I am Ashtar.  It is always wonderful to be with you in these times and moments in the midst of these many changes that are occurring and are about to occur.

I come at this time to share with you those outer happenings that are occurring above you in the many ships, the many fleets that are here, those ones that you have heard of that have been parked just outside of your atmosphere for some time.  And as we have said several times that we have come closer and closer, even to the point where we have begun more and more to uncloak ourselves so that those that have eyes to see can see us, and that of the Pleiadian fleet that is preparing not only a great celebration, but they are planning an operation, you might say, an operation that will bring this even closer—disclosure–closure and closer to you.  In order for that to happen, those of you, the Way-showers, those of you that are on the forefront of these great many changes to the earth and to the consciousness here on the earth, those of you that have been preparing, have been working with these energies,  it is time now for you to realize that you are in the midst, right in the midst, of these changes, and as has been said, you are the catalyst for these changes.

Your consciousness is creating every moment of your lives so it is time more and more now to create that which you want to happen, create everything that you are longing for.  Because as you do so, those of us in our ships, all of the fleets that are out here, will be able to come closer and closer to you, to you as individuals and you as groups.  The entire populace  may not see us yet, but those of you who are ready and prepared, do not fear, do not shy away, those of you will be able to see us more and more.  We are showing ourselves now to you more and more often, because operations are underway to bring disclosure about.  If it will not happen from those of your leaders to make those announcements, then it will happen as a result of your creating this.  You are the disclosure:  remember that.

As these energies from this gateway come flooding into the planet, those of you will feel this, will feel it sometimes as an elation or a blissful moment, other times it will be overwhelming to you.  For the consciousness state that you are in, in the moment, will dictate how these energies will react with you.  That is what you have to member:  the more that you can be in a neutral state of consciousness, the more these energies that are coming in will feel right to you, will feel like it is a part of you.  When you find yourselves in a lower state, a lower vibration, then these energies will interact and create changes within your central nervous system, thereby bringing about certain symptoms possibly that you have not felt yet before.   I tell you this now so that you are more and more in alignment with these higher vibrations.  The more you can be in these higher vibrations, the more you can feel elated, lifted up higher in consciousness, and out of the third dimensional illusion, the more you will feel as if everything is going exactly according to the divine plan.

I am Ashtar.  I leave you now temporarily.  And I say temporarily because we are always with you, and are always just a whisper away to be more fully with you.  Those times are coming where we will be able to appear to you much more than you can possibly imagine yet at this point.

I am Ashtar. As always, it is a pleasure to be with you, especially in these times now, these times that we are now beginning more and more to celebrate.  We are celebrating not our involvement, but your involvement, your progress, all that you are bringing forward into these next moments that are upon you.  Many of you are beginning to have more and more sightings of those of us, those of our ships.  Many more of you are seeing beyond the veil, getting those glimpses as has been said many times.  But I tell you now that this is only the beginning, for much that has been heralded is now going to begin, is now going to come forth.  We in the ships, as we have said previously, have been parked far out here in your space around your planet, but we are coming closer and closer now.  We are beginning to move closer and closer.

Then, one day in the not too distant future will be known as “the day the stars fell.”  For that will be when our ships will pierce through the atmosphere of the earth and appear everywhere across your entire planet. Those times are coming.   And the preparations are being made in many different ways.  Many truths are coming forward, being revealed,  and preparations are being planned for many announcements that are to come forth.  What you have been told about your broadcast system is correct.  Many of you are coming to understand that your entire broadcast system can be overtaken at a switch of a button or the turning of a switch.  You are on the verge now of a great many changes, a great many revealings, much to come forward.

