Yes, renowned scientist Michio Kaku tells us about home-made hurricanes via weather modification. It’s more PR work to make geoengineering more palatable to the public.

I guess we have to start somewhere, and until the masses accept that contrails are not chemtrails, we won’t get far.  Chemtrails, HAARP, aerosol spraying, cloud seeding— and now lasers—just part of modern planetary management. Nothing to do with the engineering of weather as a weapon, of course. Trillion watt lasers. Charming.

Lasers can create rain clouds and lightning bolts. Last summer we heard about rogue lightning bolts killing people and livestock out of a sky that wasn’t raining or doing anything at all. Experimentation?

They will spin it until they’re blue in the face and those of us who KNOW, won’t believe weather modification is for our own good. Breathing in heavy metals is NOT in our best interest, nor are nano-particles, viruses, bacterial, foreign DNA, or any of the other substances they hide in the aerosols in which they so liberally blanket the skies through chemtrails.

The United States, Canada, Britain, Russia and other countries didn’t sign a treaty back in the 1960s pledging not to use weather weapons on their allies because they were only thinking of being able to do it 50 years later. They were and have been doing it for a long time, and it is most definitely used as a weapon to further the global controllers’ agendas.

They mask the problem with terms such as global warming and climate change, and blame it on Humanity. We’re not in charge on this planet. We are not to blame, but we’re not about to let them terra-form our home for alien creatures, either. “Helping Mother Nature”… righto.

They have messed up the climate to the point of no return. It’s not nice to fool Mother Nature, as they say, and we’re all paying the price. We need a solution immediately before the point of no return.  ~ BP

World renowned physicist Dr. Michio Kaku made a shocking confession on live TV when he admitted that HAARP is responsible for the recent spate of hurricanes.

In an interview aired by CBS, Dr. Kaku admitted that recent ‘made-made’ hurricanes have been the result of a government weather modification program in which the skies were sprayed with nano particles and storms then “activated” through the use of “lasers”.

In the interview (below), Michio Kaku discusses the history of weather modification, before the CBS crew stop him in his tracks.

The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was created in the early 1990’s as part of an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

According to government officials, HAARP allows the military to modify and weaponize the weather, by triggering earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes.

Anongroup.org reports: One detail in a plethora of academic papers and patents about altering the weather with electromagnetic energy and conductive particles in the stratosphere, research published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences said the “laser beams” can create plasma channels in air, causing ice to form. According to Professor Wolf Kasparian:

“Under the conditions of a typical storm cloud, in which ice and supercooled water coexist, no direct influence of the plasma channels on ice formation or precipitation processes could be detected.

Under conditions typical for thin cirrus ice clouds, however, the plasma channels induced a surprisingly strong effect of ice multiplication.

Within a few minutes, the laser action led to a strong enhancement of the total ice particle number density in the chamber by up to a factor of 100, even though only a 10−9 fraction of the chamber volume was exposed to the plasma channels.

The newly formed ice particles quickly reduced the water vapor pressure to ice saturation, thereby increasing the cloud optical thickness by up to three orders of magnitude.”

To really understand geoengineering, researchers have identified defense contractors Raytheon, BAE Systems, and corporations such as General Electric as being heavily involved with geoengineering. According to Peter A. Kirby, Massachusetts has historically been a center of geoengineering research.

With the anomalous hurricanes currently ravaging the Americas, floods destroying India, and wildfires destroying the Pacific Northwest, weather warfare is a topic on the public consciousness right now. Please share this with as many people as possible.

The Eclipse Impact

The eclipse on August 21 brought in a new octave of consciousness and a new experience in which things have been shaken up and extreme, especially the weather with floods and fires and earthquakes and solar storms which continue. The eclipse was a nexus point and a harbinger change, a coming into seeing the shadows. After that, there was a time of inner quiet and processing, of going within until in which Mercury was retrograde and then started moving forward on September 5. Retrograde- in astrology means that is a time to revisit, review from the within.
I found myself feeling intense emotions and moving through them with forgiveness work, of self and others which rippled out from the quantum inner level and was reflected in friendships with others pretty quickly. We have so much power to change our inner world, to more calm and peace and see it reflected outside of us. That being said, it may be a time of great challenge to be the calm within the outer storms. It is a matter of not getting hooked on what is happening and to keep going inside, or so I am learning as an eternal student.

