your consciousness from being a person into being a planet, you realize that you are not just creating or changing, you are returning. You KNOW that you are returning because you can remember who YOU really are.
You can remember that you have had myriad incarnations on Gaia, and you are now ready to gather them all into the NOW and return ALL your expressions to the fifth dimension and beyond. We wish to remind all of you that we the Arcturians are with you throughout this entire process.Β
You may not recognize us because we are formless energy fields that encircle, move through, and resonate to myriad frequencies of reality. Therefore, you will recognize us in the same manner as you recognize your own Multidimensional SELF in your own multi-dimensional realities and worlds.
In other words, as you know more of yourself, you will know more of us. And, as you know more of us you, will know more of yourself. Remember that we, all of us, live as ONE within the NOW.Β
We see that in your NOW, many of you are getting ready to release and let go ofΒ all your third-dimensional belief systems. These third dimensional believe systems are remedial like your first grade βlearning to readβ books. These 3D belief systems are based on polarity, gender, separation, sequence, time, competition, and death.Β
Just as all of the third-dimensional experiences of your reality are being recalibrated, every dimension of your great, multi-dimensional life force is being downloaded into your third-dimensional clay vessel.
With this major download of your Multidimensional SELF, the members of you who were once primitive, individualized and disillusioned and efficiently merge with the members of Β YOU who are infinitely collective, united and enlightened.
You all chose to enter into this great adventure of planetary ascension because you knew that this huge challenge would be very beneficial for the expansion of your entire SELF. When you ask:
βWhen will these event occur?β
We say, βNOW! NOW is real and time is a third dimensional illusion.β
Please remember that a question about βwhenβ is bound by third dimensional βtime.β We ask NOW that you release that third dimensional construct and move into fifth dimensional truth. Β

However, your third dimensional thinking told you that you are one individual who must work very hard to be good enough to ascend.

So now we see that news, both alternative and MSM are detailing a bit of the massive changes now happening on our Earth, both political and physical. Oh, wait…all these changes must include spiritual changes as well for the Vatican has announced that new life discovered in the heavens will be OK with them! Hmm…new alien life has also been ok’d by the head folks a NASA. I wonder…
But seriously folks, one thing I do NOT worry about are the changes happening inside of me that are happening on a daily basis. I wish I could tell you that all things are happiness and light in my life…and mostly, they are! But, I also have times of daily reflection in my life that leave me feeling kind of breathless with the knowledge that I AM not who I used to be. What is happening?

THE SHIFT IN CONSCIOUSNESS ESCALATED BY THE RETURN OF THE 7TH SUN AND RECONNECTION TO THE CENTRAL SUNSβΒ ENERGIES
In the next few months there will be an escalated shift in consciousness, the likes of which human beings have never experienced before, and it has to do with the return of the Suns, as mentioned in one of my previous articles, https://judithkusel.wordpress.com/2014/12/17/the-7th-central-sun-of-the-7th-galaxy-returns/ but also in lieu of what is happening in the inner earth.
In the last years I was called upon to work intensively with certain earth energy grids of what has lain dormant for many millions of years, and is now being reactivated and rising to the fore.Β As I was made more and more aware, of what it is that is being reactivated and released, the more I became conscious of how this will be shifting humanity into much higher gears of life and living.
Massive earth upheavals and earth changes are upon us β not to be feared, but rather to be welcomed, as this is the New Earth truly rising to the fore.
The new cannot rise with the old still in place, and therefore the old is making way for the new.Β All of life forms part of the spiraling dance of life, where in order for new life to rise, the old has to disintegrate, dissolves, so that the new can form on the destruction of the old.
We cannot go through this massive shift without also experiencing an INNER shift.Β In order for the Old Adam to die, the New Adam is emerging out the ashes of the old β in other words, the Old Adam Kadmon (prototype) body is not making way for a much higher frequency body, more crystalline in nature, and therefore more able to hold the higher vibrational frequency bands of the New Earth.
One of the reasons why so many people have had a total disintegration of their old lives and the proverbial carpet being pulled from under them, had to do with this total paradigm shift, and most, like me, have felt the old life totally disintegrating and new still forming in so many ways.
With the rising to the fore, we cannot take the old emotional baggage, the trauma, the pain, the scars, with us into the new and higher way of life.Β Therefore we will be cleaved open to the very core so that all the old puss can be released, so that the old ways of acting, living, being, can disintegrate, be released, so that we become so light in body, mind, and spirit, that we can make that shift, without being weighed down with excess emotional baggage.
Just like our personal lives are disintegrating on so many levels, the relationships, the social, the governance structures, indeed all of life and the way we interact with others will start feeling this disintegration on many levels.Β The old structures too no longer serve our highest soul growth and good β indeed, they do not serve the collective anymore, and the collective consciousness is therefore now moving into the higher octaves of being and so the old structures have to be reinvented.Β It is like reinventing the wheel, but the cosmic wheels of life, and not the earthly ones, for we are stepping into our cosmic citizenship.
We have essentially been prepared for this since the Second World War and it we look back in just these last few years how we have moved into a much higher technologically advanced society, with wonderful tools like the Internet, Cyberspace, and etc. being developed and returned to the planet, then imagine how much will shift in the next few years?
The New Children have the inherent genius programmed into them to truly lift humanity into the higher octaves of consciousness and Being, and they will truly bring about a revolution in technology and consciousness, which will make this massive shift we are currently going through, look like childβs play.

