Solar Eclipse Energies ~ We Are Being PUSHED to Transform ~ July 14, 2018

The first eclipse of summer 2018 is here with a New Moon Solar Eclipse on July 12/13 at 20 degrees Cancer. We are being PUSHED to transform a part of our past, emotional world, unresolved pains, and buried resentments into a more useful and powerful experience as Pluto opposes the Sun and Moon.

It may feel like am emotional time, as power struggles trigger what needs to be healed. You may feel a deep push back to ‘not go there’ or to do what you can to feel safe. Yet the Universe is showing you that what you’ve been holding on to, locked away in a safe, protected space, can only take you so far until it needs to be honestly felt and released.

Every New Moon is both an ending point and a starting point, and we are being guided to connect with how we truly feel around heartbreak, loss, pain, resentment, and bitterness. What areas of your emotional world can you feel more deeply by getting these stale emotions out of your energy field? As you do this inner work, you then feel wholer in your light and ready for a new beginning that is fresh, clear, and purer.

Cancer energy is learning how to TRUST the process even when you cannot see where the river flows.

So if you’re feeling teary, emotional, or stuck in the past about something, this is the time to PURGE in whichever ways feel safe for you.

The same eclipse points typically happen every 18-19 years, and this one at 20 degrees Cancer is quite interesting. We will have another Lunar Eclipse at this same degree in January 2020. Here is a timeline of this eclipse energy. You can look at the themes in your life during these periods to see what has shown up for you:

January 2001 – Lunar Eclipse
July 2010 – Solar Eclipse
July 2018 – Solar Eclipse

The cosmos is serving up a big energy of soul evolution as this New Moon Solar Eclipse at 20 degrees of Cancer opposes Pluto in Capricorn on July 12. The time to face a fear and feel bigger than it is here! We will be supported in growing to higher places of responsibility, duty, discipline and self-mastery while also taking care of our inner world needs. This eclipse begins a cycle that will complete in January 2020 when Pluto and Saturn conjoin at 22 degrees of Capricorn. You are seeing something within you that needs to shift for your highest and best good, so trust that you are being taken care of each step of the way.

Big Energies This Week For Soul Advancement ~ July 19, 2017

It’s a dynamic week with both the Mars in Cancer and Sun in Cancer making squares to Uranus in Aries. This is the energy of breakthroughs, breakdowns, impatience, aggressive anger, big outbursts, and an immediate desire to ACT.

Keep in mind that whatever is frustrating, triggering, or getting to you this week is a message that is meant to PUSH you through to the other side of something so you’re no longer on the fence. We are meant to be changing and making decisionsthis week about what we want NEXT – and sometimes, discomfort has to come up to get our attention. Discomfort is actually a very clear messenger – so trust that it is happening for a reason.

We can misinterpret the discomfort, frustration, or trigger to be more than it is. We can think it is too big, or too much, or we’re not sure what to do – hence, the anger and impulsiveness can come up out of frustration with ourselves.

Look at what you NEED that has been unspoken, untouched, and unacknowledged. It may be something from childhood… or when you were unsure how to communicate or express something about yourself. It can also feel highly personal and subjective, as it’s one of those unconscious patterns that keeps popping up or showing you something you need to claim and work with it a higher level of understanding. Have you been holding yourself back?

Change is the theme – so what is calling you to evolve? What is so dang uncomfortable that you don’t want to keep spinning in it and you want to set YOURSELF free?

Do that. And if you’re not sure HOW yet, the incoming Leo energy will give you the courage, heart, and drive to take those next steps.

Take time to sit with yourself and ask what you need to change and what you want next… and the upcoming New Moon this weekend will help show you the way forward as we enter eclipse season. Change is in the air (yet again!) and the more honest you can be about your truest desires, the easier it will be for you and the Universe/God/Spirit/Source to help you get there. ❤

We’re on the other side of a game-changing Full Moon in Capricorn – need a breather and a break?

Energies of This Week ~ The Lunar Eclipse ~ Feb. 5, 2017

February has picked up the pace! Did you feel it this week?

We are now moving ahead at a faster speed with Mars in Aries steam rolling in his favorite sign, and Venus about to enter Aries on Friday morning. New beginnings, new independence, courage, a fresh start, a pioneering adventure – it’s all ‘on deck’ now so be open to those fresh inspirations as they arrive.

You’re getting some type of LOVE NUDGE from the cosmos – feeling it? It is God/the Universe/Spirit saying NOW IS THE TIME whether or not YOU thought it was the time. 

**You won’t regret saying YES to whatever arises now.**

Mercury will be finishing up in Capricorn until February 7, so keep your eyes on the details and the business of life. Being responsible and a bit conservative is the way to go until next week. Take your time to think things over, even though you may also feel the urge to push ahead with Mars in Aries. When Mercury moves into Aquarius, our minds and projects will take shape in new ways, so trust that you do not have to rush anything just yet. 

We have lots of action in February as the first pair of eclipses arrive and launch us into the themes of 2017. Fire or Air signs at 21 to 25 degrees will really be energized with the Lunar eclipse in Leo on Feb 9. This energy is ALREADY underway as it officially began with the last New Moon in Aquarius on January 28.

