The Sun has gloriously moved into Libra, bringing us to the
middle of the astrological year. This is a pivot point that will fully
activate with the New Moon on Saturday.
A lot is happening around this New Moon, which I will detail in the New Moon recording later this week.
For today, the Sun is discharging “a butterfly preserved and
made perfect with a dart through it.” The day the Sun moves into Libra
brings us to a moment in time with an archetypal death or ending. The
energy wants us to stop and think and then move forward. It wants us to
reflect on where we have come since the Sun moved into Aries. It wants
us to change direction, change mindset, or change focus. It wants us to
move toward more beautiful and loving shapes and forms.
At this time, a new awareness, impulse, or initiative is
emerging. This is something that takes us to a higher level of
consciousness and experience. When the Sun moves into Libra, the Earth
moves into Aries. Today the Earth is discharging the Sabian symbol
energetic of “a woman has risen out of the ocean – a seal is embracing
her.” New ways are welcoming us.
Today Mercury moves to 16 Libra, making direct opposition
with the New Moon in Aries at 16 Aries from April 5. This means
important information comes to us about the world at large and about our
personal worlds.
Mercury is discharging “after a storm, a boat landing stands
in need of reconstruction.” This energetic is about rebuilding. And
when we rebuild, we have the opportunity to make things better than they
were.
Venus is discharging 12 Libra, “miners are emerging from a deep coalmine.” This brings things to light.
Which brings me to something very important that is trying
to be masked. Under the cover that the conjunction of the Black Moon and
Neptune bring (which is the deepest cover), the bankster-run cabal is
trying to hide the fact that they are planning a financial crisis.
Before I continue, there is nothing to fear here. We had a
financial crisis in 2008, and it was not the end of the world. It
upended many people’s worlds and affected all of us, but it was not the
end of the world. This is information to help you prepare your psyche
and not be shocked. They feed off of the shock of changes.
The fact is that last week alone, the Fed already pumped
HALF of what it pumped into the market to stabilize it after the crash
of 2008. In short, they are taking down the dollar as world reserve
currency. The end game: America bad.
The Fed says they will pump until October 10. That’s
10/10/19 or 10-10-10. If you have been following Oracle Report for a
while, you know that in the Phoenician/Babylonian/Roman/British maritime
money system, 10 is the energy of destruction.
September 2008, when the mortgage market was crashed, was
Night 10 in the Mayan Calendar. I wrote about this in 2007, in my book Eris: Archetype of Shadows, Crisis, and Awakening at the Completion of the Mayan Calendar,
showing their historical precedent to crash under the energy of 10.

We knew that this was coming. I thought it would be closer
to the Saturn-Pluto conjunction in January. They want cover, so they are
doing it under the epic Black Moon-Neptune conjunction happening now.

So what do we do with this information? First, do not panic.
Money markets are all an illusion anyway. What is proactive is to
secure the necessities you need. We have talked about this for a while.
Phoenix at Patriot Intel Report has warned about it, and I have warned
about it. That time may be here now. Stock up on what you can, but don’t
freak out.
What is perhaps more important is knowing what may be upon
us and stabilizing our psyches so that the impact to the fellowship of
humanity is not as great. The more people who are not shocked by this
the better it is for everyone. It’s really all about the trauma
response. We do not want to feed the beast with our precious energy.
And it may not happen.
The cabal knows their time is up with this year’s energetic
of “fairies dancing in the setting Sun.” They are trying to turn the Sun
around and not let it set. They are trying to control by creating chaos
and then order – their order, one that is based on a social credit
system that they control because they own everything.
All of this is bubbling under the surface, waiting for the
New Moon in Libra (basically the month of October) and the Sabian symbol
energetic of “a man watches his ideals taking concrete form before his
inner vision.” We know that the archontically-controlled minions like
their October surprises.
I don’t think so. Not this time. No surprises here.
Within it all, after the storm, “the boat landing stands in
need of reconstruction.” Whatever happens, by the end, we will emerge
stronger. It is time for new systems. How about the old notion of
dissolving the Fed? That is something that used to be front and center.
We know it is our slave master.

are here to stabilize the fabric of humanity because you can handle the

Time to speak up in Oz. Or else.
We have warned the citizens of the world that cryptocurrency is a
multi-pronged weapon of the globalists to take control of the financial
system and remove control from the People. Without cash in hand, you
lose your power over your finances. The repeated so-called “hacking” of
personal data banks and financial institutions, Facebook, etc. should
tell you that “virtual” is a dangerous way to go.
The controllers would have us cashless. Anything good for them, is bad for us.
The cabal wants access to everyone’s personal data and finances and
cryptocurrency is the ideal way to do it. If you need a card or an
access chip implant to get to your virtual money, you could be SOL any
time the establishment decides you are a problem that must be dealt
with. Disagree with the government? You’re the enemy. Refuse to
vaccinate? You’re the enemy.
You may as well hand over your bank account to them now if you’re
going to go crypto and cashless. It’s bad enough as it is with money
simply being numbers on a screen—not to mention the privacy concerns.
You’d best speak up, folks, or forever hold your peace. The People
need to actively run their country and their government, not sit back

