The Arcturians- Synchronization of Lighthouses, Rays and Flames Uniting ~ October 29,2015.
The grids have balanced at a higher frequency than expected and are stable and prepared for the next incoming Evolutionary Wave from Source (11:11), to assist in this magnificent Shift of Ages.
As per Natural Law, the Principle of Rhythm is constant in this Universe.
There will always be “another” incoming wave.
In increasing evolutionary, (ascension) cycles, they speed up to assist creation and as frequency increases, they become closer together.
DNA evolution requires intensifying photonic Light blasts to cause genetic changes.
Each wave affects ALL Beings differently, since each life has its own particular DNA and energy signature and their own personal ability to take in The Light.
An energetic body can only absorb the most it can absorb FOR itself (without “blowing” itself up to extinction), it constantly balances energy intake and output.
The more energy one can hold, the more energy one will access,assimilate and integrate for conscious expansion, the more one will expand and be ABLE to expand.
The forerunners take the “brunt” of these energetic waves, as they anchor and assimilate and transmute the incoming higher vibrational energies into their inner grids first to make them accessible to All outside grids.
They are also physically affected first, as the high frequency energies affect their energetic bodies and DNA first and strongest.
Each forerunner makes this conscious CHOICE to transmute incoming energies.
As inner grids are cleared individually in between energy peaks, outside grids shift to reflect the frequency of the human collective.
The world as it is “seen” by ALL changes.
Not ALL can “see” it however.
Some souls will experience this shift never consciously knowing what is happening.
This is an option available on this free will universe.
New realities anchor in and reflect the new frequencies in the inner grids while YOU sleep.
You literally wake up every morning to a new world.
It changes during your day, at highest connection you are in the higher realms, higher timelines.
As your vibration lowers, you access lower frequency timelines.
Look to the skies, they mirror your frequency.
At the peak of the incoming energies, Forerunners not longer function as individuals , but in Oneness as the Heart Collective, consciously in unity to assist in this Planetary Shift.
After each energy spike, they return to their personal process of releasing individual density and increasing their personal frequency in preparation for the following incoming wave.
This is so the highest possible incoming frequency is anchored by each one of the forerunners.
Ask for these shift to occur with EASE AND GRACE.
Set the INTENT from your Heart that ALL that happens is for the highest good of ALL.
As the energies NOW begin to once again increase in frequency across all grids, the forerunners are beginning to step away from their 3d matrix grid work once again and begin to vibrationally rise and hold to the new highest possible anchoring point of their personal self.
This is in preparation to anchor in the incoming energies which will align with the 11:11 portal, and are once again approaching Earth.
The higher point you reach UP from, the higher you will reach and anchor.
Once that new peak is reached, the forerunners begin the process of releasing density so a new frequency can be anchored within and they can level up to the new frequency.
It is a stair step process.
The incoming energies of the 11:11 portal will once again align to cosmic,galactic and planetary energies to assist in the expansion of new timelines and the expansion of ALL.
Humans are hugely affected, for they are out of alignment with the natural laws of the universe.
This is a very strong energetic wave which manifests itself in the 1111 alignment.
Magnetically, the strongest number sequence to assist in global awakening.
Each forerunner has now fully anchored in and the linking up process one to another has begun.
Up until this moment in the NOW, individual forerunners have been finishing the process of releasing all personal programming and karmic loops and separating from the 3d matrix.
Now that the Forerunners are fully anchored in to the higher vibrational grids, they begin to energetically come together with members of their original Soul Group.
Soul Families are coming together across ALL grids to begin their chosen purpose and missions to assist in this transition.
As more Lighthouses Unite, their Light expands and catalysts more and more souls around them.
The Heart Collective is beginning to act as one in perfect union, to act as ONE force when needed.
They have the ability to balance and transmute any organic and nonorganic energy not for the highest good of ALL, and shift any outside interference.
This allows for the Heart Collective and work as ONE with the elements and the elementals in which ever way is needed to assist in the clearing process of All across all grids.
THIS includes weather manipulation, as was a recent experience.
The next step in the process of physical unity for the Heart Collective is HERE.
The physical manifestation of soul families coming together to begin forming new ways of Being on this Earth.
Forming communities.
Uniting.
