Dear Richard,
I wanted to let you know the results I have found
using the GANS Pack with Health Protocols, which I
have had for 18 months, now. I now feel I have some verification that
the plasma waters from the GANS Pack with Health Protocols have had a
significant impact on my health.
Usually I think of myself as very healthy, so It
has been hard to identify specific improvements. Initially I
bought a Pain Pad and Pain Pen, and can readily feel the energy that
these produce. When I have asked my friends to hold or use these
products, they also reported experiences of the energies. I often
wear the Pain Pad in the morning while getting ready to go to work as
I find it soothing. I do a lot of sitting at work and use a computer
all day, which is never good for the body.
I started taking the Plasma waters from the GANS

for which I am also treated by an osteopath. I used
the waters of CO2 and ZnO, both 30mls, 2 times a day, for about 6

Also, during these first 6 months I consulted a
practitioner who uses a Bicom machine to improve health concerns. One
of the complaints she could treat me for was arthritis, and
whilst this was not a major conscious concern of mine, my hips were
getting quite stiff when walking and bending, and my fingers do look
knobbly in some joints! One of the exciting things about this
machine is that it produces energetic readings, which is a factual
record to monitor changes in health status.
After the first 6 months, my arthritis
reading showed a reduction. As the machine was also used to
energetically treat me for this condition, I could not be sure of
what was causing the changes. Then as it turned out, I stopped taking
plasma waters for 3 months in early 2018; firstly, I was away on a
holiday, and then I did not feel like resuming upon my return. After
that, my next reading showed the arthritis count had increased
markedly. While treated again by machine, I felt inspired to resume
the same GANS protocol as before, and after 4 months of the protocol,
my next reading showed the arthritis had again reduced substantially.
I am now confident to say that the changes in
readings over time verify to me that it was the GANS waters that have
significantly impacted on my condition – hip stiffness has
vanished although knobbly joints remain! And so, I am
encouraged to continue with the plasma waters from the GANS Pack with
Health Protocols and feel that there is an overall health
improvement.

Hi Richard,
Yes, I have a long-term goal with
the Plasma Foot Insoles to improve a fracture at the
base of where the big toe on my left foot meets the second toe.
This injury occurred maybe 20 years ago and for various reasons
I didn’t do anything about it and it healed itself. But now I
re-injured it doing serious treadmilling. I have an arthritic
bone spur at the fracture sight, now, that causes pain when I do
too much walking.
I am a retired Kaiser Permanente worker, so I went
to the ortho. doc. and she said she would re-break it and then fuse
it. No thanks! I have had the Insoles since November. Every day I get
in my recliner, put thin woollen socklets on and then insert the
Insoles into some slippers and put them on for 30 minutes. Many
times, after 30 minutes I have experienced severe pain – about 8
out of 10. I can take it for maybe 10 minutes and then I remove them
and the pain rapidly goes away!
Overall, if I am careful in my footwear and don’t
run or put undue pressure on my toes, my pain is gone and the
toes are more flexible and the bone spur seems to have become
even a little softer. I started using them about two and a half
months ago and the improvement has been slow but steady.

Hi Richard,
I have issues with my left knee
because of the strain and inactivity from hip replacement surgery.
When I’m not working out with cycling, walking or stretching I can
experience pain because the knee is compensating for the weak hip. It
got to be pretty intense with pain.
I’ve changed my lifestyle and started working
out and using the GANS Plasma Knee Wrap and the pain
has minimized considerably. I started out wearing it when I went to
bed and would wake up in the middle of the night when it was time to
take it off. I did that for at least a week. Now the only time I need
to use the Knee Wrap is when I’ve had a pretty strenuous workout,
and then I only need to use it for about an hour and I have relief.

Richard – The Waist Wrap has been almost a miracle for me. I have been in 24 hour a day pain for a long time. Sleep is almost non-existent. I have two children – 8 & 10. And, I run my own tax preparation business. So, life is busy!
The pain was/is severely affecting my life. I
am actually scheduled for surgery on October 25.
In the interim, I needed help.
I can tell you that when I wear the Wrap, my pain

Dear Dr. Presser,
I would like to share my experience with the Keshe Pain Pen.
I am male, and sixty-five years old.
