I’ve posted messages from Ann Albers before. Ann has a lovely relationship with the angelic host that accompany us all through this life as it is experienced! This particular message is on a video allowing this message to be heard rather than read. For me, this is an exciting change allowing me to more readily comprehend this message from “our angels” today.

Our angels take the time to let us know how very much we are loved, but also…it is time for us to love ourselves in whatever circumstances we find ourselves in. Okay…I’m starting to feel the pieces of my puzzle fall together and all of this is starting to make sense to me in a very hazy kind of way. Thanks to Sophia Love for providing some of the puzzle pieces that intrigue me and cause me to think…very potent stuff, this thought process!

In one of my previous posts (also from Sophia Love, https://roserambles.org/2015/07/06/the-master-key-by-syntpold-posted-july-6-2015/), I was introduced to the inherent power of emotion which is unknown to us…well, at least most of us. Spirituality teaches us that human emotion is tied to creation. I trust that statement, and now know need to think (work) on just how that process occurs. Oh yes, I already know about the Law of Attraction and how it attracts more of the same vibrational level to it…but I also feel there’s a bit more to how creation is “sparked” from our emotions, of which we are currently unaware.

So…I hope you are as intrigued by all this as am I, please read this post by Sophia, and…

This Quest is about knowing (and loving) that which you are.  Humans create huge characters and spectacular saves because of contrast and addiction.  Internally, balance is required.  There can be no void in creation.

The vast chasm of utter heartbreak we’ve lived exists in balance with the amazing victory, miraculous come-back and incredible “luck” that also exists.

What this means is that as things, and as we, even out – things may feel a bit boring.  There is a “hit”, an adrenaline rush that comes with the extremes of contrasting emotions.  It is addicting at both ends. 

We may not feel complete or satisfied until or unless we have something to cheer for, scream about or fear.  Our bodies have been tuned to “high alert” status for a very long time.

Understanding truth is knowing that it starts and ends with you – you are creating, believing and expecting every “hit” you get.  It’s all done with purpose.  Its purpose to feed our addictions. 

Loving every part and particle of yourself means seeing your addiction – choosing to either satisfy it or resist the urge, and not letting that choice change your self-love.

We spoke last about the game of humanity.  You are passionate to the extreme.  The trick, now that you are self-aware, is to choose your extremes.

I live in Chicago where the Blackhawks just created a Dynasty, winning the Stanley cup again, the third time in six seasons. The town is on fire.  Chicagoan’s are getting that emotional addictive “hit” vicariously – by watching hockey.  It’s fast, exciting, satisfying and runs the gamut as far as extreme emotions are concerned.

Once you choose some way to express the extreme emotional “hit” you crave, you can create the rest of your days in balance.  With intent you can love yourself into situations of health, prosperity, vibrancy and challenge.

Creation is not so much the result of positive affirmations as it is the product of a constant frequency you emit.

The freedom attitude when applied to love means that every part of you is acceptable and love worthy. You are free to love without condition.  Once we get that, really live like that, our neighbors and fellow humans appear the same to us – acceptable and love worthy.  Every one of them.

A world of acceptability and love worthiness may not have things like rage, crimes of passion or depression. That’s okay.  Once our expectations have adjusted we’ll discover room for passionate creativity, unbridled expansion and wild self-expression – just for starters.

Loving yourself absolutely doesn’t mean you look for the summation of your parts that “measure up” to some self-defined standard.  No, it means you absolutely understand and accept that in all of creation there is only one expression of love that you are uniquely qualified to give.  You are here now because you are necessary.  Because you are you.  Only you know what it is you came to give.  Show us.

You are the one we’ve been waiting for.

Dear Ones,

This is a time of rejoicing. Not in the 3D sense that you, your friends and family know you have achieved a long-held goal. But an internal joy of knowing you have achieved something you did not think possible before entering earth this lifetime.

You have claimed yourself in all your glory.

Perhaps you do not feel it quite yet. Perhaps there is even an ongoing sense of, “is that all there is?” But know in every segment and cell of your being that you have grasped the brass ring of you.

Maybe you feel little or nothing. Maybe you even feel hollow. Just as was true sometimes when you achieved something in your 3D life. You worked diligently to complete that 3D task – only to discover in the first moments of completion a hollow feeling.

You have done it. You have claimed yourself.

What does that statement mean in your daily life? Even though you continue to roll down your hill to your promised land, your hill has many fewer obstacles. Your roll has returned to more joy.

