Waves Recap

Briefly for perspective because 2016 has felt to me like it’s been about fourteen years long!

The first energy Wave of this cycle first manifested very intensely for me on December 19, 2015 and was all about love and LOVE. Lower love for a male human and higher I AM LOVE itself all by myself type LOVE.
The second energy Wave of this cycle also manifested intensely for me on April 18, 2016 and was about loss and love. For many people this 2nd Wave was highlighted by the unexpected death of Prince the musician. There were other things besides this of course but his (and others) sudden early death emotionally affected many people earlier this year.
The third energy Wave of this cycle manifested again very intensely for me on October 5, 2016, which makes me suspect more is to come later this month around the 18th or 19th. Most likely will if this 3rd Wave plays out like the two earlier Waves have.

I needed to have my car serviced which is something I never enjoy having to do but did so October 5, 2016. The chemicals in automotive stores and garages makes me feel horrible instantly, so to be trapped in them for hours to wait on mechanics to change the oil or anything else the car needs is to me a slow, toxic torture. I quickly get sick feeling, swell all over, ache and feel poisoned and that’s just from the chemicals I’m immersed in in those “holding cells”, aka “waiting rooms”. The other thing about these sorts of toxic entrapment with other people is unfortunately… the other people! Usually I’m either already in a higher space or I get myself there and radiate Light the majority of time I’m held hostage waiting on my car to be finished. I’ve always been this way and have never liked being held captive anywhere with people I’d rather not have to be trapped with for hours on end. Most of you can relate and for the same reasons.

My First 2016 Zero Zone Experience

However, this October 5, 2016 experience was 100% more amplified than anything I’ve ever experienced before and I simply was not prepared for it. I’d made an appointment the day before and told the man at the desk that I needed to get in and out as quickly as his mechanics could manage. I believed that making an appointment would help us all with this, was told by him that it most definitely would, but of course reality turned out to be the same old patriarchal lies of, say anything the customer wants to hear.

I was very consciously aware of the fact that, from my perspective, linear time while trapped there waiting on my car stretched out, slowed down, got really weird and unnaturally long. Long as in slow motion with even slower spots in that while all was painfully amplified. It was amazing that time just stopped for me and that it doing so where it did frustrated me far too much and I couldn’t do anything to stop my exaggerated frustrations over being trapped in a Sears automotive garage with patriarchal zombie-like, unaware mechanics that worked, moved and walked at the speed of sloth. It felt like I was in an old Twilight Zone TV show where time stops and the main character is literally stuck in some entirely miserable situation that he/she can’t get out of. This sensation was super strange and my reaction to what I was experiencing and feeling emotionally was equally strange to me, mainly because it was so incredibly amplified. I hated that I was that frustrated at everyone and everything and could not get myself emotionally up and out of that frequency or whatever it was that was happening. It was miserable, painful, hurtful, frustrating and heartbreaking and—here comes the punchline and big insight—it all was themed around the dying of the global patriarchal structures and unaware people (mostly males) that are paid to keep it going at all costs no matter what.

While I was stuck in the automotive center waiting on slow as molasses mechanics who were more interested in chatting with each other than doing the work they’re paid to do while the customers can watch them through a huge glass picture window in the “waiting room”, I still had the higher ability to question what I was experiencing, why, do my best to keep my mouth shut and not say anything mean and nasty, and learn whatever it was I was obviously being shown in that timeless Zero Zone moment. The whole situation I was experiencing was surreal yet I knew I HAD to go through it to get to the magic hidden “prize” at the end of said patriarchal torture and entrapment. That magic hidden prize was my finally perceiving that time had stopped for me and not for anyone else, all so I could see, sense and feel the rage, frustration and total disappointment I had over this entire patriarchal period of history on earth. Are you kidding me?! I just need my oil changed is all! Oh yeah Missy, “the oil” is getting changed right now!

Everything hurt me physically, emotionally and spiritually and everything and everyone made me frustrated beyond belief. I knew and felt too much and couldn’t emotionally handle it all in that very public caged moment. I pained in all ways like the long rejected and maltreated Great Mother God over the profound patriarchal negativity in its many horrific forms. It was a 9 energy revelation (2016 is a 9 energy year) I experienced while in the Zero Zone of 0 timelessness that lasted long enough for me to be forced to slow down and review it, live it, feel it, acknowledge it in that timeless shift space and understand it all consciously and lastly of course release it all so I could be free. Thanks to exhaustion, a broken heart and final surrender this last step usually happens quite naturally and fairly quickly.

