Editor’s Note: Wowza! The graph for the Schumann Resonance energies show a tremendous almost solid column of high amplitude, high frequency energies (Light) for a period of 12 hours, from 7:00pm to 7:00am (EST, USA).

  • 12/29 17:00 UTC – Today’s activity lasted 13 hours, from 23 (yesterday) to 12 UTC (today), the average was about Power 70 and only once, briefly for about 15 minutes around 8 UTC, the amplitude went below Power 40. Graphically it looks like a column of light.
  • 12/29 13:30 UTC – In the second part of the day shown in the graph it is highlighted how the intensity of the variations has remained substantially unchanged and has generated the strongest peak of the day at Power 93. It seems that, suddenly as they started, the movements have rapidly dropped to normal values at 12 UTC.
  • 12/29 09:00 UTC – The situation changed suddenly at 23 UTC when a series of movements began and led the amplitude values to reach Power 72 at 7 UTC, from that moment onward the amplitude remained on values between Power 65 and Power 80 with the peak maximum at Power 82 at 1:30 and 2 UTC..
  • 12/28 17:00 UTC – Calm.
  • 12/27 17:00 UTC – Calm.
  • 12/27 13:30 UTC – What appears to be all of today’s activity took place in four hours, from 4 to 8 UTC. During this period there were 4 peaks, each stronger than the previous one, and the last one at 7:30 UTC at Power 38 was the strongest.
  • 12/26 17:00 UTC – Calm.
  • 12/25 17:00 UTC – The activity seems to be in slight and constant decline, today two slight peaks, the first at Power 18 at 3 UTC, the second at Power 12 at 12: 30 UTC.
  • 12/24 17:00 UTC – Today’s activity lasted for about eight hours, from 2 to 10 UTC, the highest values occurred between 6 and 7: 30 UTC and reached Power 27.
  • 12/23 17:00 UTC – Power 34 isolated at 10:30 UTC was all the activity for today.
  • 12/22 17:00 UTC – Today we could say that total calm lasted only 4 hours, from 5 to 9 UTC, the variations for the rest of time were not significant, apart from those previously reported.
  • 12/22 09:30 UTC – After several days of almost absolute calm, yesterday’s evening UTC time we had about 4 hours of significant activity, from 15 to 19 UTC. During this period the amplitude values remained for most of the time above Power 30 with the maximum at Power 37 at 18:30 UTC.
  • 12/21 17:00 UTC – A slight activity began today in the last hours shown in the graph, the first change in amplitude occurred just before 5 UTC at Power 18 followed by minor variations. Shortly after 15 UTC the movements became more intense with first Power 31 and then the maximum of today’s chart at Power 35 just before 17 UTC.
  • 12/20 17:00 UTC – Today it was still calm, the little variations seen in the graph reached Power 11.
  • 12/19 17:00 UTC – Calm.
  • 12/18 17:00 UTC – Technically we had an event that stands out as often happens lately on the 17th of the month, a peak at Power 17 on December 17th at 19 UTC (corresponding to today’s 2 am on the chart). For the rest, still calm.
  • 12/17 17:00 UTC – Calm, many consecutive days of complete cam are not common.
  • 12/16 17:00 UTC – Calm.
  • 12/15 17:00 UTC – Another calm day, just a wriggle at 3 UTC that reached Power 15.
  • 12/14 17:00 UTC – Calm.
  • 12/13 17:00 UTC – Calm.
  • 12/13 11:00 UTC – Significant activity even today and as in the last few days consisted mainly in isolated peaks. Those of today were 2, very strong, the first at 6 UTC reached Power 60, the second shortly after at 6:40 UTC reached Power 51.
  • 12/12 17:00 UTC – Calm.
  • 12/12 14:00 UTC – There we have it, the Coincidence 17 again today, the Amplitude has reached Power 74 between 16 and 17 on the chart. corresponding to 9-10 UTC. In this case we could start thinking about how many times it must happen before it becomes impossible…
