We have gone through another round of coming closer to ourselves. Each time these waves happen, we can see a certain pattern in them. First, there are triggers, those situations and people that kick you into challenging your own truth. It is like a sparring for empowerment. Are we still busy with the outside reality as it plays out, or do we take responsibility for our own (collective) creation. Are we going to evolve, or repeat.

FIRST PART: THE KICK… DISTRACTING BULLSHIT BINGO

Each time these waves build up, you can see how the messages and posts and information around you builds up: The Event is coming, Extraterrestrials are coming to save us, the money system is breaking down, the moon needs to be shut down, the 5G network is going to kill us all if Monsanto cancer doesn’t do the job, Trump has said this and that, a shooting, a war, a terrorist attack, a dangerous disease….
These messages are important, because they are actually our own mirror test, whether we, with our human aspects are ready to move beyond belief systems of the third and fourth dimension, or whether we are going to repeat the loop.

These beliefs sit so deep in our system, that we don’t question them. We think that is common sense. And that is exactly where we get trapped. So we keep repeating the loop. We keep giving our power away to fake news, to channelings, to supergurus, to routines and methods to clear our energy. We still believe we have to reach something. We still believe that we have to protect ourselves in order to be safe. We still think we have to fix and change the old world. That is not what we are here for. We are the positive virus, that will spread, by creating a new system, based on empowerment and community so that the old system will die by itself.

SECOND PART: EMOTIONAL TRIGGERS

The next part of the wave is the emotional trigger. We can get upset, sad, angry about what we see and hear and experience – or – we don’t. It is a good self-test to see where we are at in our own journey. How much there is left that we don’t want to see about ourselves. How much we have learned to deal with our emotions in a constructive way. Every time we make something outside of us responsible it is time to look within… to feel the emotions that are coming up without any story attached. Releasing them without projecting it onto someone or ourselves. Accepting that it is all part of this grand game we are in, and that everyone is playing their role, and everything has its purpose. For those who have already cleansed their emotional body, the triggers go into the physical body, where stored emotional pain becomes physical pain to be released. And this is not only pain that we have created in this lifetime – it goes down the whole family line. And for those that are clean – there is no trigger.

THIRD PART: THE CLICK – AHA MOMENT

After the release (only if there was a release and not a repeat) there comes the AHA. Each time we make space in our system through a release, new information can be integrated. And all of a sudden, we get it. All of a sudden it seems the most logical thing in the world what we could not see or understand until then.

The human belief systems that are energetically not possible to align with these higher frequencies are all triggered to the surface. Until nothing is left. No judgment, no fear, no expectation. There is no shortcut. The way is through the fear and through the pain.

ACCEPTANCE INSTEAD OF JUDGMENT

No matter what we experience, it is always helpful to remind ourselves of the fact that we created it for a reason. So there is really no reason to judge it. Whether it is a physical pain or disease, someone that hurts us, something we lose… these are the mirrors we need to learn about our own energetic state. What we are still afraid of. What we don’t want to accept. The moment we can surrender and there is no more reflex in us to react in any way – that is what inner freedom is.

A big part of that judgment is also related to our way of acting with other people. When we still believe/judge other people for their behavior, their patterns, their struggles, their pain, we are not coming from a place of wholeness but from a belief of lack and imperfection. And… we are projecting something we don’t want to see about ourselves on others.
Many healers or people who want to be healed are not aware of the origin of the word healing. It means remembering our wholeness. We have never not been whole. Healers tend to believe that they have to help other people to heal their pain and to find their balance. It is not the healer that does it, it is the individual when he or she recognizes and rediscovers her inner power. When they learn how to deal with emotions and pain by not judging them. It can be a looping trap to keep stuck in the belief that there is something to fix.

WHAT WE HAVE

We, with our human aspects tend to always be focused on what we don’t have, and where something is not okay. We never really look at what we have. And we have a lot! Just look at our growing worldwide community, where we have people that get us, people with amazing talents. When I look at my network, there are amazing and also well known artists, be it musicians, painters, actors, writers… There are people with political background and experience, successful business men and women, lawyers, teachers, professors, scientists, web and graphic designers, hackers, communication experts, inspiring speakers, philanthropists, farmers, food experts, cooks, architects, and so on and so forth… And that is just my network! How do we not see the value of community, and how powerful it would be if we joined all of our talents and gifts to create the new world instead of endlessly talking about it?