I first used it on my stubbed big toe, which had occurred a week
before. It was black & blue, as was the nail, and accompanied by the
usual pain. In the two hours before I went to sleep, I used it three or
four times, always less than a minute.
The next morning, my toe was a healthy pinkish-brown colour again.
The nail, still being black, will probably be renewed in time. The pain
had disappeared, like magic.
All the toes in my right foot (and three in the left), had been
broken in five different accidents, with the big toe fractured three
times. None of these were treated or corrected in the hospitals, as I
had also incurred other, more serious injuries. All toes on my right
foot were out of alignment, which – over the years – resulted in a
crippled foot. This was further aggravated by driving my car every day.
During one week, I put the Pain Pen to use, three or four times,
every time for a minute or two. I did this just before going to bed, in
the following way: Slowly moving the Pain Pen over all the toes – from
left to right, then again across the whole foot – right to left. This
was repeated maybe seven or eight times.
One morning I woke up and, to my utter amazement, my toes had
straightened out and I could stand and walk without any remaining pain!
In some of my accidents, I sustained major damages to my knees,
and more than once an operation was recommended to make my joints
function better and to alleviate the pain. Because of my background in
Natural Healing, I always rejected such a suggestion. As a result,
however, I have suffered for many years from Osteoarthritis and the
accompanying pain.
After employing the Pain Pen three or four times a week for about a
month, my knees are practically pain-free. This was accomplished by
slowly rotating the device around the knee cap, clockwise, for about two
minutes; then encircling the other knee, the same way, for the same
time. I always did this as the last thing of the day – just before
taking rest. That way, the body has plenty of time to heal!
Now I just use the Pen once or twice a week – only when I need it. Sometimes there is a little pain because of “wear and tear”.
Once learned and accustomed how to use the Pain Pen for a particular application, it can be a powerful tool!

We are stepping through the portal of the 3D and 4D denseness now into that of the 5th and 7th dimensions, as new frontiers are opening up for humanity. These are new frontiers in energy science, technology, and with it then the ability to work with much higher frequencies and vibrational matter or forms.
When one moves from one octave of dimension into the next, one has to break through the barriers which exists between the different dimensional states. Thus the type of matter or forms which held form in the lower dimensions, cannot hold form in the higher dimensions. The forms might still exist in the higher states, but in the totally different frequency band, and therefore embodiment.
The true Visionaries, the Mystics, and those tuned in, have been showing the way for humanity for some time, but now this is moving into Super-space, where the manifesting process will speed up considerably. Indeed, we already have entered this Super-space, and therefore the new frontiers have opened up.
The Feminine Divine’s return has paved the way for the balance to be returned to humanity, and with it then is already opening up what has been closed or sealed off completely with her withdrawal from planet earth.
Massive energy centres, ancient technologies, and ancient knowledge banks were sealed off and closed down during the fall of previous civilizations, which existed in the 7th dimensional state.
After the Fall of Atlantis, more and more of these were shut down and sealed off, and thus humankind had to live in the last few thousand years in the prison they more or less created for themselves, as they sunk lower than the animal kingdoms.
One cannot move into the higher dimensions, if one has not reached a certain degree of consciousness, which truly can bridge the differences between the 3 and 4D and the 5 – 7th.
This is mainly because the physical body of the 3D is so dense, that it cannot hold form in the higher dimensional states, and therefore the mind, as created for this dense body, cannot expand through the barriers of its own caged-in thinking. It literally goes into overdrive and then is shuts down.
The only way to enter is through the keys and codes programmed into the soul, and heart-conscious awareness. The gateway to the new frontiers therefore goes through the reconnections of heart/soul and then the mind. When the soul expands into the mind, the mind can expand and hold form.
The way to explore the new and higher frontiers now, rest on how much the Divine Masculine will allow himself to move with and through the shift, by being open to the balancing act of the Divine Feminine now making her Presence felt more and more.
The Divine Feminine when fully awakened, is that of the intuitive, the inner knowing, seeing, hearing, Being. She is unconditional love. She is the mystic, the all-seeing and all-knowing conscious eye and she is that which holds the keys and codes to all life and creation within herself. She holds the sun discs, she holds the Central Suns, she holds the pyramids, and pyramid energy grids, of this planet, as first created. She weaves the strands of energy together, and she holds the serpent (Kundalini) energies of the earth and cosmos.