Communication was not working so much with others (in the Retrograde period before September 5th,) but I found others accessible on the inner planes and so much was worked out in that realm. Then once Mercury, the planet of communication, moved direct on September 5, I was able to have direct conversations in a new way. I had the energy to reach other to others. Meanwhile we were hit by fires in the Northwest, by Hurricanes in the south, and by earthquakes around the world, particularly in my beloved country of Guatemala and also Mexico. Floods have happened all over the world in this time. There was an X class solar flare, one of the strongest in a decade and it sent photonic particles that effected earth landing to September 8. As of September 14, there are more solar flares and another big one about to arrive to earth. The Axim “As Above, so Below” is evident as truth. The storm happened in the solar atmosphere, and was sent to earth and reflected in the earth, a smaller body than the sun with storms intensifying. We are the bodies that reflect the earth and the sun. If you are feeling stuff then maybe it is you being a reflection of these greater bodies of energy. We collectively have the power to change the earth and everyone’s experience. We can make more peace on earth with our intentions.

Back to Solar Flares: They trigger earthquakes, they make hurricanes stronger, and who knows about the wildfires. Meanwhile there are whispers of weather modification being possibly to blame as spoken by acclaimed scientist Michio Kaku . This is part of the story that includes the metaphor of “shadows being exposed” through the event which was the Full Lunar Eclipse that happened on August 21. So many viewed it online and in person it became a focal point of collective consciousness. Many things are coming to light. An interesting soup of weather modification, the solar flares effecting human consciousness, and human collective consciousness itself sending prayers and focus toward lessening the events to the hurricanes and fires. Storms are about transformation and purification. Rain came in the Northwest as an answer to collective prayers of those effected, or so it seemed to in my own experience here in the Northwest.

It is clearly a time of change. The storms are a representation of the change, from hurricanes and floods to wildfires and devastation to earthquakes. Mother Earth is rumbling. Some are supporting all life as a part of her and there are those that want to manipulate what is happening on her surface and actually seed that which may destroy life and nature and homes. It seems the mother supports those who support her and life on her and wants to shake off that which opposes this. In her view, she may be cleansing and rebalancing. Yet, as a human on the planet, is an intense time to be witnessing all of this. It can also be seen an opportunity. The opportunity is to discover the shadows and the truth behind them and what may be happening behind the obvious and the surface. Let’s go deeper into exploring the greater patterns and let’s go deeper into our own self-awareness and what is unconscious. Awakening is allowing that with is unconscious to become conscious. It takes courage and discernment. There is a mass awakening triggered by the eclipse. It will expose personal truths, how we have been out of integrity to the greater whole, and how powers that be have been out of integrity. We are able to clean up our own act, make it a more congruent expression, the expression of who we are. Maybe this means apologizing, telling the truth more, being able to put the others before us, to consider everybody’s well-being and perspective beyond our own. In short, we are called to live the Golden Rule of “Do unto others as ourselves” in a deeper way.  Truth is being brought forward to explore and discover what we think about it.

Eye of the Storm

We have a choice to be in the winds of the hurricane, feeling the full force storm. We can be in the edges feeling the drama of it but not as effected yet still tossed around. Or we can be in the calm center, the eye of the storm. In our lives, we can keep returning to that eye of the storm, the calm center of ourselves. Nature presents the perfect metaphor for the world we can choose to inhabit. That is a personal analogy for our inner selves in the midst of whatever outer chaos. Meanwhile, the truth is these situations are affecting real people, the earth and animals and they need our love and support and prayers. After all, they are us, as part of the one soul. Let us remember oneness and feel oneness, others as ourselves. If you are able to be calm in the midst of the storms around you, you are benefiting yourself and the planet.

The other thing that the eclipse triggered personally is a download from the moment just after totality that I experienced. This was from the moment of darkness, a black circle of the moon’s shadow over the sun to a sliver of sunlight pouring out in brightness. A thought I had was “The sun is breaking open and seeding the people with remembrance of their soul, and of the One Soul that is everyone.” So indeed the golden rule is that all others are ourselves and we are here for all life which is one life. It is a triggering of the awakening of consciousness, that eclipse and subsequent Solar Flares and world events. It is all to bring us to our hearts and our heart’s knowing. Are you having new thoughts bringing you to a more expansive understanding and a higher level of love? Have you been experiencing new downloads? Are you showing up in the world with a new perspective? There may be thoughts we are having that were not accessible to us recently. Maybe we are changing how we look at the world. It is all good.