  • 12/12 07:30 UTC – It is clearly a time of pillars, even today we had 30 very intense minutes; from 6 to 6:30 UTC there was the first movement with the amplitude values that reached Power 63 shortly after 6 UTC.
  • 12/11 17:00 UTC – Calm continued.
  • 12/10 17:00 UTC – After the umpteenth “Coincidence 17” it has been calm.
  • 12/10 11:30 UTC – Powerful activity once more, even if limited in time. It was calm until just after 3 UTC when a first isolated peak reached Power 54. From 5:30 to 6:30 it was the most intense part with the maximum value at Power 67. The last peak so far is was reached near 17 h on the chart, 10 UTC, and was at P50.
  • 12/9 17:00 UTC – The short but intense period of activity was all for today.
  • 12/9 11:30 UTC – It is no surprise that today this strong peak occurred and reached Power 74, it would have been a surprise if it had been a calm day. This strong series of movements lasted about 50 minutes, from 8:40 to 9:40 UTC, at 9:15 the maximum value.
  • 12/8 17:00 UTC – Calm.
  • 12/8 11:30 UTC – The situation today shows total calm until around 10 UTC when very slight variations in Amplitude started.
  • 12/7 17:00 UTC – Much of today’s activity has been concentrated in the first part of the UTC day, from midnight until 6, where maximum values have been reached. Other slight sporadic variations at P15 also occurred at 10: 30 UTC.
  • 12/7 09:00 UTC – After the record high of yesterday the variations continued sporadically at lower levels, the maximums were around Power 15. From midnight UTC a very active phase started again which kept the Amplitude above Power 50 for about 4 hours, from 1 to 5 UTC; during this period the maximum value achieved was Power 64.
  • 12/6 17:00 UTC – After the incredible Amplitude spike at Power 158 other strong movements continued, the period of activity in which the Amplitude has been above 100 lasted about 1 hour, from 7:45 am to 8:45 UTC. At 10:30 UTC there was a further flicker at Power 28, after which a slight background activity continues.
  • 12/6 10:30 UTC – The today’s graph began in a condition of general calm until 3 am UTC when the variations started. Immediately they reached Power 32 at 4 UTC; the movements continued with less magnitude until 7:45 UTC when some impressive movements started and reached Power 100 in around 15 minutes, at 8 UTC. This, despite the already impressive value, is still not the maximum for today, at 8:30 am the amplitude has further increased and reached an incredible Power 158, the most powerful peak of the last 2 years! In addition to the main and the amplitude graphs, the massive variation can also be seen in the other two charts, the Quality, which shows a value of 25, and that of the frequency of the SR, which shows a value of 8.80.
  • 12/5 17:00 UTC – Calm.
  • 12/4 17:00 UTC – Yesterday we saw a single peak, today the activity was very similar, 2 peaks, one at Power 23 at 21:30 UTC yesterday and another today at Power 19 this morning at 1:30 UTC. For the rest of the day it was calm.
  • 12/3 17:00 UTC – Total calm, the only wriggle at 7 UTC reached Power 13.
  • 12/2 17:00 UTC – Today the activity was not long lasting but very intense, in addition to the previous peak, which marked the beginning of the active period at 8:30 UTC, after a while, at 9 UTC, there was the maximum of today at Power 55, this was followed shortly after by a further movement on the 30s after which, from 10 UTC, the calm returned. Still, another movement around 17 hours of the graph.
  • 12/2 09:30 UTC – Today’s chart shows once again a stato of calm, the last significant peak at Power 20 was Nov. 30 at 19 UTC so it took about 36 hours before the amplitude values returned above P10. Today, however, it’s back, the peak was at Power 37 8:30 UTC.
  • 12/1 17:00 UTC – A single peak isolated at Power 25 in the first part of today’s chart and then calm.

