Become aware that so much of the old stuff is being churned up now, the old past life stuff, the collective stuff, especially that of Atlantis and the heritage of Atlantis, and humanity’s tendency to self-destruct.

It was in Atlantis, with the Fall, that control boxes were implanted into the populace for mind-control, and when this happened they self-destructed.
The collective lessons here come to the fore.

Are we going to allow the same to happen in this lifetime?

More than this, we need to look deeply within ourselves as all of this is reflecting so much of ourselves and our innermost being back to ourselves.

We finally have the opportunity to transcend Atlantis and what plunged us into the 3D, and can now rise fully into the 5D and the New Golden Age.

I was made aware of this again this morning, and how important the Forgiveness decree is at this time.

More than this, to release the old vows, the old contracts, the old agreements, the old stuff. So often these bound souls, countries, nations together and created negative bonds which no longer serve the greater good.

We need to free ourselves and others now, so that we can wipe the slate clean for the New Golden Age and the 5th dimensional state.

More than this, there needs to be deep surrendering of all which you are holding onto so dearly: – whether it be attachments to persons, things, places etc. but also the outcomes we wish to force into being, or the preconceived notions, or ideas.
This morning I was asked to go and surrender everything, my whole life and being onto the Sacred Altar of the Divine. It is ultimately freeing: – for in surrendering you are not losing control or your life, but you are gaining! Now you allow the Divine Will and Purpose for your soul and life to take over. You are surrendering your life and being to the highest possible service and in the highest possible way, with great love.

“Not my will – but Thy will be done!”

Ego’s do not like to surrender, for the ego wishes to be in control.

Yet, when the Divine calling merges with the soul, then the soul is freed to concentrate fully on the task and will not allow itself to get distracted, pulled down, nor in any way shackled, for it finally sees the bigger picture, the greater calling, the greater whole.

Such calling is greater than the sum of self!

It is in essence the Call of the Soul.

When the soul is called for Higher Work, this will always be what pulls the soul towards fulfilling it!

High Calibre souls will follow that calling no matter what, for it is greater than the sum of Self and the Ego, as thus they surrender completely to the Divine Will and Purpose.

If you lay your whole life, your soul, your Being on the altar of the Divine, you are in truth returning to the Truth of your soul and its first creation, the primordial reason the Divine created your soul for to express and to be and to become. Know that this will bring immensely powerful shifts within you, and it will bring about changes in your life and it will mean that you will wake up to a much higher degree, as your entire focus shifts.

This is what is so necessary at this time!

You Are, and because you Are, you cannot be anything separate from what you are. That means you can’t be a deficiency, but you can play a role within an illusion. The same goes for everyone else. Your ability to see through and beyond roles quickly is what allows you to remember yourSelf, to be aware of its ever-presence, and to encourage and allow it to come shining through the illusion in every moment. Before you feared allowing yourSelf to penetrate fiction because you believed you had done wrong. Now you remember that it was never possible for you to actually do anything outside of Divine Will. You could pretend to enact a pantomime in thought, but that is all.

Yes, in a sense you lose the whole world, because the whole world has been a fiction, a pantomime. But now you know you are very safe within this story, and you are here to seemingly bring light to it. We say seemingly because you don’t improve nothingness. Your story is truly nothing at all, and that is why no one deserves blame or punishment. So you are here to see the one Something that has existed beneath the story at all times. As you see it consistently, others can, too, because all minds are always touching. There is only one Mind.

You show up within this story, and you seem to have a role. It is important to catch yourself taking your role personally, to notice yourself finding some personal significance in the role of seeming other. Whenever that happens, you are being handed an opportunity. At this moment, you can seemingly (we’re going to use this word a lot to remind you of the unreality of what you are imagining) poke a hole in the roof of this experience to allow the light to come streaming in. What you’re doing is giving up the fantasy. As you give up the fantasy and its structures, you allow What Is to become evident. As you allow this to happen within what you experience as your mind, you make the experience more available to all other minds across time and space because you’re always in contact with all of them.

Whatever role you have been playing, whether that of villain or saint, it matters not. Now is your opportunity to blossom without judgment into the love you and all others have always been. Without that impediment of judgment, you can feel All expanding in joy, always, so appreciate every opportunity you are being given to drop judgment. It is our profound joy to see you awakening from your slumber. Sleeping angels, dreaming of not-harmony. That’s all you have ever been, and that is why there is nothing to forgive. You only need to wake up.

All minds are touching at all times. If you are busy judging others (and this is habitual, so be gentle with yourself as the habit falls away in time), you are sending out telepathic temptation to them to refer to what is unreal as if it is real. When you drop the habit, as you are doing now, you assist all minds in finding pathways to dropping judgment. When you drop judgment, you stop treating this world as if it is real, as if it has power over what you are. When you stop treating this world as real, a world that reflects love is allowed to replace the nightmare you have been having, encouraging, and developing. You just stop the one thing, and then the other thing (a reflection of the Real) comes into view.

When you realize what you are doing, you stop. It becomes very obvious. When you touch a hot stove, you stop immediately. It’s going to become this obvious with judgments and with thoughts that develop illusion. You’re going to have this “Hot stove!” feeling, and then you will simply stop. You’re understanding what pain is and where it comes from. Once you know, you don’t make the mistake of developing and sharing that experience of pain.