Once I got home I passed out for a couple of hours from exhaustion, toxic overload and pain which is always the physical body reboot I need. All of 2016 has been this mandatory get out-of-body almost every day during the daylight hours just to survive all that’s been happening energetically this year and reboot the more I/you/we embody the higher. So after some reboot out-of-body time post auto center patriarchal review trauma, I felt better when I woke up. I could understand what I’d gone through, felt, seen, reacted to in such exaggerated ways and why, and in its strange way was for me the last 9 energies review within the timeless Zero Zone space combined with this third energy Wave started back in December of 2015. For me all three of this cycle’s energy Waves have been about the patriarchy ending now with this 9 energy year and males in general; males not coping well at all with the ending of the patriarchal energies, consciousness, structures, beliefs, reality etc.

I’ve experienced amplified male negativity, unbalanced behaviors, face to face lies, cash theft, deceptions, disrespect, abuse and misogyny throughout 2016, and it’s due to the old global patriarchal structures and matching energetics collapsing and quickly disappearing. Most people, most males know nothing beyond what’s been the Collective “normal” on earth, and most males aren’t even consciously aware of how badly they treat females, all females because that has been “normal” for thousands of years. It’s been the norm so of course they don’t even see it in themselves because they’re in male bodies in a global patriarchal reality. Right now however, this six thousand plus yearlong patriarchal Collective and planetary rule and consciousness is all coming to an end in this 9 energy year, at the end of Galactic Alignment, end of many lengthy cosmic cycles, end of the Piscean Age, and simultaneous return of the Divine Feminine Mother God aspect being embodied in increasing numbers of incarnate female and male Forerunners and much more. Witnessing this, feeling this, multidimensionally participating in all this is glorious beyond belief for us Forerunners/Starseeds/Indigos but it also often hurts in ways hard to even express out loud. Many of you can relate.

For me the energetic theme of 2016 with its 9 energies of completion have been about Wave 1—getting one last good look and feel with being in love and with being LOVE in the world as it has been. Wave 2—feeling emotional loss and love in this physical world. Wave 3—with directly feeling the profound imbalances, wounds, rage, pains, mental, emotional and energetic illnesses, frustrations, injustice and disrespect that existence within a patriarchal-only world reality has caused female humans primarily but males as well.

In the patriarchal world of the past six thousand years or so, female humans have been considered the absolute lowest lifeforms on the planet. Not color, not race, not anything other than being female. Harsh but true and now all that and everything else related has to go and for many people, many males, this is extremely painful, difficult, confusing and totally unacceptable. Change of how it has been on earth (the global patriarchy) is unthinkable to most and this is why there’s such insanity and growing imbalance globally. This is a volatile, difficult time of global evolution for everyone. Be safe, be wise, be aware, BE the Light for yourself and everyone else too.

Recapping this fact has not been pretty, easy or pleasant in any way for any of us and yet it’s what’s been on our spiritual plates all year; the end of the global patriarchal rule, consciousness, beliefs, attitudes, expectations, habits, lifestyles, internal and external structures and so on. This sick puppy won’t come down all sweet and nice-like as has been felt all year as these 9 energies force all to honestly See and Feel and then Heal current and ancient damages done to all by all everywhere across time on earth and beyond. And we Forerunners thought 2014 and 2015 were rough! At this point we should be getting a better sense of how profound and positive the change is going to be with the start of 2017.

Some Potent 2016 Symptoms

I’ve had the sudden onset of severe heart pounding so hard it’s concerning many times during the Ascension Process, but it’s reached epic levels off and on since the first Wave of this 3-pack cycle back in December 2015. With each of this cycle’s energy Waves this intense heart pounding while at complete rest has happened multiple times. Sometimes it’s so strong it hurts in the chest area and into the back and spine. There’s nothing wrong with my physical heart and this has to do with the HighHeart embodying more higher frequency Light energies—Higher Self, Divine Source, Light LOVE—in this physical incarnate Self and body. To our ego selves this incremental embodiment Process feels like it’s going to destroy, going to kill the physical vehicle we call “the main stage” down here because it’s that powerful, that huge, that evolutionary. None of us have died from it yet and we won’t either, but if you become honestly concerned over what your heart and/or chest area is doing, then go to your physician and get checked so you feel more confident.

This HighHeart further embodiment Process causes sudden heart pounding, pressures and pains in the entire chest area and sometimes radiating into the back and spine as well. It also causes increased inner body vibrations that are at this point just about as loud and strong as the sudden heart pounding phases! All year I’ve felt these inner vibrations increasing in my head, at other times I feel my whole body and head vibrating more powerfully than ever before. Combine this with the amplifications taking place in our HighHearts and it’s obvious we’re on the brink now at the end of 2016, of becoming something very NEW, different and greatly improved individually. We are the living Light embodied and manifest in physical flesh.