Frequency means how many wave cycle happen in a second, 1 Hz. means 1 cycle per second, 40 Hz. means 40 cycles per second, Amplitude is the size of the vibration, how big is the wave, the chart shows the frequency variation in Hz and the amplitude using the white color.

Ionospheric plasma excitation happens because of solar activity, thunderstorms, use of scalar plasma weapons and HAARP and lately also when the Light forces are clearing the plasma anomaly.

Explanation of The Chart

The Schumann Resonance Spectrogram Chart

The Schumann Resonance Chart displays data from the magnetic field detector to monitor the resonances occurring in the plasma waves constantly circling the earth in the ionosphere. These three days spectrograms show the activity occurring at the various resonant frequencies from 1 to 40 Hz. Within the spectrogram, the power, or intensity level of each frequency is displayed as a color, with white being the most intense. The Schumann Resonances appear as the horizontal lines at 0.0, 4.0, 8.0, 12.0, 16.0, 20.0, 24.0, 28.0, 32.0, 36.0 & 40.0 Hz. This chart is based on Tomsk, Russia, time UTC +7 (UTC = Universal Time Coordinated).

What is a Spectrogram?

The Spectrogram Calendar is a visual representation of the range of frequencies in the magnetic field at a given location. Similar to how an equalizer displays the frequency content of music played on your stereo, the spectrogram calendar displays the frequency content of a magnetic field. Instead of showing a brief snapshot, it shows changes over a period of time, in this case 3 days.

The local magnetic field is a dynamic field that changes constantly because of variations in the ionosphere and sun and many other influences not yet fully understood. The range of variation displayed in the spectrogram chart is from 0 to 40 cycles per second. The vertical axis is frequency and the horizontal axis is time. The amplitude of a particular frequency at a specific time is represented by the intensity of color (green, yellow, white) of each point in the image.

LONDON BRIDGE TERROR: Suspect Shot by British Police After Stabbing Report

The man who carried out Friday’s stabbing attack at London Bridge was a former prisoner convicted of terrorism offenses.

The attacker, named by police as 28-year-old Usman Khan, was out of prison on license at the time of the attack, in which a man and a woman were killed and three others were injured.

Khan was shot and killed by officers after members of the public restrained him.

The next video shows what the researcher describes as very large ships, which are cloaked, but she noticed what she says are the windows because nature doesn’t make clouds with (repetitive) angles. Natural clouds don’t have right angles and geometric shapes. I saw “dark, smokey clouds” recently, too, and thought they must be cloaked ships. Most unnatural.

These are exciting times to be alive. If you’re here on the planet during the Great Shift, then you’ll have a front row seat in a spectacular rebirth leading to a New Paradigm of Existence. Let’s be clear though, this is NOT about healing the old 3D reality, for it is already well past its sell-by-date. We’re taking the very best consciousness from the old, raising it higher, and blending it with something entirely new in the 5D.

How will that work at a human DNA level?

Connecting the Dots of a New Reality

There are plenty among us who are now positively yearning and evolving towards a new consciousness. We clearly see the dysfunction and dis-ease of the old world as it reveals its shadow side and steadily unravels. All across the world, people are going within and finding something new – a new sense of belonging, a sense of comming home, a new interconnectivity and joyous reunion with the whole of life.

Yet it can still be challenging when you feel this and wonder why the outer isn’t yet reflecting the new emergence of inner light. Don’t worry. We’re ALREADY living in two world’s not one. The world you feel on the inner is ALREADY unfolding itself. It’s experienced in the deeper meaning and synchronistic message; it’s felt within the flow that connects the dots of the new reality. Pay keen attention inside, and to the divine flow of circumstances clicking in all around you. This becomes the landscape of the new vibration.

But the question is: how will we finally make the leap into living the new existence all the time? What will it ultimately look and feel like?

The Deepest Healing Alchemy

I work with small intimate groups of evolving people around the world. We’re going way beyond intellectual pontification and speculation of where humanity came from and is going to. We’re applying ancient meditation techniques and guided journeying to delve deep through humanity’s past life karma. We can speculate on what took place during the intervention, for example, where Homo Sapiens was hybridised from Original Humans, but the real key is when you can feel what happened at a karmic and DNA level.

It’s then that you absolutely know what is real for you. Furthermore, when you touch the energetic truth within, that’s when you can perform the deepest healing alchemy. Diving deep into the truth, immediately proivdes the keys to unwinding the old, thus paving the way for the light of the new to flood in.

Once you’ve done a good deal of this karmic clearing, then the consciousness of your soul can integrate the fragments that had been buried in the sediment there, whereupon, your consciousness can expand and raise vibration into new dimensions. You’re literally unfolding into new densities of existence within. That’s when things get really exciting. It’s where you start to feel a new interconnected way of living clicking in around you. You begin to access the Spirit Light Body, which is often first touched above the crown chakra. When you can attune to this vibrational frequency, then it’s as if you can ‘breathe it down’ all around you. It’s a higher dimensional, interconnected ‘bubble’ of light. I say ‘bubble’ carefully, because this is not a 4D disconnected-from-reality bubble, where we’ve simply dropped everything. It’s where you’ve transcended the lower densities, unravelled 4D karma by penetrating through it as the eye of a needle, and then connected up to the higher dimensional flow that speaks through streaming signs of synchronicity. So this higher 5D consciousness may feel like a bubble that you can bring down around you, but it must be the authentic one that’s interconnected with the natural flow. There’s a key difference from the merely disconnected 4D state.

