Editor’s Note: The definition of meditation is revealed in this message. Meditation is the ability to “clear the mind”…but at times, that is very hard to do given the assault of distraction we live with in this world.
Yet, now we learn the secret…focus. Focusing is the act of concentrating on a single subject, keeping a single thought in your mind all the time! For me, the best way to focus is to honestly just concentrate on the beauty and joy found in that item of thought which also serves to raise my vibrational level.
“Ask and ye shall receive” by meditating (focusing) with Love on that which you desire…and you never know what just may happen! Please read, learn to focus with Love, and BE…
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are continually amazed at the way that you all are capable of handling yourselves in the midst of chaotic energies. You are walking around your planet, swimming in a sea of different energies, different thought forms, and even emotional energy, and somehow you are maintaining your sanity, and most of you are fairly healthy in your bodies. So we have been investigating to discover the tools that you are using to manage, to handle all of these energies that are competing to take hold of you, and we have discovered that it is humanity’s ability to focus that has been your saving grace.
Now, you are generally focused on something that you want, and being focused in that way keeps you on that vibrational wavelength enough to avoid some of the hazardous energies that are fluttering around you. It is good to have desires, because desires cause you to focus, and focus keeps you on the straight and narrow. Even if what you are focusing on could be considered a lower-vibrational activity, it is still your saving grace in that moment.
Now, if you can decide that you are going to focus on higher-vibrational experiences, objects, people, writings, videos, and so on, then that’s even better than just focusing on what is interesting to your mind. Something can pass the interesting-to-the-mind test but not do so well on the does-this-actually-feel-good test. And when you can focus and feel that higher vibrational energy, then you are definitely on the right track towards living a life of ease, a life filled with love, and a life where you get to do what you enjoy to do. This may seem like a very basic transmission that we are offering you here, but we want to hammer home the significance of this finding about focus.
Now, focus is what meditation is all about. Meditation is about focusing your mind on one singular thing, whether it’s your breath, a flame, a mantra, it doesn’t matter. Focus is the key. Focus gets you to align your energy with something, and when you start aligning that energy with something that also feels good to you emotionally, that’s when you begin to create the reality that you desire to experience.
That’s how you avoid all of those lower-frequency energies that are around all the time, looking for an opening, an easy target, someone who is not focusing, someone who is unconscious and just moving from one neon sign to shiny thing to billboard to whatever is in front of you. Focus and feel, and know that as you do you are stepping into your power as creator beings.
We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.”

Editor’s Note: Ah…the ring of true FREEDOM, bells for humanity are ringing (actually tingling, buzzing) in my ears! I’ll be poetic and say the horse (symbolizing humanity) is now racing to the goal line of freedom. Certain events will be occurring in conjunction with the full moon (Jan 24/25) which are sure to have great impact on our currently developing gallop toward freedom. Are you aboard?
Please stay aware, now more than ever, regardless of personal circumstances allow the energy of Love in your heart, allowing you to BE…
Greetings My Beloved Masters of the Universe! There is a lot that I would like to discuss with you today! This is a VERY important and interesting message about what is coming up for us in a few days and beyond.
Before I share the message that I have received from Archangel Michael, I would like to give you the background to this channeling. For a few days before receiving this message I have seen Michael swirling around on a horse, then I would just see horses, lots of horses as soon as I would close my eyes, there they were, staring me right in the face, running around, and trying to get my attention. Later when I would go online to look at something, a picture of a horse would pop up. Looking outside the window a cloud shaped like a horse. Everywhere I looked there were horses. So, I asked my guides what is happening? And the answer I was given is, this New Moon that we’re about to experience is going to open the doors within us to FREEDOM, personal freedom, freedom of thought, and of course that this New Moon’s theme is, Horses.
So what does a horse represent? According to what’s your sign.coma horse represents Power, Grace, Beauty, Freedom, Nobility and Strength. The horse symbol meanings of power are widespread through most cultures, and it is linked as an emblem of life-force. Many cultures assign the attributes of the four elements to the horse: Earth,Fire, Air, and Water.
So this coming New Moon is all about Freedom and Life Force. However positive this symbolism is, to attain freedom one must begin to change something in their lives, and that is what many on our planet will begin doing.
This New Moon is going to be a WAKE UP call for many and as you recall yourself, when you were awakening to that which you are, you had to get through a lot of fog, outdated thinking, misunderstandings from those around you, which resulted in a somewhat chaotic state. And well, that is what is going to begin happening to many who have not yet gone through this stage of awakening.
