The Angels: Wobbling Between 3D & 5D ~ July 13, 2020


Hi Dear Friends,

The angels talk about our wobble between the old paradigm and the new. I’ll share how I handle the shift between 3D and 5D reality right now… and what that means. As always we’ll have a few tips to help you “mind your mind” and point your thoughts to experience a happier life, even in spite of the chaos.

Grab a cup of tea. This isn’t the shortest post, but it may just help you get through these wild times a lot more gracefully!

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

What world are you living in this very moment? Are you living in a world of pandemic with no seeming end, horrible divisions, and scathing political disagreements? Or, are you living in a world where you are eternally connected to the Source of well-being, experiencing unity within self, and experiencing a love for all perspectives, because you know that all help you find clarity about your own point of view?

Both worlds exist simultaneously upon your planet. The divisions between them are becoming increasingly apparent:

One is focused on the outer reality.
The other is focused on the inner reality.

In one, the outside world affects you.
In the other, you affect the outside world.

In one you are subject to the mass consciousness.
In the other you are Consciousness itself, creating a far kinder, more loving reality from the inside out.

In one the ego guides.
In the other you are guided by love, joy, and inspiration from the soul.

Most of you dance between these two words.

You strive to create from the inside out and yet the outer world is very compelling. It wants to get in. Misery does love company, dear ones, and fear is a virus that live in the minds and hearts of those who would infect you with it.

For example you want to live in faith that you are guided and all will be well, but so many are crying “doom and gloom” that you begin to waver and wonder if your optimism is ill-founded.

You want to feel God’s peace and prosperity from the inside out, and for a while you do but then the world’s arguments for lack and chaos are compelling and you feel yourself get sucked into them from time to time.

You want to love all your fellow human beings, yet the angry, victimized behaviors of some become a trigger for you to step away from your truth

You want to believe in the new world that is being birthed but the unpleasant predictions and cries of “when is this going to end,” periodically trigger doubts and fears.

Dear ones, don’t berate yourselves when you slip from one reality into the other. You are all very spiritually aware beings reading or listening to our words. You all know the idea that you create from the inside out. Nonetheless, you were raised in a world that, to this day, insists that the outer world should dictate your joy, your health, your peace, and your prosperity.

You know better, but putting higher truth into practice in a world where it is not yet common practice, takes a bit of effort between the ears.

You need not convince anyone else to believe as you do. You need not convince anyone else that you create from the inside out. Simply do it, and allow your life to work. You will become happy, healthy, prosperous, and peaceful and then others will want to know how on earth you’re managing to do that in this “crazy world.”

Focus on living your own life the way you want to live it, and then you’ll become an inspiration to others and a vibrational force of change.

Embrace your own joy from moment to moment. Strive to think thoughts that give you good feelings – one better feeling thought at a time.

Focus on any areas in life where you can feel abundant. Walk through your days, challenging yourself to appreciate everything you can.

Seek out peaceful spaces, peaceful people, and peaceful interactions when you can, and when others try to draw you into their arguments simply tell them, “I am listening. I want to understand you.” Send compassion. Pray for them. Don’t take it personally

While many of you want to share your opinions with others, search your hearts and ask, “Am I doing so because I love to share what works for me, and because it is a joy to uplift, inspire, and educate?” or “Am I seeking to be right, to make another understand that they should change, or to validate my own perspectives by seeking agreement?”

Only words spoken from love are worth speaking.

Dear ones, you find yourselves wavering between worlds, and that is OK. Be kind to yourselves. Be gentle When you fall into the externally-based world, slowly and gently guide yourself towards the internally-based world – one kinder, more loving, better-feeling thought at a time.

There are many shouting doom and gloom, armed with “facts,” accusations, fear, and anger. There are just as many quiet spiritual souls praying for and envisioning peace, living out the kindest, happiest, most loving lives they can, and serving others in all ways, great and small. They are doing so – you are doing so – with such a powerful love that your energy is collectively creating a quiet, yet powerful wave of change upon your planet earth.

Do your best to be part of the crowd embracing creation from the inside out – one kind, loving, appreciative thought at a time – for in that reality, you become aligned with the power that creates universes. In that reality you contribute to solutions that are guided, inspired, win-win, and lasting.