It still leaves the question: how to make the final leap into the New Dimensions of Existence?
How will it work as the Earth finally pushes into the 5D during the upcoming Solar Event?

Raising Vibration Naturally

It’s all to do with raising your vibration. I’ve explained what I feel that means exactly in the linked video. Contrary to what I’ve been hearing from many spiritual teachers around the world, I DON’T agree that the ‘physical being and reality will be raising its vibration up into 5D’. These are exactly physical frequencies that exist as standing waves of consciousness within the universal torus, and that very much includes the physical body.

In comtemplating this, consider some of the spiritual masters alive today and those of the past. Consider Adyashanti and Gangaji for example, who’ve clearly done decades of inner purification work. Yet the physical body is still here – it hasn’t vanished into 5D. Or the monk Prahlad Jani whose lived for some 70 years in a cave, purely on light, yet still exists in the physical. And what about the enlightened Swami Paramahansa Yogananda – although tremendously multidimensional, when he passed on, he still left his physical body behind.

What is raising vibration, is your beingness itself: meaning that the soul is shifting to higher frequencies of existence and occupying a new bodily form there, which is what you occupy when the physical falls away.

What will that form look like and how will it take shape?

Alchemical Transformation through the Upcoming Event

Firstly there will be a transition phase, where we’re creating something known as the “Merkabah”. Some spiritual teachers (such as Drunvalo Melchizedek) have shown this in geometric form with an inverted diamond pointing upwards, interrleated with a diamond coming downwards, the two overlapping around the heart space. When you’ve activated the Spirit Light Body, this can actually be felt and lived within. This is how you practically live in the two worlds simultaneously – the higher one guides you according to the flow of infusing light, the lower one continues to help you interrelate with the old physical paradigm as it transforms. It’s a totally magical way to live and be, with signs and synchronicity your new language.

As majestic as this is however, it is only the transitionary phase. Ultimately the lower aspect will fall away as the Shift unfolds through the concluding Solar Event and the old 3D reality breaks down and peels off. Let’s be clear, the 3D will still exist as a foundationary stone for the new 5D reality, but it will not be a place that sophisticated life can continue to live in; the Event will leave no stone unturned as the Earth cleanses the cancer of the old and shifts into the new vibration. And for those who’ve prepared themselves, as your old physical body falls away, then you’ll continue on in the new 5D vehicle.

What will that new 5D vehicle be comprised of?

A New DNA configuration for a New Humanity

In the Openhand Approach, we call the new human form DIVINICUS. It’s a vehicle that is much more light based. It still has physical nature to it, just of a higher frequency, that if you could see with 3D eyes, would look like shimmering light. It’s more interconnected, more fluid and adaptable, it can shape shift with the life forms around it. You can move it practically at the speed of thought – or rather in the direction of your heart felt intention. Recently on an Openhand gathering we had clear insight into how this new DIVINICUS form will come into being – how it can be born.

One of the facilitators began to experience such an infusion of light, it was becoming impossible to embody within the 3D. Her body was literally bouncing off the floor as the light poured out of her hands and third eye. The light was literally barrelling through any remaining inner density and karma. It was communicated to me from the higher dimensions that what needed to happen, was to ’embody the new frequencies beyond the 3D’. I was shown it in clear pictoral form: the DNA strands of the Original Human form, before the downgrading intervention, were extended ‘upwards’ in vibration (leaving the hybrid DNA behind), before then blending with new DIVINICUS DNA descending downwards. The new DNA strands would weave together, thus creating a new sheath for the soul, and around that, the new human form would take shape. Crucially we don’t wait for that to happen by some external inducement, such as the Event, but rather we conduct the inner alchemy right now, through the progressive journey of inner purification and elevating vibration through concentrated spiritual work.

I didn’t get to see directly at that point how many strands of DNA will constitute the new human form. It makes sense to me that there would be at least one strand communicating information for each density. Others have postulated more, such as 12 or 24, which may be possible, but personally I wouldn’t assume that unless I’d seen it with my own inner eye.

