Galactic Energies Entering ~ November 8, 2019

Sagittarius season is always a game changer as our planets pass the Galactic Centre and we become ridiculously charged as we receive the high frequency light codes sent from the open portal of our Ancient Future Self.

Those open to reci3ve do so on all levels, because to receive is to receive All, knowing deep within that whatever presents has done so for the opportunity to expand All connected, nothing is ever rejected once we realise how this all works, what is its purpose, how it relates, all Gifts are received with grace and pure trust and acceptance and by releasing the old judgement that created our defense to love/light removes all restrictions of fear to then truly receive.

The process of learning to receive in the beginning is incredibly chaotic, it’s perceived as painful and many bounce around in loops until the pressurisation of your carbon to crystal transformation gets too much, each takes their own equal match in energy and for some, it will take a lot of pressure, some transform and some will break under the pressure, crack and be discarded and as cold as that may sound, we all know, this is energy and those will regrow again as everything within the cyclic pattern will return, the process of reincarnation.

Saying this, that too shall change for those taking the path of light, how this looks no one can predict, all we know is we are evolving, we are leaving the cyclic patterning and entering a spiral of expansion, this has become the purpose, hence why we are breaking down the old structures, beliefs, healing the separation which if you take back to the furthest history you can find you will see that separation has been a theme, it appears since the firsts landed and we became GMH (genetically modified humans) there has always been a war, there has always been conflict, where was the history of peace and unconditional love, that frequency is the baseline frequency of Earth, therefore we too can hold that baseline frequency within and can live in perfect harmony.

This world offers the entire spectrum of frequencies, from the lowest of primal vibrations to the highest of Galactic frequencies that we are of course a part of if we choose to integrate them and return to the loving arms of the Celestial All, that’s the point, choice, we have choice here, and that is a key most have forgotten. Something so simple as the word choice shows up during the early light integration phases as something almost impossible.

We can choose which space, which frequency we want to come from, we can choose to accept, honour and take responsibility for the lack of light within, to notice the rumblings within, to respect the field, withdraw, own it, and trace it down to a program with bugs and begin the new code integration and install the new version that comes back to unity or…….not….that’s the choice, thats how this works and to receive these Galactic codes means to stop closing down and to open up to All, however you perceive it now is not going to be the same very soon….all mirrors are super shining and we simply cannot escape like we used to….but then, why on our Earth would anyone want to, because whilst the beginning is chaotic, the more that clears, creates more space for peace, which means the new codes integrate and The Alignment to light circulates smoothly and more rapidly which in turn creates abundant fields of amazingness, we can, and are, creating the new physical fields ready, stable and prepared as the old collapses.

When we are open we are fully relaxed, mind clear and no if’s or but’s, physical relaxed, muscles relaxed, energy clear, no requirement to push, and this is achieved by doing the inner work, the mental clearing stages, the deprogramming which is ultimately when the healing begins, the rejuvenation and the physical coming fully back online because the physical can then vibrate at the frequency of love, at this phase we pay so much more attention, all feeds become priority, everything begins to shift and become magical and it’s at this point you simply don’t want it to stop, it all gets real and the expansion just grows and grows and you feel the power of healing

Things in the reality get simple and move with ease, and those stubborn things, well you soon see why everything was chaotic, the more dense something is the more heavier it is, the older the ancestral program and separation within the lineage the more tough it is to break the code….but when it does break, these are like love bombs going off in the collective grid and whilst many aren’t aware, those pockets of exploding dense debris raises the frequency of our grid immensely, super charged, and we feel the fields warble and shift.

Some crucial information to be aware of as we move through these next few months is that we are dumping a ridiculous amount of separation, old beliefs about how this works, as we can see from our history, it’s been a declining wave, because everything became external from Self, the healing out there, the fixing, the creating of idols and humanising energy, the spiritual arena is full of phases and spaces that are now fast collapsing, many realising the archangels was just a way to describe aspects of self, in a separated view, and now we have the codes and keys to bring the light back into alignment and exist in pure Source light, One White Unified Light, we regained our power, we remembered our truth and we continue to Align and get brighter each moment. We remembered that we cannot heal the physical of another, because it is the healing of the mind that begins the process of receiving Source Self and then the healing of the physical vessel so that the expansion, the integration can continue, it’s a personal experience, no amount of hocus pocus will ever be at a souls request because the soul knows contact, healing, connection, unification can only be done by themselves.

