Mercury Retrograde starts tomorrow, March 22nd, 2018 and lasts till April 15th, 2018. This is a powerful auspicious frequency to go DEEPER within the experience of your consciousness and frequency.

I will not go on about all the do’s and do nots in regards to the Mercury Retrograde ~ I have written about that before on other Mercury Retrograde posts, which you can read.

With all in the 4th Dimension, with many in the 5th, those cautionary measures, do not apply in the same way. YES ~ if communication is a challenge for YOU or for others around YOU, be mindful, slow down.

If YOU are coming from the place of harmony WITHIN YOU in all or most moments, THEN ~ Mercury Retrograde becomes ALL IS WELL.

AS it is the coming from WITHIN that Mercury Retrograde prepares you for. Through its PROCESS of the external focus, apparently not working as well. Leading to what was once the common frustration as everything appears to go awry.

This going awry, is just the clear awareness that the external focus does not work energetically to ones advantage, when the internal focus is more required as the auspicious way.

Those that come from this internal ~ ETERNAL space, know that this is the case. Always from within is the auspicious present moment.

So even if you struggle with communication. Why not look at this Mercury Retrograde experience as the auspicious frequency that it is.

That which requires you to ADJUST the way you approach your life.

Slowing down…breathing consciously, completing that which was already started. Tidy, organize…prepare. GO DEEPER WITHIN.

Blessing all of YOU in this adventure of going deeper, in all moments.

In the Glorious Light that is always present. Even more so ~ awareness NOW ~ this eternal present moment Mercury Retrograde. In love.

Choose What is BEST for YOU ~ No Blame ~ March 6, 2018

Your Evolution includes freedom from conditioning.

That is, beliefs ~ that you function through that are not based on the reality of your consciousness now.

Expansion, awakening through your Heart. Now.

That is the heart of your evolution and through which moment to moment, you function through as the embodiment of that which is the self of you the New You in a new reality.

A new birthing.

All choices INTUITIVELY felt in the body including FOOD choices in an enlightened self-aware way. IS the Higher way.

What is best for you now may not be what is best for you as you evolve.

Don’t judge yourself. Do what feels best for you. If right now your weight is a concern for you, please stop judging yourself.

Trust right now is perfect for you. Even if that includes a struggle wth weight gain or loss. The response of Love is the same. Which includes loving now and not judging yourself or others.

Choices based on beliefs of right and wrong, are not intuitively felt into IN THE MOMENT.

What matters is stepping out of judgment and to FEEL good about what you are doing without ego judgment.

CHOOSE WHAT you DO based on NOW ~ how it feels, not as a result for a future, or based on right or wrong.

Let go of beliefs and listen to YOUR BODY. LIVING not in the moment, not in your heart ~ lives the beliefs of right or wrong.

Do not judge others. Do not judge yourself. There are many that follow vegetarian and believe that is the only spiritual way.

YOUR body is unique.

NO JUDGMENT is the process of moving into greater love. Living in your HEART. 

Every body type is different.  You may function best with Vegetarian. YOU may function best on high protein.

Either WAY what is great for YOU is not what is best for someone else.

I have done a complete Vegetarian diet and high protein.

DO what is best for YOUR body.

What is best for YOU is not based on a rule.

This is About being in LOVE with yourself. DO what is best for YOU.

LOVE does not include judgment.

Love is acceptance and Loving what is best for YOU and not judging yourself or others.

So the answer IS ~ Be in the moment.

Know yourself.

DO in the moment what is BEST for you.

Evolve into the New birthing of you.

Activating you as you release beliefs of an outdated paradigm. NOW.

Most Powerful Shifts Taking Place ~ The 5th Dimension Now ~ Feb. 28, 218

ALL Night long…could not move as event after event unfolded. My room shifted and changed to the Dimension I was experiencing..

Shifts began as I found my phone time changing time again and then I was catapulted into Being in the center of the Universe as it was being birthed into existence.

The Events Last Night were beyond what could be imagined. The world of energy as Light and Frequency is merging the 5th Dimension in consciousness HERE ~ now ~ at an increased rate of frequency.

You may call this an accelerated momentum, beyond anything previously imagined.

When Myself from the 5th Dimension in the NEW Earth appeared to me, which I here, usually visit there…(as I do all dimensions) the news was, the form here is taken care of as the final merging takes place.

One could say my future self visited me. I have experienced this throughout my so-called time on earth. The other worlds., higher dimensions and what would be  considered the past (in time) I would go to and enter, as if now. Because it is all now.

I have had constant physical phenomenon show me that the results and impacts of these visitations, impacted all the dimensions and shifted things here. In the physical.