What you seem to be doing is illusory, but it seems very real. We help you out of the nightmare you keep replicating, and it is our delight to see you discover the mechanics of replication. As you learn to stop churning out nightmares and to simply enjoy where you have always been–held in love–others will learn to do the same. All action will wind down and harmonize–from separate and conflicted actions into divinely ordered and harmonious action. Enjoy the ride and appreciate those moments when you are shown the mechanics of nightmare-making so you can stop participating in the back and forth of it. You are held in Love, always, and it is safe for you to enjoy that.

When you align your sweet selves with the Divine Will, then your most cherished creations will come into manifestations in an instant, with the speed of love.

Greetings dear ones! Greetings! I AM Yahweh, I AM your Father and I come today to bring you love, strength, and fortitude in these days of chaos and turmoil.

Dear hearts, you can call on Me anytime! You can use any name which feels familiar and close to thee, it really doesn’t matter, for it is your intention and it is your heart’s calling that is heard. I sit back and I sit quietly, for the most part, but it doesn’t mean that I am not participating, that I am not feeling and experiencing every moment of your journey.

You have worked with the Mother for some time now! You had to do so because you are in service to Her, because you promised and because there is a great call to anchor Her Love, and Her nourishing and soul-nurturing qualities on planet Earth. And most of you have set aside for a time the action part, the strong determination to organize and to create and to build new worlds and realities for your sweet selves and for your families. But you have only postponed it until you felt that every portion of your beautiful and magnificent self would be responding and acting only as the purest love and light there is to every challenge and to every situation.

It is your heart’s desire, it is your purposeful intention to be in service only to love and to light. All the clearing that you have undertaken, and are still stalwartly doing, has many valid reasons and motives, but the most important one is to anchor love in areas that have not been reached by light in many, many thousands of years. And creating from love and with love is not as easy as one would think because it takes a different approach and requires a completely new way of action that needs to be rediscovered and remembered.

I am here to bring you the strength and the power to continue on your path, whichever way you choose to go from here, dear children of Mine. I am here to upgrade the strength and the resolve that you have already in plentiful abundance, for I have blessed you from the beginning with every single divine virtue that there is. And it is encoded in every cell and DNA particle of your human form.

I am here to balance thee with more of the Divine Masculine, along with your tender, loving and powerful qualities, so that you can have the stamina to bring forth all of the creations that you are dreaming with the Mother in ease and grace.

I am here to align thee with My Will, so that light and love shall prevail on Earth and in the hearts of humanity once more. It is true that when you align with the Laws of Love of the Universe you flow easily and effortlessly with your divine plan. But when you align your sweet selves with the Divine Will, then your most cherished creations will come into manifestations in an instant, with the speed of love.

5 Elements Practice ~ April 15, 2016

Are you feeling a bit “wierd” these days? We all have been buffeted about by energetic waves coming to the Earth and jouncing our spirits around a bit. And we all know that the Law of Attraction, which says “As above, so below”, has brought us physical indicators of spiritual unease as well.

I have seen several articles describing physical symptoms of “ascension flu”, but not much advice on how to deal with these physical symptoms other than understanding them. So…found this article today on Higher Density which details exact advice on actions we can take to relieve these symptoms by creating spiritual balance in our lives.

Connecting with the 5 elements is a very efficient and powerful practice that can help us to stay healthy, balanced and centered, especially as the Galactic waves arrive to us. The idea here is to connect at least a little bit to each of the 5 elements, ideally on a daily basis.

Here are a few examples of how you can connect to each of them :

– Making a fire (using natural materials)

– Sun gazing

– Burning holy smoke (palo santo, sage, incense, etc)

– Touch the earth with your bare skin, especially bare feet or bare hands

– Lie down on the earth

– Take a walk in nature, hug a tree

– Breathing exercises

Most people on this planet are actually not breathing properly, not getting a good oxygen flow into their system. This is due to not getting in touch with it, and to trauma and unresolved energy blocking the flow, and also to negative interference (implants, etc).

Breathing well means to breathe in and breathe out fully, without short moments of apnea that many people do unconsciously. We can train to consciously breathe like this and it will quickly become automatic again.

There are many other breathing exercises out there, here is one that I like and with which I see very clear results :

Breathe in fully and breathe out less air than what you breathe in for 5-10 breaths (or as many as you want), and then breathe out fully. Repeat for as long as you feel. You will likely feel some tingling in your body, which is a good sign that good amounts of oxygen is flowing into your body.

Getting a good oxygen flow increases prana flow and this in itself can help heal a lot, physically mentally and emotionally.

– Drink clean water (spring or filtered), ideally without plastic bottles, and drink enough of it every day

– Start your day by drinking between 300ml and a liter of water as soon as you wake up (we usually get a bit dehydrated during sleep)

– Bathe in clean water, ideally in unpolluted streams, lakes and oceans, and/or in shower or bath. Use clean soap (industrial ones contain chemicals as dangerous as fluoride)

– Mineral/salt bath, hot springs, etc

There are various definitions of what the 5th element is, each of them describing a sort of synthesis of the whole. Divinity and symbolism is both structured and fluid, therefore the use of divinity and symbolism is also both structured and fluid. We can rely on the 5 pointed star structure, and yet we can use it in a fluid way with variations in its meaning.

The 5th element can be described as either Divine Love or Divine Will, depending on how the pentagram is used and in which direction (pointing up or down)

Therefore in this 5 elements practice, we can connect with Divine Will and/or Divine Love on a daily basis.

To connect with Divine Will means to use our own will and decision power. As incarnations of the Source, we are also incarnations of Divine Will. Get in touch with yourself to see what you really want, and make a strong decision for it. State it out loud and/or write it down if you want, using precise and complete wording. Getting in touch with Divine Will can also mean surrendering to your guidance about the Divine Plan.
