What is it you want to discuss?
 
It is the vibration and what this means – not only to humans but to any and all life residing on your shifting earth.  It is felt that the cause and effect of shifting/accelerating rates are only partially understood/comprehended by those of your race.  We would like to help rectify that as we feel it will assist you in your physical experience of the change.

Yes, we would like to.  This shift you are undergoing is a challenge to describe.  For us it is something we’ve only experienced after it occurs and are watching as it occurs for you in “real” time.

Of course there is no such thing as real time – yet the experience of being physical and feeling movement and change creates the notion of something passing, i.e. “time”.

You have not gone through what it is you see us experiencing?
 
We have not.
Yet we can tell you how the frequency shifts everything.

You only need look at the sound experiments with sand particles to watch them transform before your eyes as the frequency does the same.

If you think about the effect on the body – the human body – it can’t help but change as things “accelerate”.  The reason now for all of your knowledge being told about the chemicals present
(Think “VAXXED” the movie and the recent revelations regarding fluoride. – Sophia)
in medicines that cause harm to the body and even the long term effects of a diet heavy in animal protein and manufactured/processed food is because the current frequency can’t work with a poisoned body dense with heavy and slow digesting foods.
Those that choose to leave now, do so because they never intended to stay through this part.  This physical change is actually happening and the people and structures that are collapsing as it does are doing so as much as a function of inability to tolerate the higher frequencies as conscious choice.
Who are you?  You feel sort of familiar.
 
The energy emitted from our sphere is one that resonates with you where you are today.  You’ve just gone through a major upgrade of sorts and this now opens you to those of us further along the frequency spectrum.

We are from another planet in your galaxy. We are similar to human’s in appearance.

Are you female?  I am getting a feminine vibration also a sort of gentle nature; an atmosphere that appears dark, grayish blue, almost like you are in the shadows, long limbs, graceful.
 
Is any of this accurate?
 
 
Some, yes.  My form, when in form on this planet, is tall, slender and long limbed.  The darkness I do not see, perhaps because you are not seeing everything, but only me reaching out to you.
It could be.  I don’t see your face but only arms and they are reaching out of a darkened area.
 
Our race is a tall one, not Giant, but average 6 foot height for male and female.  We are not large or exceptionally sturdy, as humans can be – more on the slender side.  Our world and life is gentle and not abusive to us.
We live in shelters and caves within the planet for the most part.  Perhaps that is how you are interpreting the dark gray color you see, but our living quarters are well illuminated.
What can you tell me about the frequency and/or dimension shift we are undergoing? 
 
 
It is the acceleration I want to address and what this means.  There are so many aspects.
Yes, I am hearing them all it seems – can we list them so we are sure to get them all?
 
Yes.  Things needing to be considered are how this shift will affect your physical self.  You’ve seen the effects of sound changes on sand.  Consider your bodies and know that
ALL OF CREATION EXISTS WITHIN SACRED GEOMETRY.  AS THE ACCELERATION TAKES PLACE, PATTERNS BECOME MORE INTRICATE, VARIED AND BEAUTIFUL.

THINK OF WHAT YOU CAN DO TO COOPERATE WITH THIS NEW AND RAPID FREQUENCY.

In a human, this looks like a focus on what uplifts the mind, body, heart and spirit:  Foods that digest quickly, activities that energize rather than deplete, conversations that inspire rather than deflate, openness and readiness to adjust and move when called, (and a) willingness to change in order to accommodate this new form.

All of these things will help support this new structure you are building.  It happens within and beyond your physical form in a sort of beautiful synchronized dance.  This is what we wanted to share and hope it will be of some assistance.

These questions were answered on May 14

“I have some questions and they are from different readers for different beings.  I’d like to ask them now.
 
Go ahead then Sophia.  There are many of us here.
This first question is “When will the chem-trails stop?  They are killing every living thing on the planet.”
 
This is directed at anyone.
 
The assault on your skies will come to an absolute halt when this “experiment” is ended for good.  This happens at an “event” moment.
It is then that those humans on your planet, working for and in the cabal organization are brought to a forced stop.  What stops at that point are obvious corrupt activities whose purpose it is to enslave and de-populate.
These have been carried out in an effort to see how long you would carry on still “reaching for the light”; and for profit and dominance.
With those non-human controllers gone already, there is an indication this “event” pushes ahead sooner rather than later.  The absolute final date for it to occur is August of 2016, so sometime, any time before then.  Everything changes without that effort.