No one can predict how you are or will experience these 2016 9 energies while simultaneously moving through this incredible and never before experienced Zero Zone completion space of the entire patriarchal time on earth. Based on what I’ve experienced all year with males, and what was so horribly amplified for me on October 5th, I suspect we’ll all go through our own personal “stuff” from lives lived in the patriarchy plus some planetary Collective “stuff” from it as well. Because the Zero Zone 0 energies happen while out of linear time, be better prepared than I was on October 5th for anything to manifest for just you to See, Feel, Know, Deal with, Heal and finally Release so you’re crystal clear of this past patriarchal 3D Collective and personal issues with it. This is major evolutionary Ascension Process work we’re doing, living and going through now so give yourself more credit, more private rest time, more LOVE and Gratitude for all you’re experiencing and embodying down here in the physical. We Forerunners/Starseeds/Pathpavers never seem to fully appreciate or credit just how important we actually are in these physical aspects on earth at this time. It’s invaluable, especially now so give credit where credit is due.

This Zero Zone no time space will last through December 2016, so pay attention and do, see, feel whatever it is that’s presented. We’re releasing tons of old lower sick patriarchal distortions now and we’re doing it while in Zero Zone no time so it can feel extra surreal while unfolding. Know that this is normal for where we’re at now. No fear, just hang on and ride it through and thanks for doing what only you can do in all this.

Another Acceleration & Increased Inner Vibrations ~ October 2, 2016

Every year the energetic changeover from the last day of the month into the first day of the next month has become more potent and obvious. In many cases they’re almost a powerful as the Sun changing signs or a New/Full Moon. In the early AM hours of October 1, 2016, I heard a noise that sounded like we’re moving much faster now through space. It sounded like wind rushing past so quickly from greatly increased forward movement and this also felt like it caused a slight external vibration in the earth as well. Earth has been and continues experiencing Ascension related inner body vibrations just as Forerunners have and now increasing numbers of humans are. I also felt this acceleration in my body and being as I listened to this rushing, whooshing sound of earth and humanity speeding up as it moves, once again, into a higher frequency NEW space now.

While I was experiencing this I had a symbolic mind’s eye visual of driving a car on a freeway on-ramp and increasingly accelerating to match the faster moving traffic on the freeway. It felt like a merge of earth and us up another energetic Stair-step and hurriedly adjusting into this latest NEW accelerated space, direction, track and reality. I suspect the rest of 2016 will be this and much, much more because we’ve entered the Zero Zone already.

In September 2007, I wrote an article at TRANSITIONS entitled The Ongoing Rewiring Process and in it I mentioned I began feeling inner body vibrations in different locations of my core in 2000 or early 2001. In four months it will be 2017, nearly seventeen years later and I’m still experiencing these inner body vibrations, sometimes so strongly they’re more like shaking. Please make a HighHeart mental note of these dates because they are telling in themselves. Galactic Alignment reached its halfway point during 1998–2000, and we’re about to begin 2017, which is the end or very close to the end of Galactic Alignment. Like I’ve been saying recently, this Zero Zone will be like none we’re experienced in the two earlier decades of this Ascension Process/Galactic Alignment.

I’ve also written about how while in that in-between state of awake/asleep I can maintain that and better observe this Ascension related phenomena. While in this in-between state I’ve also heard this inner body vibration that, to me in that state, sounded like standing close to a massive raging waterfall, or a jet airliner powering up to take off. Our inner body vibrations often sound incredibly loud to us when we change our multidimensional position, our multidimensional point of perception.

Since 2000, I’ve paid close attention to this Ascension related process both awake, asleep and the most effective when in that mid in-between state. I’ve been aware of this inner body vibration slowly moving around in my trunk or core area first; slightly lower, higher, left side, right side and so on. Over the years I’ve felt this Rewiring Process move slowly up within my physical body, each section taking multiple years before it progressed upwards a bit higher. The years it worked in and evolved my lower and upper chest areas was extra intense because the physical heart and energetic HighHeart and other organs in those areas were constantly being Rewired to accommodate greatly amplified higher frequency Light Energies. This made the heart and HighHeart often feel like they were being battered about, punched, thumped, rolled over and repeatedly zapped or electrocuted. The entire time our Central Nervous System has been undergoing this complete evolutionary Rewiring Process too, which has made most of us feel like jumping out of our skins over the tiniest of sounds or other intrusions much of the time. Needless to say, this alone has been one heck of an evolutionary procedure to live through while everything else has transpired!