What I saw unfolding was literally stunning to behold. Here was a very practical demonstration of how the new human form will take shape. It’s definitely NOT something to wait for, in the hope that the upcoming Event will somehow do the groundwork for you. It most definitely will not. The Shift will separate the ‘wheat from the chaff’, those still in the old consciousness will get deeply churned up by it, before progressing onto further incarnations in the 3D, in some other constellation. But if you’ve done the inner work, then the infusion of light will likely feel blissful, and euphoric, as you infuse the higher dimensions and leave the shell of the old incarnation.

Quiet Inner Alchemy of Transcendence

So now is the time to dig deep. We need to be careful not to be lured by the ever increasing dramas and stories in the outer, which seem to progressively escalate with purposeful distraction. What’s needed is the committed and quiet inner alchemy of transcendance, through dedicated purification work leading to the new attunements of the higher vibrations.

If you’re reading this and resonating, then it’s within you and you can do it. Take my reflection as a possibility, a means by which to inquire – a framework through which to step and find your own version of this ancient truth. These are enthralling times to be alive. And if we make sure we’re attuned to the unfolding inner, then you’re going to experience a spectacular transformation into a new evolution of beingness. Events are moving so quickly that changes must come soon that will be for the betterment of Mankind. The old guard will not give up their remaining power of control without a fight, but there are new energies gaining strength that will ensure evolution continues as intended. There are many souls waiting to introduce new ways of living, that will help remove the need for labour intensive operation. You have been held back for far too long and now it is time for beneficial inventions to be released that will give you more time to follow your own interests. Changes never come easily, yet come they will and nothing will be allowed to halt their introduction.

Realise that the unrest throughout the world is a sure sign that people are restless, and either know or sense that they are entitled to a better life and seek the changes that will bring it about. From our side of the veil we know the potential that awaits you that will give you a great upliftment. It saddens our hearts to see so much suffering on Earth, yet it need not continue and we are doing all we can to assist you. We say again, that the old paradigm finished with the advent of the New Age, so you must focus on all that is good and desirable to bring it fully into manifestation.

Understand that you have much more power to achieve your goals than you realise. You do of course get help from us and other advanced civilisations that have your interests at heart. So do not give up and visualize all that is good and you will help it come into being. Be assured that when the time is right for your advancement we stand alongside you giving every encouragement. We have seen all of these changes previously and know what help you need so that you keep focused on your goal.

Humanity is not unique and many older civilisations have successfully gone through what you now face, and they are aware of the problems. You may not see them around you, but you will feel their energy and sense their presence. They come in love to help their brothers and sisters through the lower vibrations so that you can take your place in the higher vibrations. They will bring peace to you and in your moments of meditation they can influence you, so that you know what to do next, but with the best will in the world they cannot present you with help until you are ready or have asked for it.

You are a very young civilisation that has only just recently awakened to your true potential, and you will be aware that you are far more than your body because you are a spiritual being. Your history goes back a long, long way, and you have experienced so many different lives that you now stand as an old experienced soul. Nevertheless you are unaware of them at present as such memories are held back so that in your present life you can experience without any distractions. One day yet to come you will be given your true “history” and undoubtedly you will be amazed and astonished.

Eternal life comes through the Supreme Creator and is accompanied by the most exotic form of love that you cannot imagine. Love is the energy of all energies and one day when your travels have been completed you will like all other souls return to the Great Central Sun. You are just one soul amongst countless others who share your urge to return to the Source. It is what you seek whether or not you are actually aware of it. So you see that all other forms of life whatever that takes are in essence just like you. We are all One.

Can you imagine what a wealth of experience you have and yet you are still creating new opportunities to learn more. As we have previously mentioned, evolution is not as most imagine a continual straight path but moves in a circular motion. It takes you an immense period of time to complete one circle of experience, and because events are always advancing by the time you reach the starting point again everything has moved on. It means that as an experience it seems as one that is continual without any breaks or any sign of completion. Also bear in mind that you attract events to yourselves through the power of thought, and as you evolve further you will reach a point where you will manifest what you want instantly.

