It is as if there was a puppeteer overseeing the movements you make, the feelings you express and the words you use to express them; a sort of repetitious master with limited creativity and variety. This would be your ego self. It exists as a by product of the day to day situations of your life – reacting and coming to conclusions as it has since you were very young. The sum of those conclusions, reactions and opinions has become your personality – your ego self.

This is not exactly the same self you portrayed when you were 2, but he or she is not far off. The ego personality operates within a limited range. It is predictable and easily manipulated once you have located the buttons to push. This is the you whose been controlled by the media and other systems of control. It is your identity in the world.

This personality can submit itself to any number of “changes” with the adoption of new behaviors and ideas – yet the permanence of them rarely occurs. This is because in truth this personality you are attempting to alter has only one focus – self-preservation. It views anything other than its original blueprint a threat and will fight to return there. The fact that the blueprint was drawn by a child does not matter. This is a program of survival. That’s what matters.

If you are looking for real change and an alteration in how you occur, what is needed is recognition of your core – the “you” beneath and within your personality. He or she could appear so different than “personality you” as to look and feel like a foreigner. This being is familiar yet unclear on how to operate on a day to day basis in relationships that were formed not with it, but with the ego personality.

As most of us are in some version of long term relationships, whether with family or friends, this emergence of a different you is tricky to navigate. You may very well act and feel vastly different than your ego self. Others with whom you’ve engaged for many years will expect a certain familiar response and be taken off guard.

Although unintentional, you may find relationships that were based on feeding your ego self, are no longer satisfying, interesting or fun. This can be a real issue for those of us with families whom we love.

What to do is as everything else, a personal choice. Once you realize a core self that is uninterested in the stroking and co-dependence of your ego self, you may be surprised to discover that “love for everyone” does not immediately translate into “like and/or want to be with everyone”.

Life partners are chosen for many reasons. There is attraction – not just on a physical basis, but also on a sort of even exchange – what you offer and do for each other. The part of you who made the “deal” so to speak, was your ego self and if he or she is no longer running things, relationships can feel somewhere in the range of “uncomfortable” to “just not working”.

It will take a decision and an awareness about what is happening to alter what may be an awkward or even unhappy relationship. These things will not be done from your ego self, but from your core.

Relationships exist for joy, love, fun as well as growth and mutual benefit. On any level, it will be your assessment of these attributes that decides whether or not to participate in them. All things on this plane will end somehow. It does not mean they are wrong or over, but have lasted for as long as they served their purpose. What you decide about them from your core self will be based on a different set of parameters than what your ego self decided.

None of this is simple or straightforward, yet as you consistently reach for your core self, aka your heart, and listen – the way to proceed will be clear. Proceed always with love.

As of late the energies have had reverse whirlwind patterns, in other words we have all been bent in the wrong direction. New patterns emerge as the old patterns dissolve into a fine mesh, that needs no definition. Life is absorbing us into a collage of who we thought we were, mixed with a handful of what we use to be, mixed with a dash of who we hoped we would become and a spoonful of divine will. We always thought we were directors and producers of our own plays but apparently the Celestial Benefactor has more say so then we previously thought. Free choice, free will is in very small print with lots of asterisks at the bottom of our karmic contract.

In the last 10 years I have played more roles than I ever thought possible. Each one leading to another octave of myself. I truly believe that in this lifetime alone, we are living several lives in different time-frames simultaneously. We are a ‘collective’ of all of them, still evolving towards a higher truth and light. We, who strive to hold a higher light, follow all the golden rules to the ‘nth degree’ in a turbulent world that does not follow the rules or stay in-between the lines. When you wear the ‘white hat’ there are set of rules that can never be bent, broken or denied. They live in our cells and like a crossing guard assist us in time of need.

We leave the ‘passion play’ of the Wesak full moon and its holy dispensations. We pitter-patter towards June 21st the summer solstice and all its power. It is the longest day of the year. The very day that holds the most daily light, filled to the very rim of earth’s goblet.

This summer solstice there will be a great ‘memory flushing’ that will force that which is not for your highest good and life path, to the surface to be recycled and used elsewhere. Look at the dark matter and the dark energy of your life. The emptiness in-between all of space is this. Earth asks to lighten her load and negative thoughts ‘about self’ are the heaviest molecules. Negativity in all other forms comes next. Like spring-cleaning, it is time to get rid of that which does not serve you. Hating your ‘earth self’ for whatever reason closes the doors to all that is good. Love what you are made out of, which is the very stars you wish upon. Take out the trash of your heart leaving room for only love. For it is the energy of love that will allow Mother Earth to heal and become more buoyant. That love starts with you.

As we increase in understanding of all lives little glitches and quirks we see with new eyes that all outcomes are necessary to keep the universe in balance. Our strings are intertwined with all other living creatures strings, one pluck and all will reverberate. Many seek to pull your emotional strings as they make heart-breaking choices. The more you can stay in a place of real peace the stronger you will become. Not fickle and flippant like a spring breeze, but strong like a true force of nature. Life places more and more demands us on just as we are filled to the brim, life stretches even more like a woman giving birth.

We enter places we never thought ewe would travel. All define themselves inside the white box as the essence of 7/7/2014 announces its holy arrival. Watch your words as they weigh more than gold itself in the department of opening creational wormholes. Words are powerful in this placement of planets and time doors(7/7/2014).

Do not verbally seek in jest for that very fate may befall you. Like Alice and the rabbit hole/ wormhole, Creation seeks you as much as you seek it. Life has pulled the rug out from many peoples dreams as they splash about in the creational muck and evolutionary backwash. Creation on earth is short lived so spend it well.