The next section to get worked on was my neck, throat and very tops of my shoulders which also lasted a few years. As this process has unfolded, my main thought has been, How’s this going to feel once it reaches my head and what’s it going to cause? It was the start of 2015, that this inner body Rewiring Process fully entered my head and it’s still taking place there today. When I’m in that in-between state I can feel it in my head, rattling my brains and brain glands with glorious, Divine evolutionary Light vibrating and shaking them into something very NEW and improved just as this process has done throughout my entire physical body since it started in 2000. I don’t exactly know what comes after this head Rewiring completes, but I suspect it will be really good and very exciting finally reaching full-body inner buzz if you will. So far this Rewiring Process now in my head, brain, brain glands and chakras etc. has had something to do with the ongoing increase in varying degrees of sudden revelations over all sorts of things, people, myself, events, situations and so on. This too will only expand as we do so expect to suddenly know a lot more about a lot of different things everywhere!

I feel a kinship and frequency match with all this with what I perceived on October 1st with the earth accelerating again, which has moved it/you/me/us into another NEW higher frequency space and place at this time. We’ll do this again in an even bigger way once we reach January 2017, and it will only expand throughout that year as well and in these very NEW positive ways. Many won’t see this as positive at all of course but as the “world is ending”, “the world has gone mad” etc. sorts of ways so hold your higher ground/space/elevation and HighHeart throughout all these mega changes into the NEW. The old is doing its best to not let this happen but it will of course but they’re throwing everything they’ve got at us and the Ascension Process now that we’ve reached the Separation of Worlds within the physical dimension to the degree we now have. As Galactic Alignment completes, so too does the the connections and bleed-throughs between the old lower patriarchal elite Team Dark (TD) world we all incarnated into, and the NEW higher world(s) and timeline(s) we’re evolving into now. We’ve reached the final cutoff point to all this and it’s why TD has been hammering away so fervently on everyone since January 2013. I know how often I and a small handful of others talk about the extreme negative happening side by side with the extreme positive and how contradictory that may sound to some of you reading this and/or other article of mine and these other teachers. To some it makes absolute sense because we’ve been in a stage and frequency range of Duality and are currently accelerating into a stage and frequency range of Triality or Unity which exists far beyond and well out of range from old lower Duality and its physical and nonphysical, human and nonhuman, organic and inorganic inhabitants. This is just how complex and multidimensional all this has actually been.

Sorry if this sounds like it’s jumping from one topic to another and back again, or not, but as you know all this and much more I’m not going to mention in this article but others are all related and connected. There is nothing other than this current evolutionary Ascension Process. Nothing, and hasn’t been all of our current lifetimes.

This article is about our entering what I’ve been calling the Zero Zone at the start of October 2016. I thought maybe we’d start feeling it more strongly at the start of November but this is another example of how accelerated everything is at the end of 2016. This acceleration won’t end or slow down but continue until we’ve adapted to existing at and in this NEW higher level coming out the end of this Galactic Alignment. More to come soon because there’s so much going on now and will continue to. Be wise, be strong, be the highest You that you can be from moment to moment now and do your best to not get distracted emotionally, mentally, psychically/energetically etc. by the global clusterfook that’s unfolding as the old negative energetically devours itself in an attempt to remain in control, unchanged and continue devolving.

Ascension in The Zero Zone (Last 3 Months of 2016) ~ August 27, 2016

Themed Dream-state Messages

I’ve asked for more conscious understanding about where we’re at within these last three months of 2016, our time in what I call the Zero Zone, and all of it preparing us for entry into 2017 at an entirely NEW higher level. This one is a biggie within the Ascension Process and I’ve been working on better understanding this mammoth and rare evolutionary shift we’re entering already.

The other night I received some interesting themed insights, awareness, visions and better overall understanding about this powerful phase and shift at the physical level we’re in now and will increasingly be for the rest of 2016. One very strong message I perceived was how important it is, especially now for the Forerunners and others consciously aware of the Ascension Process because they’ve been living it, to be calm, steady, neutral, silent, quiet and motionless while we move through this Zero Zone portal happening at the end of Galactic Alignment plus energetic ascension up and out of the last 9 yearlong cycle (2007 through the end of 2016). The message revealed the energetic need for the Forerunners of the Forerunners, the Forerunners and others to energetically stand strong and motionless like sentinels guarding and anchoring for the rest of humanity. We know what’s going on and why and have for decades, the rest of humanity doesn’t so we’re needed now to help them and everything and everyone everywhere to neutrally, quietly and calmly Hold the Higher Space in place while much of humanity moves through this portal into the NEW. Translated that just means stay in your HighHeart and radiate the Light and LOVE that you’ve become outward constantly while knowing what you are now.