To try and hang onto the old life and lifestyles is futile.Β In as much as we are willing to allow ourselves to be transformed, to be guided, to be revamped and rejuvenated, in as much will we are able to make it through this immense shift with all the tools to assist us and help us through this all.
However, we have to let go of the old ways.Β We have to let go of all that no longer serves our highest soul growth and good and that of the collective.Β We cannot move into this New Earth being created now, with all the old ways of thinking, acting, relating, And Being.
Therefore the best is to do that daily cleansing, and clearing, and to be open to change.Β No more clinging onto that which is disintegrating and rather welcoming in the changes.Β When our mindset and heart-set change from deep within, we focus on truly being ready to shift with the incoming massive energy tides, we will find that we are being lifted by this mighty force and it comes almost effortlessly.
However if we resist at some level, there will be pain and great feelings of intense loss, of being lost at sea.
It is best to remember that no changes can occur, without something giving way to create a void.Β Once the void or vacuum is created, the higher energies can move in.
Such is the wave of change now upon us.
2015, truly is a year of paradigm shifts in consciousness β yet it only paves the way for more and more intense changes coming in, for the next 50 to 100 years.
In a thousand years a space traveler will hardly recognize this planet β such has been the massive revamping, reforming, and reinvention of the planet and the human species.

So much of the time, we all operate on auto-pilot…”Get up, go to work, make dinner, go to bed.” Our very emotions (vibrational rate) play off of what our current set of tasks are during our “day”. We are encouraged to “Be in Love” and that’s a good thing, but who are we in love with? We allΒ have to be in Love with ourselves!