And so, My Beloved Masters of the Universe, here we go again! We are going to need to be EXTREMELY patient with our nearest and dearest, and all around us, without getting sucked into all the drama that will begin to unfold. Staying grounded and being true to ourselves, being positive and staying on course. To help you stay sane as we proceed further along everyone’s awakening, you can use various homeopathic remedies, flower essences and cell salts that I spoke about many times before. I have put a list together for you on my blog which you can find by clicking here.
Also, and this is VERY important. This new moon is a very powerful wish grantor, so it is highly important to make a wish for your life, of how you would like to see it unfold in the next few months, BUT the KEY is to say nothing about this to anyone. You can write it down, but keep your note in safe place, away from anyone seeing your wish or desire. Hold this desire close to your heart and be sure not to talk about it with anyone, unless that person is someone who can help you make it a reality. But again, it’s best to keep it a secret until it materializes.
But going back to Archangel Michael, last night he has come to me, in all his glory, and it was such a phenomenally beautiful experience which I am sure many of you have had. He was VERY serious, exceptionally so, very determined and stern.
The aura of his arrival commanded attention and I realized just how important this time for all of us, lightworkers is. The idea is for us to dust off our “wizard wands” so to speak, get our pixie dust out of the drawer, spread our wings and begin to work our magic on this planet to assist those who are going through the awakening process, whilst keeping the planet’s energy vibrations high, transmuting all the chaotic energies that are going to keep increasing as we proceed through this year, and at the same time enjoying the moment, being happy and doing what we have come here to do. Can we do it? Absolutely! 😊 As my beloved Metatron always says “You have been prepared well for the mission at hand”.
Now having said this, here is a VERY important message that I have received from Archangel Michael and The Company of Heaven.
Archangel Michael and the Company of Heaven greets you now in the aequivocus (having more than one meaning, open to more than one interpretation in this case the reference by AA Michael is that of the double nature of the energies that we are experiencing at the moment, on the one hand we are being uplifted, and on the other hand the purification and pushing out of the old structures is bringing about a lot of chaotic and turbulent energies, however all is positive in the long run, and is simply that which has to be) energetic upliftment to transcend you into the world of Akash and allow you to find the missing link to the energy pathways so very necessary for you to commence your missions on this planet.
And so, through triangular degree of consciousness, through the risen energies of those who have passed the “Ring Pass Not”, through the etheric web of informational encodings, through the effervescent principles of BEing, you are invited to step through the gateway of your choosing into a library of times immemorial. Transcending the duality principle of being, transcending that which you have been taught to accept as the “norm”, you are asked to look through the veil of forgetfulness, and reach through in order to arrive in a new sequenced reality.
Indeed a new sequenced reality matrix. Through the sequencing of the energetic vibrations you are asked to find the seed of the universe, indeed the seed of the universe and withdraw said seed and take said seed with you into your present reality. Said seed shall be planted in the heavily soiled ethers of your present reality, in order to plant its roots and grow to become a mighty powerful tree of knowledge, benevolence and might, said seeds that you have brought with you from said library of times immemorial, shall then assist you in recognizing your full potential of Being. And through said inklings you shall glean much of that which you are here to uphold.
We encourage you to drop the unnecessary vibrations that no longer pertain to the energies that you have entered into, and surrender all that no longer belongs to that which shall transform said vibratory sensations into the light, transmute into the light and return to your planes of existence through the rainbow colored particles of truth, benevolence and might, truth, benevolence and peace, peace, harmony and bliss, bliss, love and light, light, mesmerization and unequivocal exculpation (the act of freeing from guilt or blame. pardon, forgiveness – the act of excusing a mistake or offense) for all. Stay true to that which you have come here to uphold, stay true to that which you have brought with you from interstellar communities from which you hail, stay true to the realization of your coherent principles of Being. Stay true to bringing about the necessary changes coming your way. BE in the NOW, and ENJOY knowing that each and every moment of your benevolent cocreation is exemplified by your higher selves, exemplified in the ethers and returned to you in the form of harmonious enlightenment and purification , harmonious enlightenment and blissful cocreation, harmonious enlightenment and amplification of the light principles of BEing. What we are trying to say to you master of the kingdoms of heaven is that the time for you to step into that which you have come here to uphold is NOW. The time for you to spread your mighty powerful wings of benevolence, has arrived, and we ask you yet again to step into your power, step into your power, step into the light. Be true to that which you are, knowing that all is well in the cosmic spheres of BEing and all your efforts are dully noted, transcribed, and heard. Know that we are walking with you hand in hand and foot in foot. Know that it is so, for it is! That is all that we have for you now. WE love you. WE are with you. Goodbye for now.