After I received this insight/impression/vision I first thought how strange it was because I’d expected high celebrations from us Forerunners at finally reaching this monumental physical mass shift-point. After this thought my next immediate one was of how the Angels, Lightbeings and highly advanced ETs I’ve seen (I’ve also interacted with some positive but very young and inexperienced ETs and they most certainly do not fall into this category) and interacted with in multiple dimensions have always appeared. The more evolved they were, the more silent, quiet, motionless and incredibly powerful and potent they were. My third thought about this was, Oh… I understand, we’ve graduated to this level and are needed to be present, strong and silent for humanity to help them as they pass through this portal.

We Forerunners have traversed enough Ascension Process Stair-steps that we now exist at a level higher than our old beloved Guides and ET buddies did decades earlier. Some of us have those jobs now for evolving humanity and it’s mainly about us stabilizing and holding that higher NEW entrance space much like a doorman opening and holding open the velvet rope or door to let you in. Many of us are needed to do this energetically for humanity as they cross the threshold of the 2016 Zero Zone portal and enter the NEW at the start of 2017. We don’t need to say anything or teach anything, run around or be cheerleaders or anything else; we’re needed to stabilize at this exit/entrance portal shift-point Stair-step and understand that this is more of a “test” for us than it will be for the humans that make this evolutionary leap. NEW, higher frequency jobs and abilities bring greater responsibilities Forerunners.

In other words, be in your fifth dimensional and higher HighHeart and BE the I AM-ness that you now are. Think of your old beloved Guides, Angels, greatly evolved ET kinsfolk and how they did this, how they were this and how deeply it helped and taught you when you needed it. Now do the same, be the same for the evolving humans crossing this incomprehensible evolutionary threshold totally unaware. Just stand there energetically, visualize and radiate the higher Light and LOVE through you and your HighHeart and know that it will help All everywhere tremendously with this biggest ever transition. Don’t misunderstand please, I’m not saying that the entire burden of getting humanity to ascend is only on Forerunners shoulders because it’s not. We’re needed to stand and hold Higher Space now for humanity but know that more mega higher frequency Light wave energies are coming throughout the rest of this year and then all of 2017 to help them and us.

Another aspect of this is how much our calmly and neutrally Holding the Higher Space in and through ourselves will aid Earth/Gaia too. I perceived the possibility of some earthquakes here and there due to the tremendous energetic pressures this shift-point portal may cause. Having said that, I don’t sense this is much of a problem at this late date because we’ve done this tectonic Earth stabilizing work since the beginning anyway. Gaia aches and quakes, spews and has hot flashes just as we do and for the same reasons so let’s further help and stabilize each other as we All pass through this final Zero Zone portal shift-point together. The current floods and fires happening again across the USA and elsewhere are another round of intense and fast-paced purging taking place where needed before this massive shift-point portal fully arrives in the physical. Last-minute global, cosmic and Universal hustle is on now like nobody’s business.

Another thing I Saw recently was a more detailed image and understanding of the multiple Universes, each one a higher frequency system than the preceding one. Stair-step Universes in other words. This is such a complex topic that it’s hard for me to express in words what little of it I’ve clairvoyantly Seen and understood so far. Think human Chakras and how they evolve into higher and higher frequency systems, each more complex and potent than the lower ones. It’s much the same with the Universes. The really big deal is that we’re currently making a rare evolutionary leap from a lower frequency Universe up to a higher frequency, much more complex and vast Universe. What awaits us on the other side of this 2016/2017 exit/entrance Zero Zone portal shift-point is beyond us at this moment.

I hope I’ve expressed some of these things adequately enough to get the point across about just how big and important where we are in the Ascension Process now actually is. I get anxious and excited at a human Denise level, then from my HighHeart where all is calm, knowing and perfect it’s simply the next spiritual evolutionary step. Lower Self meets Higher Self in the HighHeart where another Alchemical and even more Divine outcome takes place because of that very merging. I continue acclimatizing to all this NEW-to-Denise stuff. I AM the I AM that I AM to borrow Cosmic Awareness’ great phrase. And, sometimes I AM freakin’ dazed and amazed!

Keep doing what you are, keep living what you are, keep being what you are and are increasingly becoming in your Divine physical incarnate Self. Radiate all that and help stabilize and ease this great transition we’re in already but that will increase in intensity and possible “strangeness” for a while. You know how weird and downright “crazy” it’s gotten here on Earth this year? It’s rather chaotic and intense in higher dimensions too because everyone everywhere is involved in this rare evolutionary Universal leap. Know all is really good despite those few not coping well with this current compressed evolution. I thank you for your ongoing Great Services.