Perhaps you wonder why your roll of joy was interrupted with rock and other debris the past few weeks. Such was so because you requested it.

That last statement might appear to be just another carrot encouraging you to continue your journey to new you. Such is not the case. Because so many are exhausted by the journey, you pleaded with yourself and the Universes to see results more quickly. And so you are and so you will.

Of course, now you demand instant gratification for your claiming of you. Such is not necessarily possible for your theme of the next few days is rest and process. After which, most of you will realize that your life is very different. Just as was true in 3D following college graduation, accepting a new job, birthing a child or committing to another person.

There were times in those aforementioned 3D major events, you were not sure you liked changes you created that reconfigured your life as you knew it.

And so it is that you may not initially enjoy your CEO/president role responsibilities. A role that may feel awkward at first. You are not used to being the “go to” person at this level on earth. But then, the same feelings of awe/fear would be true if you were promoted in a 3D job from worker bee to CEO or president.

Your new role is not the easiest transition for you must shift your patterns, perceptions and beliefs. And so you will. Once you wrap your thoughts around new you.

Think of the lifestyle changes required to welcome a newborn into your world. At first, everything feels awkward. You worry that your loving actions are wrong. Yet, somehow your baby survives, even thrives. So it is for new you.

You have the skills, knowledge and joy to be CEO/president of you. Allow yourself to know and accept that. Many of you are clamoring for specific directions – a how-to manual for this transition piece. There is no such manual, nor will there ever be.

You, as a group, are now creating the transition manual for those who wish to follow. A group task you are completing lovingly and joyfully.

But the instructions for new you are so fluid, so dynamic no manual is adequate – other than trusting yourself to know you will complete this role easily and effortlessly because you have done so in the past – in a different form. You have not always been a segment of your totality. Most of you have been the small voice within segments that you now call your inner-being. At other times, you have played the dominant/CEO role in places other than earth. This is merely the first time you are the CEO/president of your earth being.

So it is you have more knowledge and skills than you now believe.

You have no need to be frightened, concerned or to complete any lesson or task before fulfilling the CEO role you have stepped into. Allow yourself to rest. Do not fret about your limitations or seeming lack of skills. Float into new you with all the changes such requires.

You have completed the task of learning to love yourself even though many of you believe such could not be completed as easily as it was. Most likely, you believe you have to ‘whip yourself into shape’ somehow by studying more; pleading with your angels or higher self; or isolating yourself. All of which are nice to help you believe you have jumped through enough hoops to deserve your new role. But are no different from believing you must work in a child-related field for years before conceiving a child. You can do so, but prior work experience in a child-related field is not a conception requirement.

You will adapt to your new being whether you study, meditate, pray or not.

You dared expedite your new role with energies you claimed for yourself the past few weeks. Your inner-being trusted, even encouraged you to expedite your new role because your inner-being knows the entirety of you. As will be true for you once you process all that has happened.

Allow yourself to be. Allow yourself to play. Knowing you completed a very large task you did not necessarily anticipate completing six months ago.

Know that your roll down your hill has just become smoother, more rapid and more fun.

Think in terms of a professor allowing you to graduate from college earlier than anticipated if you complete a very complex paper. Throughout the writing of that paper, you question your skills – even the wisdom of writing it. But once the paper is complete and accepted, you allow yourself to bask in the wisdom of shortening your schooling.

So it is for you now – even though you have not yet realized that such is so. You will – once you allow yourself to rest and process what you have accomplished in a very short time. So be it. Amen

Guess what the Arcturians want us to do? You know…that ET civilization that is 5D? They want humans to (drum roll please)…LOVE! This concept is the most important aspect of our lives that we could possibly ever develop. And the most important love we can ever feel is love…for ourselves!

That’s right…you are a perfect example of…YOU! No one could possibly ever do a better job of playing your role in this life. Congratulations! The actions you take, the thoughts you think could not be played out any better by anyone else. Your timing is impeccable! Even though I don’t know you personally, because you are here as a human, you are indeed a “star”.

I’m sure you think I’m crazy right now, but please read this article and learn I AM not the only entity feeling your perfection these days. So… please read on, consider how perfectly you play role human role, and…

Dear ones, We send  wishes for a Happy New Year and add that a year of the new it will be, for you have already cleared much of the energy that held you in bondage to an old state of consciousness and this will allow the new to unfold.  