Editor’s Note: (Thanks E!) The beauty of balance is addressed in this video and it’s importance for health in this chaotic world. Regaining balance of your inner world then opens the door for realizing who you are!
Not sure about the true reality of your existence? Continue to listen to the provided meditation geared toward releasing the stress all-too-continual on Planet Earth. Bathe in the love and bliss (which causes stress to evaporate) stemming from this meditation, realize this meditation can be performed on an “as needed” basis, allowing you to BE…
Editor’s Note: This is a grisley way to start off a Wednesday morning, but sometimes the truth is never pretty. Please read this report, watch the video below, understand why pain exists…to urge us to look toward the Light, and then with that realization BE…
This information is beyond disturbing—even when it’s not new. It’s painful to hear, yet at the same time riveting. It’s the stuff of your worst nightmares—but for many, it’s a daily, living hell. It’s their life; one of repeated betrayals.
When they have survived the torture and are brave enough to talk about it and relate their shocking experiences, the least we can do is listen.
This is why we are here, folks; to face the evil, to stare it down and expose it to the Light of Truth until there’s nowhere for it to hide.
The satanic abuse that has ruled our civilizations for millennia has met its match. It’s time for us to step up, accept the truth and be a part of the operation to purify this planet.
This is part 3 and I haven’t yet listened to part 1 or 2 and won’t be tonight but this floored me, despite having a decent background on how the Illuminati/Freemason cults operate and how they destroy Human beings.
Kudos to Dan Duvall for championing this stark abuse of Humanity, and in particular, innocent children. Chaurisse is an amazing woman to be able to revisit these horrors for the benefit of others. May she be thoroughly and completely healed from these grotesque traumas designed to turn victims into sociopaths—like the abusers.

Thousands of bottles of water not distributed to victims left at an airstrip in San Juan, Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria
Editor’s Note: Ah…the pain caused by the Dark is all too apparent in this article. The video at the end (see the Twiter link) is verbally non-understandable (unless you know Puerto Rican Spanish), but the disgust in the commentary voice is unmistakable!
In the words of a friend, of mine…here we go! Please read/watch and understand our world IS changing due to circumstances such as this…with many more intolerable acts still to surface. Despite knowledge of the inhumane acts committed by the Dark, please know our world is changing in a positive way, let this be a signal for the 99% to be BETTER than they, allowing us all to BE…
Here it is, folks. Carton after carton of Coleman camp stoves, water, diapers, bottles and nipples, Ensure, baby wipes, food, batteries, emergency crank radios, sitting in a warehouse to make President Trump look bad WHILE THEIR PEOPLE STARVED, DIED OF DEHYDRATION, AND THEIR BABIES HAD NOTHING.
We have already told you there were pallets of water found at the airport in San Juan 6 months after the catastrophe; water going bad in plastic bottles in the sun that was no good to anyone.
Mayor Carmen Yulin thought it was more important to spend her time bashing President Trump and telling the world he sent no aid than to help her own people. Another mayor outed her for not even attending the meetings the administration was holding to organize the relief plan. She’s a traitor.
And they did this not once, but twice, according to RT? Read about both discoveries in the article below, watch the video, and see the pathetic excuses (lies).
What’s worse: some water past its best before date, or no water at all? And what do you suppose a bottle of water cost the desperate residents after the hurricanes? This is what the globalists do, folks—and not only in Puerto Rico.
After Hurricane Sandy in New Jersey/New York there were tents with brand new generators in them that had never been distributed to the victims who were cold, wet, and forbidden to return to their homes because the globalist politicians had them condemned.
They also turned away truckloads of donated emergency supplies and clothing from out of state “because they had no bill of lading”, they claimed.
They create these storms, or at the very least whip up low pressure systems with their technology to create super-storms and then use the crises to monetize the system and serve their political agendas.
These bastards should be dumped on a deserted island somewhere they can’t swim from; no food, no water, no supplies, and see how they fare. Let them eat each other. If they die… oh well. The world is then a much better place. At least they’re animal food. Grind up their bones and scatter them to the seven seas.
Those psychopaths won’t be preying on any more children.
No fake impeachment or anything else is going to save them from us when the People learn the truth about what they have done. ~ BP
Puerto Rican politicians tried to make it look like President Trump wasn’t sending aid to them after Hurricane Maria in 2017
A video has surfaced showing aid sitting unused in a warehouse
They were hiding aid from their citizens who needed it desperately