The next question is for the 8th dimensional being.  “Did you start as a human or of another race?  And how many dimensions can you participate with (meaning 1st through 12th), or what does your desire or ability allow?”

Hello.  Yes, my frequency would help to sort of “even out” your own , as it is, in a sense, disjointed and causing discomfort.
To answer your reader.  The term dimension tells a not fully accurate story.  When dimensions are labeled and listed with numbers and layers, it implies a barrier, preventing passage from one to another.  There are not layers.  There are levels of intent, of focus.   You are, as human, interacting and surrounded by all of it, every “dimension” at levels/numbers higher and lower than that which you label yourselves, “3rd“.
It is like seeing with a night scope into the darkness.  Without the lens, which hones your view to specific frequencies, things are “invisible” to our eyes. Two beings looking into the same darkness (one with a night-vision lens and one without), will have different views.  Things will be “seen” by one and not the other.
It is by choice and also ability that I interact.  The levels that label “dimensions” for you are indications of frequency.  I choose now to interact with Sophia and all of you and this is now possible because your frequency has changed and we both intend to connect.
In your home right now is a crowd.  It is only perception that enables interaction.  A very definite focus on things of the earth today – conflict and drama and scope of proven abilities/attributes – will limit and even prohibit interaction with others already present.
All “dimensions” simultaneously exist.  This is a dream taking the stage fully in the “3rd” for you now.  It is possible for me to access this and you because I am from and have been at this level.  I was not on your “earth” but from the planet “Mars” at that level.
I have glimpses of other “dimensions” yet to hold onto that focus is  not within my plan or ability.  By “other” I mean at more rapid frequencies than my current focus.  I believe that answers your question.

From another reader: “My question is about the Maya – Where did they come from?  Where did they disappear to?”  This could be answered by anyone.
 
This is a question tha

t has not been addressed.  This civilization is a human one, but an ancient and very aware human one.  Their connection to their earth was strong yet their connection to their origin, which was not of earth, was stronger still.  The art depicting beings of great power (depicted using size as an indicator), and also of technology that was not human engineered was left as a possibility.
The Mayan were genetically created and carried forth the tendencies of war and conflict to an extreme.
(Note – here I sensed a reference to the human/ape tendencies for war and conflict.)
 
The reasons they did not fear the technology of their alien/off planet ancestors because it was not a secret.  For them, their time on earth and in-breeding was an experiment in creating society and watching its effect on another race.  It raised more issues than it answered and so was abandoned.  They were removed and not in an ascension moment of consciousness but a physical move.
Their planet of origin revolves around another sun in another system of stars.
As theirs was an isolated experiment, the sculptures and buildings left were only for your information – a way of saying “I was here”.

These next questions are for the beings from 2137, from our future.  Several readers asked to speak with them again.  Also: “Does the aging process stop?” And there is research on aging that indicates it is the shortening of the telomeres that creates aging.  Several groups are working on products to lengthen the telomeres and prevent the process. “Would this work?  If not, would anything halt or slow the process?”
 
We have knowledge telling us about the genetic human of earth in your time and his genetic manipulation.  This was an intentional alteration to facilitate the control of men and input into his life span a series of sickness possibilities that create dependence and poverty and death at an early age.  It did not go exactly as planned.
Those creating the effect discounted the mind of man, who worked tirelessly to find cures and preventions for these awful conditions that seem to befall every human.  Not all of the ‘cures” advertised as such in your current world are corrupt or destructive.
It is told to us that your discernment skills are “rusty” after having been lied to for so long.
The question about aging is answered both historically then and what we see as truth in our current existence.  Historically mankind on earth lives longer than he did in the century before your current one and this longer life span seems to take a jump in your 2017 year.  Perhaps then there are introduced dramatic effects that change the course of your lives.
Certainly there is truth in the telomere theory.  This is not all that contributes to aging.  Yet all things being equal – if they did not aggressively shorten, the other attacks on your physical selves would be easier to stave off.  Your vitality is held there.
We can say for sure that in our time life spans are more of a choice than a result of a natural process.  Disease is not common or chemically induced as it is on your planet in your “time”.
To summarize, let us say that without limitations on research and technologies – the health and longevity of your species flourishes.  This change is an absolute.