Everything created from lack is no longer supported so the old physical structure can now begin to deconstruct, there have been enough focused and committed keys holders, gridkeepers and walkers of light who have taken their deprogramming to their core, which has ultimately been creating a light speed energy and as our planets reveal the journey ahead we know all has been working in Divine Time, there was never a need to DO anything external from Self, because the higher purpose, the grand design is so much more vast than the details we play in and what this Galactic influx of codes will highlight most is where you are choosing to view this shift from because the pressurised light from the Galactic Codes will now be of the highest order due to the super conjunction of Saturn, Jupiter and the gang. Jupiter is readying now to pass according to tropical astrology, with Venus, over the Galactic Centre and where your focused now is the rabbit hole you are to enter, and it’s going to be an expander, and it’s going to be focused on our relationships….which is only ever a reflection of the relationship you have with self, which equates to the view you are perceiving, if the focus is the physical, attachments external from self then the ability to See the grand design is impossible, it may be “known” but it’s not being experienced. If the focus is purely on the relationship with self and doing the maintenance work on the temple, the physical, ensuring the walls are strong and it’s filled with Earth’s treasures and celestial sounds then we have purpose, then we receive these codes as a Rebuild as opposed to a demolition experience.

How this manifests in the physical, on the world stage, is huge shake ups, which again is why it’s essential to be continuing the focus of within, shifting the vibration within, keep looking inside and make the adjustments from that space, being responsible for your field, others requiring to experience the fear frequency will plug into the realities for their pressurisation to begin, some will crystallise, some will crack and be discarded as I mentioned and this will be Seen in the form of decay and the dis-eased, just like Earth would show if it was starved of light, everything just shrivels and withers, for it to rot back and renew again.

We are the pioneers, this has never been seen or done on this planet as far as our history tells us, we are all rewriting history now, and because of this there are no reference points, perhaps another Divine Gift to keep us all in the now.

But there is one thing we do know, this is about Unity Consciousness and living in harmony with our planet for that is the ONLY way our race can survive, it is all about us returning to our truth, which is Unconditional Love, and it’s time to show our host, our planet how we can truly love and care, how we can cooperate with the Cosmic Laws and finally become at One with the All and these Galactic energies coming in now will show us the way.

There are two main focus areas, there are two truths that we exist in healthfully, and that is, the love in our hearts and the Earth that holds us.

The Trauma Happened, You Are Here To Heal ~ November 4, 2019

We are all traumatized by life, some of us from egregious wrongdoings, others by unprocessed pain and sidelined emotions. No matter the source, we are all handed a play of cards, and sometimes, they are not a winning hand.

Yet what we cannot forget is that even when we are not at fault, healing in the aftermath will always fall on us — and instead of being burdened by this, we can actually learn to see it as a rare gift.

Healing is our responsibility because if it isn’t, an unfair circumstance becomes an unlived life.

Healing is our responsibility because unprocessed pain gets transferred to everyone around us, and we are not going to allow what someone else did to us to become what we do to those we love.

Healing is our responsibility because we have this one life, this single shot to do something important.

Healing is our responsibility because if we want our lives to be different, sitting and waiting for someone else to make them so will not actually change them. It will only make us dependent and bitter.

Healing is our responsibility because we have the power to heal ourselves, even if we have previously been led to believe we don’t.

Healing is our responsibility because we are uncomfortable, and discomfort almost always signals a place in life in which we are slated to rise up and transform.

Healing is our responsibility because every great person you deeply admire began with every odd against them, and learned their inner power was no match for the worst of what life could offer.

Healing is our responsibility because “healing” is actually not returning to how and who we were before, it is becoming someone we have never been — someone stronger, someone wiser, someone kinder.

When we heal, we step into the people we have always wanted to be. We are not only able to metabolize the pain, we are able to affect real change in our lives, in our families, and in our communities. We are able to pursue our dreams more freely. We are able to handle whatever life throws at us, because we are self-efficient and assured. We are more willing to dare, risk, and dream of broader horizons, ones we never thought we’d reach.

The thing is that when someone else does something wrong and it affects us, we often sit around waiting for them to take the pain away, as though they could come along and undo what has been done.

We fail to realize that in that hurt are the most important lessons of our lives, the fertile breeding ground upon which we can start to build everything we really want.

We are not meant to get through life unscathed.

We are not meant to get to the finish line unscarred, clean and bored.

Life hurts us all in different ways, but it is how we respond — and who we become — that determines whether a trauma becomes a tragedy, or the beginning of the story of how the victim became the hero.