But I want you to know that many of you, where you think that you are in a three-dimensional space, that you are still trapped within the illusion, within the matrix, but you are not.  You only think you are.  Your conscious knowing self continues to hold you there.  But your heart, that part of you that resides beyond your conscious knowing self, has already lifted into the higher vibrations, has already lifted into the higher fourth, and even into the fifth dimension at times, and you are a three-dimensional consciousness that is attempting to live in a fifth-dimensional awareness.  That is not possible without a great many physical symptoms to come over you, which is what many of you are experiencing now.  Many of you are experiencing what are called the ascension symptoms because you are attempting to be in that fifth-dimensional space, but to keep your three-dimensional consciousness.  And we say to you:  no, do not do that.  

Let that three-dimensional consciousness go more and more.  Go with the flow.  Let it be.  All of these sayings are designed to take you away from the three-dimensional consciousness, designed to lift you up into the higher knowing of your being.  But that higher knowing that you already have just eludes you because your lower consciousness, or your lower chakra system, continues to hold on, continues to hold you down.  But it cannot do so for much longer.  And when that pulse of energy comes from the galactic central sun, known as The Event, or the changeover, then in those moments you WILL be lifted up.  Your conscious knowing self WILL be lifted up, because it will not know anything different at that time.  For the old ways, the old comfort zone, will no longer be comfortable, for you will not be comfortable in the old paradigm.  Just as many of you are not comfortable in that now.

So I say to you:   lift up, lift up your hearts, lift up your minds into those higher vibrations, and continue to do so in every opportunity that you have.  Find the beauty in everything because the beauty is in everything.

I am Ashtar, and I leave you now at this time.  But know that we are always with you.  We are just a whisper away where we can be more fully with you, and will be, in the not far off future.

Greetings, Family! It’s good to be here one more time.

How are you? Are you noticing how you are dealing with the new frequencies that come to you every day?

I just want to tell you briefly about it. Lets see, all these high frequencies that have come to you, you have worked on three basic points.

Self-Confidence

To believe more in yourselves and out of the patterns that have been imposed on you for a long time. Do you realize that?

More self-confidence, more ability to follow what you really want and believe to be the best for you.

A greater attunement to your innate power, no matter what they say, no matter how threats you; you will not back down because you are in possession of your power.

This is too big, my dears!

What’s more, this self-confidence is reverberated to the point that others will follow. Are you tired of being pruned, canceled, lowered? Here is the point where all that changes. Just allow these frequencies to help you.

Focus / Concentration

You are increasing your power of concentration and focus.

The old frequencies, for ages, have deprived you of this high ability to concentrate and have a goal, a focus on a goal.

For a long time, you have been walking in circles! Now, oh!… Now you have a focus allied in a superconcentration.

Have you noticed that nowadays you can connect with your inner deity much more quickly than before?

At least most of you, yes, because these new frequencies that enter Shan (Earth) simply provide that.

And once again, you are an example to others because they see you, analyze you and ask you, “How can you do it?” And then they empower themselves: “If you can, I can too!”

Here’s a very important point: if you really want to do something, if you have self-confidence, focus and concentration for something, you need discipline.

Let’s update this:

A set of inner special qualities that keep the being in deep connection with his personal divine will, allied to a focus and primordial determinations attuned to the Primordial and Loving Source that assures him, uninterruptedly, to a POWERFUL AND DETERMINED WILL TO CONTINUOUSLY FOLLOW.

My dear ones, with this, you are more than unbeatable, unstoppable, inviolable.

Discipline

All these powerful frequencies that are coming to you have determinedly activated, in particular, these three very important points for the next movements that you will go through.

I do not want to and I will not frighten you, but I want you to know that many peoples of your Planet will need your collaboration, both physically and spiritually.

Gaia needs to make her adjustments and necessarily some moves happen for releases of old charges.

Adjustments to your tectonic plates are occurring, and will occur a bit more, but all of this is being monitored by our fleets.

Know that even we need help, especially yours, that reads this my message.

For this, be determined in your self-confidence by believing that you are important in this process of updating an entire system, knowing that everything is better and wonderful for the complete change of paradigms.

And for this, you need focus and concentration on all your tasks, whether they are in physical and/or spiritual assistance to many who will seek them.