It comes to me that these are indeed the “end times” for humanity in it’s current way of experiencing life. Very soon, we will not have to worry about groceries, or car payments, or a job.
Has this all been a grand experiment to determine just how completely the human mind can be controlled? Are the emotions of worship we feel for our gods actually “feeding” something not seen? Surrounded in the lush green of our little backyard, I inhale the blossoms.Β Life absorbs my senses and itβs a challenge to focus while breathing in butterflies amidst a cacophony of birds.Β There are little ones β a rabbit, a robin and a newborn neighbor each peeks out at their first summer.Β Days like this remind me why we came.Β Diverse and gorgeous, each day rises with its own ambitions.Β Life is full and complete.Β Just listen.
This thing we are all doing and going through is remarkable yet so mundane.Β Iβm beginning to understand life is just like that.Β All of it.Β Before the shift.Β After the shift.Β During the shift.Β We will all move along, find our way, change direction, step back and skip ahead. Sometimes weβll move together and others weβll feel alone.Β It matters not.Β What matters is the moment.
The emergence of another season reminds us of others.Β We compare β this year colder /warmer than last, this tree came back while that plant didnβt make it.Β Weather, changes and predictions become our daily dialogue.Β Itβs this contrast that fuels us, occupies us and sparks our creations.
Contrast has been capitalized on and grown into polarization.Β Itβs demanded our choosing β one country, one family, one lover, one god; and in that choosing declare allegiance while swearing obedience. These manufactured duties as part of the game, the game of humanity.
The air I breathe today is intoxicating β overwhelmingly fragrant.Β No less so than societal immersion β we are overrun with requests.Β Whose side are you on?Β What team is the best? Who is worst?Β Who is right?Β Who is wrong? No one to tell us itβs all okay, or better yet, that itβs not the choice, but the choosing thatβs the point.
With emerging consciousness, we direct our life.Β New ideas, abilities, rememberings and desires spur creation.Β I find myself talking and listening to off world beings on most days.Β Β My dear friend K suggested and wondered if these were fractals; fractals of me.Β I think yes, and hereβs why.
If we could imagine Source as a vase; a huge exquisite, light filled, multi-colored vase.Β Next imagine a moment of creation, a sort of Big Bang moment.Β The vase explodes and infinite luminescent shards burst forth.
Some are from the base of the vase, some from the rim.Β Some are blue, some pink, some green, some purple.Β There are shards within shards as a large blue one breaks again.
These blue shards/fractals are closer together.Β They broke/were created at the same now moment.Β Consider these your βpeepsβ.Β You know the ones β you instantly gel with.Β There is some sense of familiarity that existed prior to that latest βhelloβ.Β Youβve done this before.
Yet all of the shards/fractals are bits of Source.Β The further away on the vase they started, the less familiarity they feel with each other, the less likely they are to easily βfitβ together.
Some of these (off world) I speak to are my βpeepsβ.Β The Plieadians; and there are some others.Β Some feel foreign, yet there is a sense of knowing them all; a sort of βfractals r usβ.
K also suggested that what I am doing with these conversations and the sharing of them is sort of expanding consciousness in some weird and wonderful way that expands it for anyone readingβ¦ I will say here that there are more conversations than I can share in a blog or a newsletter, but that they are all saved (to be shared someday).Β These that are shared right now in both places, are what feel to me to be the most relevant or cool or both. π
Did I create these beings?Β Am I a fractal of these beings?Β Yes and yes, just as I created you and am a part of you, and in the reading of my words, youβve created and are a part of me.Β WE create it all, thatβs the whole point.Β We are ONE.Β It is a challenge to broaden our scope and incorporate oneness into all of creation, yet absolutely necessary.Β We swim in a sea of polarizationβ¦ Our life, as perceived by us, is absolutely our invention.Β Every now exists because we believe it does and so we put it there. We are one Vase, gathering our pieces together in whatever fashion feels right. Just for the fun of it.

What weβd like to say to you is that your origin somehow incorporates a bit of all the lies/folklore/stories youβve been told.Β Yet there is (*are) huge gaps and holes in knowledge.
Mankind takes the clues he finds left behind such as huge buildings and monoliths and imagines why β having no factual basis on which to stand his theories.
There were giants on your Earth by your standards.Β There were times of great advancements in structural buildings.Β These were not made with any tool you have today.
The years of the creation of these stone buildings go so far beyond what man has guessed as to make it unbelievable.
As man uses time in forward motion only β the truth of time confuses the issue for any of his ability to βdateβ artifacts and buildings.
It all has happened. Time revolves as a record and what some of the discoveries are is more manβs βfutureβ than βpastβ.
Mankind has already decided where he is going and what will be available to him when he gets there. Mankind has succeeded in securing a stronghold of power on Earth that will/does/is containing every dream and all imaginings for past-present-future lives.
The remarkable thing is that by remaining behind the veil youβve βpuled the woolβ over only your own eyes. Everyone else in the cosmos has access to your story and so the ending is no surprise to us.
