Jackson was handcuffed, stripped, and subjected to hours of abuse that the suspects filmed. She texted family early on February 25 that she was being held hostage. Video later showed her being stomped on, spit on, dragged naked by her hair toward a car trunk, and forced to perform sex acts at gunpoint.
She was shot in the back of the head and her body dumped at a site known locally as “Dead Man’s Road.”
The eight indicted on capital murder, kidnapping, and sodomy: Giovonnie Clapp, Blair Green, Teja Lewis, Si’Niya McCall, Airana Robinson, Brandon Pope, Francis Harris, and Jeremiah McDowell.
Veteran investigators called it one of the most gruesome cases they’ve ever seen.
Prosecutors are moving forward with no mercy.
Death penalty for all of them.

There is so much wrong with the world. This next story brings just one expression of something that has evolved out of necessity and the tyranny is trying to take away any last vestige of survival. We’ve seen them fine people for collecting rainwater on their own property, shut down a kids’ lemonade stand for lack of a business license, and take away the vagrants’ ability to live in a “tent city”. In San Francisco there are people living on their boats floating in the bay. They aren’t in the marina taking up a spot
Local Officials say they must leave because they aren’t paying rent…. To float in the water….

From what I can find if they leave the bay are then the Richardson Bay Regional Agency’s enforcement power is no longer valid. However the waters are much more dangerous outside the bay, which is why most don’t leave