Life on Earth is a pale reflection of what is in store for you, and when you look back you will wonder how you ever got through such testing times. Those of you who have been successful will continue to evolve at a much faster rate and the times you are presently in will seem but a distant memory. The old has little place in your present period of experience and we encourage you to entirely focus upon the future in a positive manner, as you are laying down your future pathway now. We speak mainly of your spiritual advancement, because as you rise up you gradually leave behind the material aspects because you will create from pure thought. 

You will no doubt wonder how families are affected by the changes we mention, and the answer is that individuals may go their own way but the link remains so that contact is always possible. Understand that souls join family units by their own choice and for the experience that they can give. However, some souls continually join up with the same group and will take different roles within it. It comes down to exactly what you need to progress for your evolution. The soul is a free spirit and can select its own path of development, but usually following advice from those who are more spiritually experienced.

Life in the Universe of Matter is meant to teach you lessons that are necessary for your continual evolution. You who have successfully passed the marker are now on your path to the higher realms that you will find are so different to what you are experiencing now. It will be far more enjoyable and full of welcome surprises. Your immediate joy will possibly be that you are in a finer version of your etheric body that does not have to suffer the ills and problems you previously experienced whilst in physicality.

You have in some senses been babes in arms and have needed much guidance to get through your physical experiences. Yet here you are ready to go further along the path to the higher realms. The key factor is that progressively you will have more power of thought, so such thoughts must be tempered by good sense and loving intent. Start now and you will find it easier to adapt to a new way of thinking. Telling the truth at all times is another factor as eventually other souls will automatically know when you speak with anything less than the whole truth.

The past few months have been extremely intense and deeply transformational. So much is changing at a deep cellular level. The best way I can describe it is we have to go deep inside in order to expand even further than we have ever dreamed possible. It means pulling back from so much to quiet the noise that keeps us locked into a particular reality.

In Shamanic journeys, I have been shown a black door, a portal, with golden bricks around it. I thought maybe it would lead me to a new realm. When I finally felt it was time to walk through that door I was surprised that the door led to me.

I was shown deep held patterns, beliefs and where reality shifted to conform to the beliefs I held. I was shown timelines I had created to fulfill those beliefs and how just a simple shift in understanding collapses that timeline. I saw where people had come in to play roles that matched my beliefs. I was then shown that by seeing through the limitations of the mind, those playing the roles will either shift their interactions and role or they will leave my field. It was simply amazing and very eye-opening. All of us are going through this on some level and it is not an easy process.This is the time of The Great Return. The Great Return

My team then told me that this is the time of The Great Return. We are returning to ourselves, to the deep knowing of our soul, and to deep authenticity. Everything is going through this process, the earth, and all her inhabitants, from every species, kingdom, and genus. No one is untouched as the energies bathe our planet. How this Great Return looks and how long it takes will be very individual.

The bottom line is that we need to own it all, own our perceptions, our beliefs, and expectations. Own all of our aspects including the deepest recesses of our shadow. Where we have held misconceptions, victimhood, and self-sabotaging behaviors will become more and more obvious. When we are in the place of observation it is easier to see verses when we are wrapped up in emotions.

We are also seeing the collective belief systems that have held us into a reality where we continually disempower ourselves. We have to see where we have given our power away to others, institutions, religion, belief systems, and fear. Seeing and rectifying this is all part of returning to ourselves, to our sovereignty and to our creations.

Navigating the new space we find ourselves in.

We are in a new space with new rules and the only thing being asked of us is that we follow our heart. When we are not centered in our divinity we can walk between the old outdated timelines and the new. This swinging back in forth is painful to us mentally, physically, and emotionally. We can no longer sit comfortably on the fence.

During a session recently we were discussing the swinging back and forth between realities and it was explained by Spirit that “Those that are utilizing their powers of creation but do not walk in their power will find that duality is magnified”.

What this means is that those awakening, awaken to their powers of creation (slowly, thankfully) but without being self-empowered to do what is best for themselves, the duality of the collective becomes much louder. However, sometimes we need things to get really obnoxious for us to see the patterning buried within.

With the heart space wide open we are able to look with new eyes at all around us. It is through our heart space that we are better able to discern what is true and correct for ourselves even with all the noise around us. When we give permission to ourselves to live from our most authentic space, all of our patterns, beliefs, and misconceptions have no choice but to be seen and healed.