Never believe that your efforts to learn and express love are  wasted or insignificant, for every spark of light and awareness serves to decrease the density of a general world consciousness based in duality and separation.  Each day the Light of the world is becoming brighter and lighter because of the unfolding awareness of so many.  All are in and of the One and therefore the Light you acknowledge within yourself,  you also acknowledge for the world.   

Love is the key to everything dear ones–love of self and love of everything in your life.  Love every aspect of your lives–the nice as well as the not so nice, for every experience  can act to bring you into deeper spiritual awareness if you allow yourself to dig and discover the beliefs behind the experience.   

It is impossible to truly love anything until you allow self to love self.  A consciousness   selective with regard to love, one that  excludes self, reflects the third dimensional beliefs of duality and separation.  A consciousness that excludes self can never express love in its highest sense because it does not yet contain it. 

Concepts and beliefs about love in an un-awakened society are usually based on sexual attraction, power, and the need to feel loved, all of which are relentlessly promoted through the media, “experts”, family, friends etc.   Only LOVE, which is the recognition, realization, and action of a state of consciousness reflecting the ONE SELF will shift world consciousness into its next level of evolution.

Many say; “Oh but you don’t know the awful things I have done.  I could never love myself because I am not worthy of love.”   Others may say; “I was always told and treated as a child that I was unworthy or unlovable, and I just can’t let that go.”  YES YOU CAN!  It is time to stop continually feeding  the issues, beliefs, concepts, memories and whatever still  holds you in bondage. These things have only the power you feed them and you who read these messages are evolved enough at this point to acknowledge this, allowing any “victim mentality” of the past to cease and dissolve into the nothingness that it is. 

This is what clearing old energy is all about, the more intensely you may experience something the more it is spiritually begging to be looked at and cleared.  Clearings are graduations, and not negative experiences.  Lovingly allow them by getting to the root of your belief system, no matter how physically, emotionally, or mentally painful the process may be.  Once something is cleared spiritually it is gone, you have uprooted it and not just cut off a branch that will re-sprout at some later date.

The more an individual focuses on human problems the more these issues become firmly embedded within consciousness.  Be alert to your thoughts as you go about your day. There comes a time in everyone’s spiritual journey when it is necessary to surrender everything that no longer serves his evolution.  Much of what you considered to be who and what you are, is now changing.   The new you is moving into a new state of consciousness but it cannot happen while grasping tightly to the old.  This is what is meant in the bible story of not putting new wine into old wineskins.  

You are not your past actions whether of lifetimes long ago or this one, even if that lifetime was filled with seeming errors.  Learn to love the mistakes you have made along the way and give gratitude for them because this is how you learn and grow.  It is only the third dimensional consciousness that affixes blame and shame.  These messages are being read by those ready to take the next steps–YOU. Those not ready, do not resonate with these words.  

Bless and love everything in your life, always remembering that every soul makes pre-birth choices regarding the necessary evolutionary experiences he needs and is evolved enough handle .  An example is that many who experience harsh and abusive childhoods have specifically chosen that particular situation in order to activate and once and for all resolve issues of low self esteem and self loathing or to resolve some karmic relationship that has been in place for many lifetimes.  

Many have not been able to clear the more deeply buried issues until now  when the higher dimensional energies are flowing intensely, giving them the strength and guidance to do the work.  Some issues needing to be cleared will not come to conscious awareness until the individual  is ready and this is determined by their Higher Self.  Clearings of more intense and deeply held energies often clear in layers, so if you have done the work to clear and resolve something and find that lo and behold it is back, just know that you are now ready to clear the next layer and will know when it is finished. 

Many who struggle with some physical, emotional, or mental difficulty are only now evolved enough to  move through and resolve issues behind it, usually from lifetimes ago. Love and honor the courage of those who struggle dear ones, for many that seem handicapped in some way are old and wise souls who chose their situation in order to quickly evolve learn something.  Often it is an evolved soul who chooses to be born  handicapped or stillborn in order to assist in the evolution of the parents. 

Love does not mean you must have emotional feelings for everyone.  Feelings and emotions are often tied to human concepts of love.  Love is the recognition, acceptance, and honoring of self, others, and everything as spiritual, for there is nothing but God.  Period.   It is only three dimensional beliefs of separation  that cause everything in the world to seem separate.