You cannot get past her. She is that which unlocks the new frontiers and therefore it is the Feminine Divine which is leading humanity through the rising of conscious awareness into the new and higher frequency bands and existence.
The Divine Feminine at its core holds all that which unseen – unexplored, and yet to be invented. She has no beginning and no end. She is what manifests all into form and being.
That is why she speaks through visions and dreams. She is the one who is opening the inner eyes and inner hearing of humanity. She is returning the higher frequencies of sound, the keys and codes which she holds. She is activating the song of the earth and she is activating the energy centres of the earth and collective soul memory bank of humanity and individuals. She is that which is bringing in the shifts and changes, and therefore the disintegrating of the prisons of the 3D and 4th.
The doors to the old earth have closed. They have been sealed off.
Therefore, all will disintegrate which cannot raise its form to the higher frequency bands and exist in a much higher state. This goes for relationships, for society, for all structures and forms. It moves. It is dissolving.
The Masculine who has held power for so long, will start feeling that he is trying to fix too many holes, and gaps and whatever else. He will try to stem the tide as he hangs on to his ivory towers for too long. Instead of being excited at the new frontiers opening up, he tries to fix things which are not working any longer, and he is desperately trying to keep the status quo. The more he tries, the more he will find that he cannot keep the force of change at bay.
He has to learn to become flexible in his thinking, acting, being, and more than this, he has to learn to open himself to the very Feminine within himself which he has denied for so long. Not only that, but the very Feminine he has kept at heel for so long, has burst forth and is already leading humanity into the new frontiers which have opened up – which he as yet, as failed to see or acknowledged.
He is still too much in his head – while she in her all-seeing, and inner knowing has already broken through the barriers and is right there in the fray.
He thinks he knows.
She knows.
It is only when he finally realizes that she is leading him home to himself, and therefore when she is leading him to his greatest rebirth, and therefore into what is now the new way of life. She had to withdraw, she had to die and be reborn, and now she is blazing the new trails for humanity – while he is clinging on for dear life to what he created in the 3D. She is already creating the 5D and 7th.
She sees the new frontiers and is willing to expand and open herself, and to manifest the new life into form.
He is sensing this, but still wants to be in control.
Yet, is the moment he lets go of control and become flexible and fluid enough, to allow himself to be reborn and reinvented by the Divine, that he finally can catch up with her. It takes brave men to do this, but once they have stepped through the portals and into the new frontiers with her, they will find that they are stretched to the core, to put into structure and form, what she already has seen, absorbed and is creating.
Now this is a first for me. Sandra Walter has written a beautiful message educating us about even more energies coming to us, and through, us on Sunday, Aug. 17. This particular energetic download is to prepare us for yet another bout of Universal energies reaching us in the first week of September! Wow…we are being changed before our eyes, and those who cannot “accept” these energies will, no doubt, react in fear with even more violence and discord. Get ready.

Sandra Walter – A Message Of Incoming Support On the 17th – 15 August 2014
On Sunday, August 17, we have unique energies coming in which will assist us in preparation for what appears to be a unique revelation gateway during the first week of September. Most of us are experiencing rather consistent intensification of the energies and we can feel it in the kingdoms, the elementals, HUmanity, and Gaia herself. Our bodies are going through significant swings in high and low energies, as well as adjustments to our energy fields (light bodies) and mental/emotional bodies.
The last few months seem to be snowballing with cosmic purpose, so I asked my Higher Team to explain why dates are still involved. As we experience more conscious moments of the Now, the pure presence of our own divinity, why are these dates important? The Pleiadian – Sirian alliance representatives responded to this question, and I transcribed their response:
The dates are utilized for collective focus in your time-space experience. These are passages when the higher and lower realms learn to work together. Eventually your consciousness will synchronize with ours and we will not need to utilize dates. However in your current experience of reality, dates provide the ascending collective with a sense of responsibility, focus, and unity. When gatekeepers, transmuters, and those dedicated in service to the new light unite their efforts in anchoring these waves of new light – which are associated with arrival and departure dates as they pass through the planetary grid systems – they accelerate the shift in consciousness. In your present experience of time, the shift in consciousness is accelerated to the point where you are experiencing the consistent amplification of these energies within your body vehicles. This is the result of your collective desire to anchor the new light.