And, of course, discipline. THE DISCIPLINE. Be open to the new frequencies for everything that is coming to you, whatever it is, you will need these three points, they are very active, and of course, all of them allied to your Divine Faith.

There are a legion of beings and they are supporting all this, I have said this before. Not just me, but several of the Great Family.

You are the ones who came forward, with a Sword of Light cutting the “weeds“, clearing the passage. You are the pioneers!

I’ve said that before! Courage is surely something you’re not lacking! Before reaching this plan, I showed you how it was and what needed to be done for its transformation. You simply said, “TAKE ME THERE, WITHOUT DELAYS.”

When you said that, I looked at other Council representatives and winked 😀

“Well, here they are.” I said to the Council. And here you are, experiencing a great transformation in all areas of your lives, in your physical and Etheric bodies, in your emotional and spiritual fields.

In these processes, you will feel more and more the great effects of these transformations and, in order to get an excellent use of these anchored energies, I will give you some tips for your next months. Tips that should start “for good“, if you wish, from the moment you read my message.

Certainly, some of these tips you may had already picked up through the signs of your own bodies. Yes, your bodies constantly warn of some movements that are needed at each stage of this journey.

And, dear ones, please pay more attention to these signs. You often see the signal, understand, and then let go, ignoring what needs to be done!

Let me say emphatically: do not complain if things get more intense than! Pay attention! All signs are given to do something, or stop doing something 🙂 So do not blame us 😀 Well, let’s go to the important points.

Certainly, many have gone through these situations of drastic changes in sleep. This is due to a number of reasons: poor nutrition, stress, anxiety, etc…

But in particular, many of you have suffered these “disorders” due to the immense amount of energy you are anchoring, and these energies are adapting you to a new reality, a new time, a “no-time”.

You just need to adjust these frequencies so that they harmonize with your bodies. You, on this point, need to be awake in physicality, as long as possible, while luminosity is present.

Try to wake up early, those who already have this habit, even better! If you do not, try to wake up at the latest at 8am. If you can, as soon as the sun rises it will also be good, but at 8 am is a great time.

The more brightness of the day you pick up, the better the anchoring and grounding process of the energies you are receiving to be reverberated. You need to be “on” so that certain energies come to the surface completely.

Well, some will say, “But I work at night, at dawn, and I sleep during the day.” Calm down, you will not be excluded! We do not do it! 🙂

Think: what will be best for you? What could you do to improve this, to facilitate your ability to capture energies that come mainly in the brightness of your days?

If you work at night and sleep during the day, well, we can not say “Stop working“, but we can say, again: “Stay as long as possible awake, harmoniously, as long as there is light. “Oh, I only get one hour” – you say! And we say: it’s already something. :-DELAYS

Just be open and committed to this process and, if you really want to, “things” will happen, and everything will fit in the best way possible for the process to take place and in order to ensure the transformations needed for you personally and for the planet.

Because you… you know! You are part of a great process and you could not be outside of it. You out of this process is as if you lack the key to open a lock. You definitely can not stay out!

You have often woken up in the middle of the night at precise times, or even early in the morning. Some will say, “It’s the biological clock!” Well, I’ll sort it out  😀  IT’S THE COSMIC WATCH!

You, at times, wake up quickly at dawn, for example, at precisely 3:15 am, for several days in a row. Well, you simply took an energy to anchor on the surface and obviously had to be grounded and awake at that moment.

Your Higher Self says “Go!” And you wake up, in that instant, half stunned: “Huh? Hmm? What happened? I woke up? Where am I? What’s that? “:-D Then you look at the clock and go back to sleep. Ready. Anchored energy. When you look at the clock and see the time, it’s like sending a signal saying, “Okay, I hit the spot, anchored energy.” And back to sleep. Wow!! Fantastic!