WE ARE ALL SUPERHEROS

Another deep human program goes into the single super heros. That there is this one hero who comes to solve it all and save everyone. So either we are waiting for the superhero to show up, or we want to be that superhero, the chosen one to save the world. And so we keep on doing things alone, because we keep on believing that we have to do it alone and make it on our own. Another simple word for that is separation.
And of course, as long as we believe we have to do it alone, we also see the need for lots of money to make it happen. The moment we let go of that belief, and we start sharing our essence with our network and commit to co-create, we can do amazing things. That is where the real value is.

BE A PIONEER

Nobody has a rule or guidebook for the fifth dimension and the new world. We are finding it out as we go. Trial and error is necessary, only then we learn and grow and evolve together. When there is no judgment, why would we be afraid to fail? It is a necessary part of learning. So why don’t we just accept the fact that we are the pioneers to create the new instead of waiting for others to do it? Why do we wait for a proof that it works, instead of following our intuition?

ALWAYS START SMALL

In the capitalist program, we are convinced that we can do big things quickly if we have enough money. True, but it is not stable, sustainable or in balance. It is time to go back to our true nature. We are part of nature and part of her processes, cycles and waves. So why on earth are we acting with so much pressure? When we plant an apple tree, we don’t expect to be able to harvest the apple the following day. We know that we take an effort to plant it, and then we can be nothing but patient until it grows and evolves. Only then the tree becomes a stable organism of its own, and is able to exist on its own and can bring fruits repeatedly and permanently. So why would there be a different rule for businesses?

BRIDGING

The only way to bridge the energies of 5D into 3D and to inspire people to shift up, is to move between dimensions. We are not here to just create a 5D bubble and separate us from the rest. We are here to anchor the higher frequencies into the lower dimensions, so that humanity as a whole will shift. We are using the infrastructure of 3D for that reason, to inject the 5D codes with every interaction we have with 3D. So if you feel like taking a job in 3D, there is no reason to be embarrassed about it. When it happens effortless – then there is a reason for it.

EMBODIMENT IS EXPERIENCE

Embodying these energies means to experience them and to create experiences for others. That is how the shifts will happen. By touching people with our open hearts, by inspiring them with things they have never experienced or seen before, by mirroring back to them who they truly are. The time of talking, convincing, explaining is over. We learn and evolve through experience, not through mental input.

This is such a magical time of year where things automatically align with you that are for your highest good through doors which have opened after closing the old ones.

July was a very dense month where it felt like a ton of bricks were weighing you down. The eclipse energies tightly compressing cells to push all duality to the surface. What you may have thought you already dealt with may have come back to acknowledge there was more to it that was hidden away till then. That tight compression of cells causes the body to ache, with muscle aches, teeth and skeletal pain too. These are where deep seated patterns lie within most likely tied to a karmic event in the past or a past lifetime, or through lineages of karma. In order to progress and move forward we must clear this density, karma and duality first. Almost always this type of energy will take you on a walk through time, to your past and through repeated patterns that were causing a block in your life. Anything that has been holding you back is brought up for review. In the moment it may be emotionally painful to deal with, but ultimately it brings you freedom from this weight and a clarity you didn’t have before. A entirely new perception is born through an increase in vibrational frequency after this density is cleared.

Your perceived reality is based solely on your vibrational frequency. Each realizes their own reality program playing out by playing a key role in it. When you increase in frequency, the reality program progresses to another higher level where your key role changes and so does the other players in this reality. Some fall away who no longer belong, and others walk in who do and who will meet you where you are now.

This shift began to occur yesterday evening. If you were in public you may have felt invisible, like you can see everyone, but they can’t see you. I took my kids to an activity place that has bowling, table tennis, games and such. My daughter’s friend who came with us knew a boy that worked there. They’ve been talking for weeks now. She walked up to him and she said, it was as if he didn’t see her. Didn’t acknowledge her presence and didn’t say anything to her when moments prior he had texted, hey stop over and see me. I was in the meantime sitting on their patio outside enjoying the sunset and there were several others on the patio too, including a gentleman sitting behind me. The waitress walked by me several times to take care of the man behind me never once looking at me, acknowledging me or speaking to me asking me if I wanted a menu or a drink. I had to get up and go to an ordering area and get it myself, but they didn’t see me either. Only the people sitting right there said, do you need me to flag someone down for you? I said literally, you can see me, because I’m feeling invisible right now? Lol. Then the kids come out and tell me the same occurred for them inside. Ah ha, yes, I know what’s going on here. Although it is frustrating when this occurs, if you know what’s happening, it’s quite funny. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. This has happened to me two times before and it’s usually around this time of year.