Collective Woundedness ~ September 5, 2019

We are going to experience the Heart-opening more, as the shift continues to work on our energy centers and bringing the balance back between the heart and mind.

I am so often asked how does one deal with the collective woundedness – which so often manifests in aggression of some form, or confrontation, or whatever you may wish to call it.

We are all part of the greater whole, the greater matrix, the greater collective consciousness.

I felt this intensely when the I had to do so much energy clearing work in France, especially in Southern France, where the greatest genocide of people ever, happened. A whole nation was literally wiped out.

It took me three years to recover from that work, at soul level, mainly because of the intensity and immensity of the trauma and pain, I tapped into there, and had to release. Indeed, a lot of it I had to resolve within myself, as my soul had been involved there. The catharsis came for me, in the writing of my book on France, which is in the editing process. 

Remember, that the collective woundedness, will be reflected within yourself, at some level. You cannot dismember yourself from the rest of humanity. You ARE humanity! 

What I have learnt, from my own experiences, is to first dig deeply within oneself, one’s own soul and its soul memory banks. There is no shortcut to forgiveness. Forgiveness is the key to wholeness. As long as one allows the woundedness inside to fester and grow, the heart center remains closed. You may not notice it, but what I found is that the more, I dissolved of the emotional charges, the freer I became, and with it, my heart center opened to a much greater degree. 

Now, I am so grateful – for it has taught me more about unconditional love for self and others, than anything else!

I had an experience when I was teaching a few years ago, where I was entering a room, where I needed to teach. Something made me stop in the door, and the next minute one of the teenage boys, was dive-bombing past me and landed up on the floor. If I had gone into the classroom, I would have been floored. To say I was shocked would be an understatement! I quietly gathered myself, and asked the Divine for guidance and assistance in the regard. 

My Inner knowing now prompted me to change my teaching schedule and to get the twelve year old to stand in front of the class and to speak. I asked him, to tell me about himself and his greatest hopes, dreams and what he would like to become, when he was grown up. What he said, shocked me to the core. This twelve-year old wanted to become a Suicide bomber. I will not relate the rest of this story, as some may be offended by it, but in the moment, I was at a loss of words. All I felt was unconditional love. I simply gave him a hug, and allowed unconditional love to flow through me and into him.

I did not see him for while, as I was asked to teach the small kids, which I loved. One day he came into the class as I was busy with the small ones, and sat himself down, shoving the little ones out the way. “This is MY teacher!,” he said. 

I had tears in my eyes, for I understood then, that somehow I had touched his heart, simply by being and instrument of Divine Love on that day….

As long as the we judge, as long as we separate, as long as we condemn, we are sowing seeds for the closure of the heart.

No matter what you have done – or not done, you are worthy of love.
Unconditional love.
You are another me.
I am another you.
There is no separation.
As I heal – you heal.
As you heal – I heal.

Hi everyone. The conversation you are about to read took place on May 8th. Here is a bit of background, so that it makes sense.
They reference my partner, who has had diabetes for 20 years now. He
has not felt a great deal of success with meds (insulin) and is “no good at watching everything I eat”. He does manage to keep his A1C test in line,
which means nothing to me but will mean something to those of you
familiar with diabetes.

He’s been lowering his insulin gradually for 2 years now. It was initially
51 units and eventually reduced to 31 with concerted effort. Until recently, results have been painstakingly achieved with diet, and they have been
slow. There seemed faint hope of a rapid and complete healing.

Until 2 weeks ago. He will tell you he is “gob-smacked” at the change! He awoke one day with the idea to only take insulin if his blood sugar gets to be above 200; he stopped automatically taking it first thing in the morning. He tested every few hours, his goal was to see if he was able to maintain a level of less than 160 without insulin. The first day he tried this he had
pizza for dinner and awoke the next day with a blood sugar of 111.
Normal!

Today, he is no longer taking the nighttime insulin and his morning levels are below 150. He’s abandoning the second shot and is taking about 18
ONCE a day. His blood sugars are now better than ever before. He has
NOT changed anything else!

They are not perfect, yet he feels better every day (I can affirm there’s been a major change in his energy level and mood). He sleeps through the night and didn’t know why any of this was suddenly happening – until now!

Yes. We have at our fingertips technology that affords not just healing, but rejuvenation. A return to a younger, more vibrant, healthier state. We
have been using it on your partner now these past weeks. You have noticed changes, no?