The Divine wants all of you to have lives in which you experience well-being, love, peace, prosperity, and joy. Dive within. Find and share love in the smallest of ways. Think the kindest thoughts you can choose, and then dear ones, one loving, powerfully aligned soul at a time, you will become the change you wish to see in your world.

I’ve posted messages from Ann Albers before. Ann has a lovely relationship with the angelic host that accompany us all through this life as it is experienced! This particular message is on a video allowing this message to be heard rather than read. For me, this is an exciting change allowing me to more readily comprehend this message from “our angels” today.

Our angels take the time to let us know how very much we are loved, but also…it is time for us to love ourselves in whatever circumstances we find ourselves in. Ah, friends…we are experiencing more and more turmoil on this little blue-green ball of ours known as the Earth! We humans are also experiencing a kind of internal turmoil as the result of recent solar activity sending an unusual amount of energy to us prompting physical symptoms that, oddly enough, seem to dissipate once we RELAX in to them. And did you know that relaxation is a form of LOVE? When relaxation happens, you no longer are in the “fight ot flight” mode that occupies too much of our time these days.

LOVE really is the only answer and I encourage you to use your power of perception to stay in a feeling of love! Ann and the Angels give some good advice and encouragement for how to stay in a loving mode even when encountering something else that is NOT loving. So please read this article from Ann Albers, the special friend of angels, apply her thoughts to your life, and…

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Celebrate amidst the chaos on earth, amidst the darkness, pain and suffering, because this type of turmoil results from the light attempting to rise to the surface of human hearts. Every perspective wants to be acknowledged now. Everyone wants to be seen as having validity to their being. And everyone wants to be understood as a creation worth of love.

Love, dear ones is not always a ‘warm fuzzy feeling.’ Real love is an acknowledgment of the truth – that there is one Creator and one light that animates all beings… whether they realize it or not. Love says, “I see beyond your behaviors, your thoughts, your appearance.. deep into the essence of your being. I can love that light. I can love that spark of Divinity. I can love who you really are… whether or not you are even aware of that truth inside of yourself.”

In a very practical way, Love can look at even those who hurt your feelings, who treat you unkindly, who lie, cheat, and steal, and say, “I know who you really are! I choose to focus on the spark of Divinity within you, no matter how small or how dim. I will not dignify your dark behaviors, your ill thoughts, you unkind wishes. I will engage with you in a way that is healthy for me, for I respect my own light whether you respect yours or not. I will love the truth of your being, but I will not dignify your darkness.” And then dear ones you send them on their way with wishes that someday they too will see their light.

You do not have to dance with souls who do not embody kindness. You do not have to allow abusive behaviors in your life. And as you become firmly rooted and comfortable in the reality that it is healthy and wise to honor the light within yourself, you will notice that it is easier to love even your so-called “enemies.” In truth, no soul is your enemy. All souls are your family. Just as in your human families we encourage you to honor the light within all, but as well to create healthy, loving boundaries that honor your own.

The world is indeed in a bit of chaos right now, but you need not dance in the darkness. You can choose with your free will to focus on all that is good, beautiful, and true. You can imagine those who have left the planet, even in the most unthinkably hard ways, happy in heaven, being received with love and celebration. You can imagine beautiful nature springing up and growing over war torn areas, or even more beautiful cities being built, because in time this is what will occur. Darkness, by its very nature, is temporary. Love is eternal.

MESSAGE FROM THE ANN

Hi Everyone,

I felt such a powerful and loving presence as I typed in that last message. I know Archangel Michael had a lot to do with it. This is one lesson I have been embracing even more deeply as of late – to love even those who hate and seek to harm me.

As many of you have read, I’ve been dealing with one big nasty energy that seems to have been out to get me. I had a long chat w/the angels and they explained that there are vibrations who seek to expose our fear so they can live off it. Its not much different really from dealing with sociopaths on earth – deeply wounded people who love you if you worship them, but attack you if you don’t, and then feel good about themselves and powerful after having knocked you down. It is a sad reality and I pray for all souls who exist in these wounded and uncomfortable realities.

Nonetheless, when a vibration of this nature started attacking me, it wasn’t the easiest thing to love it and acknowledge its right to be! I’ve dealt with angry humans. I’ve dealt with individuals in spirit who were so lost we’d call them “demons.” In fact I’ve sent more than a few into the light of transformation and now am friends with their souls. But I’ve never dealt with an entire vibration that loved to poke and prod me to the point of bringing up every little past life fear I’ve ever had! It even attempting to possess me last month and when that didn’t work in the waking state, it tried in my dreams.