The integration pattern can be overwhelming at times as we all seek some type of buoy to hold onto. Sinking or swimming has its own rewards as we look to the future for some answers and see only a vanilla box. A place with no seeming action a place that even the particles and waves avoid, a place called the Void. Within this haze this void, this whiteness lives all possibility and no possibility. Within this places lives choices within choices. All choices all thoughts all ponderings are accepted in this place of time space ratio shifts.

When one enters the vanilla box does one enter with expectations and desires or does one allow the format to be created from the blank slate forwards? We have learned over and over and over again to create from a point of love. It is easy to create from a point of light there is no human emotion attached to that. But creating from a point of love means ‘that room in your heart better be clean enough for the queen mum to visit’. It means doing the karmic, psychic and emotional laundry before you even get to the cleared to enter the creational vanilla box.

2014 says to relax into the dust storm created by the Santa Anna winds, in the desert of life. Stand still and let them pass, not making any decisions until the dust is removed from your eyes. The very waves and particles of life grow to the point of exhaustion as they rewrite themselves, undoing possibilities and probabilities while entertaining a sting theory is tiring work. Life has quickened so much the very quanta are asking for a time out.

Stop for a second and close your eyes, just resting them for a moment. Take a deep breathe and let it out as you make way for a little peace. With your eyes closed see everything in your immediate world, every molecule, turn from a particle (material) to a wave (no form). See it lose its form and become a giant formless world made completely of waves no form.

Allow it and you for a moment to just loss your form, letting down your hair and just being. Give it permission to release its hold on form and just be formless, just pure energy. In this place you also become pure energy moving in and thru all substance. Like free forming dolphins and waves become one, riding each other. When you are ready open your eyes and see your world differently.

‘Woman, cats and life do not like to be boxed in’. allow ‘free range’ molecules to form in accordance with your highest energy. Give yourself permission now and then to unzip your humanness and let your lightbody out to play. Let go of form, and desire to make obey. As you have seen life has us all by the hair on our chinny chin chin.

Hello sweet beautiful Beloveds. As you Breathe in the Love of Creator, of Source, you become more whole and vibrant with the Love Essence that you are. As you breathe in and out, you encompass the Universe, you encompass the Multiverse, composed of All-That-Is….You become All-That-Is. You become One with All. You reacquaint yourselves with the Source Divine Energy that you are – It is Simply You. Everything else is Extraneous.

You are Beautiful Beings beyond all measure as you dip into your True Essence, as you breathe the fresh light air and atmosphere of the Gods. For that is what you all are: Creator Gods coming into your True Being, composed of Light and Love and evermore of Purity. You are Purity. You are Innocence. You are Powerful.

All the beauty of the world that you are breathing in is fodder for more creation of Beauty, more creation of Love, creations of the purest sense and the purest form. Breathe in and out LOVE, and the Beauty of the World will manifest in the form of your pure loving thoughts and dreams.

You are discovering just how magnificent you are, my beloveds. What you offer to yourselves you offer to the world, and what you offer to the world, you offer to yourselves. Every particle of Light and Love that you breathe in has the potential for creation of Beauty. You just need to give it the form of your pure loving thoughts and dreams. It is that simple, yet it is that difficult unless you bypass the old constructs and mindsets.

And that you are doing, bit by bit, and so it becomes more simple and pure for you as you just breathe in Love and breathe out Love and notice your thoughts and discard all that is not of what you desire in purity for your world. It is that simple, and not so difficult, as you gather all your resources unto you and just breathe out LOVE to all and everywhere.

You are now becoming a living, breathing example of LOVE Manifest, and as you tear down the walls of your ego, it is becoming more clear to you that you are the Masters of your Universe, of the Multiverse, of All-That-Is.

Feel the gentle pulsing in your Being and in your Heart of this vibrant LOVE claiming your Essence now. Feel the Joy welling up in you as you realize that you are One with All and you Love All as you Love Yourself – As you Love every Being and everything easily and without judgment or analysis. It just Is.

You flow with everything now. You Are everything now. LOVE is taking over everything in your wake now as you embrace it, and become it, and walk and talk it.

LOVE colors everything now for you. It IS YOU. Breathe it in, dear ones, Breathe it out. Become the LOVE that is all around you now, yours for the taking, for the ingesting, for the inhaling. And breathe it out for all to enjoy: One organism breathing in and out, can you feel it? – In rhythm with all, as you breathe Love in and Out.

Let LOVE now be your every thought, your every action, your every motivation, your every breath. You will be astounded at what you can create now just BEING LOVE, Breathing it In and Out, and feeling it to the core of your being and offering it to all as simply as you breathe in and out.

Breathe with us now as the veils are disintegrating. Feel the magnitude of the creation of this LOVE Reality that you have entered into and are contributing to with deeper and deeper conviction and presence as you Breathe LOVE In and Out for all humanity to join in and take up the rhythm.

Wow! Things are definitely happening behind the scenes today folks…life as we know it is definitely cra-zy right now. Are you feeling whipped around from left to right, and then back again from right to left? We are definitely in the “end-times”!

Even though things are crazy right now in the world, I know of a place that is quiet, calm and peaceful…perhaps even fulfilling. Where is that place? You! inside of you in my inner mind. The ultimate purpose of meditation is the ability to FEEL your inner mind! Despite our living the crazy life with our physical bodies, we ALL have access to the tranquillity found inside of ourselves.
