Brief History of the Global Monetary System:
Nearly 450 years ago in the late 1500s the Anglo-Saxon World Banking System began with creation of the Vatican Historical Asset Trust Accounts, today known as the Global Collateral Accounts.
These funds of sovereign countries were mainly backed by gold reserves of the ancient Chinese Royal Dragon Families. Certain sovereign families of Asia and Europe had pooled their assets into a series of very complex and secretive off-ledger private banking trust accounts overseen by who was known as the Chinese Elders – ancient Chinese families who lived and guarded their gold in the Philippines.
Their monies were intended for humanitarian projects to help the world for the better, though had been fraudulently abused by a corrupt global banking system since at least the late 1600s.
By 1694 the Khazarian Mafia under direction of the Vatican, had borrowed gold from the Chinese Elders and formed an Eastern Europe monetary system run out of a central bank in England controlled by the Rothschilds family.
Baron Nathan Mayer Rothschild once declared, “I care not what puppet is placed upon the throne of England to rule the Empire. The man who controls Britain’s money supply controls the British Empire, and I control the British money supply.”
By the mid-to-late 1700’s these S—n worshipers had gained complete control of the planet’s wealth by secretively taking over world assists through an invisible web of usury and fiat finance. Now known as the Cabal, their influence upon greedy global leaders led to domination over the world’s military, diplomacy, education, science and media systems.
In 1871 this Cabal created the Corporation of the US to work under orders of the world monetary organizations: International Monetary Fund, World Trade Organization, Bank of International Settlements, North American Union, Council on Foreign Relations, Committee of 300 and the Trilateral Commission.
By 1913 they had discarded the US Constitution, manipulated funds of Central Banks across the globe and eventually formed their privately owned US Federal Reserve and IRS to continue their plunder of global assets.
The privately owned US Incorporated, US Federal Reserve and US Treasury were designed to conform to dictates of those loyal to Masonic Orders such as Skull and Bones, institutions like London’s Crown Temple and the Vatican, plus private families of European Royalty, the Bilderbergs, George Soros, Rothschilds, Carnagies and Rockefellers.
Among their ranks were powerful church, government, political, education and business people, bankers, European royals, Vatican hierarchy and former N–i mind control experts brought into the US, Canada and Australia after World War II upon formation of the CIA.
Possible Timing:
According to the Trump Channel Martial Law, by 1 Oct. 2026 the GCR Redemption Process had officially begun and could not be stopped. After the GCR, Banks Worldwide would no longer have control over what we did with our own monies. Banks would become facilitators, rather than having access to our monies and charging fees.
On Sat. 17 Oct. the Ten Days of Darkness starts according to Red October on Telegram. At any rate, at any time between now through the first week of Nov. 2026 there will be Ten Days of Darkness where there will be worldwide government shutdowns, plus banks and ATMs will be closed – all for the purpose of changing over to the new gold backed Global Financial System and making mass arrests of S—n worshiping traitors.

When the GCR was finally released on 1 Oct. 2026, the Cabal owned banks refused to release funds as ordered, so the Chinese Elders took the matter to the World Court. That resulted in a court order that release of gold/asset-backed GCR monies to the general public had to occur Worldwide and Tier4a,b, had to have access to their funds by Sun. 1 Nov. 2026.
It was now planned that some time between now and Fri. 30 Oct. 2026 Tier4b (Us, the Internet Group) would receive notification to set exchange/redemption appointments.
This weekend Paymasters were told to be at their Redemption Center desks.
On Fri. 16 Oct. at 4:30 am a large tranche of monies was set to start release, with completion early morning Sat. 17 Oct. 2026.

Judy Note: No one knows the exact date for notification of appointments for Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) to exchange foreign currencies, but deadlines shown in the above Timing indicate it to be very soon. We have been told that Wells Fargo, which is controlled by the Chinese Elders – (the ones who own the gold behind the Global Currency Reset) – will send out emails to currency and bond holders worldwide telling them how to set redemption & exchange appointments. It is advised to exchange/redeem your foreign currency at an official Redemption Center (RC) rather than a bank. You can only redeem Zim at a RC, the Dinar Contract Rate can only be given at a RC and banks will offer you lower exchange rates than what you can obtain at a RC. You can only set up your new wallet (bank account) at a RC. It was my understanding that most banks were under control of the Cabal and would soon play a different roll in the Global Financial System.
