12:12 Gateway: Revelations and Completions ~ December 12, 2109


Editor’s Note: (Thanks E!) I get it, I get it…how personal growth includes periods of internal discomfort as “issues” arise calling for change. Our lives are not meant to be of a sedentary nature, particularly into our NOW as we ALL grow (willingly or not) into new versions of ourselves.

Often, these changes may solely internal, or they include relationships with others which can be tough to resolve. The crux of the matter is spiritual change which is always moving FORWARD. We need to understand at the 3D level, internal change is not undertaken without “pain” being used as a driver, thus…”No pain, No gain” and often it tough to remember the glorious benefits stemming from that internal pain.

My advise? Spend time alone and identify your “root” source of discomfort, make a CHANGE to eliminate this discomfort in some form or fashion, make this a “lifestyle” permanent decision, or your pain will return bigger and badder than ever. Then after change has been made in your life, relax…breathe calmly and deeply, and find yourself to BE…

As Raphael and I were on a wonderful hike in the woods yesterday, we digested together about how a year ago were going through a brief, yet painful separation from each other. It was the first time in over ten years that we purposely needed to spend time apart to feel into what we wanted in the relationship and in our lives. It was a shock to be going through that crucible as we had just moved into our spacious house here in Victoria and into what we felt strongly was our higher timeline. There was much to be happy about, yet the truth of undigested and trailing edge energies between us from this life and mostly from our soul bonds/binds in other lifetimes needed to be felt. The higher frequencies of New Lemuria here in Victoria supported the flushing up of these energies.

We eventually reconciled until another separation period was necessary in March of this year. This one lasted for a painful and intense six weeks in which we even felt into moving apart from each other permanently. We thankfully came back together from these separations with renewed desire and commitment to be in the union. We fell in love again with each other in an arising way and with parts of ourselves too as the inner sacred union through parts work became a very important lifeline.

Yet, also, we came together with more clarity about what we needed from each other going forward to best serve our personal growth and SoulFullHeart too. As Raphael has been sharing lately in his videos, the growth edge of moving into co-leadership is something that we are in ongoing process with together, especially as we heal and feel into other lifetimes and karmic dynamics in our leadership expressions (which most people never get into or become conscious of at all.)

I am feeling how the energies since the 11/11 portal and through the 12:12 gateway coming up is one of supporting completions to open UP new beginnings, especially as we move into the New Earth Energies of 2020.  Energies of completion CAN be challenging to be with as they can feel so much like everything just isn’t working anymore, falling apart, or crumbling. Which, if it has been anchored to something that is no longer serving you, they ARE collapsing in order to make room for the new. The completions can be big (such as with a relationship completion, career and geography shifts, etc.) yet, also, they can be more subtle as we also let go of habits, limiting beliefs, previous knee-jerk reactions, suffering patterns, and more. The codes available for 12:12 (also supported by a full moon) assist with revelations/clarities and then the letting go in order to prepare for NEW beginnings in a NEW year. It can be more difficult to let these codes in if there is a resistance inside from parts of you to surrendering to the death/rebirth process and blocks to trusting the overall outcome of it. Your Inner Protector may want to keep you in a safety and comfort zone, even if you are consciously unhappy or frustrated, rather than take a risk into the unknown. I feel that loss can be our greatest teacher. It wakes us up from our routines and our habits. It forces us to go within and reconcile with ourselves. The grief and mourning connect us with a deeper appreciation and gratitude for what we are letting of and completing.

This 12/12 gateway is also connected to Christ/Sacred Masculine and Magdalene/Sacred Feminine consciousness. Yeshua and Magdalene can provide an infusion of Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies now to support the going in deeper or the leaving or completing. They provide a template of sacred union that activates our inner feminine and masculine. This inner union helps to heal inner polarities and fear dynamics that can keep us stuck and not able to let go.

The 12/12 gateway offers another opportunity to move into our bigness in ALL forms of unions and especially those from within us….from one part of us to another!

11/11 Codes Offer Infinite Love Experience Through Sacred Union ~ November 5, 2019


By Jelelle AwenEnergy Update: 11/11 codes are ALIVE already. All codes from Divine Source offer Infinite Love and the receiving of it, becoming of it, a reminder of it AS our essence. To align with receiving of these Infinite Love codes is to feel (primarily) the densities, the traumas, the fears, the blocks to becoming this love so that they can transmute and clear.

11/11 also offers preparation for sacred union codes to draw your Divine counterpart mate, deepen your current sacred union, complete unions that aren’t in sacred ground, or illuminate the grounds of your inner sacred union between your inner masculine and your inner feminine. Next month, the Christmas/Winter SOULstice 12/12 codes of Christ Consciousness and Magdalene Consciousness come streaming in.

11/11 is our preparation to become these sacred union codes within…healing the polarities that exist inside, the inner relationships between masculine and feminine that have needed to be more polarized and densified (this is the template we received) and are NOW ready to move into more union and balance.In this moment of, yes, afterglow, I am in so much gratitude for the connection ground that I get to experience as an outer sacred union with my beloved Raphael Awen. As captured in the photo below, it was so wonderful to let our Metasoul connection channel through into the present on Halloween/Samhain. We were surprised by how fluidly and naturally it came through after the work we’ve done to integrate and embody these soul energies. This was not just ‘dressing up’ as something, yet rather letting our soul essence shine through.