It is not that we discard the mind as it is vital to our experience on earth. However, it is putting the heart in the driver’s seat and the mind in the back. It is a tool to be utilized and nothing more.

Rules have changed

As we learn to walk in this new space, time is getting really wonky. Some days the time seems to go very quickly and others it goes slow. Yet, I find that if I am concentrating on one task, the time stretches to allow me to get a lot done in a little bit of time. If I distract myself during a task with all the pretty shiny things of our world the time flies and I get little done. It is training us to be very present and intentional in all that we do.

The rules for this new space are different. It is no longer “a bird in hand is worth two in the bush”. Now it is let go of what you are holding onto and dive into the bush that makes your heart sing, knowing that there will be more than birds than ever. Once you make the decision to go follow your heart, the universe then lights up that path like a runway. We have to trust ourselves that we will make the right decisions even when nothing seems clear.This ascension experience is like putting together a puzzle without the picture on the box. The Great Return of Everything

Everything is changing, everything is slowly waking from the spell of amnesia. Our sun has changed and the codes and geometry streaming in are changing everything including our very DNA. As we become more awake, so to does our world.

Recently a friend and I went to a local hot spring with the kids. The drive is absolutely stunning and one of my favorites. There is a portion where the road leads through a canyon, the road follows the river and the mountains make you feel in awe of the incredible beauty of the earth. Yet, I didn’t feel at ease and I found that I was holding my heart and throat chakras. I look over at my friend who is also a shamanic practitioner and notice that she was rubbing her chest as well. It just felt odd and unsettling.

I asked to be shown why we were feeling this way and 3 Native Americans, a woman, and two men came into my vision. I knew that they were guardians of the land. They explained that they were removing the guards they had put in place. I was shown that the mountains were held with beautiful gold netting, but now the netting was removed. I didn’t totally understand it but my linear mind went to rockslides or earthquakes.

On the return, we entered into the canyon again and both felt immediately ill at ease. In front of us was this huge portion of rock that stood out from all the others. I looked at my friend and said: “I don’t like how that rock feels, it is so angry”. She agreed and told me she was creeped out and planned to speed through the canyon. Just then her young son who is very psychic said: “Mom, I keep seeing rocks smashing cars.” I whispered to my friend that I saw a rock being rising up from the earth and hurling rocks at cars. She agreed and was covered in goosebumps.

I still was thinking that how it could translate into the world would be through earthquakes or rock slides. Yet it didn’t sit right, I knew I was missing something. As it always does, the universe provides me exactly what I need to bring some understanding in.

My team showed me how each time the frequency of our world (and us) lowered, there were major earth changes. The reverse is happening now. As we are on the Great Return, the earth is again shifting. The veils that held us asleep also held the earth asleep, these veils are gone now and all are beginning to rise from the depths of sleep.

I then came across a book called the “The Lost Lands” by Lucy Cavendish, where explains that many of the Ancient tribes from all over the world spoke of how the ancestors became our bedrock, our reefs, our mountains. The Lakota “tell a tale of rising waters, of land being covered by this flood, and of a great chief who led his warriors to the mountains in Arizona. “When it became clear that even the mountain peaks would be submerged, the chief told his braves that, rather than let them drown ignominiously, he would turn them to stone. They are there guarding the heights even today.” I saw again the golden netting coming down. The netting was just a layer of the sleep.

As I read those words, I was covered in goose bumps. I then understood and sympathized with the anger I felt from that large rock along the road. We understand the pain of going into such a deep sleep that we forgot who we are and our connection with our souls. That as we rub our eyes from the spell we are hit with the realization of just how much we lost of ourselves as each veil of sleep descended. Each time the world shifted, lowered in frequency we went deeper and deeper into sleep. We don’t have to do much digging to tap into those emotions, there is deep grief and sometimes anger.

My team told me that the grief, anger, even rage is stored in our bodies. All the pain from the many lives, the pain of falling deeper and deeper into the disconnect. It is time that we honor that pain and let the body know that it no longer needs to hold it. Lay it down.

Howl at the moon, run until you can’t take another breath, allow yourself to rage, cry until the tears fall no more, drum and sing… do whatever it takes to just lay it down. Tell your body it is now safe, it is now free, and every day you are returning more and more to who you are in your entirety. Lay it down and begin to feel the magic that surrounds us. We are all becoming more and more alive.