There Is No Escaping Evolution ~ June 28, 2016

So Calm It’s Smooth As Glass…

You know when it’s overcast, cloudy, high humidity, foggy, raining or snowing how the sunlight doesn’t get through all that interference and reach Earth and us fully and directly? The same is true when the Sun is very active and spewing flares, CME’s, solar storms, solar winds etc. Those externalized solar energies reach Earth, humans and all life here but they’re usually reduced due to the strong and wild movements of those very energies. We’re effected by them alright, but they’re often diminished by the great forces and pressures taking place from them being so violently projected outwards into space.

On the other hand, when the Sun goes quiet and isn’t hurling CME’s, flares, solar storms, solar winds everywhere, that quiet calm allows all the GC (Milky Way Galactic Center) energies to flow unimpeded or disrupted in any way right to, into and through you and your body/bodies and everything and everyone else including Earth. When the Sun is quiet the GC energies (plus any other cosmic energies) enter the area of our solar system in full-force because there’s no energetic wake turbulence or interference whatsoever from solar winds, storms or CME’s etc. When the Sun goes quiet like it has for much of 2016 for this very reason, the GC energies reach us directly, fully and totally unimpeded. Yowza! Energetic “weekend warrior” only business is over. It’s now full-time and full-on and coming directly from the GC to all incarnate human Crown Chakras on Earth! Can ya feel the Divine evolutionary LOVE?

More NEW Is Embodied & Activated When It’s Calm & Smooth As Glass

I’ve learned over these Ascension decades that when I suddenly become emotional over the slightest, kindest, highest vibrating of things, that means the Earth’s magnetic energies are in flux once again. As we’ve learned over the years, the magnetic grid and field helps hold the current Evolutionary Cycle’s energetic codes, blueprints, templates in place for humanity, Earth and all lifeforms on Earth throughout that cycle. Said another way, it holds the current curriculum in place for all during an Evolutionary Cycle.

However, when the old lower frequency Evolutionary Cycle with its matching codes, blueprints or energy curriculum Expires and starts disappearing, the magnetic energies around Earth become “unstable” while they reduce, dispel and go to zero. What all this really is are the old codes, blueprints and energies they contained for the past cycle dying away. Simultaneously to all that is the building of and then activation of the NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s magnetic Grid system at a much higher level of frequency and complexity. Out with the old lower and in with the NEW higher and more complex in other words. This we’ve done and lived since day-one of this Ascension Process so nothing new here.

But, since the Sun’s gone quiet this year which allows the GC to pour out the NEW Evolutionary Cycle’s energies—codes, blueprints, templates etc.—very directly and with full-force right into each of us on Earth and into Earth too, these magnetic changes in the NEW Grid system are now being felt by more and more much more intensely than ever before. Not just the Forerunners mind you, but everyone at this point. Needless to say, this and all the rest of these evolutionary Ascension Process happenings cause many people to increasingly lose it and become extremely unstable for a while, or permanently.

Every time I get hit hard with either of these current Ascension related energies, I think about how difficult it is for me, my body, my central nervous system, digestive track, my mind heart and so on, and for the most part, I know what’s going on and why! As the old energies and codes of the past Evolutionary Cycle and their matching magnetic Grid and field around Earth reduce to zero and fall away, they’re replaced with NEW higher energies and codes that can sometimes cause some Forerunners to feel depressed, sad, very emotional at times, very much done with it all, extra weak, extra exhausted, extra achy, bigger and heavier, less than before, greater than before and so on. Much of all this has to do with us being in transition from all the old lower energies and embodying more of the NEW higher energies. The Ascension related magnetic changes cause some to feel more emotional, weepy, depressed etc. In many people still carrying the old lower consciousness, beliefs, reality and expectations etc., this puts a great deal of energetic pressure and stress on and in them to evolve, not that they realize that’s what any of this is about! And so, we have more and more of the “normal” masses utterly losing it now and/or going into more fear over more change taking place internally and externally. This will get worse before it gets better Forerunners so stay in your HighHeart and keep doing what you have been for all.

I’ve just completely forgotten what this article was about… Oh yeah, that reminded me about the need to sleep, to get out-of-body during the daytime hours. I think in many cases we’re doing much like what the Sun is by going “quiet”; we’re all needing to be still, quiet, peaceful internally and let the GC energy outpourings do what they are to each of us. That may have sounded like I was joking but I’m not. The Forerunners and Sun have gone quiet for very important evolutionary and embodiment reasons now so just let the changes take place in you, your body, your being, your soul, your Greater Selves and external reality. The one happens so the other can.