We do Sophia, yes.  There are things to explain about what is happening on earth.
Hello.  Go ahead then.  Please tell us who is “speaking”?
(I hear nothing specific and I sense confusion.) “What is happening?”
 
The fact of our identity is not in question, we exist – yet a “name” as an identifying marker is not readily available.  We use no such markers.  We know each other.
Are you able then to describe yourselves physically?  Have we “spoken” in this way before or at all?
 
We have not spoken.

We are long and thin – rod-like in appearance.  We float rather than walk upon our legs.  They (our legs) are not meant to hold us upright.

You are bi-pedal?
 
In a sense, yes.
When I say rod-like I mean that – very, very thin and tall.
We have been to your earth – the image you hold is one of our kind. 

We did not expect to be photographed or filmed and do not visit in daylight because of that.  This camera has captured an accurate image.

This clip is close and gives you an idea. I notice that this video description says it was shot at Yosemite National Park, a place that seems appropriate for the ceremonies they go on to describe. We do visit your planet and conduct on the land, ceremonies of healing at certain places.
We sometimes visit your earth to help in the sustenance of her – we have ceremonies that reach deep within her depths and “clear out” what are uncomfortable or sickly vibrations. 
Our purpose and interest is in Gaia herself.  We are what you may call “keepers of planets”.  There are hosts of beings who do such work.
Not all of them for Gaia and not all of them from our race.

We come now to give you what may be called a status report on the health and vitality of Gaia.

Most of your audience understands Gaia to be a bit of life, this is true.  Yet very few comprehend what that means.
As there are systems and methods and products available to maintain the health of the human being, there are the same available to maintain the health of the Gaia being.  She is eternal essence – and as such, incarnate here in the physical cooperating with your current dream of development and ascension.  She was born, she is alive and one day she too will exit this plane of existence.
Her journey is not the same as that of humanity, yet takes place in concert with you.  She suffers willingly, your wars and pollutants and destruction for “progress”.
In order for her to be able to stand as the solid ground on which you wander – she requires nourishment and rest and at times, healing.  It is us and others of our kind that supply these things.
We watch her.  Our sight is unlike your own and is tuned in to the life and health of celestial bodies.

Your sun too is held within our scope yet it is not for a healing and maintenance but for how that being is progressing and supporting Gaia and her Ascension.  Both are a sort of pair of beings whose job it is to hold a place for life; in this case human life as well as all supporting life for that human.

These are not easy things to explain. Our sensitivity to planetary needs are part of our make-up.  Our purpose is support.
It will become clear in your upcoming evolutionary phase just how much of a partner Gaia has been to you.

Is there anything else?
 
We are hesitating to say more, as this partnership will be so much richer once discovered yourselves, rather than told before-hand.
When you comprehend the life she has given you’ll have a truer sense of the sacred gift you enjoy, not just as a human, but as a human in partnership with the gift of absolute unconditional love.  This, once felt, will amplify your self-emergence.  This new age promises to be one of glory.
We have always come to Gaia as keepers and Healers and have seen her change and become depleted and angry and sad and thankful.  The language of the planets is comprehensive.  Emotional beings such that you are – you will appreciate all that’s been said, deeply, once you decipher it.

We have communicated now with you as an effort at broadening your awareness of life – it expands beyond your current knowing in all directions – imagination is your insight into where life is possible.  It is possible everywhere.

Note: I was experiencing a brutal headache at the time of this connection.  This is happening just about every day again now, and it is May 9th.  I reached out to my own “greater self” on 4/6/2016, and I will share below some of what I was told as it may assist you as we navigate these shifts…
 
 
There is an imbalance.  Try water and you must now eat in concert with the vibration.  Your body requires it. You must Sophia. It is the way to do all that you came to do.  Eat very little and move.  These things you know. Nothing is the same now.  Stop responding as if it is.  It is not.  The quicker you let go habits of disinterest, the quicker you will acclimate when you must.  It is happening soon – very, very soon.  Prepare.