Look in the mirror each day and say to yourself “I LOVE YOU”.  Warts and all, I love you.  Love the warts, for they are you and you are not separate from the ONE.  Mankind is on the brink of  entering into a time of awakening, leaving behind that spiritually immature  consciousness filled with false ideas and untruths. The world has been asking and praying for this, and yet remains reluctant to embrace it, afraid of leaving behind what is familiar no matter how unpleasant.

This, now, is the time for trust, trusting that the dance is finished, following a certain ritual, book, or Guru is finished.   This, now, is the time to accept that You are IT.  That which you have been desiring, searching for, praying for, you already are, but it is up to each individual as to whether or not they accept this.   Free will allows everyone to play in the dream for as long as they wish, but the door is open now for those who choose to enter in.

Let the new year of 2015 be one of celebration in the midst of whatever occurs.  Celebrate each day, giving gratitude for all things.  Celebrate your awakening, and celebrate who you are by no longer giving  power to the illusions of the third dimensional belief system.  Starve these  pictures of their power through your recognition of Divine  Light within each and every individual regardless of what they are reflecting outwardly.  Everyone is  learning, but the lessons of others need not become yours.  

2015 is going to be a year of awakening and change for many.   Those holding tightly to old concepts and beliefs will find themselves removed from them one way or another and it is much easier to make the choice yourself rather than  have the Universe do it for you.  

LOVE yourselves, dear ones.  LOVE is our message today and always.   LOVE is the key to all things.  LOVE is the answer you seek and is all there is.  

LOVE EVERYTHING.

Sophia Love – A Remembering… – 2 January 2015

Ah, it’s time for Sophia Love again! Her mission? To bring dissimilar, individual peoples together in their exploring of, and using…love…as the tool. What does love do as a tool? Why it brings people into the realization of themselves as powerful and divine beings who love themselves.

When this actualization occurs…self-love…what also occurs in an observation of our similarity to everyone else…humanity together has one level of consciousness, one sense of awareness, and one vibrational reality. All human sense of separateness…the sense of being alone…and by ourselves…in a sea unknown to us…will end, once we realize the power of love.

You are tapping into something universal.  It is the essence of truth – the reality of your being.  You are energetically receiving and emitting from your very organs what is true.  The language of your heart is spoken everywhere.

Does it sound instead like static?  Then what you are hearing/seeing is “BRAINTALK: CONTRAST: BRAINTALK: CONTRAST”.  It shouts at you and you are becoming deaf to its cries… Your heart hears only love, and the brain, in control for so long, is now losing its dominant role as the organizing body part.  The noise of the brain comes in super loud now because you have and are resonating with a different frequency these days; the frequency of the heart.  It is via contrast that creation is initiated; it may help to remember that.

This time is one of unlimited expansion without a map.  The limiting concepts of North, South, East, West, up, down, within and beyond do not serve as useful explanations.  Without directions we’ve no choice but to heed the call of the heart.

In an effort to capture what that means, words feel limiting and limited.  The challenge to express what has been called our “ultra-dimensional truth” is taken on here as an exercise in exploration.  For truth is known rather than spoken or written.  Names are separators and words are our training wheels, offering symbols for the language of the heart.  They “speak” for the part of us that has not yet remembered, yet is on the verge of total recall.

Information floods in now and we cherry pick what resonates.  We are on different individual paths.  The choices made just “feel right”.  This solitary collective journey has a guide for every intention.  We are not alone. Blogs, podcasts, youtube channels, groups, classes and programs make sure we know it. There is no right or wrong.

As “time” now moves from one number to the next what emerges is a sort of awe at the singular enormity of what we are.  It becomes clear that words do not exist that capture our inherent precious core.  Terms like “eternal essence” and “agape” come close.  Maybe.

The voice and desire in your heart and head now springs from this process of remembering all that you are.  You are every component that exists.  There are cellular memories, yes.  They’ve been encoded with what we label “memory”.  This, in the sense that they are things that have “happened” in the “past”.  Yet time is a construct as we now understand it.  So, when did this “happening” occur?

Always and all ways.  Our understanding of life is about to be blown wide open without any limitation.  We are beyond limits.

As we remember, this feeling of Oneness will leave us speechless.  Not that expression won’t be necessary.  Not that at all. Expression will instead be an active part of every beat of our heart.  Translators will not be necessary.  The heart speaks ONE language.

It speaks only love.  From my heart to yours I wish you abundance in all that you desire and a gentle remembering of whom it is that you are, with all of your power and complete perfection.  Raise your glass and celebrate you.  You are the One you’ve been waiting for.