Carrying out their chosen missions.
Souls enter your universe through different galactic portals, gateways.
The arcturian gateway(corridor), is one of many of them.
Coming direct from Source, the step down process begins in the higher realms.
Not all souls have been in physicality, the process of lowering vibration and separating from Source has to be balanced and level.
Like ascension cannot be rushed or the physical vessel will perish, it is the same with descension.
To lower their vibration,Souls separate into color rays to incarnate on this earth.
Pure White Light of Source is too strong to be maintained within an organic vessel, it would make said vessel explode as the vibration is too high.
They begin the energetic step down process as they enter our universe and they separate into their chosen Color Rays.
From there they separate into gender.
Each color frequency has a particular task it wishes to accomplish, a purpose.
(the green Ray((heart chakra))for example is the ray of Healing)
As all 7 Rays come together they no longer radiate as separate Rays, but as The White Light.
This is all part of the unification and returning to Source .
Soul groups chose their purpose and missions in the higher realms with very specific purpose for their individual experience and as a global group experience.
In turn each group has a specific experience they want to create for the earth.
Specific timelines to anchor and cocreate.
Individual Souls incarnate in all different ways.
As this universe is a duality universe(The Principle of Gender), souls also incarnate in chosen genders.
The separation of the divine feminine and divine masculine.
Twin Souls, (who have chosen to unite in the physical,) are now coming together and anchoring sacred timelines, Hiero gamos, divine marriages.
The relationship between man and woman has been severely skewed and altered in the 3d matrix.
The original blueprint of sacred marriages is being returned to its pure state, healed and anchored.
When twin souls come together they are uniting to prepare to ascend to the higher vibrations together physically.
This is now an option as souls no longer need to die change realities.
They anchor in twin soul energies, again a choice. One soul unified Within and Without, yet walking in separate gender. These are the twin flames.
By being together in the physical they become great Lighthouses, anchoring in by their physical love the Hiero gamos energies into all grids.
By anchoring their timeline, they make the divine marriage experience available to all who wish it. They also walk in complete service, at global level, individually and together.
Some twin souls used to choose to not reincarnate together,one soul stayed in the higher realms to assist the other.
Many are now uniting also through the process of walk ins.
The one twin that had stayed behind is physically joining the other, now that individual ascension has occurred for the originally incarnated twin.
Together they will exit this dimension when their work is done.
The options of how to experience this next stage of the Shift are endless.
For the forerunners the days of being “alone” are over.
(Unless they choose that particular experience.)
Soul families are coming together as One.
Returning to Oneness, to Source.
This is the next stage, the future for the forerunners, the next stage of the mission.
Building families and experiencing new ways of community and communion.
As more forerunners ascend, their sense of time is lost. In the higher dimensions time does not exist.
It is a 3d concept.
Everything happens in the NOW.
Time collapses and is no longer a concept as each soul begins to adjust to the multidimensional experience of Oneness and the higher dimensions.
“Past” timelines and “future” timelines are all occurring at the SAME time.
You, (your consciousness), are living in the Now.
In this Now you have already lived the past and it has ended. You have already accomplished what you wished to accomplish to in your future.
Aspects of you are living in that past,and aspects of you are living in the future.
This is how a soul fragments its consciousness.
These are the timelines that you are now collapsing.
This is why outside interference attempts to keep souls from being in the now, so they can syphon energy from lower vibrational timelines, life experiences in the “past” or “future”.
Your goal is to live in “your” heaven- not someone else’s.
As you get closer to zero time, awareness of all times and aspect of self becomes conscious.
This can get confusing until discernment of energies is mastered and understood.
Therefore you “feel” something that will happen to you, a premonition, because you are connecting to the future you that has already experienced it as time shortens and collapses.
Also it is common to be in an experience and all of the sudden remember that you dreamed it the night before.
Eventually there will no longer be past or future timelines once all soul fragmentation is reversed, and timelines collapse and you become one.
Once a soul accesses and heals an aspect of itself in another timeline, that timeline collapses. All the lessons and experiences return to you and you also acquire all the tools and gifts of that You. AND you picked that experience so you could acquire that experience to assist YOU in THIS timeline. You planned it so you could have it in this NOW. (You did it to yourself.)
