Judy Note: There has been confirmation from two independent Military sourcesthat the Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) will go live some time between now and Sun. 18 Oct. 2026.
After that and for the next ten to twelve days EBS Broadcasts over cell phones, TV, Radio and Internet worldwide will replace regular programming on every network and channel. Eight hour Documentaries about what is going on in 22 languages will be broadcast to nations across the Globe.
The Global Military Alliance will expose their mass arrests of S—n worshiping traitors, charges against them, Military Tribunals, Med Bed regenerative healing available for free to the general public, how to obtain your gold/asset-backed money wallet (that replaces bank accounts) on the new Global Financial System and other Truths about our Global Financial, Political, Health and Educational Systems that have long been hidden.
During the ten to twelve days it was advised to stay indoors and not travel unless it was absolutely necessary. Certain areas will be closed down, but not the whole country or World. The Military Alliance will be making mass arrests and securing the Global Transition. They are not your enemy. Stay out of their way.
Banks and ATMs will be closed worldwide to make the transition to the new gold/asset-backed currency Global Financial System. It has been advised to have food, essentials and cash on hand during those days to cover your basic essentials.
Keep your devices charged. Your cell phones can only be used to call 911 in an emergency. The EBS will broadcast through the Starlink Satellite System. If you have a Starlink connection, you will receive the broadcasts. If you do not, the Military will distribute phone devices to you so you can use a phone and receive the broadcasts.
At the end of the ten to twelve days we will wake up to a whole new financial, health, political and educational World.
At 23:00 UTC Wed. Night 14 Oct. 2026, the S—n worshiper Banker’s Cabal SWIFT System was decommissioned as migration of the new gold/asset-backed ISO 20022 Global Financial System completed. Every cross-border transaction, every settlement that used to take three days now takes three seconds because the banks were no longer part of the system. No intermediaries. No hidden fees. Last week Paymasters across the Globe were told to get into position at their banking Redemption Centers by this past weekend.
They were told to pack two weeks of clothes, indicating this and next week for the shotgun start.
The UST and Bankers told Paymasters that this was it and there was no going back. They said they had never before been told that.
According to our Military Intel Contact, the Department of Defense and the US Treasury have given the Green Light to move the release process forward.
Many banks and bankers were expecting the Tier4b Notifications and secure links for 800#s to come out in the next 24 hours.
Redemption Centers were ready for us in Tier4b right now through the end of this week.
Global Currency Reset:

Judy Note: No one knows the exact date for notification of appointments for Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) to exchange foreign currencies, but deadlines shown in the above Timing indicate it to be very soon. We have been told that Wells Fargo, which is controlled by the Chinese Elders – (the ones who own the gold behind the Global Currency Reset) – will send out emails to currency and bond holders worldwide telling them how to set redemption & exchange appointments. It is advised to exchange/redeem your foreign currency at an official Redemption Center (RC) rather than a bank. You can only redeem Zim at a RC, the Dinar Contract Rate can only be given at a RC and banks will offer you lower exchange rates than what you can obtain at a RC. You can only set up your new wallet (bank account) at a RC. It was my understanding that most banks were under control of the Cabal and would soon play a different roll in the Global Financial System.