The deepening and richness of our sacred union connection are revealed and exposed over the YEARS, getting better and better actually. Not deadening, yet enlivening. Not flattening, yet enlivening. Not polarizing, yet unionizing. We are moving into the deeper embodiment of our King and Queen energies together, beaconing out to others to join our kingdom of heart and soul healing….. and it is SO exciting to feel this grounding into our emotional bodies in a healthy way too! Many lifetimes/timelines are coming together for us in this one!

This coming together of many lifetimes into this one is a theme of 11/11 and going into 2020 as well, when so many of the karmic patterns our souls have signed up for finally complete and heal. For many of us, this is our final lifetime to choose a denser 3D reality to incarnate into in order to heal and grow.Our work in SoulFullHeart with the Metasoul aspects opens up bridges to these other lifetimes, allowing for integration, soul gift exchange, and quantum healing of soul trauma. We lift together with the previous veils of amnesia to gain quite easy access to the lifetimes that most need your love and attention. This allows for identifying the soul themes and patterns that are playing out in this life and other lifetimes.

Masks Off, Trauma Released, Up, Up, Upgrade! ~ October 27, 2019

The intensity of the energies in the outer cosmos are undeniable in their impact on the INNER cosmos. I spent many hours in meditation/float/drift and sleep space yesterday, connecting in, UP, and out. I couldn’t really DO anything else, so it was a surrendered into the ‘here but NOT here’, space yesterday for me. I have been in service of love with others mode for awhile, so the going within felt wonderful. Archangel Metatron was a constant presence, his comforting fatherly energy guiding me, ‘working on’ me, and showing me what he would like me to share and bridge to you as you undergo your OWN individual processes of ascension and awakening to your sacred humanity during this intense upgrade phase.

Yes, it’s an ‘upgrade’ phase. UPgrade to remember what you have put in purposeful shadow about your soul’s experiences in all the projections for which it exists and lives in the Now. UPgrading to feel that rather than ‘past lives’, ALL these soul energies impact you Now and are ‘bleeding’ more and more into your present life. Unexplainable emotional reactions, karmic clashes (especially with romantic partners), those dramatic surges that your mind can’t track or fix to ‘this life’ reasons……..THIS is the soul coming through and showing you some of your stories as they live and breathe in your Metasoul line.

Timelines are becoming more transparent, meaning less delineation between the ‘current’ one that you are living and the others that share the same Metasoul source as you. I have experienced my life in this multidimensional way for many years, yet still, it is amazing to me how THIN the boundaries are becoming (not that there ever really WERE any boundaries). In every moment, I am feeling into what is ME this life and what are Metasoul sister aspects reactions and SOUL realities coming through. This is not too difficult for me as I have cleared so much of my emotional body parts (stuck energies) from this life and other lifetimes, YET it could be very challenging to sort it out if this a newer experience for you. I’m wanting to validate that it is crazy making at times to feel these surges and energies that don’t feel like YOU, yet they are from SOMEWHERE else, some OTHER time or era or planet even. This can show up in very intense dreams too where you may even wake up sobbing or feeling very deeply.

Wanting to UPgrade, too, is your emotional body. Your emotional body may be anchored by undigested experiences from this life AND other lifetimes (the emotional body spans timelines, I’m beginning to feel there is a shared emotional body for the entire Metasoul line!) This lack of digestion of traumas and woundings leads to the formation of what we call in SoulFullHeart “parts or aspects”. These parts are mostly conditioned and connected to 3D frequencies, and create personas, masks, projections around you and AS you. Who you THINK you are may, at this moment, may LARGELY be these persona aspects until you differentiate and separate from them. The wonderful opportunity in this is that you BEcome your authentic self more and more as these layers are felt and integrate.

UPgrading too is your carbon-based body to contain and BE more and more light. Your body may be ‘kicking into’ something that is not quite understandable or trackable by your mind right now. You may be feeling extreme sleepiness too and sleeping much more than usual right now or really wanting to. More diet adjusts as certain frequencies contained in foods no longer match the fuel that your body most wants and needs. It is shifting from needing food at ALL, living more on light and love. I am back to a mostly eating fruit phase to ‘clean out’ again and allow for lighter digestion, which seems to help as the body is going through so many upgrades. Muscle tensions and soreness (especially in your head and neck) can flare up, along with head pains as the pineal and pituitary glands become more active. For your chakras, UPgrading means functioning at a higher vibrational spin, new color spectrum, more crystalline feel and energy to ALL of them. As the ascension chakras are becoming more activated, new frequencies are coming in from the Stellar Gateway chakra (about two feet above your head), your Star Chakra (one foot above your head), your Clausal Chakra (behind your head) running down your main chakras and to your earth chakra (about a foot below your physical feet). This energy flow creates a 5D sacred human column, a ‘violet print’ (higher vibe than a blueprint) for your 5D energetic body. I’ve been shown pictures of this, yet it is difficult to describe in words. You can visualize your auric field as a very bright violet white tree, with branches expanding up, reaching up….and then, the trunk as your body with roots then extending down to connect with Mother Gaia.