As I write this, it is the day after Mother’s Day, which was a wonderful celebration with lots of eating and drinking.  It was all delicious yet it will take a few days to get back “on track”.  It is continually sort of shocking for me just how addicting habits of eating specific foods while celebrating are. This has become a surprising hurdle for me! (By “habits of disinterest” is meant a resistance to vegan and alternative foods.)

 

Yet the pay off, when my body has little digesting going on, is extraordinary and worth the effort. The lighter and quieter our bodies become, the easier it will be for us to move in concert with Gaia as she transitions.  I get that message loud and clear.

“Is there someone available now who can tell me who woke me up last night and why?”
 
There is.  We are here Sophia.
I hardly feel you.  Is this getting easier or are you someone I know?
 
Both.  This gets easier on both fronts – for you here on Earth and for us, who reach you from outside.  We’ve spoken before.
Who are you then?
 
We are from Saturn.
We “spoke” several months ago. What is it you want to “discuss” today?
 
We would like to engage in a dialogue about dialogue itself.  At least in this form, this necessity for words and in your case, written words.  This form of contact, of communication, takes some getting used to.  It is not one that we utilize.  It seems a bit barbaric.  As if used only as a replacement for other senses; senses which are for you, undeveloped and ignored.
For instance, with this contact with your energy now there is so much being communicated by you to us, all of which you are unaware for the most part.
Not only do we recognize your energetic signature, your “name” as it were, but also your state of being.
You too have this ability with other humans whom you are familiar with, yet it stops there.  What we see you do is ignore sensations that accompany communication.  We do not.
We understand that the sensations felt during contact have much to say in and of themselves.
As was said earlier, we don’t use words.  For us, what is felt and experienced is the communication.
We see the human use words to attempt to change or alter what was felt – with varying degrees of success.
It is these things that are loud now because of your election agenda (USA) which is current.
It is these words that are loud – as an attempt to alter what’s already been communicated by the mere presence of the potential world leaders.
What we find interesting about the human is his propensity to act like he believes words being said even when every particle inside is telling him otherwise.  We have no such ability.  We do not use words.
The human would serve himself well in these upcoming days to focus on listening to every component of what is being communicated.  With practice, he can then begin to use words as an aid in comprehension, instead of the entire sum of the message.
It is the real message that confuses man when his senses pick up alternate tones to the words being spoken.  We see your thought now – like answering “fine” when another is asking how you are – when really you feel ill.  We notice most humans do not want to share these things, yet you ask each other always.
With a keen sense of awareness as to all of the parts “speaking” – there is no need to ask with words.
In your upcoming altered world there will be the necessity to count on this sense we speak of – the one that tells you without words who the being is and what their current state is.
This is due to the massive change in structure and many cultures and races forced to share/occupy one land mass.
It may help you to focus on this sense now and practice utilizing it.  Words cannot change what is sensed in this way and with practice you’ll ask less and know more.  This is what we came to say.  We wish you success.  Goodbye.

My sense of awareness tells me that ALL of our lives are being primed to got through a short, yet turbulent time after which everything changes for us!

This message from Eireport, coupled with Sophia Love’s last blog message (https://roserambles.org/2016/05/03/sophia-the-year-2137-the-earth-menagerie-may-3-2016/) and the news from NASA indicating there IS a “planet nine” in our solar system (really there is NOT, but they don’t tell us the truth anyway!) tend to make me more aware of something BIG headed this way for humanity.

NASA chooses to ignore the large body near our Sun that is growing bigger and brighter each day. No wonder the chemtrails turn our skies to milky white most days…what is it they do NOT want us to see? Perhaps this celestial body IS “planet #9” making the next few months very interesting my friends!

Do I fear this heavenly body? No, but I AM for sure darn curious! LOL This heavenly body is part of the whole overall spiritual plan to lift humanity into a higher personal orbit by raising our vibratory rate. This will turn us into Galactic BEings with new ways of accomplishing our personal goals without resorting to war, violence, or inequity. Can’t wait for that!

I am now, yes.
Okay, please continue and tell us who you are?
 

