“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are so very happy to see how you all have been benefitting from the adventures that you have been on while asleep and while traveling the astral plane. Now, we understand that most of you who are receiving this transmission do not remember those astral travels at night when you wake up. However, you do take bits and pieces of what you are being given, and you do incorporate that wisdom into your everyday life.

You get activated. You receive knowledge, and you get to know soul family members of yours better when you take those journeys that you take. Now is a wonderful time for you to begin to start remembering more of what is already occurring in these astral travels. And so, we are working with your higher selves and your guides to establish different dream symbology that you will easily be able to interpret as a message about what you actually experienced while traveling in the astral plane.

We invite you to write down your dreams when you wake up or to record them with your recording devices. And then we suggest that you do some dream interpretation work to better understand what it is that you have already downloaded from us, from Pleiadians, from Sirians and from many other beings representing the different star systems throughout the galaxy.

You can bring more of this information back to your conscious minds now that you have reached the level of consciousness that you have reached. And so, this is a wonderful time for you to expect to receive more, not because you haven’t already been receiving, but because you are ready to understand more consciously what is going on during your astral travels. You are ready to more consciously apply what you are receiving to your day-to-day living.

Energy Update ~ Powerful Gaia Frequency Wave Just Moved Through ~ November 27, 2018

Wow! What a ride in the Schumann/Gaia resonance frequency the last 48 hours! Spiked up to 80 HZ and ‘hovered’ in the 40 to 60 HZ range for hours! Looks like in the last couple of hours it has finally settled down again.

Many of you have been sharing about physical symptoms in connection to these energies. Head and neck pain as the pineal gland and the causal chakra activate and upgrade is common. These energies can definitely push up a sense of being ‘rebooted’ with the sleepiness that brings up….intense dream states too. My dreams have been rich, full, and very active.

There is an emotional purging element with these energies too, supported by the recent full moon energies. You might find yourself bursting into tears, sensitive, emotionally reactive…at a higher pace and rate than is usual for you. This is GOOD too as that which was previously anchored to fear/tension/anxiety/resistance can be released. If you can feel directly the part of that is feeling emotionally (whether Inner Protector, Inner Child/Teenager, etc.) that can be so helpful.

I have the sense from my guides that this burst of energy is like when you jumpstart a car with jumper cables. It’s a support/boost to those of us already awakened and on the ascension path consciously. And it’s a ‘wake up’ possibility for those about to tip over into awakening. It may be difficult not to be triggered by those souls not awakened that are around you….especially birth family and friends…..yet this is a time for which they may be more open than ever before. You can become a bridge for them if you lead with an open heart, yet still good boundaries of self love. I think we’ll be seeing more spiking energies during Christmas as well as more souls tune into Christ consciousness.

Good to ground these energies into your soul field….starting with your ascension chakras….personal sun about two feet above your head…and all the way down your chakra column into Mother Gaia Herself. Feeling your personal root system with Her. She is shifting every time I connect with Her….more vibrant, more crystalline….just like us!

MUCH love to you as we take in love and light from the most rooted aspects of our BEings through our connection to Mother Gaia!

Waves of Change…Energy Update June 2018 ~ June 8, 2018


Woke up to an image of a gigantic wave about to come crashing down – it is symbolic and possibly literal. I asked for explanation – what came through was 3 different areas that will be affected 1) Love and Partnerships 2) Political – Canada / USA / Trade Wars / Trump & Trudeau & Brexit & Europe, Unity Consciousness 3) 5D Wave of Light.

There ARE other things that spirit are deliberately NOT SAYING on this video – I was surprised they didn’t come through – and I forgot to ask about Geophysical changes although I have asked about Earth Changes many other times…so this isn’t comprehensive but is what spirit wanted to talk about today.

Suspect much more will be delivered as and when we need to know things.

As I always say when politics is bought up people get heated – debate is one thing – but abuse to another is something else. Keep it respectful to everyone on this page – we are all of equal value whatever our beliefs and each leader also is divine – we all are. Above all else we are all just walking each other home so let’s do so from a place of friendship not hate… love to all of you Amanda x