Red alert: ScoMo declares war on the Australian people
In a critically important new video post, economist John Adams and
banking expert Martin North have thoroughly exposed Scott Morrison’s
sneaky legislation to strip Australians of their right to use cash.
Following on from their 16 March post, “A War On Cash Is A War On The
People“, Adams and North dissect the just-released exposure draft of
the government’s Currency (Restrictions on the Use of Cash) Bill 2019, which bans all cash transactions over $10,000.
They note that this draft legislation was released online by
Treasurer Josh Frydenberg late last Friday afternoon, in order to evade
scrutiny. As experienced in 2017, when Morrison released the exposure
draft of his APRA crisis resolution powers bail-in law also on a Friday
afternoon, such laws, if the Opposition doesn’t oppose them, can be
easily sneaked through Parliament without anybody knowing, least of all
the MPs who either just vote the way they are told, or don’t bother to
vote at all.
(In the case of the 2017 law, it was detected by a sharp-eyed staffer
at the Citizens Electoral Council who recognised it was a bail-in law.
In the case of this cash-ban law, it was only detected by someone from
outside Australia who monitors money laundering policies, who tipped off
an Australian contact, who tipped off John Adams!)
Adams and North discuss in detail the International Monetary Fund’s
promotion of negative interest rates as monetary policy to support the
global financial system, which cannot work without a cash ban, as
consumers would simply pull their money out of banks. This was the
experience in Japan. Adams puts the probability of negative interest
rates coming to Australia in the next three years at 50 per cent.
They also explain the difference between the legislation, which bans
all cash transactions over $10,000, and the associated regulation that
the government claims will exempt cash deposits and withdrawals in
banks, and consumer-to-consumer cash transactions. This is a sneaky
trick, however, as the responsible government minister can change the
regulation at any time, removing all exemptions to the law.
Martin North observed that this measure is of a type with many other
changes in recent years which centralise control and restrict civil
liberties. “We are going to lose more and more of our ability to do the
things we want to do”, he warned. “We’ll have to dance the tune that’s
being played by the piper.”
Voice your objection to this law!
All concerned Australians are urged to get involved in fighting this
law, which could be introduced in Parliament as early as September.
Whether you use much cash or not, this still affects you, because it
strips you of your right to use cash, and forces you to use the private
banks. By doing so, it removes the power of consumers to keep the
banking system honest, on such policies as bail-in and negative interest
rates.
As the CEC maintains, the banking system is very important, but the
government should be reforming it, not forcing people to use it. This
government allows the banks to recklessly gamble and put their customers
and the economy at risk; yet now, as people increasingly see the
consequences of this, in the danger of a new financial crisis and policy
responses like bail-in, and may withdraw their deposits, it is moving
to ban cash and force people to use banks, instead of reforming the
banks. Let the government and your MP know this is unacceptable!
Here’s what you can do:
Write a quick email or letter submission to the Treasury consultation process, which closes on 12 August,
objecting to this law. Don’t think that one submission won’t make a
difference—we are going to generate hundreds or even thousands, not to
“convince” Treasury, but to send a message to the government and
Parliament that the public won’t accept this!

Contact your local MP (and your Senators if you can), by email,
phone or in person, informing them about this law (there’s a real chance
they don’t know), and demanding they oppose it. You could forward this
release asking them to watch the Adams-North video, and the CEC’s press
release from yesterday: Morrison is banning cash so Australians can’t escape bail-in, negative interest rates. Your email or call will be one of many that forces them to recognise the public is angry about this.