Patience and Change by Jamye Price ~ Feb. 2, 2017

She is one of the amazing teachers in the 5D communities, and to my knowledge does not follow RV intel, but is in seamless communication with her own guides. I have been seeing messages from many teachers who have the ability to “read the energies” saying that patience is key right now. Don’t give up in the 11th hour! Here is a post she wrote today:

Patience

Ugh! No – not patience! Yes, it is a vital energy that often gets overlooked. We may not realize times of subtle resistance to it. Sometimes we feel it is just a punishment of having to wait. That resistance can shut down creative flow, so true patience is a helpful energy. Areon’s channeling will cover some beautiful aspects of patience.

This is a time of change, and there is a lot of turmoil on the world stage. Evolution is inevitable, but it isn’t always quick and easy. Patience is a powerful ally in these times that are calling us to hold a higher vision and vibration amidst a lot of collective emotions zooming around.

Whenever I notice twinges of anxiousness or anti-patience, I use one of my “go-to’s” for calming and connecting (or releasing, if that’s the case). Get out in nature, soak in a bath, meditate, etc. I may take some deep breaths and state, “I surrender my will to Divine Will,” or “All is Well and changing.” Cultivating patience yields open creative flow and peace.

Patience and Change

Last week I mentioned I would share some collective clues I have seen. I wasn’t able to find the actual quote I wanted, but I’ll explain it to you. Years ago I mentioned that the millennials would not just try to change the governing system from the outside, they would realize they had to get into the system to change it from within.

I thought it would happen earlier than it did (paaatience), but now I’ve seen the first clues of what I felt on a collective level was a really good indicator of change. It would signal that the “system buster” Indigos were online and rebooting the system. They began to really activate with the Arab Spring and Occupy Wallstreet movements. Things seemed to get silenced, but they were actually regrouping in ways that weren’t obvious.

Young people have always been involved in politics here and there, but they have now started some groups that are very directly intending to promote and primary new progressive candidates in 2018. This actually started based on the Bernie Sanders campaign which really energized the millennials.

But it get better. Here’s the amazing clue…

When I was reading about what these young adults are doing, the young man didn’t just talk about how one party is correct and they are going take over. He mentioned how he and his friends are focusing on the Democratic party because that is more his leaning, and they are also working with friends that are doing the same thing with the Republican party. They are truly working together to improve things from both sides rather than battling for domination of “one way is better.”

This was a beautiful clue to see as we move from separation into balance through the path of Ascension. Rather than approaching leadership from domination, they are embracing diversity and integrating duality into respect and connection of opposites. Duality is a function of the physical realm. As you integrate opposites, you create a wholeness that ultimately connects the whole of Life one person at a time – diversity included.

I have been guided for many years to look for the collective clues of change in all aspects of life. I feel deeply that improvement is in-built into the system of Life. Love is the binding force of Life.

What will these young adults create? I don’t know. I do know that as we each look within and create change, we then connect with others and Life with new energy. As one on an Ascension path, you have been focused on creating new energy within yourself. That creates a new human experience. More balance, more connection, more Love. Thank you for all you are. You are effecting Life in profound, though often invisible, ways. Your Love is powerful.

2017 The Year of Propulsion, A Look at What’s to Come ~ Jan. 1, 2017


Angelic Guides – We have been asked to discuss our perspective on the upcoming energies of this New Year, the year of 2017. As with all years, each has its own vibrational signature if you will. We would be delighted to share our perspective upon this New Year, but first we want to briefly describe your calendar year of 2016.

Last year, at around this time we said that the coming year would be filled with rapid transformations and as many of you take this time to reflect upon all that has changed this year, many will stand in amazement at just what you have transformed in your reality. Change often feels at bit unnerving to many humans as you rarely can see what the transformation will look like when it is finished and this makes many feel uncomfortable. Events, circumstances, desires and even fears manifested rapidly this past year. You had the opportunity to purge much of what was no longer needed in your life so that you could move forward with much less baggage if you will. We said that so much would be jam packed into your year of 2016 that you would wonder how you were able to experience all that in just one calendar year and so it has been.

The changing of a calendar year is not only a time for looking ahead to the future but to reflect upon what you have experienced throughout your year to help you better discern what you would like to change going forward.