When we provide passages of focus or windows of opportunity through our conduits (grounded contacts), such as gateways when large energy waves pass through the grid systems, it benefits the planetary and HUman ascension by unifying our consciousness with yours, so the higher realm and the lower realm experience become one. You can feel this in the merge-type sensation of higher and lower self when you engage in gridwork or gateway work.
Currently you are experiencing the activation of divine HUman DNA templates within the planetary grid systems which have been guarded, sealed and in some cases forgotten for hundreds of thousands of years. This is a passage when those templates, which are similar to layered sacred geometries, work in harmony with the energies now coming onto your planet. One could not be activated without the other. It is the combination of templates, new light and the intent of the ascending HUmans which creates this activation. Many of the same people who created these templates are now in physical form and visiting sacred sites on the planet, vortex areas, and some more remote locations, in order to activate templates which were created by large collectives specifically for this time.
As many of you are learning, free will is a very important factor in your ascension. The mastery of free will, both in oneself and in your interactions with the external, must be honored in order to dissolve all karmic contracts and entanglements with the lower dimensional existence. This is why the DNA templates could only be activated in cooperation with the energies coming to the planet at this time, which is associated with the area of space you are in; the alignment of the Galaxy within this Universe, and your Solar system within this Galaxy.
It provides a relatively small window of opportunity, which is then the broken down into smaller windows of opportunity, which you currently experience as gateways. Gateways are an opportunity to activate the templates not only within Gaia but within your newly emerging cellular structures, known to you as the crystalline structures. They begin as etheric structures and then anchor into the physical, affecting the atomic structure and subatomic structure energetically. With your free will intention these etheric encodements become physical. This allows the free will choice of the individual to turn on the structures within, which then align with the templates in the planet creating a harmonious relationship. This honors the free will choice to receive DNA directly from the templates, activated by the new light codes, bilocating the DNA into your bloodstream and allowing your physical body to utilize the incoming new light energies to their full capacity.
This will come in stages, and will be an experience which many will not understand. This is why the energetic challenges are feeling more intense for many. It is training you to master your own consciousness without the influence of the external. You override the collective experience by your conscious choice. You become aligned with the new light without lower dimensional interference. This is also why the current two strands of DNA will be turning on and off as the new strands come online. The old strands of DNA are easily tampered with, as they have been mapped for manipulation. When the new DNA comes online it renders the old DNA obsolete, yet the old is still functional on command. Many still repeat thought forms in the conscious and subconscious which command the old DNA to continue its old tasks. It will function in tandem with the new DNA until you consistently align your perception and consciousness with the Higher aspects of Self.
You are activating your true self, which may seem foreign after such a long absence. This is another reason why gateways, trigger points, or unified intentions are so influential. We unify to receive, honor, and anchor the true HUman into the collective consciousness and the planetary grid systems. We have described the grid of HUman hearts as a golden crystalline light grid. Feel this as you connect your hearts during these gateways and trigger points – it becomes very powerful, more and more so as the shift accelerates.
There is a strong revelation gateway which will open during the first week of September, and build consistently until the Equinox later in the month. The previous revelation gateways, which have been opening since June, have rapidly prepared you for an acceleration in DNA activation. It is very physical, which is why so many are experiencing a wider range of physical reactions to this new light.
Activation of the 12 helix DNA cannot occur all at once, or your physical body would no longer be physical as you know it. 12 helix DNA is a multidimensional structure which is similar to the structure of your energy fields; each dimension rests within the other. Each helix surrounds the other, building outward to connect to the dimensional levels of the Divine HUman structure. Eventually you will reconnect all 12 helix DNA levels, then activate a secure connection to Source. This occurs when the structure is stable and maintainable. Being aware of your many dimensional expressions simultaneously may be challenging.
The energy provided on August 17th will assist those who desire to prepare on a deeper level for the next major gateway in September. It will be focused on pineal activation, meridian alignment, and telepathic communication with your personal guides. It is a passage to learn harmony with the new energies rather than be overrun by them as they intensify.
Know in your hearts that we recognize your dedication to this journey and honor your accomplishments. We send you our highest light and graciously accept your love and gratitude. In the unity of divine purpose, we commend your courage and dedication to the ascension.
We are now going through the greatest phase of being revamped and this will continue throughout and more or less until 2024.