This is what the cash ban is really about—trapping people in the
banking system so they can’t escape from “unnatural” policies like
bail-in and negative rates. If we can force the government to scrap the
cash ban law, they’ll have to start looking at real reforms for the
banks, like the CEC’s Glass-Steagall bill to separate banks with
deposits from speculation, the Banking System Reform (Separation of Banks) Bill 2019.
This update was to be published yesterday but it was too cumbersome to deal with and I didn’t get far. I kept getting error messages and when Number One did his analysis of our comms he reported the ship was definitely running slow, with the number of attempted hack attacks almost doubled in the past 72 hours.
He understood that as soon as Kavanaugh was confirmed the attacks across the web skyrocketed and a number of sites were affected. He is sourcing more dilithium crystals to increase our speed but my phone line cut out in the middle of a call with him and then my Internet was down briefly too, so I was a little frustrated. We’re supposed to have a tech working on the phone/Internet today. They work on it every week but it doesn’t get fixed. They can put bases on Mars but can’t give me a fast, reliable phone or web connection. Go figure.
In the interim, because it’s been difficult working with the Starship Earth blog I posted at the Captain’s Blog instead. I published the newest War Drummer video there around dinner time yesterday and it has completely vanished. It’s not a draft, and it didn’t publish, so I’m including it below. It’s a must watch video about a Democracy and a Republic that puts things in a new perspective.
I also shared a video last night of some additional, revealing footage during the SpaceX rocket launch on Sunday and that post on the Captain’s Blog is apparently off in hyperspace somewhere too. Why are there so often UFOs/UAPs around for these launches? There’s obviously more to it than they would like us to know, but “we know”. See that video below.

Due to the blatant, shameless censorship online, some folks have really serious issues. The Justinformed Talk channel made a video telling us that YouTube demonetized every one of his videos that they hadn’t already messed with in the past. Unfortunately, most of his videos are Q-related, making him a target. He is upset because he makes videos to support his family and doesn’t know what he’s going to do.
Urgent matters like hurricanes are demanding our attention, too.
Michael hit the Florida coast as a massive Cat 4 storm and surprisingly moved inland still at a severe category 2 or 3, with more heavy rains and winds in Georgia and the Carolinas, unfortunately. First and foremost, this superstorm is being sent to Tallahassee, Florida the state capital. Not only will the state government be entirely preoccupied with the aftermath of the storm for many weeks going into the November 6th election, it will allow the desperate Democrats to rig the election under cover of chaos and destruction.
The many counties that stretch across North Florida are as Republican RED as any other region in the 50 states. Hence, they have been targeted by the weather warriors just 4 weeks before Election Day, making it very difficult for voters to even make it to the polls, many of which will be blown away. Same for conservative South Georgia and Christian southern Alabama.
Because the state government is headquartered in Tallahassee, the election machinery is controlled there, as is the process and procedure for certifying the election results. The ensuing hurricane mayhem will allow the Democrats to take advantage of the situation in ways that can only be conjectured at this point but we all know the DEMs “never let a crisis go to waste”.

Make no mistake about it, the George Soros-funded candidate — Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum — was chosen to win this year’s Democrat primary because he has been groomed to be Obama 2.0. He was also selected by his globalist masters to lead Florida leftward just as Obama did the nation.
With this critical understanding, it ought to be easy to grasp why a hurricane is being manufactured to profoundly impact Tallahassee, where a failed mayor is notorious statewide for completely botching that last Hurricane response. The undeclared civil war inside the ranks of the Western elite is continuing to rage, with both sides carrying out major offensives. Ultimately, this battle is between the old aristocratic bloodlines, strongest in Europe, and the anti-bloodline Gnostic Illuminati, now prevalent inside the U.S.
The biggest battleground continues to be Washington, D.C., where the old establishment is fighting for its life and losing against the military-backed regime of President Donald Trump.
However, the situation in Europe is also heating up intensely as the Russia/China Eurasian alliance moves to consolidate control there in alliance with some old-bloodline factions, according to White Dragon Society sources in Europe. Germany and Turkey, reviving a World War I alliance, are leading the anti-U.S. moves there. Also, Italy’s new government has declared open warfare against the Khazarian mafia cabal in a move that will bring new turmoil to the eurozone.
We will start with a look at the situation inside the U.S. Here, the U.S. military is supporting President Donald Trump in some ways, while fighting against him in others. This ambiguous stance can be seen in the form of a continuing major offensive against pedophiles and other corrupt elements in the old establishment.
A Pentagon source summed up the situation as follows: “After 8 months of defiance, liberals are reeling from their defeat in the culture war as the NFL was forced to ban kneeling when the national anthem is sung, and nearly 8 months after a New York Times exposé, Manhattan prosecutors were forced to arrest Harvey Weinstein.”
Furthermore, the impending retirement of Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy is expected to give the Trump regime control over the Supreme Court, the sources say. This will make it possible to carry out the long-awaited mass arrests without interference from cabal agents in the justice system, the sources note. It will also make a big difference in the culture wars, as a pushback to family values and away from promoting non-reproductive sex intensifies with Christian support.
As a part of these culture wars, Harvey Weinstein’s criminal trial is putting a lot of pressure on the Hollywood elite. Pentagon sources are saying that Weinstein “signals with the book he carries about Communist director Elia Kazan that he will rat on other predators and pedos in Hollywood.” Kazan’s “testimony as a witness before the House Committee on Un-American Activities in 1952 at the time of the Hollywood blacklist brought him strong negative reactions from many liberal friends and colleagues.”
Various other rats have been singing like canaries for a while now in a bid to get off the sinking cabal ship. In particular, we now know that Jeffrey Epstein, who ran a pedophile island used to compromise and blackmail elite politicians, etc., is now an FBI informant who has been squealing to U.S. special prosecutor Robert Mueller. This is important because Mueller, despite his past tainted by 9/11 etc., is now working for the U.S. military. Since Trump himself has been a visitor to this pedophile island, the military is getting evidence he was blackmailed into doing Israel’s bidding in places like Syria and Iran, Pentagon sources say.
The pushback against Trump’s Zionist blackmail-induced activity in the Middle East could be seen when “the House on May 23 banned Trump from declaring war on Iran without Congressional approval, and Congress on May 24 killed a measure for the U.S. to recognize Golan as part of Israel,” the sources say. In other words, Zionist blackmail against Trump is not going to be enough to allow these fanatics the opportunity to start their long-awaited World War III.
Other Pentagon sources, meanwhile, are saying a major victory against the Zionist-controlled banks was achieved last week and that as a result, trillions of dollars fraudulently obtained after the Lehman crisis is now going to be used for a new financial system. The source says,