Surrendering to this UPgrading process is BEing open to NEW experiences of reality. To let go of the mind’s need to understand and track all of it and the ways that it manifests in your life. To reassure the parts of you that may be fearful or resistant to the transformation process. Your body/heart/mind/soul are leading the way here, along with increasing merging with your Higher Self. You can trust that you are in VERY good hands and hearts here as your Angelic and Star BEing aspects/guides/family are helping out, witnessing, and supporting the process as well. You don’t even have to consciously connect to ANY of that, it is just happening organically as it is meant to right NOW during this phase of BEcoming Infinite Love in Sacred Human form!

Energy Update ~ Powerful Gaia Frequency Wave Just Moved Through ~ November 27, 2018

Wow! What a ride in the Schumann/Gaia resonance frequency the last 48 hours! Spiked up to 80 HZ and ‘hovered’ in the 40 to 60 HZ range for hours! Looks like in the last couple of hours it has finally settled down again.

Many of you have been sharing about physical symptoms in connection to these energies. Head and neck pain as the pineal gland and the causal chakra activate and upgrade is common. These energies can definitely push up a sense of being ‘rebooted’ with the sleepiness that brings up….intense dream states too. My dreams have been rich, full, and very active.

There is an emotional purging element with these energies too, supported by the recent full moon energies. You might find yourself bursting into tears, sensitive, emotionally reactive…at a higher pace and rate than is usual for you. This is GOOD too as that which was previously anchored to fear/tension/anxiety/resistance can be released. If you can feel directly the part of that is feeling emotionally (whether Inner Protector, Inner Child/Teenager, etc.) that can be so helpful.

I have the sense from my guides that this burst of energy is like when you jumpstart a car with jumper cables. It’s a support/boost to those of us already awakened and on the ascension path consciously. And it’s a ‘wake up’ possibility for those about to tip over into awakening. It may be difficult not to be triggered by those souls not awakened that are around you….especially birth family and friends…..yet this is a time for which they may be more open than ever before. You can become a bridge for them if you lead with an open heart, yet still good boundaries of self love. I think we’ll be seeing more spiking energies during Christmas as well as more souls tune into Christ consciousness.

Good to ground these energies into your soul field….starting with your ascension chakras….personal sun about two feet above your head…and all the way down your chakra column into Mother Gaia Herself. Feeling your personal root system with Her. She is shifting every time I connect with Her….more vibrant, more crystalline….just like us!

ARE YOU EMBODYING THE CODES COMING IN? ~ November 19, 2018


Those 11:11:11 portal codes (STRONG ones at that) may be ‘waiting’ in your soul field. They have come flooding in from the Great Cosmic Sun, supported by SOULar winds and geostorms, for the last week now. Yet, these codes/downloads/activations may be ‘hanging out’ in your aura, waiting for the activation and conscious connection to your ascension chakras. These chakras allow for the simulation and integration of the 11:11:11 codes. They seem to be especially key when it comes to embodiment of these codes into your body.

It becomes in this stage of ascension so much about embodiment. Embodiment is the bringing of these high vibrational frequencies of light that are continually flooding into our atmospheres and Gaia’s too INTO your body, INTO your every living cell. This leads to the activation of your light body ~ your fifth dimensionally (and higher) anchored vehicle of travel beyond 3D constraints and conditions.

When people mention embodiment of your light body, it can feel conceptual and theoretical more than tangible. It SOUNDS good, but what does it actually mean for and to you? Sometimes feeling what it feels like when deeper embodiment isn’t happening or is blocked can help. This blocking can lead to feeling floaty, dizzy, just ‘not here’….basically not feeling grounded enough to the physical on a daily basis. Responding to practical life (when it is needed) can become very challenging. Physical disease and illness is a sign of lack of deeper embodiment. Addictions and ‘deathstyles’ (as I call them) are a block to embodiment as well. Light body looks like a healthy, vital body or what you could call a ‘love body’.
Embodiment is also about a deeper grounding of these light codes into your emotional body. The emotional body can be overlooked when it actually is critical to embodiment and not connecting to it can lead to a big anchoring to 3D energies through undigested trauma frequencies. This can lead to acute anxiety, resistance, and fear related to the ascension process and just being in life. The more porous and current your emotional body is the more you can emotionally let in higher frequencies as they come in. The more you can emotionally digest them and any reactions that surface UP. Being current with your emotional body pivots on digestion of traumas….both from this-life and other timelines/lifetimes too.

Bypassing your emotional body and emotional trauma by using higher vibrational frequencies just doesn’t ‘work’ for long. The trauma always find a way to express itself….often through dysfunction relationships, abuse cycles, money issues, health issues, etc. Experiencing transcendent frequencies while being grounded in your heart AND body is the opportunity offered by this new phase of ascension.

Deeper embodiment of your light body and your emotional body and higher self in your body……comes from the openness to FEEL anything that blocks the letting in of love (which is ultimately what these codes ARE.) This letting in of love is so important to the arisement of your sacred humanity!