You have spent the last year amidst many rapid transformations; you have been busily sorting through your desires to become far more clear about who you want to become, what your true passions are, and weeding out the people, locations, relationships, and events that no longer resonate with this new being you are transforming into.

You’re year of 2017 of course has its own vibrational signature; this will be the year of propulsion as we would like to call it. We offer you the analogy of your bow and arrow. This past year, you have pulled the string of the bow back with great force as you rapidly uncovered much that was previously unseen, and you are now taking aim, and will let the string go. The further you pull a bow back, the further the arrow will soar. This year will certainly still feel rapid, but it will be with far more precision than your year of 2016. This will be a year of propulsion, of trajectory. Much of what you have discovered this past year, has been used to build a solid foundation in which you will now build upon in the coming year of 2017. Just as with any structure, it’s strength and integrity will be dependent upon the foundation upon which it is built, and so it is with your dreams and goals which you have become more clear about.

Each of you have deliberately molded your passions, your interests, your goals and dreams in more detail than ever before. The beginning few months of your year of 2017 will be primarily to take a laser focus upon where you want this proverbial arrow to land. For the time will come this year, to let go of your arrow and trust that all is being delivered to you. You have done much of the ground work; you have used your discernment to better navigate towards what you want to create going forward, this year will be about trusting the process. We remind you that there is always so much going on behind the scenes, far past what the 5 physical senses can detect, that if you can rely more heavily upon your intuitive senses you will feel the energy that has been set in motion. And this is why we say, we remind you to trust in this process.

Once an archer has pulled his bow back, and taken aim with precision he must let the arrow fly, trusting that he has set the coordinates accurately and now it is up to gravity to pull the arrow into place. And so it is with all of you, this past year has felt trying, challenging, unnerving and unsettling to most but you have accomplished so very much through the process. Now it is time to let go and watch the wondrous Universe pull your dreams and goals into the physical and so we encourage you to trust in this process.

On a collective level, you will begin to see many global changes, shifts in power, and uprisings of the human collective. Collectively you are learning that you are far more powerful in numbers, and as a result you are banning together. At the moment, much of the world appears to be in chaos; polar opposites and opposing views are rampant, but from our perspective this is a very necessary and beneficial time in your collective evolution. Much of the change you are collectively seeking to make on your world will be traced back to this very time period. Remember that things are not always as they seem to be. You may act as a pillar of peace in this great time of perceived chaos. Know that the chaos does not have to permeate your experience though it will likely be prevalent in the lives of those around you. Your world is seeking balance, but the pendulum must swing in order to find its balance.

Each of you have been diligently building the foundation upon which you will now begin to physically manifest your dreams. Many of you have pivoted quite drastically, dreams and aspirations you thought you wanted have now changed and shifted as you have become more clear about the being you wish to become. The extreme nature of 2016 was felt on every level, large shifts, both collectively and individually have been made, and you will now begin to reap the rewards. The propulsion of a rocket can be felt most intensely in the beginning, but as it moves past the obstacles in your atmosphere the ride begins to steady and ease even though the speed of the rocket increases. This analogy will be similar to how many of you will describe your year of 2017. We enthusiastically remain by your side on this journey as we are always eager to assist you in every way that we can.

The moral of this story is that things have indeed changed in our world. The recent Presidential election has surprised everyone with the election of Donald Trump to lead this nation which indicates a huge scream coming from the people who are more than ready for a change from the oligarchy the USA has been experiencing.

I AM not here to say what is “right” or “wrong” about this election, but I AM here to let you know that the current unrest in my country (USA), this hemisphere, and this planet is happening right on schedule! I AM not a Rebuplican, nor a Democrat, I AM a human who considers herself to be “spiritually awake” and realizes that the current government and way of life under it’s control must end…and ending, it is…in an inglorious, uncomfortable style!

What does the immediate future hold? I do not know, and so I ride with the tide understanding that I AM here to observe. Does that mean I just sit back and watch without taking action? No siree! My action is the most powerful available…I instead use my mind and imagine how I want things to be. The Universe will provide the “means and ways” for what I imagine.

This means the current levels of unrest, at ALL levels, are supposed to be in place…and we get to watch! But along with watching, we also get to show the love that we are, which is exactly what this video is showing.

So…watch the show of ages where everything will change, imagine how you want your life to turn out (do you really have control over anyone else?), and be the love that you really are…
