Your LightBody is the MOST IMPORTANT part of this entire process, as it’s HOW you achieve all as PURE LIGHT.

The human ego aspect is the one that loves to play in the “I’m not RESPONSIBLE” and “it’s all them/theirs” game….. totally unaware that the “matrix” is inside of their whole body and the dismantling process is “done” by their own SOUL/LIGHTBODY activating inside of their own body and re-configuring/vibrationally realigning their entire reality FOR THEM…. because they will not yet fully surrender for EASE to be the way that this occurs, as well as making the HIGHEST VIBRATIONALLY ALIGNED CHOICES/DECISIONS NECESSARY TO SHIFT ALL TO A MUCH HIGHER VIBRATION/LEVEL OF CONSCIOUSNESS FROM WITHIN……….. so “something” has to occur to assist with this PROCESS….. of continually breaking down the “EGO HOLD” within….

The human ego reality is what “goes against” COSMIC/SOUL/UNIVERSALLY ALIGNED REALITIES and this is what’s being aligned VIBRATIONALLY on a Quantum/Multi-Dimensional/Cosmic Level from within every moment now………….
PERCEPTIONS ARE KEY The human ego aspect is unaware of all, because of limited, fixed and conditioned mind constructs that bind each to a VERSION OF REALITY that’s not highest aligned. There are infinite “reasons” for this, at which are too vast to cover with this writing here. In order to EXPAND INTO much higher states of Consciousness, one must LET GO OF ALL OF THAT, dissolve the old programming held within and BE WILLING to explore all new ways, incorporate all new ways that LOOK NOTHING LIKE BEFORE….

AS EACH’S PURE HEART OPENS FULLY, then a whole new reality starts to become VISIBLE as an ACTUAL REALITY for EACH… this “whole new reality” or “world” is what we refer to as NEW EARTH, because it IS AVAILABLE TO ALL who truly EMBRACE THIS FULLY and start to live by the UNIVERSAL and COSMIC CODES embedded in their own DNA….
EVERYTHING is a SHIFT IN CONSCIOUSNESS…. and everything is available and already EXISTS, yet everything is also MULTI-DIMENSIONAL, so each RECEIVES THE REALITY/EXPERIENCE each holds as REAL, which is constantly transmitting out from each’s own “Zero Point” on a cellular level continuing OUT through their whole Quantum/Energetic Field to instruct the external how to reply/return a “value” relative to a multi-dimensional experience, rather than a linear one. ♥
One of the “first” things all must do, is observe, challenge and SHIFT that which they PERCEIVE AS REALITY…. and completely shift PRIORITIES through understanding “how” all is truly created and comes to BE through each’s own mentalities, beliefs, dimension occupied and FLOW of VIBRATIONAL ENERGY.
NEW EARTH is a “new” VERSION of all that replaces all of the “old” VERSIONS that all once held in place “as reality” from deep within. What each “hold as reality” determines this and FULLY Conscious Multi-Dimensionality opens up everything to everyone again. NEW Earth becomes each’s EXPERIENCE as the CODES FOR NEW EARTH are ALLOWED to fully integrate and each embraces their own HIGHER/HIGHEST States of Consciousness fully and HOLDS THIS FULLY above all. More love, more purity, more kindness, more generosity, more Divine/Sacred Experiences, more connection, more abundance, more bliss, more magic, more EVERYTHING no longer limited by the old programs/conditioning/mindsets that “stopped” all of this BEing everyone’s full experience here! EVERYTHING that “stopped” all was each’s own inner matrix and as each opens up fully, their inner matrix re-works itself, becoming the Energetic/Crystalline/Plasma Matrix System (Inner-active Holographic and Morphogenic Field that Quantum Existences allow).
“Higher Dimensional Existence” replaces “lower”…. yet through constant merging/dissolving/shifting and tuning processes accomplished through the integration of HIGH FREQUENCY PHOTONIC LIGHT through each’s physical body form and applied to each’s WHOLE LIFE where everything becomes ONE.

important and intricate clearing, re-mapping and re-coding process in
conjunction with Gaia and Cosmically that affects every living and
breathing organism on this planet…

physical bodies link-up to everything through our bodies’ DNA, templates
and more, means to comprehend the magnificence of what’s possible
beyond anything any of us understood before….
So keep your
heart/mind/energy wide open to what you hear/see/feel/know deep inside
and how this will correlate to your own reality/world/body’s processes
as they occur on a Quantum/cellular/DNA/molecular/atomic level and play
out in your multi-dimensional experience we call “life”.

summarize many things and be-bop all over the vibrational non-linear
place/space (Quantum Geometrics) to share this overview for awareness
and to support all who utilize as highest vibrationally aligned on a

NOVEMBER: On
October 31th we passed through a huge “null zone”, which opened up
portals/energetic vortexes and passageways, beyond important for this
next phase and the continuing anchoring of the 2020 template codes that
many have been working with. The importance of this entire period is a
huge Quantum Jump for Collective HUmaNITY, our planet, all
inhabitants…. one that we’ve been leading up to all along…
Often,
until we “arrive” at a certain point, we are often unable to “see”/know
what’s coming next. This occurs all along the way, as a “completion
cycle” must occur for the “next phase” to become visible…. as all is
vibrational, energetic, Quantum and completely non-linear in every way.
While we can see some linearity, it’s not like before. It’s a
vibrational framework and reference points, rather than a limit or fixed
thing like before…. It’s energetic and based upon different
equational parameters than linear realities were. It’s based on
density/linearity, light codes and Consciousness and all things
Quantum….
When I awoke on November 1st, the first thing I
observed was an Energy Report (that I never wrote/put out) titled
“Embrace Your Inner-Power as Love”. It was short and sweet, so I’ll
share it here and then move onto the next thing that then became
visible/available, which turned into a massive 3-month overview, which
is what I am also writing/sharing here as well.

THE NEXT 3 LINEAR MONTHS: MASSIVE TEMPLATE CLEARING/RE-WRITES/PREPARATION PROCESSES….
November
began a template clearing process that will go on all month (longer
actually, as we never stop clearing, it’s just done very differently
than when we carried immense density within our own physical body
forms/DNA). As we near the 11:11 Gateway, this will increase….
In October,
we “accomplished” many things and brought through/opened up so much
more too. I’ve not shared on any of that. It’s just too much
information, yet I will include a couple of things here and see about
writing up a few others in separate posts/articles …..
The
last few months, increasingly, the amount of Plasma Energies are
astounding (in the most awesome ways). This shall continue, so
acclimation is definitely key. October brought through an even more
substantial increase in Photonics/Plasma Frequencies for all. ♥
Mid-October:
Days of “new” Ultra-Violet frequencies bombarding our systems from
inside of our cells. Immense Cosmic RAYdiation with massive atomic
re-writes… beyond immense integration processes to complete. I’ll
share more as we continue, as these work with “glowing in the dark”
(metaphorically and otherwise), bio-Luminescence, new Neon colors/arrays
coming forth, the colors of Auroras visible/changing with Geo-magnetic
upgrades and so very much more! ☼
3rd Week of October: All new
Quantum Dynamics/Mechanics and Algorithms became available for all upon
the completion of immense integration processes. Also “New Roles” for
Gatekeepers/Gridkeepers/Emissaries/Frequency Holders/Star BEings
(whatever “descriptive words” you utilize for the many things you
do/are/fulfill here too)…
Last week of October: Every day in
October was “building” up to a completion cycle, which was accomplished
organically with the integration of each new code. There was one morning
I awoke to the observation and awareness of an entirely new ATOMIC SPIN
RATE having been completed/accomplished as a new “Zero Point” range now
anchored fully in, after each day in October (since the 10•10 Divine
Alignment Code Release) had been completing acceleration cycles and
continual re-gridding processes/re-writes for this to occur.
NOVEMBER/DECEMBER/JANUARY…
I’ll
mention here that these processes are only separated out by density
(not weight/density, which is very different than weight). Each
dimension is determined by many things: Density, frequency bandwidths,
oscillatory spin rates, and Quantum/Linearity (and more). The less
density, the “faster” these processes occur with ease. Density equates
to “how long”, the challenges or how strong/rough/intense all is…. The
less physical density (on a molecular level), the “faster” and “easier”
all occurs, because of how Consciousness works from within each’s
physical body form…
November’s focus is on “emptying out” and
template clearing/re-writing, which will continue into December to
prepare all’s physical body/form/sacred vessel for integration of all
new codes for template building processes that need to occur.
Detachment/feeling detached (no feeling at all) is normal when this is
occurring. It can take a few minutes/hours/all day or week or month
(on/off/longer) to complete various template re-configuration
processes… so be very patient, kind and respectful to yourself as your
physical body/field/reality undergo immense processes that are beyond
important for all. Because there’s not just one code or one template,
yet a gazillion of these, then many processes can be occurring all
simultaneously/at once… so it’s beyond important to honor the way you
feel and are guided/see to “do” as is highest aligned for YOU!
The
11:11 Gateway, 12:12 Gateway, 1:1 Gateway and 1:11 Gateway are
progressional “code delivery” gateways where so very much opens up for
all. Time/space to process, clear, integrate, harmonize, synchronize and
complete “new coordinates” linking up naturally and organically within
your own physical body’s StarGate Systems will allow you to jump/travel
and shift with much greater ease than ever before.
Take
care not to get hung up on linear dates, linear things…. as these are
human reference points used to get each’s energy
dedicated/focused/tuned into the importance of each major Activation
Point, yet these are occurring 24/7 also, so it’s beyond important for
each/you to honor/listen/observe/respect how you FEEL and what your
highest vibrational aligned access shows you is appropriate for you.
Portals, gateways, passageways are not bound by linear dates or months
or even years…. they are all vibrational and energetic and activate on
a DNA/Code level when it’s vibrationally time for this to occur….
These continually increasing and accelerating Cosmic
Rays/Frequencies/Codes are doing this 24/7 for all of us to awaken to
all new realities/understandings/capabilities … in every nano-second
here. If you are wide open and ready, the moment any Heart-Cellular
StarGate Opens and new codes become available in your own body-field,
they will activate and you’ll be able to honor whatever process is
relative/important at any given SPACE in “time” in order to “do” the
phase/process as is highest aligned for you. (Nature, play, rest,
alone time, celebrating or doing your own sacred ceremony…. what
matters is you are able to honor/listen/be/do however you need, without
distortions and interference….).
Quantum is INSTANT…
so if you want a “linear reference” then nano-second is the best I can
do. Realities shift a bazillion at a time in every nano-second. Presence
and deep inner connection opens up access for each’s awareness of
this.
Gaia RELEASES FROM HER GRIDS/DNA/TEMPLATE – Massively As will each therefore too….
NEW
Codes (Star Codes, Light Codes, Cosmic Rays/Codes) are streaming,
pouring, flooding through constantly and in every
nano-second/particle/wave…..
As each’s template
clears old, new is re-coding everything…. so maintain presence and
connection to observe how this works/feels for you. Some can
clear/recode and integrate constantly, while doing many things, while
other times we have to let everything go in order to honor/accomplish
this…
Template clearing: Clears old emotions, beliefs,
corrupted codes, separation programming deeply anchored within an
intricate gridding (Matrix) system that bound each to the unconscious
realms/lower vibrational frequency bandwidths where amnesia was
possible/held. As Gaia’s grids release and moves into a higher vibratory
state, each’s Earthly body where it was storing this programming
(akash/records) experiences a release as well. The more “storage”
(uncleared akash) the more emotional/physical all is. This is not new
and has been occurring all along, yet the magnitude is what is shifting,
due to Earth “being done” with the old, as is each’s Soul. ♥
Pre-determined higher dimensional timelines dictate all.
Crystalline
Grids charging with Photonic Light: Shaking and Quantum Jumping occurs.
A synchronization process is constant with these…..
Loading
of “new programs and codes”: As soon as the gridding system is clear,
this makes way for “new” to come through and take it’s place.
New
foundations, new structures, new systems, new infrastructures and
networking/communication systems… are all a part of this process. This
occurs within Gaia and emanates out through the grids of the planet and
atmospherically as well. The advanced living geometrics and lattices
are continually coming online ….
All of this occurs in each’s
physical body as their Light/Soul-Star Body activates and integrates on a
cellular/atomic/molecular level to re-code each’s entire physical body
gridding/template system… constantly with “all new”….. returning all
to a 12D Atomic LightBody/144 Avatar Template/Source Codes
vibrationally and harmonically synchronized with 12D Cosmic Gaia
inner-linked with ALL as ONE.

Ushers in codes upon codes upon codes that continue to increase
with/through the 12•12•12 (2+0+1+9=12) Gateway opening, increasing the
influx of codes to be integrated… which is why the template clearing
process is so important for these new ultra-high-frequencies/codes to be
able to be integrated with greater ease.
DECEMBER: Code
integration, a “final” template clearing of all that’s “gotta go” prior
to entering the 1•1 (2020) Gateway, where a barrage of all new template
codes become available for all. Leading up to/through the Solstice is an
additional massive passageway as well.
Rather than looking at
each month, look at the whole “frame of reference” for all of this to be
an important Gateway Experience…. I separated them by month, as
that’s how I saw the progression on a collective level, yet each
individual is in a completely different vibrational place/space and
experiences relative to their own current multi-dimensional experience,
and these can be vastly different, depending on where each functions
from and the DNA Consciousness Evolution processes each is experiencing.

NEW EARTH REALITIES/UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS/PURITY CONSCIOUSNESS/ALL NEW
Clearing
“memory databanks” and “storage”, as well as birthing/creating all new
from within, releasing all identities to everything and shifting
focus/what we all feed/invest our energy/all into is a huge part of this
process…. as well as an entire “re-valuing” of everything, that
occurs on a cellular level as each EMBODIES fully the fullness of all
selves/aspects as ONE.
The importance of your DNA…. this is
everything. This is your GOLD. This is how we return to BEing Pure
Source Consciousness, by evolving ourselves fully through repairing and
honoring our DNA evolution by integrating the immensity of all of these
Photonic/Crystalline/Plasma LIGHT CODES fully and holding all within our
form, which is a massive feat and undertaking within itself….
DNA
DNA DNA…. There is nothing more important than this. Our LightBodies
restore all, repair all, regenerate all and return all to FULL
CONSCIOUSNESS…. so take great care in honoring your physical bodies,
as they are your Sacred Containers/Vessels/Light Ships that allow you to
return fully…………. and live your most magical, magnificent and
Pure Love Consciousness REALities here. To say that your LightBody DNA
is the most important thing… is an understatement… yet each will
have to arrive/come to this realization through their own Divine
Connection from within.
UNITY
CONSCIOUSNESS is a natural way as we live from ONENESS within. No
longer separating off is a part of this process as each achieves keeping
their heart open fully so that their body can re-code, re-structure and
re-align vibrationally through the Cosmic harmonics and symphonic
audible and visible from inside as each’s Crystalline and Plasma
LightBody comes online. Pineal Gland abilities work cohesively with
each’s electromagnetic field, generated from inside, on a
cellular/atomic level and holding the UNIFIED FIELD in place through
presence…
It’s not complicated, it just means choosing
completely different and “new” ways of BEing/Living/DOing… over the
old linear/fixed ways and honoring what your Physical
Soul/LightBody/Field shows you it needs/requires to accomplish the
immense re-coding, re-writing, re-calibration processes that increase
constantly as we go. Your entire life will become Quantum, as will your
body and reality…. where all functions in Divine Alignment, Divine
Flow and Divine Unison…. it’s beyond beautiful and must be experienced
fully in order to understand….
Multi-Dimesionality does not
conform to anything of before and there’s an immense physical body
process that occurs to accomplish the continual DNA Evolutionary
Processes that are always accelerating on a Quantum Level.

These
“new” frequency bandwidths and the 12D template… it’s interesting to
“observe” it as it “works”…. soooooooo VAST and yet,
soooooooooooooooooooooo SIMPLE…. PURE DNA HARMONY….. a MASSIVE
AMPLIFICATION OF THE 5D template, yet the 6D/7D/8D/9D/10D/11D templates
too…… hundreds (and so many more) templates…. every time I look at the
template, it’s a completely different version and “overlays” INTO all of
the ‘OTHER’ ONES…. the merging process so subtle in one way, yet so
very much going on within our physical LIGHTBODIES… all of theme…
There
are many “themes” that keep “repeating” (Until I share them with you
all)…. so I’ll attempt to do a little bit… as everything that comes
forth since December is PURE 12D….. PURE DIVINE TEMPLATES…. yet each
must ‘accomplish’ the “basic” template first….. which is where many
COLLECTIVES are moving into…. each into a “new frequency bandwidth”
RELATIVE to their own personal experience/DNA EVOLUTION processes
here…..
2019’s focus
is vast…. for many it’s breaking down old programs like never before….
it has the “theme” of NEW BEGINNINGS for each who embrace this from
their own CORE… it’s DEFINITELY FOCUSED on clearing ANY and ALL DENSITY
that each still physically holds…. so that each can HOLD MORE PHOTONIC
LIGHT within their own DNA/Genetic/Atomic cells constantly being
RECODED….
For the
last week/month, we’ve had a MAVERICK PORTAL/ACTIVATION occurring..
which is quite cool to observe. This will “affect” the whole on a much
grander level, as EACH moves into “free-thinking”, which means moving
out of the amnesia state “faster” (coming out of the deep sleep/comatose
state, which is confusing for a bit), more going through their own
inner-pole flip (which flips their realities upside down, going on in
the physical body for each “functions from” too, which starts a whole
new process of “Ascending” with the physical body, while descending as
higher selves to “merge” as ONE within the physical body…. while
clearing their own “inner hell” to awaken to/anchor their own “Heaven”
on Earth into the physical too…… This is a very PHYSICAL PROCESS, once
that does not fit into any linear anything…. it takes connecting on a
much DEEPER LEVEL, where each HOLDS THIS INFORMATION encoded within
themselves too.
BREAKING
AWAY/OUT OF THE OLD….. As each’s Soul activates on a cellular level,
the carbon based body will heat up to burn off old programming/decalcify
(carbon residue), for the physical matter form of each’s body to start a
massive transition process of Carbon-Based to Crystalline (then
plasma/photonic/more). With this “new template”, not much of any old is
able to “come through”. That which is not fully/highest aligned, really
has to “go” …. faster/stronger/at a more accelerated rate… and depending
on each’s own level of consciousness that they function from, HOW THIS
IS EXPERIENCED (with ease or immense challenge) is based upon many
things… physical body density (not weight, density… physical matter mass
to light ratio, which constantly changes as we all go), how much
resistance inside and how Quantum or Linear one is….
Note:
This is also a part of the 2222 Source Code as it activates in the
blood/oxygen/flesh of the body to start to clear carbon-based toxins
from the body (primarily visible by way of the heart/chest/lungs area
(breathing and opening up/clearing density from the chest
wall/throat/nasal/head area), an important density clearing process
(immune system), activating crystals throughout the body (i.e.
Crystalline LightBody). The heating up/cooling down process is an
important part of the changing of physical matter form, organic
cryo-genetics, aging acceleration for ego-death, as well as regeneration
through the LightBody which will all correlate to accelerated
death/re-birth cycles that shift from a physical to a Quantum one.
For
those who FUNCTION FROM A QUANTUM STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS in every way,
it’s simple and easy to close out portals, move on, be done… because
everything is a vibration/energy and represented by the amount of
DENSITY and LIGHT…. there are ZERO attachments and REALities function
completely differently…. the VIBRATION and ENERGY PRESENT shows all…. so
the “decisions” for what is appropriate on a SOUL LEVEL is very
different than the “old realities” were….
The
more carbon based (linear) each’s body is (DENSITY), the more
attachments/cords and separation still held within… which correlates to
physical density, as the “constructs” of each’s cellular make-up (on an
atomic level) is what dictates each’s actual physical reality… which is
why it takes immense awareness and POWER to hold each’s NEW
(HIGHER/HIGHEST States of Consciousness in place LONG ENOUGH) to BREAK
DOWN THAT LINEAR CONSTRUCT…. which can be done INTENTIONALLY or
experienced the unconscious ways (without awareness or perception of
“choice”, yet even this is “not true”, as all things that occur were/are
EACH’S SOUL’S CHOICE…. it’s just the human (ego) aspect that doesn’t
get a choice when full awakening and ascension “has to occur” (encoded
in each’s DNA when “that frequency activates”…continually along the
way….
THIS IS ABOUT
AN EVOLUTION on a scale that’s incomprehensible by the human aspect…
from Carbon-Based (atomic spin rate of each’s cells)…. to Crystalline
(where all changes/shape form continually, with all new “codes”
activated constantly to “reshape” REALity constantly…. through the
APPLICATION/EMBODIMENT of PHOTONIC LIGHT…. this is NOT something the
human “ego” aspect gets to “control”… PHOTONIC LIGHT HAS THE CONTROL…
which is a whole new ballgame for all…. This is a SURRENDERING PROCESS…
where your LIGHTBODY takes over and it runs the show… yet YOU ARE YOUR
LIGHTBODY, so learning to listen/communicate on a DNA Level isn’t done
with your linear mind… it’s done with your SOUL CONSCIOUSNESS… where
“Light” and “photons” and DNA are our language and how we SEE, speak,
live, breathe… FULL CONSCIOUSNESS with every BREATH… as PURE SOURCE
CONSCIOUSNESS is alive, awake and deeply connected on EVERY LEVEL….
living/breathing/working in UNISON… we ARE the UNIFIED FIELD OF FULL
CONSCIOUSNESS… we ARE the LIGHT, it’s not a “thing”‘… WE ARE PURE LOVE,
which makes everything that’s “not”…. totally visible and OURS to
observe/hear/see/feel/do…. align/tune…. which is “easy” when we are
fully in-tune and living in PURE HARMONY on a deep cellular level from
within our own selves…..
This
is a PROCESS that has taken our “whole life” thus far… and every moment
of this CURRENT NOW… this is not a linear thing… at all.
THIS
IS A UNIVERSAL/COSMIC experience…. a UNIVERSAL/COSMIC Evolution…. that
OCCURS within EACH… as each’s HEARTS FULLY OPEN…. to RETURN TO LIVING
KINDNESS, CONSIDERATION, CARING, DEEP SACRED LOVE AND RESPECT in their
own lives, in every way… too. The “old ways” (parameters) no longer
apply, so trying to “use them” to understand or “do” a reality won’t
work either…. this takes expanding and opening up fully from deep within
to shift BEYOND THE OLD WAYS and ACCEPT that which makes no linear
sense, yet to all of us… we “get it” and that’s all that matters….. ♥
CARBON
BASED BODIES were rigid and “fixed”… because the cellular structure
within the physical body was carbon bases at an atomic rate…. as each’s
PHOTONIC LIGHTBODY ACTIVATES the body enters into a de-calcification and
de-densifying process… a cellular and molecular restructuring process
that evolves as each’s LightBody activates/holds more PHOTONIC LIGHT.
The
ATOMIC SPIN RATE and life-cycle changes…. and how each functions on a
multi-dimensional level is also dictated by this. Each’s cell, on an
atomic level is constantly being re-coded/re-written, activating each’s
CRYSTALLINE LIGHTBODY (after the Gamma LightBody has done “it’s thing”
to bring each online with NEW EARTH to “leave old earth” with their
bodies, literally)….. Each’s CRYSTALLINE ATOMIC CODES, STAR CODES,
STELLAR CODES AND SOURCE CODES are held within each’s body, yet only
activated when/as those FREQUENCIES are activated on a COSMIC LEVEL