Those timelines are creations that have been experienced, they must be released to access new creation timelines.
There will only be ONE timeline, one aspect of you creating your experience as you continue your ascension.
The goal of each creator is to create new ascension timelines in this Now, not affected or manipulated by past or future timelines.
This is complete creation, flowing fully from WITHIN with no outside interfere.
This is what awaits all the forerunners that have chosen to expand and ascend.
Full power of creation surrounded by soul family.
No longer feeling alien in an alien world.
In the past you never felt at home on this planet, you were never meant to as your frequency did not match the 3d matrix. You came in a “spiritual catalyst.” But now, disconnected from the third dimension, your frequency feels unified, whole.

What Reality is the Real Reality?
The Arcturians want me to hear what they say to me, translate it and send it to you. They are showing us how we are to share all that we have learned. This is how the messages are sent out into our expanding reality. First we receive, and then we share. In this manner, we fulfill the assignment that we chose before we took this earth vessel.
As we complete what we volunteered to do before we took this form, we will remember how to transmute our consciousness so that we can be fully conscious of our higher frequencies while still wearing our earth vessel. In this manner, all of our “3D issues” that once caused us third-dimensional difficulties transmute into their higher their dimensional expression. Yes, even our issues are “multidimensional.”
Once we recognize that it is the NOW to release any “old issues,” we can send them Unconditional Love and blaze them with the Violet Fire. We also realize that these “issues” are myriad thought forms, memories, smells and pictures that have been stored in our unconscious mind. When we move into our readiness to “release” our issues, they start popping up in our daily life.
It is then that we become conscious of that which has held up back from being our purest expression of self. The “issues are actually memories of our self. Some of these memories are from this reality and some of them are from other realities.
Either way, they are all being revealed NOW because we have volunteered to move our consciousness perception of SELF into our fifth-dimensional consciousness. The process of moving into our fifth dimensional consciousness is much like jumping on a trampoline. At first, can’t jump very high.
But as we build a momentum, we go up a little bit higher, down lower, up higher, and then down lower. In this way, we go higher into higher states of consciousness to have these wonderful experiences. But then, when we come back down to our baseline consciousness, it is lower because we have expanded our perceptual range.
By moving UP into our fourth/fifth-dimensional self, we are remembering and perceiving our third and fourth dimensional selves from a higher perspective. From this higher and more detached perspective, we are viewing all our physical incarnations as parallel, alternate, and simultaneous realities in this, or in other timelines.
From our higher perspective, we can also observe all the energy fields that we have left on Earth that are still floating around Gaia’s third and fourth dimensional habitat areas. From this higher perspective we can also observe how our thoughts and emotions have alot of power.
We are all pretty clear that our consciousness is expanding because we are perceiving reality in a different fashion then we ever have in any incarnation, no matter how many lives we’ve taken in a 3D earth vessel. Therefore, we know that something unique is happening in this NOW.
Those of us that are the first ones to realize that this live is very unique and special are the ones who volunteered to be the awakeners. We volunteered to awaken as many other people as we could. We chose to serve much like the Prince in Sleeping Beauty in that we send our “kiss” of unconditional love to others.
Because we have experienced the “kiss of love: from our own Higher SELF, our physical self is able to move beyond the concept of third/fourth dimension and into frequency where there is NO gap between “here and there,” and NO gap between Heaven and Earth, you and me, or person and planet.
Where there is no gap “in-between” there is no separation. Since we know there is no separation, we know that there is no life or death. There is only creation. Realizing our own great power of “creation” is where our greatest responsibility comes in.
What if we all KNEW that we really did create every part of our life?
How would our lives change?
Would we unconditionally love our creations, or would be judge them?
To make sure that we do not judge ourselves, we must remember to give ourselves Unconditional Love and Violet Fire. That is we say to our self:
“I Unconditionally Love my self, and I bask in the glory of the Violet Fire.”
With this continual message to ourselves, we will be able to remember that every memory offers us the opportunity to transmute our life, our reality, and all our creations. Every moment we have a chance to transmute all the fearful, angry, lost, and/or sad thought forms that we have ever put out in all of our incarnations.