At this point, none of this looks like what any of us Forerunners expected and isn’t that a hoot! Just lay back and go to sleep when you have to no matter what time of day or night it is and release, open and embody more and be glad, so very glad of it all.

How Does the NEW Energies From the GC Fit Into Our Crown Chakras?

Sometimes it feels like giving birth and being born at the same time but in a totally NEW way. When the GC energies come in strong and direct like they have all year, my ears start ringing again (Vegas nerve reverberating from contact with and embodiment of higher Light Energies), and I can clairvoyantly See feel a large half-dome shaped energetic area above my physical head (Crown chakra) receiving these tremendous evolutionary energies directly from the GC. They hit this area above my physical head/skull first which cases a reverberation down into my head and skull and then further down into my spine and entire skeletal structure and my HighHeart area. I literally shake, rattle and vibrate incredibly strong internally from receiving and then embodying the NEW energies and codes etc. into me and my physical and energetic bodies. My Lightbody spins faster and faster and seemingly from within me, to the point that I wonder when it’s all going to go totally NEW and different. Maybe I’m looking at this with old lower eyes, time will tell. For now however it’s one wild ride to be sure. Hang in there Forerunners and don’t feel guilty for exiting your physical body during the daytime. There’s a lot going on in us now which only further allows greater and faster evolutionary changes externally.

Let’s Better Understand Individuality & the “We are all ONE” Business~ May 24, 2016

I don’t want to hear one more person say, ‘We are becoming ONE’. No, we are not becoming “ONE” and there are very important and positive reasons for this which we’ll get to. What we are doing now and will continue doing for as long as it takes is integrating, merging, unifying and embodying within ourselves INDIVIDUALLY. Forget about that popular pre-recorded message ‘we’re becoming ONE’ because it’s incorrect. What is correct is that you are becoming ONE within yourself, and I am becoming ONE within myself, and he and her are each becoming ONE within themselves individually.

Remember that important message I received in April 1995? It looked like this:

YOU are becoming ONE, or 1 as it was represented in my lucid dream message many years ago, not all of us merging back into oneness together. We’re nowhere near that advanced stage yet. First we as individuals must become unified within ourselves and doing so automatically makes it so much easier to feel, know, sense, perceive and love/LOVE all the other individuals, human and otherwise.

We as individuals could no more instantly go from the extreme severe separation that’s been the norm for eons, to full and complete ONE-ness during this Ascension Process any more than you or I could be in the direct full presence of “God” as we are now. The energy gap is far too large even with the current Ascension Process happening and it would destroy whatever vehicle we were in not to mention considerably mess us up in other ways too.

What’s happening is that we incarnate aspects and selves are going through the end of eons of intentional separation (in so many ways) because Source desired to experience it via each of us in our individual selves and experiences in all dimensions. What was originally ONE desired to individuate and further separate, layer after layer to learn, experience and create at and in those levels of being and existence as and through all those individuated aspects of the original ONE.

All individuals are not merging or unifying back into oneness/ONE/1 all together with no individuality anymore. What has been intentionally separated for eons is now intentionally re-merging, re-uniting within each of us individually. The whys of this are so vast and complex but it has to do with evolution on all levels.

Increased Merging in Individuals Quickens the Separation of Worlds

As you know from reading my past articles, my life hasn’t been a whole lotta fun since the start of 2014. It still isn’t and in some ways it’s gotten a bit harder and more difficult emotionally, even more isolated feeling which surprised me, and far more complex which I did expect. Such is growth and change however. Since 2014 when my life was suddenly turned upside down due to my mom’s triple bypass that produced a devastating stroke two weeks later, on top of pre-existing (heart disease related) dementia, life hasn’t been a bunch of happy times for me in my sixties as her caregiver as she further deteriorates. Her dementia is worsening and she hallucinates sometimes and from reading up on dementia, this probably isn’t going to end well unless I work on certain things in myself, which I’ve been doing all along.

On top of that I sold a house, bought a “new” (old) one, worked on it for eight months (from May of 2015 and still am working on it today) because it was that horrible and filthy, finally moved us into it (January 2016), hurt myself doing so, and have felt more depressed and isolated ever since.

I knew the moment I saw this “new” old house that the person who’d owned and lived in it for decades was depressed (her family had removed her from the house months before they put it on the market so the house was empty of any humans when I first saw it with the realtor) and that I’d have to clear that residual energy (her depression, fears, isolation and probably dementia too as she aged etc.) because I could feel it and knew I’d be affected by it if I didn’t transmute and clear every speck of it. I always do this when I move into any place because I have to energetically clean along with physically clean a place I’m going to live in.