It is an intense time of wakening up to the new and ancient energies being released. It is something so powerful and potent, that I am doing my best to translate this into a language that you will be able to understand, as I have had mass downloads of energy field knowledge yesterday, with intensely important keys and codes getting activated.
In this there is a huge shift now from what we had in the industrial and technological ages, where all was in the mind. The balance is now returning into that the mystical and magical is now returning. With magic I am really referring to changing energy forms – therefore whatever one can dissolve and then reassemble is but a form of high technology.
Remember that in ancient days, magic basically was to understand the alchemical laws of fusion. It was also a method of dissolving what looked like solid matter, into tiny particles and then rearranging it into a different form. Therefore it was understood that all of life was but energy, and because one was energy one could have an effect on other energy fields, if one just knew how. One was consciously rearranging energy fields and creating them into new patterns and forms, within the cosmic laws of creation.
It truly was not magic, but just a much higher state of consciousness and a more advanced evolutionary state. Please do not confuse this shamanic work – I am not referring to this at all.
One of the components in doing this, was sacred geometry. Another was sound and yet another was the vortex energy field as in the use of quantum energy fields. This is something mankind will start remember how to do in the next 50 or so years – at the moment we are not even grabbling with an inkling of what this was all about.
In what I have been shown recently, there is thus a whole immense type of energy field now opening up within the earth which has lain dormant for billions of years. It was removed or deactivated a long time ago, and it is now going to make itself felt.
For want of a better word I will call this a marriage between the vortex energy fields and Goddess energy fields but in reality the two are one and same. It is a vast creative force and it works via the intuitive heart-mind. Therefore certain energy channels in the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual bodies have to be activated in order to be able to allow this energy to move through one and then to activate certain unused chambers within our third eye-brain, dormant for so long, and within our heart and solar plexus areas. In reality this all links up to our spinal column – as this works in tandem with our chakra energy systems, but the higher chakras, need to be activated in order for all of this to start functioning and one whole.
I have had some amazing experiences in the last few months as I was shown this and I was being activated within so that I could move into this advanced technology – I had to get my own frequencies and vibrations up to that level in order to even glimpse this. This is such advanced technology – but it is ancient – and it is like stepping into the quantum future of this planet, but in reality it is stepping into the past.
In a lot of ways we have to be reprogrammed to move into a different state of advanced being, where we can remember all of this.
The triggers therefore are not so much then in our energy fields and that of the planet, but are far more intricately evolved that this. It works with the SOUL energies, as each one of us has unique soul frequencies and vibrations, and some souls are programmed to activate at certain times, when they get into contact with certain vortex energy fields in the planet – often they do not do this consciously but subconsciously, when they are being pulled to a certain place and then just feel like they FEEL better, or more activated there.
With all of this which is being now reactivated within us, we need to understand once and for all that the old ways are leaving us. It does not help to try and rationalize this, nor go into fear patterns, nor try to run away from it – for indeed how can you run away from your own soul and its soul contracts? How can you run away from what you knew would happen when you would incarnate onto planet earth?
It is just that most have been so controlled and programmed by the society and institutions that they cannot think for themselves, and more than this, they have not learnt to question and find the truth from deep within.
All paths lead within.
I would not be able to share all of this with you, if I had not been brave enough to leave behind my old life and then follow my visions and calling and move into a totally different way of seeing and experiencing life.
I know this to be true of many people who shared their stories with me. We all at some point lost everything, in order to regain our soul and be led to expand in many ways. This expansion has given us a whole new conscious awareness – but the old first had to disintegrate completely, and we had to be reprogrammed so to speak from our soul connections, and cosmic citizenship, in order to remember and then allow this to be activated from deep within.
So these next few months and years are going to bring us in truly more and more quantum shifts in consciousness. It will literally shake us awake from the sleep of billions of years and the depths of forgetfulness.
I have found the more I remember, and the more I am getting activated, that there is a sense of familiarity – some part of me knows this and has known this for eternity. I just fell asleep for awhile, that fraction of me that is incarnated in the here and now on this planet. The rest of me as access to the most amazing information held in the whole cosmos, for it is all one and same vast energetic field – all creation is one vast energy field. It is a matter of learning to tap into this vast field and claiming your own keys and codes within it.