These incarnations could be in our third and/or fourth dimension. But, before we can fully remember our self, we must remember how WE, as our multidimensional self, volunteered to take an earth vessel to assist Mother Gaia.
With this realization, our consciousness increasingly expands into the fifth dimension where there is NO separation and NO judgment. In the fifth dimension there isn’t even any judgment about whether this was a good or this was a bad life. From our higher perspective, we are aware that all our 3D lives are holograms that we created, we played, we lost, or we won.
It is the NOW for us to Love ourselves for playing this hologram, realize all that we have earned and say, “Okay, we’re going Home now. That was an interesting hologram.”
However, this is the most important part of our journey home.
As we log out of the hologram we realize that “THIS is the part of our life is REAL.”

The Arcturians ~ Accepting Higher Light Part 1 by Suzanne Lie~ Posted August 15, 2015
I rather like Suzzane Lie. She holds a doctorate, in Psychology (I think!), but her work in communicating with the alien civilization Arcturians is most appreciated. The Arcturians exist in the 5th dimension and communicate with those able to lift their vibratory rate and receive their transmissions.
In a way, I can relate to this message from the Arcturians as they speak of the growing multidimensionality for humanity that is based on belief, on the recognition of BEing in the NOW, and releasing the constraints of linear time while here on Earth in our 3D bodies. According to the Arcturians, these steps reveal how a human body can move out of the “matrix” of normal human life, and step into another place where the human can understand their divinity and knowingly create the patterns and steps of their life, instead of just accepting “what is”.
In my own life, I am “getting” the fact that I AM, as is ALL life, divine. I have to leave “Cindy” behind and just let go of my earthly (and human) considerations. I understand the philosophy of “Go with the flow” better and when I do…life becomes fun, so very pleasant, and much more enjoyable. We, as humans, are so very “tied” to the trial of living, that we cannot imagine our lives without this pain. But now…I AM discovering a better way, and urge you to join me. What fun we shall all have!

Accepting Higher Light #1
The Arcturians
When we perceive the energy
We can flow with the energy
Which allows us to read the energy so
We can follow the instructions imbedded in the energy.
As we become increasingly fifth-dimensional, we will begin to have sensations of our Lightbody and of Light language. These sensations often begin at the base of our spine or sometimes just behind our heart. These sensations arise from the Kundalini energy, which is our personal, formless, inner-Lightbody.
Wisely enough, a lot of us who came down into our third dimensional vessel slightly remembered what it was like in our other third-dimensional incarnations. So we were able to remember that when we came to Earth, we did not arrive via a ship or a boat or a spacecraft, but we came to Earth on our essence.
In other words we allowed our essence to flow into a physical Earth vessel. Simultaneously, we left a greater percentage of our life stream in our multidimensional bodies and on the higher dimensions. Hence, that higher component of our self can send down messages and communications to assist us as we move through our daily life in which we are wearing a 3D earth vessel.
We came into this third-dimensional vessel when a portal opened into our form. Hence, we can in at birth, when there was a near death experience, a high fever, an accident, or an extreme illness. All of these experiences allowed our third-dimensional Earth vessel to open up to higher frequencies of our self.
Once the higher frequencies entered our third dimensional vessel from our higher dimensional SELF they blended with our third-dimensional consciousness. In this manner, we humans are multidimensional beings, right here in the third-dimension.
Also, because of these sparks of our own higher essence that we have allowed to enter us through our opened portal, we connected to the higher light of the NOW of the ONE. We truly came from the ONE, and within the ONE there is only NOW.
As we fully embrace our higher light we can remember our purest essence, we remember that separation is an illusion of the third-dimensional reality. We, our essence, remembers that it is the NOW of returning.
However, many have become so attached to our human self, and our physical Earth, that we do not want to leave this planet until we can experience Gaia in the grand, royalty of Her fifth-dimensional planetary self.
This fifth dimension of Gaia is to be filled by the ascending ones who have created a “peak of society” in which great souls, artists and higher-dimensional, multidimensional beings are able to locate their own energy field in that fifth-dimensional essence.
That fifth-dimensional frequency of Gaia is what we would call New Earth. It is fifth-dimensional Earth. We have lived on third-dimensional Earth and we have gone through the wheel of life and death from third to fourth to third to fourth. Now we are ready to graduate into fifth-dimensional Earth and can choose to be amongst those who are beginning to inhabit and enliven that frequency of Gaia.