Yes, he has, and has reported them to me. He feels so much better; his condition is improving in ways he’s never seen.
This is due to the efforts of our tech. We know him well and have used him in this way, in the way you’d refer to as a “guinea pig”. He has shown
steady progress right along. Yet this new version we have perfected does not require complete belief in its methods in order to sustain healing and achieve the results looked for. It finds the bare whispers of health visions and expands them, encasing the subject. We’ve been bathing your partner in these visions for weeks now and he is noticing.

Yes. He is very encouraged.

As are we!

You are doing this while he sleeps?

We are utilizing his intent and doing it with that. His only requirement is
holding a vision of health – he has one. This technology is new and has
been perfected due to the initial setbacks and failures with the two of you some time ago.

What is new is now seen as working. We wanted to reach out to you so
that you’d tell your partner (that) he is doing so much for himself by
retaining a vision of health, and by not losing hope. His physical efforts
are painting a picture of where he would like to be and this is the picture that our pods are utilizing. It is his ideal body that is created with light and as he accepts the possibility – it manifests. This may only have been
possible with these new frequencies. With this current energy on earth.
We aren’t completely sure but that may partly explain why we weren’t
experiencing much luck before.

What can the rest of us do to achieve similar results?

There is a protocol. You can adopt a mission of constant rejuvenation, continuous creation of ideal; a perfect healthy body. With this
protocol, add “I enlist the assistance of the Pleiadian Pods.” This can
be done silently. With practice it will manifest. We are ready for you now. Prepared to help humanity and the atmosphere is now supportive of our
efforts as well. What this means for you is support. You are not so much
battling conflicting beliefs and energetics, but riding the waves of support.
We are here to help, prepared to assist and eager to heal! The human
body undergoes this massive alteration, and at this point right now is
ready and accepting of change, to support the change. Past efforts did not happen in such an atmosphere and required sheer will on your part for
small change. We wanted you to know that we are available to assist a
nyone willing to try. We are anxious to help.

Okay. I will share this. Yet, let me say that we’ve been a bit discouraged and some would say beaten up with promises and failures in our “past”.

We know. This is the reason we did not reach out until your partner was
so very much improved and encouraged and showing measurable signs of health. You can share these now. People will believe or not – yet in any
case, more of them will try and perhaps will come forward with their
stories for each other. It is a collaborative belief that is most effective.
Once we can turn the tables on that, the rest is a matter of time and word of mouth. We are ready to help and are ready.

Hi everyone. Just a few words on the protocol, as there are already several questions. As mentioned in the first message, # 40, here is what they said:

There is a protocol. You can adopt a mission of constant rejuvenation, continuous creation of ideal; a perfect healthy body. With this protocol, add “I enlist the assistance of the Pleiadian Pods.”

This is not asking for a fix. It is a statement of creation. There is a difference.

What we tend to do is expect medicine to fix us, doctors to heal us, etc. What was learned in our work with the Pleiadians was that we cannot ignore our part in the process. It is the basic assumption of “I am ill or somehow less than ideal” that has control in this process. If the assumption begins there, it tends to remain there.

This initial assumption is the protocol they refer to. See yourself ideal, healthy, vital, perfect. Instead of “having this illness or that setback that needs to be fixed so that I can be ideal, healthy, vital, perfect”.

There is a subtle difference.What was learned a few years ago in our work with them is that we (my partner and myself) expected to do nothing but receive a healing from them, and they did not realize that their technology could not overcome our own assumption of illness, aging, etc. The technology now has been adjusted –

“It finds the bare whispers of health visions and expands them, encasing the subject.” (a quote from our conversation #40)

I recently released “The Imposter”, and so my conversations with the Poseur, which took place before ever meeting the Pleiadians, are sort of fresh in my mind. One of the things he said was this:

“This is a physical world, and to accomplish an alteration of the physical means a departure from thinking of it as final and complete. Rather, regard the pain, the body, all with skepticism and ask – “who are you and what right do you have to occur this way in my creation?

“Refuse to observe a way that does not serve your intent. Only observe the possibility of wholeness and completeness that serves your desire.This is your creation, all of it is. Everything you take in and regurgitate is creative. Consciousness is all the time. What do you want?”

These are powerful words, indicative of our creative power. This protocol utilizes that power and grabs a hold of our hope. It matters what you hold and keep in your mind and heart.

Walk around seeing yourself ideally healthy instead of needing a healing. Don’t worry about the details or the specifics. Just hold a vision of wholeness and health.

Our thoughts and our words are so very powerful. Use them as if you are in control of the outcome. Use them as tools for they very much are. With this message the Pleiadians are giving us their tech as yet another tool:
