today all of the astrological energetics are opening up a crack that leads to Second Renaissance – a world of freedom, creativity, and love. This opening will continue to crack and become larger and larger until January 11-12, 2020, when it becomes  a wide open gate. Because the proof is in the
pudding, here’s how it happens today:

1 – CHIRON STATIONS RETROGRADE – At 7:39 pm EST/11:39 pm UTC. 
Energetically, Chiron begins to go back in time.  It goes back in time all the way to March 16, 2019.  What has transpired for you since then?  Any and
all efforts made to bring light to self, others, and the world at large will be re-empowered.  Chiron will do this until December 12-13, 2019. Ways
forward will be brightly lighted.  We know this from the wisdom of the
degree of Chiron’s retrograde – “a square brightly lighted on one side,” and the degree where Chiron will station direct – “a comedian entertaining the group.”

2 – TWO COMEDIANS – So we have the energetic of “a clown caricaturing well-known personalities” in play as well as “a comedian entertaining the
group.”  Looks like it will be quite a show.

3 – MORE FAIRIES – This year, the archontic control systems are scheduled for serious, sustained, debilitating blows.  This comes from the energetic for the entire astrological year – “fairies dancing in the setting Sun.”  More
fairies enter the scene today, as Venus squares Chiron (as Chiron stations
retrograde) and discharges “two fairies dancing on a moonlit night.”  As if by magic, more power is added to this great Time of Showing. Venus and
Chiron together bring themes of money, markets, things in need of healing, and learning.  To learn is to become enlightened. Most importantly,
however, Chiron BUILDS BRIDGES.  Two bridges are being built: a bridge
between east and west and a bridge to higher consciousness.  This could
not be clearer to me.  I hope you can see it, too, but if you can’t just yet,
remember light is just beginning to beam through the crack.


4 – LOAD-IN OF INFORMATION AND NEWS – Mercury stationed
retrograde yesterday, and today Mars meets it head on.  Mars is conjunct Mercury at the energetic that lies between the old world and the new
world – “rock formations tower over a deep canyon.” The deep canyon is
the past.  It is/was treacherous.  NEW FOUNDATIONS are forming on the
olid ground of the past – or, the things that were good and worked well for all. Mars rules energy and the power to accomplish.  Mars is empowering Mercury the Messenger to bring us what we need to know.  Actually, Mars conjunct Mercury usually brings us a lot more than we maybe even
wanted to know – and it brings it fast.  So, take notes of what comes to you
today, and then come back to it a little at a time.  It would be taxing to the
body to try and understand everything that crosses into our information
fields today. What happens today foreshadows our future. The Big Date for the Big Gate is January 11-12, 2020 – the behemoth Saturn-Pluto
Conjunction.

5 – SEEDS – And just to top it off today, the Sun is discharging “the seed that grows into knowledge and life.”  What more can I say? That’s all for today, except a BIG thank you for donating and supporting the Oracle Report.  It

We have big news from the Keshe Spaceship Institute. Dr. Presser brought us the following email update:

In his last public teaching for June, Mehran Keshe announced a major investment by the Chinese Government in the Keshe Foundation technology. A joint venture company has been established, 50:50 owned by the Keshe Foundation and by the Chinese Government with a valuation of 100M Euros and an initial venture funding commitment of 1BN Euros to commercialise the technology for the benefit of China and its One Belt, One Road partners.

This video covers this announcement as well as some of the major achievements of the Keshe Foundation over the last year or so, primarily in China.

Mehran Keshe also recently announced plans to list the Keshe Foundation on the US stock exchange.

These announcements underpin the global deployment and commercialisation of the Keshe Foundation technology. Part of the announcement was a commitment by the Keshe Foundation to work with the Chinese for a manned moon flight using the Keshe Foundation technology within a year.

I am currently listening to an Abel Danger livestream and they are discussing at length, pedovoria, and the disturbing off-shoots of that topic among insiders. Our Canadian insider, “Margaritaville”, says he has a lot of information about these crimes and he says he doesn’t have words to describe it. They had some interesting statements about the strategy involving the children in Haiti and the earthquake in relation to Jeffrey Epstein’s retreat on Little Saint James Island.

Field says he applied for active duty again, and when you’re retired, you serve at the pleasure of the President. He says he may, for instance, be called upon to work at Guantanamo Bay or something else, such as testifying at a 9/11 trial.

One thing Field already mentioned is that when Pence was “rerouted” enroute to New Hampshire it was to prevent his escape. I suspected that based on a Twitter thread I saw about a plane being “diverted”.

Trump said he would tell us why Pence was “recalled” to the White House in two weeks. Will he reveal at that time what Pence has been up to—possibly as a result of the Epstein connections to friends in low places? If so, it then opens the door to tell us about JFK Jr. in the near future.

to a weekend of Black Moon transits that are being activated by the Moon. 

Actually, I am just procrastinating.  It’s late Friday night, so I beg your
indulgence.  It is my intention that anyone reading or listening to this has
everything they need to take this weekend’s energetics and, with the
fluidity of a jedi, turn any negative situation, mindset, feeling (or
whatever) that crops up into a positive one.  This report is total overkill. 

It is meant primarily for people who are Sun signs Pisces or Virgo and
those with the Moon, Chiron, or the Black Moon in Pisces or Virgo.  To some extent, everyone will be experiencing the energies, but the Pisces-Virgo
people are most “on duty” right now. 

I say “on duty” like they are on watch because they are.  They are the
“closers.”  They are closing out a massive era of darkness that began on
March 23, 2011. So, the following is, in turn, a massive amount of data that you can refer to if you start to encounter any difficulties this weekend –
like a drastic shift or decline in mood, energy, outlook and trust for the
future, feelings about humanity, or questioning the Divine. 

You can correlate the time of events or feelings with the astrology at that
time and hopefully pull out from any archontic maneuverings trying to
hold us back.  Any part of the report may help, not necessarily just the part that correlates to the time that something happens.  Energy moves in waves. Remember that anytime we have “Black Moon Days” like we do this
weekend, everyone’s own natal Black Moon (core fear in life) is activated

THREE KEY THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND THIS WEEKEND: 1 – Mercury is
stationing retrograde on Sunday (problems with communication,
telecommunication, electronics, travel) 2 – The Moon will activate the
South Node-Saturn-Pluto conjunction that is in process until January 2020 (epic transformation of all structures and systems, including the structure and systems of our bodies) 3 – The Sun is re-activating the New Moon in
Aries (the start of this astrological year that began on April 5, 2019 – the
first of two years of the fall of the archons; this will agitate archontic
energies and they will respond by acting out)

THREE UNDERLYING THEMES:

1 – SATISFACTION vs DISSATISFACTION – Questions arise about how
satisfying things really are.  True motivations become evident.

2 – UNRESTRICTED vs BOXED IN:  Are limits being placed?  Are we
self-limiting?  What is limitless?  Anything that is constricting us, including our own thoughts, becomes evident if you look.

3 – STANDOFFS – Who is controlling whom?  Potential for conflict and
aggression is high. Hyper-masculine energetics are pervasive, especially
the energy of competition (including competition for attention).  People
are easily triggered. All of this is a recipe for chaos and strife or it is a rare chance to see and then remove whatever is blocking us from peace, health, and happiness. 

And this means anything that limits us, but it probably means something about ourselves.  The Black Moon is devoted to “renaissance” and “rebirth;” it will impose life circumstances in order to achieve this.  So this is A LOT
of astrological activity for one weekend.  Ultimately, the Black Moon
always makes things better.  Wise owls remember this.

TIMETABLE – SATURDAY, JULY 6, 2019 6:00 am EST/10:00 am UTC –
MOON SEXTILE VENUS – Tip off time for potential interpersonal
arguments and conflicts with Venus discharging “a cat arguing with a
mouse.”  Avoid traps that may be set by too much talking (which is
intended to obscure or confuse). Count blessings and opportunities.

10:24 am EST/2:24 pm UTC – MOON TRINE URANUS – Potential for
accidents, shocks, or surprises, earth events.  Things may cleave deeply. 
Wounds from the past may try to assert control over thoughts and
emotions.  This is merely prompting a shift or change to occur, regardless
of how it seems now.  We are in the Summer of Retrogrades, which is like a massive do over.

12:05 pm EST/4:05 pm UTC – MOON OPPOSITION BLACK MOON –
Tendency for repeat of “mistakes” and tendency to be “perfect.”  The best advice for any Black Moon transit is to rest and let the energy do its work.  There is no point in struggling against it with loops of mental chatter.  We may feel out of our depth in some way, but this is just the normal reaction when things are changing.  With this energetic, change is good.  New is
good.

competition, winning, trying to impress, making a big show or display. 
Emotions may be quite strong and pressured.  What is surfacing or
showing itself?  What is rearing its head?  Remember that shadow sides
are strong this weekend, which means there is a tendency to project onto
others what we cannot face or deal with in ourselves.

appreciation and recognition?  Is fearlessness needed?  Is someone,
something, or someplace being rushed?  Is something a three ring circus?  Take yourself out of the scene if necessary.

Leo and the Sabian symbol of “rock formations tower over a deep
canyon.”  The “structural integrity” of people, places, and things will
change while Mercury is retrograde through August 1.  Leaps of faith may be necessary.  Mercury retrograde types of issues with communications,
plans, travel, and electronics may be heightened Monday morning. With

look at the energetic that the Black Moon switches to today:

1 – SEEKING GUIDANCE OR DIRECTION – This month, one of the main
themes is finding solutions and answers.  This is enhanced today, and
found in unusual or novel places or sources.  We can’t always get what we want, but we always get what we need, yes? Again today, pay close
attention to animal sightings and nature in general for reminders and
confirmations. Turn to the northeast direction and see what comes to you.  The Sun is discharging “a very old man facing a vast, dark space to the
northeast.” .