Only a fifth-dimensional beings can inhabit a fifth-dimensional reality. Thus, in order for us to inhabit fifth-dimensional Gaia we must transmute into our own fifth-dimensional Earth vessel. Many of us have taken incarnations in other times on Gaia, or on other planets, which were similar to what is occurring on Earth now.
Whenever a reality is on the up-cycle into a peak societies or a down-cycle out of a peak societies there is an opportunity for immense soul growth. Once we return to our fifth, sixth, seventh and higher dimension self we forget about the time in between the up and the down because we are no longer resonating to the frequency that holds time.
Therefore we can remember the NOW in which a new society is booming simultaneously with the Now in which a society is falling into its own decline. In this manner, have an intimate experience of the cycle of birth and the cycle of death.
We took these Earth vessels because from the perspective of the higher self we cannot understand an immensely polarized society. Most of us come from Galactic societies in which there has been no conflict since the end of the great galactic war. Therefore, when we come down into a third-dimensional society it is quite shocking to realize that there is so much conflict and fear without enough Love and Light to balance that darkness.
Another very difficulty is that societies, such as the one that Gaia is moving out of, the beings are often so deeply involved in the act of being human that they don’t realize that other species are sentient. They don’t see the sentience in animals. They don’t see the sentience in plants.
Most important they don’t see the sentience of their planet. They know that they are a sentient being but somehow they don’t realize that the huge globe that they are inhabiting is also sentient. Fortunately that old illusion is ending as the higher Light is becoming stronger and stronger.
You may ask, “How much higher Light do we need, and what frequency must it be?”
Our answer is that the higher Light is infinite. Also, the higher light has no limit and no time or space.
We speak of the multidimensional Light that was always there but just beyond your perception because your consciousness could not attend to a frequency of reality that was so much higher than the frequency of your consciousness.
Before you began to accept the higher light, you only lived in the frequency of third dimensional, physical, illusions. We wish to remind you that every reality is, and always was, within the Now of the One.
And it is through the process of:
perceiving the higher energy fields of reality,
merging with those energy fields,
flowing with those energy fields,
and listening to the messages in those energy fields,
that YOU, the ascending ones of Gaia, are able to shift into the higher frequency of Earth that you are NOW inhabiting.
You inhabited the third-dimension when you were alive on Earth,then:
You “died” in that life and
You inhabited the fourth-dimension frequency ring around Gaia.
Now you are preparing to resonate to the fifth-dimensional frequency ring around Gaia,
which is the fifth-dimensional version of Earth.
We tell all this our beloved ones that you are amazingly opened Portals who are able to daily accept the higher and higher Light into the crown of your head and pull it down through all of your seven chakras to ground this energy in the core of Gaia.
You also volunteered to keep your Portal opened. Hence, your physical earth vessel is serving as an open Portal through which the fifth-dimensional energy can flow through you to be grounded in the core of Gaia. Being an opened portal is no easy task and we don’t expect that all of you will be able to give that service for all of your 3D “time.”
In fact when you are in time it’s because your consciousness has dropped, and you are busily engaged in the experience of being a human. Then when you have “time” to meditate you can go into the NOW of the ONE and open your Portal.
When you open your portal, the higher Light comes all the way down through your body and down into the Core of Gaia, anything less than the resonance of your fifth-dimensional self becomes loosened from the illusion of your physical body that you are wearing.
At that point you may experience intense emotions, illness or injury. What is actually occurring is that when that higher Light comes in it loosens up any blockages that you have inside of your body that are limiting your ability to fully expand your consciousness into the fifth-dimension and beyond.
Please remember these are not feelings to be had but feelings to be released. We remind you all, our dear Ascending One that letting go of that which is over allows you to deeply embrace that which is beginning.

Our beloved friends, the Arcturians, come to us to tell us exactly what to do with knowledge, “This time is offering you big energies for transformation and as such an invitation, how do you wish to use these energies? You can use them as a distraction, as a means by which you feel overwhelmed and tired. A great way to distract yourself from taking action on your life. Or you can use these energies to fly high. To make changes that feel inspired and right to you.”