This never happened when I was simply talking to angels. But now that I’ve started spending more time in the Oneness – that energy of God’s all-that-is, the angels said, with a bit of humor… “Ann Oneness means Oneness… all of it! You can’t pick and choose which vibrations you run into, but you CAN pick and choose which ones you will engage with.” They equated it to living in a big city. If you stay securely locked up in your own apartment you will be “safe” for the most part, but if you walk down the street you run into all sorts of characters… and it is up to you to decide who and what energies you will dance with.

So I’ve been working very diligently to stay in the light. When I feel something icky around me I simply say, “You have a right to be, but not with me.” I have been working very hard to face any and all fears that have come up, to love myself through them, and let them go. I’ve worked more closely with the angels in my own life than ever before to understand how to manage my own energy. Great good has come of this – great strength in my ability to choose the light over the darkness. It hasn’t been an easy or a fun lesson, but the angels are always there to help, and I have a solid faith in the truth of God’s love.

No matter what comes at us in life, the angels remind us, God is still God. Neither the unkind humans, nor the unkind energies have any power over us other than what we give them with our fear.

So as the world engages in its wars, and as some beings engage in their attacks upon our spirit in the human world – be it an angry ex, an upset coworker, or an energy that simply doesn’t like the light – remember, God is still God! Love is the highest power in the universe. Practically speaking, we can choose to focus on the light within all. Imagine even the nastiest beings surrounded with light, and pray for their upliftment. Create healthy boundaries. Do not tolerate unkindnesses in your own life. Do not dignify the darkness with your thoughts even any more than you have to. There is always goodness. There is always beauty. There is always something wonderful happening and amazingly inspiring people on earth.

When you’re down or tired, seek out that which inspires you. I turn to happy videos, inspiring books, and my own work which I am passionate about. And even after all these tough lessons, I give thanks to God because something REALLY good is going on if I’m learning to stand even more strongly in the light.

My “Ann & the Angels” show airs this Wednesday. It is the culmination of ten years of intention to reach people with my class material Online. It was born of a pure desire to share love and inspiration every week. I’m excited. I haven’t seen any of the shows yet, but I know the material is good…whether or not my hair is :)!! This week, focus on the light and the good in the world, no matter what else is going on. It takes courage and strength not to get sucked into the world’s pain but we serve far more beautifully when we do not.

This is another lovely message from Ann Albers who gets it on with angels! Please don’t take that the wrong way, because Ann communicates and receives empathetic messages from…angels! Actually, we ALL have spiritual guides and guardian angels and receive “messages” from them when we get those “gut feelings” that urge us on to make, or not make, a certain decision in our lives.

Today, Ann’s angels talk about a concept that is very near and dear to my heart…Freedom! If you stop and think about it, the lack of freedom is exactly why the world is in turmoil right now! We…humanity… are NOT free to do as we wish, nor can we afford to do as we wish. We are all financial slaves! The cabal, Illuminati, banksters in their greed for even more, have developed a nearly totalitarian society where we labor endlessly…for someone else!

MESSAGE FROM THE ANGELS

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

We understand that last week many of you celebrated what you call your independence day. And here we smile because you are all free, always and forever in our eyes. You are free to be who you are, free to love, and free to take steps to follow the desires planted within your hearts.

There is no dream, no desire that the creator has planted within you is too big. No dream is out of reach. No dream is impossible, for as you know all things are possible with God. You may not know how something will be created, and yet that causes your faith to grow, your trust to expand, your heart to open even more deeply to yourself. In truth all desires are planted in your hearts by agreement between the creator and your soul, for one purpose, and one alone – to help you understand that there is no separation between you and the power that creates universes.

So when you have a dream, you are free to say, “Yes, I would like that to come true.” You are free to say, “Please guide me as to the very next step. Please show me what I can do to facilitate this dream, to birth it.” If you were to have a baby dear ones it is not an act of forcing biology, but rather an act of making yourself ready to receive new life, nurturing yourself while the new life grows within you and surrendering when it it time to give birth . So too for your dreams. Make a space inside of your heart and especially inside of your mind for them to exist. Nurture them with both your faith and your willingness to act when guided. And then, when there is nothing else to be done, surrender, and wait for the situation, timing, and circumstances to bring them forth.