2 – EVERGREEN – Staying power is brought to things today with the Earth
discharging “an ancient bas relief carved in granite remains a witness to a long-forgotten culture.”  What do you want to stick around?

3 – GO SLOWLY – To avoid pitfalls, it is best to SLOW DOWN today.  We
want to be sure-footed with our actions.  Venus is discharging “an Arctic
explorer leads a reindeer through icy canyons.”  We want to look before
leaping into anything, remembering that the overall energetic is
“no turning back.”  Persevere no matter what.

4 – OUTER MATCHES INNER – Mars is discharging “a mature woman
keeping up with the times, has her hair bobbed.”  This energetic always
asks us to assert ourselves and our independence, and not cover ourselves
with a mask.  True self seeks expression.

5 – SOUNDING THE CALL – At 11:23 am EST/03:23 pm UTC the Black Moon will move to 08 Pisces, “a girl blowing a bugle.”  Yesterday the Mahavidyas directed me to sound the call, which you may have caught in my short
recording last evening – “All Wings on Deck.” I did not realize the Black
Moon was moving to this degree today.  It’s time to rally and hold the line
of truth and love.  This is not a drill.  There is MUCH MORE happening than meets the eye, and it is happening first at the spiritual realm.  All we need to do is not waver and stay on mission:  TRUTH AND LOVE PREVAILS.  The Black Moon will remain at this energetic until July 14.  Then the real work happens between July 14-23 while the Black Moon discharges “intent on
outdistancing his rivals, a jockey spurs his horse to great speed.” 

July 14-23 will be a critical time when we all will be needed. A direct
spiritual clash will occur – metaphorically a “ride or die” time.  We keep
our eyes on the horizon.  No fear, just love. The Moon will move into Virgo
tonight at 12:25 am EST/4:25 am UTC, bringing a weekend when those with the Sun, Moon, Chiron, or Black Moon in Pisces or Virgo (“Black Moon Days” as I call them) have tremendous growth and opportunity via integrating shadow sides.  I had not planned to do a weekend report, but that will
follow to bridge us through the void.  The people in this category are
taking up “the six” of the fellowship of humanity’s march to freedom from archontic control systems.  Many thanks to all of them. This month, wisdom tells us to allow space for humor to come in and heal.  Let’s find that gate

I’ve just learned of some unfortunate news concerning the death of a patriot in the alt news community. If you have 5 – 10 minutes, Doug Hagmann informs us of this at the beginning of the following video as he soldiers on without his eldest son, Joe on June 29th. The timing… unbelievable. Doug speaks of “demonic forces”, and it’s important that we understand just how often we are dealing with them.

He also uses the words “allegedly” and “suspected” with respect to the death and as an investigator he vows to get to the bottom of it and hold culprits accountable where applicable. He seems very tuned in to things in many ways and will do what he has to do.

The conversation evolves into the importance of the spiritual component to the physical side of our world and the battle against those who don’t comprise flesh and blood; demons—and the drug world. It’s an interesting discussion up to 30 minutes, at least, which is as far as I got.

Our deepest sympathies go out to the Hagmann family and friends.

There’s a lot of chatter in the alt news community about the Russian submarine incident off the coast of Alaska yesterday. I’ve seen some material that sounds like it’s not entirely based on fact and perhaps fosters a tinge of hysteria, or a lot of disinformation.

It’s going to be increasingly important in the coming days with the swells of news coming out to stick to the facts and not make assumptions or state suspicions as fact. We’re not the “fake news” and the last thing we need is click-bait so I hope reporting will be accurate and if it involves speculation, that it is stated as such. Regardless of the source, use discernment.

My initial feeling was that it was another attempt by the deep state to cause friction between USA and Russia because we know they desperately want to incite WW3 so I’m going with that unless I hear otherwise from a credible source. We knew the false flag events would increase.

The fact that neither Putin, Trump or Pence are saying anything much and the fact that Putin is characterizing it as an accident on a research ship suggests it was a deep state provocation they are down-playing so retaliation will not be expected. They don’t want panic such as what accompanied the “false alarm” missile scare in Hawai’i.

We have been assured again and again that Russia is not going to attack America under any circumstances. No nation will attack another country. Attacks are perpetrated by the rogue elements of the cabal and are dealt with in the safest way for all concerned. There will be no WWIII.

The above communication (and most of the other Tweets on that account—and there are many) appears to be a concerted effort to tell us that JFK Jr. is alive; is disguised as Vincent Fusca, has been talking to us on Abel Danger as Juan O Savin, and as part of the Q team, and that he has an axe to grind.