The process of how fast or slow the energy expands away from the center point of the source field is the Oscillation rate. The process of how fast or slow the same energy contracts back towards its center point of source field is the Vibration rate.
The combination of both the pattern of Vibration (contraction) and Oscillation (expansion) speed is what determines the frequency rate of all energy and all things. As our personal, collective and planetary consciousness rises in frequency, the matter world becomes less dense. Our physical bodies also become less dense as our frequency increases. However in the world of matter, as we drop density we can feel that our body is experiencing energy loss. Sometimes, our Blueprint is holding a much higher frequency and energetic download, which is accreting and not yet absorbed, and this can make the body feel extremely dense. It is important to know this is a common Ascension symptom when the physical body is acclimating to embody higher frequency. When we have Ascension Flu and exhaustion symptoms, from acclimating to new energies, this is not an entropic process. This is actually Negentropic as the body is acclimating to embody more light in the cells, and generating more ATP. At stages of Lightbody accretion, the body will experience oscillation to vibration incompatibilities, through the exposure to higher frequency rates in the blueprint versus the body. When this occurs, it is possible for the person to experience sensations of heavy density, shadow clearing, and as the body senses the gravitational pull, this creates pressure. The energetic pressure can feel as if it is bearing down on the body from the crown of the head. Tension and stiffness from the influx of new energy will apply pressure for the body to circulate and distribute these energies. This is first commonly felt in the head, neck and shoulders. Sensations of pressure, moving down with thermal energies circulating in other areas of the body comes later. During the body’s absorption phase, the lightbody is more unstable. Before the new frequency is fully integrated, while in this phase, you will feel tired and need more sleep.
Learning how to accurately discern the necessary energy expenditures that are for productive and spiritually healthy purposes, such as lightbody integration, will help you to recognize that not all energy expenditures are equal. Directing energy towards developing ourselves spiritually, gaining virtues, and staying awake while others are asleep, can be an exhausting job. This is not entropic. As we commit to our personal spiritual development and live a lifestyle in accordance to the Law of One, all energy will be returned to you, and over time, it will be made Krystal clear! [1]
Integrating Higher Self Embodiment
When we integrate and embody more aspects of the multidimensional higher self we also access higher dimensions of consciousness, thus our experience and perception of the physical realm greatly changes. As we acclimate to the current planetary shifts it can feel incredibly disorientating and physically uncomfortable, and at times we may experience great energetic pressure inside the body that may feel overwhelming. The sensations of massive pressure exerted upon the physical body has been described as oscillation to vibration incompatibilities, another Ascension Symptom. This occurs during the Embodiment process as we endure electromagnetic recalibration between the particle layers of matter vibration and higher frequency oscillations throughout the collective consciousness Blueprint levels.[2]