$15 trillion in “credits” from the $23-43 trillion now known to have been stolen by the banks; and—most importantly for the American public—that sometime in June over a trillion dollars will be released into the U.S. economy through trusted stewards—normal people, many of them veterans—to inspire a job creation and new construction boom such as we have not seen since the aftermath of World War II. The massive investments in mostly black inner cities and mostly white impoverished rural areas is part of this deal.”
This financial move, if it is realized, is definitely connected to ongoing intrigue in Saudi Arabia, the current main financial backer of the old petro-dollar. Here, de facto monarch Mohammad bin Salman has not been seen in public since a shoot-out was reported at his palace on April 21, 2018. This move against Salman, who was put in power by Israeli special forces, is definitely linked to attacks on Saudi agent and former CIA head John Brennan, the sources say. Brennan is now being blamed as the source for the entire “Russiagate” witch-hunt against Trump, they say.

Another blow against the Bush/Nazi faction of the cabal may come soon in the form of a military coup in Brazil, Pentagon sources are saying. Here, a truckers’ strike has paralyzed the economy. This is expected to be the trigger for a military coup that will restore former presidents Dilma Rousseff and Lula da Silva “from Zionist usurpers who seized control of the central bank in 2016,” the sources say.
The Zionists also failed in their recent push to derail a peace deal with North Korea by using their agent John Bolton to issue provocative statements. This move was supposed to be coordinated with an attack in Korea by an Israeli submarine pretending to be a North Korean submarine, Pentagon sources say. Instead, however, the Zionists lost yet another submarine near Korea, the sources say.
The battle for the planet earth is also raging in Europe. Here, market-watchers are seeing many obvious signs that a new crisis is coming. While Germany and France are looking increasingly towards Russia and China, the situation to watch is now in Italy and Spain.
Spain and Italy, especially, are going to be big in the news cycle over the coming weeks. To put this situation in perspective, the Italian and Spanish GDPs combined are worth more than $3 trillion, or 16 times the $194 billion GDP of Greece. This means the crisis will be 16 times bigger than the Greek crisis that, by itself, nearly undid the Euro.
The Italians now have a government that plans to do something about the slow destruction of the Italian economy caused by its participation in the Euro by issuing a new currency to pay for various plans to fix Italy’s economy. The old establishment is so upset about the new Italian government that Italian President Sergio Mattarella vetoed their candidate for Finance Minister because he is opposed to the Euro. The Italian president is supposed to be a figurehead, and this anti-democratic move is going to result in an open attack on the Italian deep state, according to P2 Freemason lodge sources. Italy’s Five Star leader Luigi Di Maio said on Sunday that President Sergio Mattarella should be impeached for betraying the state because of his rejection of a eurosceptic as economy minister.
A comparable thing is likely to happen in Spain because of similar structural problems related to the Euro. These problems can only be solved by these countries either giving up economic sovereignty or else issuing their own currency. The governments in both countries favour issuing new currencies. However, any new currencies in Southern Europe would not only endanger the Euro, they would also open the way for the big Kahuna—a new currency for the United States to replace or cohabit with the no-longer-American U.S. dollar.
In other words, the existing financial paradigm is likely to face its biggest crisis since the Lehman shock, and this time it may not survive without a complete reboot. Until that happens, we can expect financial turmoil.
Typically with these crises, the first victims will be those with the riskiest gambling portfolios—in this case people who have been buying junk bonds and stocks at historically unsustainable prices.