Achieving your dreams, while it may seem “achieving a goal” to the human personality, is to the soul, simply a by-product of the growth you wish to achieve here on earth.

MESSAGE FROM THE ANN

Hi Everyone,

My sunrise hike up Cathedral rock a few weeks ago inspired me. “What else have I been putting off that I want to do?” I asked myself the question and immediately the thought of visiting Antelope Canyon popped in my head. Ever since I’d seen this natural marvel with its sinuous curves of red, yellow, and purple sandstone in a travel magazine years ago I’ve had a craving to experience it for myself.

However, as often happens, excuses got in the way. It is a 5 1/2 hour drive north of Phoenix. There are only certain times of year when you are guaranteed a tour, as any threat of rain within miles causes closure. Being in a canyon carved out by flash floods is a bad idea when it is flooding! I used cost, time, effort, etc. all as excuses. And every year I reached the rainy season regretting I had not taken the journey. I realized that the last weekend in June was my only window of opportunity. I still didn’t know how I would fit 11 hours of driving into a two day trip and enjoy it, so I sat down, prayed, and waited for the answer.

An easy answer soon became obvious. I threw my stuff in the car and took off after work on Friday driving the first three hours to Flagstaff, AZ where I slept in the cheapest motel I could find. It was clean and did the job. I was up before sunrise the next morning to continue on my journey. I got my “Kicks on Route 66” as the song goes before it turned into Highway 89 and continued onward to Page. I took a little unintended detour but that will be the subject of another story!

Once in town I headed straight for “Ken’s Tours” of Lower Antelope Canyon. A quick five minute walk with our guide to the canyon entrance had us standing at the top of a steep set of steel steps. Descending into the deep red-orange slot in the rocks I felt as if I was being embraced by the spirit of our Mother Earth herself. Our young Navajo guide played the flute in the first echoing chamber as we ooh’ed and ahh’ed over the beauty evident from every angle. The views just kept getting better. We stepped carefully on the sandy twisting path that led us in and out of some of the most beautiful rock formations I have ever seen in my entire life. I snapped photos rapidly, not sure I could even begin to capture the wonder of it all. The warm embracing earth and the energy of the water that carved out this amazing place filled me with a sweet, peaceful hum. I was in heaven.

Later that day I took the Upper Antelope Canyon tour I had booked. It too was breathtaking, but out of a love for the first tour in Lower Antelope Canyon, I returned for another. My late afternoon trip into this Canyon was accompanied only by another young guide, and three tourists. The silence, solitude, and beauty was overwhelming, and due to the time of day, the rocks which had been glowing red, orange, and yellow in the earlier daylight were now turning deep shades of crimson and purple. The earth embraced us, as only a mother can, and I emerged from the canyon as if I was being birthed once again by the forces of nature that shape our planet and shape our hearts as well.

Still filled with energy, I decided that a sunset trip to Horseshoe Bend – a scenic overlook high up over Glen Canyon and just ten minutes from town – would be the the perfect ending to an amazing day. Had I been slightly crazier I might have slept out on the rocks, under the stars, but a scorpion darting away from my hiking boots on the trail back convinced me the motel might be a better option! The next day I broke up the long drive back into two segments by starting early and resting in Sedona on the way home. I could not believe I had used the long driving time as an excuse to put off this beautiful journey for so many years!

So the next time you find yourself longing to do something but making excuses, pray. Ask God and the angels for insight as to how you might make it happen. Trust the timing. And when you have the urge, act upon it. When the urge hits me, I will no longer be saying, “I’ll do that some day.” I will no longer be making excuses when I really want to make something happen. I have experienced too much beauty, grace, and wonder the past few weeks to put off my life one moment longer.

There are dreams that take more time than I have at the moment. There are dreams that take money I do not yet have. There are dreams I know I will want to do at some point but am not urgent about now. But I do know, that when the desires in your heart are planted there by God, water them with your acknowledgment. Shine the sun of your “yeses” upon them. And then when the desires ripen and turn into hungers, urges, and urgency, pluck them from the tree of life and make them happen. God will show you the way! Some day? How about now?