Now we are days away from The Lion’s 8:8 Gateway where Earth, Sirius, and the Sun align creating a magical portal through which all in your life begins to align too. If you have worked with the intense eclipse energies of July and did the necessary work within, now comes the reward of lightness, new beginnings, an entirely new reality based on collapsing the old, tired, toxic patterns and allowing a new one to emerge in your life. This is where things get exciting! Things are new and fresh, therefore you cannot use the same approach as you did in the past. It will take a new perception seeing things from a whole other perspective and a new approach to allow the new timeline to anchor into your reality.

Key players from the old timeline will get desperate and try to cling on to any energetic string hoping to stay in your new reality, but this is where the test occurs and a choice must be made for your highest good. You are blessed with free will and the choice to do anything you wish. What you choose will either collapse an old timeline and allow the new one to anchor, or it will re-establish the old timeline and the new one will fall away. The 8:8 Lion’s Gateway and Portal is the portal through which your new timeline anchors and is aligned to your new vibrational frequency. This is where the magic happens every single year for those who wish to embrace it.

As more embrace their mastery key codes that activate during this time a β€œcollective new reality” emerges of New Earth that vibrates at a higher dimensional realm. For this to anchor for all, we individually must anchor ours first by being an active member in how we go about our day and interact with others. By being cognizant of our thoughts which manifest at lightening speed. By how we choose to either by of self, or of others. By how we embrace empathy and step into another’s shoes. By how we do not judge, but instead accept. By how we live in each moment and go WITH the flow. By no longer controlling, but knowing what will be will be, and it will be for your highest good. By knowing you have a team of Divine helpers waiting to assist you at any time. By stepping into your authenticity and loving and embracing every part of you, the dark and light in equal balance. By establishing healthy boundaries that will empower you on your life path and journey. By using your unique gifts in service to others. By being the change in which you want to see, you create change that causes a ripple through the collective and touches others in a positive way.

As a side note, I have noticed this particular shift has affected animals in a way I’ve never noticed before. Animals are usually very loyal to β€œtheir human.” My daughter’s cat who would never leave her side for 5 years has latched onto me. She lays on my lap, she sleeps with me and she follows me everywhere. She has aligned to my schedule too. Our dog, has adopted my daughter whose cat adopted me when she was attached to my other daughter previously. This is a highly unusual chain of events in how the shift is affecting animals. I’m curious if this has occurred for anyone else?

This is my favorite time of year when everything comes together and aligns in the most magical of ways if you are open and allow the new to emerge!

Today there was a complete shift in energy that occurred about 2 hours ago. The portal is open and your mastery key codes are being activated now. You will begin to notice more intense downloads and more coming back online that was not available to you before. Your psychic senses are dialed up and are hyper sensitive. As walkers between worlds/realms of existence/ dimensions/parallel universes- allow your intuition to be your guide. Allow your eye(s) to see through the Violet Flame. Remain heart centered and balanced in love keeping your vibrational frequency high. In this, you will only attract that which you put out. When this portal opens, you will manifest much quicker than usual. Here we go!! Enjoy this energy, play in it, BE in it, create in it and embrace it!

Relationships: The Costs of Staying When We Should Leave ~ Dec. 30, 2015

To stay in a relationship that doesn’t work, with someone whose integrity is significantly lacking, creates a downward spiral. It is hurtful to every aspect of our health, and is bad for the planet. What follows below is not a black and white account, so consider it to the degreeΒ that it feels true.

In our gut I think we know if a relationship doesn’t work, especially if we got into it (as we often do) for the sex, comfort, apathy, or our own loneliness. Yet, too often the fear, sadness, anger, and other difficult emotions we might have to face prevent us from leaving. Yet these are the same emotional places we denied to begin with, , spiritualitywhich, if we had faced and worked with them, could have prevented us from being frivolous with our precious hearts.

The inevitable result of fearing feelingΒ our emotional pain is that we lie to ourselves β€” at the beginning, during, and at the end of a relationship. We have to ignore our guts, our bodies, its depths. We shut down a big part of our hearts to stay in denial. We sacrifice our own integrity to stay.

