At 03:47 am EST on Mon. 19 Oct. 2026, a regional QFS node sent a test notification through the encrypted channel. It was not meant for the public. It was meant for the system. It said: “Safe link protocol is now live. First dispatch begins in 36 hours.”
That is not a rumor. That is a timestamped confirmation from a node that does not send test messages by accident.
WHAT THE SAFE LINK WILL LOOK LIKE:
1. THE SENDER: It will not come from a name you recognize. It will come from a string of characters, letters and numbers mixed together. It will not come from a regular phone number. 3. CLICK ONLY FROM YOUR OWN DEVICE: Do not click from a public computer. Do not click from a friend’s phone. Do not click from a device you do not own. The portal will detect the device. If it is not yours, it will lock you out
The safe link is not coming. It is being dispatched. And it will arrive in the format I just described.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CALL:
1. THE GREETING
• A live person will answer. Not a recording. Not a menu. A person
• They will say: “Redemption scheduling. Please state your appointment code.”
• You will read the code from your safe link. They will confirm it. They will not ask for your name first
2. THE VERIFICATION
• They will ask you three questions: your full name, your date of birth, and the last four digits of your ID