 
Yes, well we are a group of small beings in relationship to the stature of the average human.  We are small.  We are also a small group; there are only a few of us.  Tell us what it is you’d like to know Sophia? We sense many questions, which is why we showed up.  We want to assist you.  As your offspring, there are answers we can give.  These answers come from your historical records around this time and after.
 
My/our “offspring”?
 
We know that is the word we sent, yet for us it has a different connotation than it does for you – we did not “spring from your loins” but very much came to live on the earth after your current “time”.
As “time” is a construct of your era, we are able to reach in and engage with you during your current “day”, from ours.  Once you’ve moved through these ascension markers this will all make much more sense.
No, we are not human.  We come from a planet in another galaxy and eventually some of us settled on your home planet, earth, many decades later than your current, shifting decade.
Your planet is home to many.  What the human brings to all of creation is a menagerie where all are welcome and cooperation and diversity are the order of the day.  It is truly a paradise here, your Earth.
So, you can answer some questions?
 
I can, yes.  That is why we came as a group – we represent several parts of life on your earth.
What “year” are you from?

That’s quite a distance into Earth’s future!
 
Yes.  This change you’ve begun now has some struggle as structures are altered and replaced with new ones, self-made and defined.
Can you give me any other time references?  You mention a struggle – how long is this struggle?
 
There are three years of turmoil, yet the starting year is not your current one but two prior.  You are at the end and most potentially volatile stage – at least it looks that way.
Volatile as in war?
 
Volatile as in uprisings, unrest and rulers who are still believing they run the show (who) serve many attempts to clamp down on the people – on you.  Yet the outcome is NO MASSIVE WAR OR DEATH TOLL.  We don’t believe we are altering the timeline by giving you this information – that is the timeline chosen.
What can you tell me about the debt slavery?  When and how does it end?  
 
What replaces it or how do you engage in commerce?
 
The debt system is on the verge of collapse.  Right now.  This spring is when historically was recorded a massive upheaval and “forgiveness” of debt which inspires for man a kind of freedom.
It is seen that it is a “false freedom” at first as man decides now how to truly encapsulate “free” into every facet of life.  This means no hierarchy – no “owing”.
We can tell you that for us now there is no “money” as you have it – there is sustenance for all and very many differences in requirements and desires.  As creation and manifestation is (now) understood, jealousy/envy is non-existent.
This is not told as happening right away.  We were told there was an immediate surplus, a great giving that coincided with mankind realizing his worth.
There is no difference in ABOVE VS BELOW and so it is told then (that) the human on earth created a golden age of great love and wealth on Earth for everyone, by realizing his/her own worth.  It is a sort of mystical magical story we heard and to engage with you now at its barest beginnings is a thrill and an honor.
What about healing?  Aging?  Are these things too taken care of with thought?
 
The illness and early death of the human was brought on genetically – you were never expected to live in your body forever.  Surface life is harsh and there are chemical sprayings and pollutants.  It is shown that the human “relaxes” and becomes then healthier overall – life spans increase.  It is shown that there are technologies for healing given to the human that aid him in this current (for you) diseased and beaten state.
What is told about how this happens?
 
That there is a moment – a grand singular moment – and after that it changes.
Now we are not privy to the exact methods as these are your personal, as yet to be lived out, stories.  We have seen the global effect.  There is a massive healing – all diseases are a thing of your past.
(Note – this next statement was made because I was at that moment flooded with images; images of how all disease was intentionally created and manipulated.  It was overwhelming and shocking.)
 
“I am hearing words about how they were created in the first place?”
 
We are sorry, it is not our place to foretell these things.  Truths will be revealed on a mass scale and you will know everything. It will shake the foundation of mankind – which is what sets the fall – it has to crumble and this is the turbulence you enter into now.  There are no humans untouched – it changes everything.
How long until we see past this shake up and onto some good?
 
It is told your current year ends with a re-building already begun.
 
Our bodies and finances and governments rejuvenated?
 
All of that (is) kick-started.  Mankind is awesome in the power he wields, the power to carry through massive much needed shifts for an entire populace.  It occurs, as has been told to us, in little more than a season.
A season for us is three months’ time. 
 
That is what we’ve been told.