We become more of a taker than a giver because we have not found a way to be fulfilled by our own creative expression, because we have blocked this channel through the perpetual distraction of uncontrollable emotional codependency and acting out of old patterns.

As a result, our lives become superficial and anxiety-ridden. We cut ourselves off from the life-source of our bellies, from the creativity there, from our truth, from true security β€” all of which, in their fuller blossoming, lie at the transformed other end of our difficult emotions.

When we lie to ourselves, we become cold to other people, and uncaring, because we are being uncaring to ourselves. We become irritable and angry and selfish… because in our truth of truths we know we are not leaving what does not work, and we think we cannot. We cut ourselves off from the essence of life, which is to pursue a life that is honest, clear, and which calls to us from the very place we shut down in our fear. To lose track of one’s calling in life is to suffer greatly. Even if one cannot live it out, to honestly hear and to know that calling, is nourishing and comforting.

To get to this honesty is hard work. That’s why we deny it. But the joy of freedom, to be able to sit with oneself, quietly, and feel a deep β€œyes” is irreplaceable.

When we ignore our deep truth, we become addicts and act like addicts, unable to save ourselves from what doesn’t work. If this persists long enough, we develop other addictions and soon may altogether lose our compass in life. When we lose our compass we produce trash, on many levels. The saying goes…

β€œA true act leaves no wake.”

This is only one example demonstrating the downward cycle that results, ironically, from not facing our own pain and allowing ourselves to be transformed by it. This is the death that renews us. In denying this symbolic death, we make of our lives a living death, even if we are shiny on the outside. Yet we know inside if we are living a lie. We may be the only ones who know. And, that is enough. We are also the only ones who need to know if we are living truthfully. What everyone else sees and cares about means nothing, if we are lying. If they appreciate us, we can’t let in deeply because we are living a lie.

When we ignore the dark, our lives become haunted. Our light is fear-ridden, fickle, and flimsy. Our love becomes make-believe.

The way back is to follow our guts, what we know to be right, and endure all the difficult emotions that prevented us from doing what is right, from living honestly and wisely. Sometimes it takes years of denial and suffering until finally we are ready. It is never too late, though it becomes harder the more fake lives and substitute pleasures we heap on top of our initial denials.

There is no pleasure greater than living a deeply honest life, of following our truest callings. This is inner richness. It is worth more than all the superficial riches we acquired by lying, because we cannot enjoy those riches when our hearts are closed and shame-ridden, and our guts clogged with fear of facing the quiet truth inside.

To create a rich life, we must keep our hearts and our bellies clear, which means to live honestly and fiercely courageously, which includes being willing to deal with the most difficult feelings and journeys.

So, if this speaks enough to you, maybe today is the day you will begin to let go of what doesn’t work. Maybe today is the beginning of a new life, with yourself first β€” of letting the floodgates of freedom open again, and enduring all the muddy water until it runs clear again, which it will, because this is the gift of a true heart, from which emerge your gifts to the world, as the universe and all its supporting graces becomes yours again.

As a river has a natural course, so do our callings, our soul’s path. But this does not mean that we don’t have to do lots of paddling. It means we have to do more, which beats sinking and pretending to be afloat, anyway.

Once the water runs clear, we are more careful and ever-cautious not to pollute our lives by getting into and staying in situations that we know are wrong for us. We are more interested in using that energy to be effective in the world.

The more honest we become, the clearer and more caring our lives and actions become. And this allows us to be more aware of what is right for us, which in turn keeps us, and our relations, healthier. This is the upward spiral, rooted in honest connection with our depths, our deepest callings, the ground of life.

Caveat

To be fair, we are all complicated. We should not expect relationships to be any different. If we do, then this is likely our β€œgrass is always greener” projection. Many times we don’t know whether to stay or to go, or hang in there. In these dubious situations, if we want to grow and actually change, it can be worthwhile to stick it out in relationship and work on ourselves with rock bottom honesty, even if our partner doesn’t. Or if we do leave, we should still work on our stuff alone. This is the honesty that can save our lives.

Most relationships can be worked out, when both parties do the inner work. And this is the most valuable work, meaning that we should not quit a relationship just because it is tough and troublesome. But, this is not the scenario I have described above, which is to deny our deep true selves, which usually is riddled with lots of passive-aggressive sex and an impotency to follow what we know is right.