Nonetheless I’ve continued feeling periods of depression and growing isolation since I moved us in here in January of this year despite this house being a big improvement in many ways for all of us. I’ve energetically cleared and re-cleared this house yet this feeling comes and goes, in me, not necessarily this house unless I energetically pollute/re-pollute it! Because of this on-again off-again depression and growing sense of being isolated even more than before, I’ve been working on discerning all this as best I’m capable of at this time. Usually I can perceive/receive information easily and quickly but this hasn’t been the case with this which means it is extra big and that I’m still very much living it.

Slowly however I’ve gained enough altitude again to access Higher Awareness while living it. What I finally perceived recently is what this article is about because I know many of you have had a rough go of it this year too, not to mention how crazy difficult 2014 and 2015 was for some of us as well.

I’ve always had a tendency—as some Volunteers, Starseeds, Forerunners do—to get low sometimes and then have to work my way back up out of the depression muck once again. But this time (2016) it’s felt different to me, much more amplified, quicker in and out of it, and like even it is an aspect of the Ascension Process. I didn’t understand for a while and that’s bothered me because I don’t want to be sad or frustrated anymore.

Then I finally perceived this complex and difficult to describe hazy image and awareness of the Forerunners currently living the Embodiment Process in stages as we have been for a while now. The depression and further sense of isolation some of us have felt has to do with some of our own remaining inner stuff from these lives and times, while some of it is coming from the human Collective on Earth, and some of it’s coming from Team Dark if you can believe that!, and some is coming from very high dimensions where plenty of change is taking place too. In other words, the depression and sense of growing isolation I’ve struggled with this year in greatly amplified ways isn’t all “my stuff” but a lot of other people’s and beings and worlds and dimensions’ stuff too. Oddly, knowing this makes it all much easier for me to deal with and work my way through. Just because you’re feeling something doesn’t automatically make it yours or mean it’s coming from you. Discernment helps with things like this so always use it.

I perceived that some of what some of us have been and still are feeling today is stemming from super ancient times, other worlds, other dimensions, other beings, Team Dark and so on and isn’t so much our personal inner unresolved stuff, junk, negative crap, karma etc. Some of it is our stuff but at this point it’s relatively small in comparison to the overall galactic and universal picture. Keep in heartmind too that everything is now so amplified feeling and seeming to us (of the Light) that that tiny pea under the Princesses’ many mattresses often feels so huge and unbearably painful to us.

To one part of us this information makes little to no sense at all, but to other parts of us it makes perfect sense for where we’re at now and what we’re going through – the Embodiment of Higher and Lower in these physical bodies and how that naturally matches the amplification of the Separation of Worlds. The more we Embody the Higher with the Lower in-body on Earth in the physical, the more pressure is put on everyone and everything to push away from, to separate from that which one does not resonate with or energetically match, from what one is out of alignment with, from what one is not ready for or desirous of attaining at this time.

As those living the merge/Embody/unify individually more and more now, the Separation of Worlds also increases and quickens because these two energy levels and states of being cannot co-exist in the same space with each other. The energy gap is too great (not to mention a huge irritation for everyone) and so we have, and many of us are very much feeling, this slowly increasing unity from the Embodiment phase within ourselves individually while simultaneously feeling an increase of separation from and misalignment with lower consciousness others and a sort of general depression that comes and goes like waves. This has always been that Princess and the Pea business for the Forerunners, but it’s so amplified now that it’s almost unbearable at times. I suspect even this has to do with my personal perspective on the Embodiment Process at this moment and level and it too will change as I (as each of us individually) am further changed from living the Embodiment.

We’re so far beyond the whose negativity and dank crap stuff is this anyway? phase and are soul-deep in cleaning up the Cosmic Campgrounds before we embark on a NEW Evolutionary adventure. Exciting, exhausting, confusing, magical, so very special and rare, painful, difficult, heartbreaking, freeing, uplifting, creative and simply wondrous.

Feel what you are but don’t buy into it, don’t be overtaken by it or claim it all as you or yours. Neutral Observer and all that to borrow another great term from Lisa Renee. Know some of it is the old little you, while much of it is ancient and multidimensional going back to the beginning of this past Evolutionary Cycle. Some of it is the death of our old selves as we’ve known them plus the demise of our old familiar 3D lives and world, even in such profound Team Dark negativity and control as they were. You think it’s crazy busy and ultra-weird here on physical Earth? It’s just as hectic and wonderfully strange and full of positive changes everywhere else. Complete the 9 energies in preparation for the coming 1 energies but completely in the NEW this time.