Chances are, you already have a sense of what is building up for you in eclipse season. Need a clue?

Look to your HEART, creativity, courage, kids, play, personal expression, where you are ready for greater confidence, and whatever is calling you to take a risk —> that’s your eclipse energy!

Wherever 23 degrees of Leo shows up in your chart is where a higher download of energy is barreling through to support your confidence, sense of Self, and personal creations. Big GO FOR IT messages are building!

Energy Update ~ Amplified Energies Rollin’ In! Manifesting is Crazy Right Now ~ Jan. 18, 2017

Buckle up, buttercups.

The fast moving energies of 2017 are officially rollin’ in, and time is going to go faster than you thought possible!

I get the visual of a huge new overlay of 5D energies pouring down over 3D energies, invigorating us with fresh cosmic downloads that are assisting us all in raising our individual vibrations in order to raise the collective vibration. We have entered a new paradigm of faster moving energies to support our ascension, growth, healing, expansion, and manifesting abilities.

Have you been feeling it or seeing it in your world? These are the higher 5D energies that are lifting us UP and OUT of the typical 3D timelines and placing us in the dimension of NO time = things just show up, in an instant!

Energies are lining up with our intentions LIKE THAT with very little time to waste. We are being given a cosmic “love push” to act and say YES and go for it and trust what we cannot see.

In spiritual circles, we talk about this stuff a lot. We say “set your intentions” and “get ready to manifest” and “be grateful in advance.” Well now all of that is more real than ever before because global energies are faster for those of us who are choosing to participate in this paradigm.

It’s time to walk the talk and manifest like a maniac. 

Remember, not everyone chooses to move forward or say YES. Do not expect that, or you’ll be disappointed. Your power is in YOUR choices and where you direct YOUR energies; that’s all yours to claim and play with. It is during these fast moving times that we need to also be accepting and DETACH from expectations of others.

Instead, continue on with what you’re ready to manifest and experience now in all areas of your life. It can be THAT good if you allow it.

And you know what this is for you. You really do. It’s something important to you, and the energies are available to everyone. The Universe does not play favorites. And it’s up to you to let it be easy when it shows up! But you may have become accustomed to ignoring it or pushing it down, and now that sweet little “cosmic love push” is asking you to claim the higher frequencies that are here to assist you in some manner.

Astrologically, Uranus in Aries and Saturn in Sagittarius are making a harmonious trine that is rare, exciting, and supportive of long-term growth. These two power planets are providing fire, motivation, and inspiration for forward movement, which might have felt stalled out in recent years.

Well now it is time, says the cosmos.

Then Jupiter in Libra brings in the abundance, growth, wisdom, and partnership opportunities that take it up a notch with JOY. Collaborating with others and equal relationships will be the keys to good news, help, and grace.

These three planets are going to be playing nicely together throughout the year.

By the end of January, Mars is going to be in Mars, which is like turning a bonfire into a roarin’ BLAZE of fire. The momentum will pick up and you may be surprised by how busy life becomes.

Consider this your heads up! 🙂

So your job right now is to stay clear in your intentions.
Be ready to go for “it” and say YES to what – or who – shows up.
Make time to relax as needed.
Keep moving forward.

June Energy Update ~ Soaring ~ June 11, 2015


I’ve been having dreams of flying lately…and I think I know why! For me, flying is a sign of freedom and I believe your, and my freedom is right around the corner. Bring it on!

This article by Molly McCord is so very true…real freedom means leaving the inhibitions from anything behind. Only then can one’s spirit truly soar and fly and BE without fear. Just think and remember the last time your heart felt free and clear. Weren’t you ready to take off and soar into freedom? What a great word..soar, fly away, take off.

You can’t stay in the same place energetically AND soar. SOARING is about leaving behind what you’ve known and experienced cuz you’re ready – really, really, ready – to fly into a new version of yourself. No dragging anchors or hauling around that baggage or sticking only a toe in the water. Soaring is the ultimate daring adventure that requires you to trust what you cannot see, but to believe in yourself more than ever. You up for it?

And if you’re feeling the urge to “go for it” and do something new (yet slightly nerve-racking), that feeling means the Universe is right there to support you with bigger angel wings to strap onto your back.

The support for new ventures is coming in stronger now through mid-June, so use this time to get ready for lift-off and go for what you want. For reals.

Friends, we don’t have forever on this planet and we don’t have years to put off our dreams! YOU ARE NOT HERE TO DELAY YOUR DREAMS. You are not here to hem and haw and sit on the sidelines and wait for someone to ask you to dance. You CAN do that (free will), but you are far too powerful to just let yourself slide by and hang out and drink punch – cuz other people are waiting for what you have to offer. The world needs you to contribute cuz we’re at a pivotal time on the planet and you know you are here to be a part of the grand transformation.

When you step forth with your dreams, you contribute to the greater energies of inspiration, creativity, happiness, success, authenticity – and the list of yummy stuff just goes on!

So know that this year is new and different than the previous years have been (and I know the previous years have been tough, I totally get it.) But our new responsibilities are found in actions and getting on with things, so commit to that intention for yourself. No one else has to know, by the way. You make the choice for you.

And then you soar up to the next level of yourself.
