Find the LOVE Inside of YOU!


Ever heard people urge you to meditate? You know, become quiet and still your thoughts? Wonder why so many urge this practice and what is to be gained? Becoming quiet and devoid of active thought (thinking about the electrical/gas bill, his graduation, her dance recital, etc.) is easiest at night before slumber and gives us the opportunity to listen to ourselves.

Meditation is defined as “to contemplate, or ponder” or take time to consider an idea. Most people think the meditation requires sitting with crossed legs, arms resting on your knees going Ohm…but that’s really not the case. You can “pose” for meditation, but I’ve done some great meditation while driving! (Not in city traffic however!) Meditation can be performed anywhere and any time you are able to stop active thought, at the beach, at home or whenever you can just still your mind.

What will you hear? At first..nothing, absolutely nothing. But the longer you are able to keep your mind quiet, the more conscious you will become of YOU and what you really are! The real you is not concerned with  dinner tonight, or getting the car serviced. The REAL you is all about LOVE! As more time is spent listening to yourself, you will gradually discover the real meaning of life, the really important stuff that life is really made of…peace, joy, and LOVE!

The more you listen to yourself, the more you will inherently know just who YOU ARE. I AM not the middle-aged woman who lives in the mountains of Arizona. Meditation has helped me discover I AM a fountain of LOVE who is able to watch the antics of the world without fear. This self-discovery has been described as “self-awareness” by psychiatrists and it’s true! When you are self-aware, your spirit in a human body needs no outside “support system” to prop you up or solve your problems.

Compression Breakthrough…


Here’s another blog designed to teach those unaware of what’s happening right NOW! For those of you who are spiritually aware, this is a nice reminder of where humanity is, and where humanity is headed. For those of you who are curious…this information is priceless!

The banksters, the Illuminati, the cabal have for thousands of years held humanity in a grip of enslavement. Sounds crazy? Think about the relentless grip of war in our history, the financial insecurity, the current erosion of our health. Look at our environment…the pollution, the loss of trees, the climbing radiation levels from Fukishima and Carlsbad, NM. Why is this happening? It’s all part of a dark plan to keep us suppressed. We are so busy being in fear, that we cannot find a place of LOVE to operate from. And if we cannot LOVE ourselves, we cannot know WHO WE ARE! Dark = no light. Dark = no knowledge. Knowledge = light, and light = LOVE. Therefore, the dark (cabal, illuminati, etc.) have purposefully kept humanity from LOVE and light (knowledge)!

The Maya, and other indigenous peoples (like the Hopi) have prophecies telling of this time of great unrest leading to an eventual global shift when humanity moves on to happier times of peace and abundance. We are in this time NOW. Please tell, ask, and invite your friends and family to just STOP and THINK, and just be quiet. Breaking News!! OMG…!!


Hello all. It seems that historic events have occurred in Indonesia on March 11, 2014. That is a date to remember as financial freedom is “right around the corner”! Monies, backed by gold, have been released for the betterment of mankind all over the globe!!

I’m quite certain that more and more details about this event will become evident over the next few days, but the US will be receiving over one-quadrillion dollars!? This will mean the end of financial slavery for ALL of us. I AM so excited!! This is the beginning of the great shift for planet Earth as things (energy, abundance, freedom, peace) will improve from here on out. Yes!!

ALL Emotions are Great…but LOVE is the Best Emotion!


Many have been aware that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. Why, how come? What’s so special about a human experience?

Living in this 3D world will spark a wide range of emotions in reaction to the circumstances encountered by humans. Love, hate, greed, joy, happiness, fear… these are a flurry of emotions experienced by humans every day. Why?

Since we are spiritual beings, and since negative emotions do not exist in the higher plane, being in a human body allows the God-part of our spiritual basis to know what is NOT a part of God! Wait a minute…you mean I feel bad so some God can know what it feels like?

Yep…that’s right. The down side of this is the pain we feel from negative emotions. Bummer… but the good news is that our emotional pain is overridden in a BIG way by the upside, namely our discovery of internal LOVE! We are here as humans to learn, to discover and override all kinds of negativity with the positive, joyful, happy and fulfilling emotion of LOVE!

Think about LOVE. We feel like we don’t have enough and want more of this beautiful feeling. Our whole system is based on finding and having more LOVE in our lives and certainly those in marketing have used this for financial gain. You know, LOVE this drink and buy more, use this perfume and LOVE (men) will find you, cook this meal (buy food, buy appliances, etc.), wear this brand of clothing and people will LOVE you!

But, over the “long haul”, humans have learned that LOVE stemming from objects and lifestyle does not satisfy us. Drug use, suicides, and all addictions are used by people looking for their missing internal LOVE. However,when LOVE stems from inside of ourselves, from within, it is honest, true, and everlasting. Internal LOVE is eternal LOVE! How do we “get” internal LOVE for ourselves? We learn about self-love through experiencing the bad stuff, and the negative emotions we feel from the bad stuff, cause kind of an internal revolt where we learn to refocus on what makes us happy, bringing us even more happiness!

In a nutshell, every emotion has a “vibration” that will attract more of that same. Thereby, experiencing LOVE in your life will attract more LOVE and that’s why we are here!

Love…WOW!


All I can say about LOVE is that I really like it! I like to BE in LOVE, and I like to give LOVE to others. I also like to see others in LOVE and then… give their LOVE to others as well.

Love is fulfilling. It FEELS nice too…to my heart, my head, and my body. Who doesn’t like LOVE? We all like our OWN love, but what about the things, or people, that other people LOVE?

That’s where the problem comes in as we make decisions about the LOVE of others! Should they LOVE this or that? Is their LOVE good or bad? When LOVE is questioned, we get into the state we are in today with force being used to “define” what it is we all should LOVE. Better not LOVE that, or there will be trouble!

At the hospital where I work, there was a meeting today to reinforce HIPPA rules of conduct for employees and I couldn’t help but think how silly they whole HIPPA issue really is. Really. If money were not the driver of life today for us all (consciously and unconsciously), HIPPA wouldn’t be around…who would even want to violate health care knowledge if a price tag didn’t exist? I also see HIPPA as another excuse for our government to dabble just a bit more in our control.

But LOVE will undo all of this! Slowly, but surely, LOVE will change minds, erase fears and soften hearts allowing humans to treat humans with kindness and compassion instead of acting and reacting from fear!

Join me is living a life of LOVE! And if you can’t do that right now…that’s all right, I LOVE you anyway!