It is easy to understand when you come from the foundational energy it is all Light. It is all connected. There is no time. That it is all connected NOW with no limitation.

The energetic influence of what takes place, through the shifts in awareness within, impacts and shifts matter, consciousness everywhere.

Here we are ~ on the verge of all NOW Newness.

Of ALL Being our Multidimensional selves.

OF physically being aware of what matter is, how we impact it, how we are BEING all of this now and how we are connected in all Dimensions, now.

This is VERY Real..Very real as YOU are now aligning and merging with this at the deeper levels. Which shifts your reality and level of awareness. NOW.

Shifting now, feel this through your Breath.

With love and the Divine Council of Overseers activating you NOW. And So it is. Now.

Full Moon in Virgo March 1st, 2018 ~ Facing What is Now ~ Feb. 27, 2018

This Powerful Full Moon in Virgo is on March 1st, 2018 at 8:51 pm AST. 

Facing what is Now ~ that is, what is coming up for you and BEING present with the experience. Not having to always like it, but being honest with yourself, of what is your experience. Allowing your Presence to shine its light upon it.

Breathing consciously helps you to relax into the moment.

Letting go of attachments and allowing you to be consciously more aware of your Presence.

Practicing this daily, hourly, as part of your experience, will accelerate your integration, of what it is that is experienced through you. As well as feel MORE in union with your Divine Presence now.

Full Moons are very unique to each person that experiences it.

It is your frequency that reacts, activates or does not react or activate, with what is (the frequencies) AS  uniquely your experience, moment to moment.

To enter into greater trusting of what is taking place is always in your best interest, that is, FOR YOUR Evolution, stay present with your breath. Feel your body. Be present.  This freedom and trusting is the EVOLVED you, without any sense of resistance. You can align with that now and in every moment. It is perfect if you are not aligned also. AS every experience IS truly for your evolution.

For many of you this FULL MOON will open up your Heart to greater awareness of what it is you are actually going through. Through the eyes (perception) of your Higher Divine Self. Your God Self.

This is open for all Beings and always is, in all moments.

Your Breath will keep you present, to what is unfolding FOR YOU. Again, even if you don’t like it. AS everything TRULY is being perfectly aligned for the greatest Transformation and freedom for YOU.

This Full Moon has two major aspects. The Full Moon opposite Neptune, which will open your awareness to what is true for you in the moment, or not. What actually is. If you allow yourself to be present and align with NOW.

This Full Moon is also trine Saturn, which will allow you to be aware of concretely integrating YOUR transformation. That which you know as your experience with TRUST BEING applied, allowing you to more concretely BE as the non-resistance ~ Being your Higher Self.

Being the eternal YOU that lives AS Being the Trust of your Divine Self. Your Divine Plan through your Blueprint.

Your Divine Experience.

Your Unfolding of YOU.

Through Grace and Love, you are Evolving NOW.

No need to wait for the Full Moon….or any cycle. Trust now all is unfolding perfectly. AS it is.

What is the greatest for your Evolution and the Evolution of All.

Now ~ it is ~ Breathe this in. Stay Present.

The Activation and Shift From The 4th Dimension to 5th Dimension ~ Feb. 7, 2018

The Shift. From the Head to the Heart. From 4th Dimensional thought patterns, energetic responses of the OLD ways.

This is a monumental shift ~ alignment ~ activation ~from the head to the Heart.

Living through the portal of LOVE within AS the eternal awareness that already exists.

These are not just words. You see them as words. This is an energetic WAVE of intense frequency and LIGHT aligning you NOW.

This does not exist in time.

No past no future ALL existing NOW in awareness, through the Heart.

This is the SHIFT ~ feel this now.

YOUR entire thought structures will change.

You thoughts give way to the Love and Bliss within.

The Heart will be the governing pattern through which you function in 5th dimensional consciousness and beyond. Cosmic consciousness.

The YOU that functions through the portal of Love and GRACE to a world unknown to those in the 4th Dimension.

YOU live here through this and the here shifts and changes, ALIGNING and matching your frequency with the Divine Eternal YOU. Now.

This exists through the eternal now moment.

You align.

You are activated.

YOUR world changes. You observe how you now function differently.

Life on Earth began with this awareness as the WAY, this state of consciousness on MU.

It is what all the wisdom schools and ancient mystery schools have taught throughout the ages.

Alignment through the Heart with the eternal moment and Divine God Self.

YOU now have full access as you open your heart, surrender the suffering.

Surrender the old way and enter consciously NOW DEEP into these frequencies that are being activated NOW.

Receive Beloved Children of Light.

The Angels stepping forward on Earth.

The Pleiadian…The Elohim, Present ~ all now.

Through the Central Sun, receive NOW. In love.