So, dear ones, again: do not worry about these sudden awakenings in the middle of the night. Wake up, hit the spot, smile and go back to sleep. It’s all right! Try to wake up sooner, as you said, enjoy the light better, and it will help you in many ways, starting with more disposition! An energy and physical detox process will begin in you. And by the way, the other point is about your eating.

I’ll be spot on here! Sugar should be reduced! I am not saying to abolish it, but reduce it at least of 50% of what you consume now.

Your bodies need this reduction. Sugar lowers your energy pattern.

Excess sugar simply keeps you in a “common pattern” and is literally true and indisputable: you guys are not at all common ones!  🙂

Decreasing 50% of the sugar will help activate some deactivated energy points in you because it will allow the energy to flow more freely, like a calm river, of strong and unstoppable power.

Too much sugar in your biological device causes energy blocks, decreases its luminous frequency and delays other important processes. “Oh, but my chocolate!” Some will say. I can even hear!… Well, I did not say 100%, I said 50%! (For now… 😀 )

You need to get accustomed your bodies. Do not be so drastic. Be loving, kind and patient. You have accustomed your bodies for so long with unhealthy foods, so if you get there by “taking the candy from the child’s mouth” it will be desperation! Let’s take it easy, with love, kindness and reprogramming your food.

Eat greener! Take more natural juices (no sugar, 😀 )! Eat raw what you can. Fruits, vegetables and greens. Get some water! Many of you do not drink water!

Drink more water and give that energy to your bodies! Water increases its vibratory pattern, increases its luminosity! Water, as in your hydroelectric power plants, generates energy!

Give water to your bodies, and it will have more energy! It’s that simple! I think a lot more is intuitive, isn’t it? 🙂 Your bodies know. They know what they need. Just pay attention to them! Oh!… I know witches will say, “My body asks for chocolate three times a day!” Oh, really? 😀

With all these transformations already taking place, your bodies, of course, are changing! You are getting more beautiful, more radiant, and your whole biological structure is changing!

Some of your organs will change in size, diminish or increase according to the new patterns of energies and way of living. Do not be frightened by it. Do not think that you will sleep one way and wake up from another. It is a subtle process, but noticeable for the most connected.

You may notice the change in the color of your eyes, in the tone of skin, hair, physical posture. You will find greater need to go to the bathroom, while large cleanings occur.

You will notice some adjustments in your way of walking, talking, gesturing. This is all subtle, harmonious, deliciously good to see, because it is an energy, a new biological structure that is adapting to the new energies and your Light Bodies in manifestation.

Your heart rate will also change, with softer beats. Your lungs will also be softer and your breathing calmer. Your vision will be sharper and your agility as a whole.

Everyone, all of you, are going through this process. All your biology! Everything is being updated in the Grid and in your DNA. In your future incarnations, for many of you on the African continent, these processes will already be well-accelerated and, if you begin to achieve it in this current life, what will you say in a short time ?!

You are preparing all this! Every day on Earth is a great laboratory! Oh! How I love you! How proud of you!

Dear Allies! My brothers! Please do not discredit your potential! You are, together, a mighty force that is taking this planet to its brightest times! You have the support of my entire fleet, which is also your fleet!

Dear ones, we are sending out this notice with much gratitude for the work that you have done in reporting the progress of the Ascension Event.

We are very pleased to say that the tide is turning.

We are almost to the level of Christ Consciousness needed to lift the veil, remove the barrier that has been holding the galactic family back.

At this current moment we have reached and gotten to the farthest of our mission in liberating Gaia and eliminating the illusion that has been holding all humans from fully awakening.

We have been picking up broadcasts of uncertainty that has been spreading worry and fear to the mass populations.

We understand that there are still many questions. However there is no room for doubt in this part of our mission.

The Ascension Event that is coming is going to free all humans. The oppression that has been here for thousands of years on Gaia will be eliminated.

Alternative media and brothers and sisters who are broadcasting the message about the Ascension Event.

We need you and we implore you to only spread accurate information about the event. There was a notice that was released urging all to accept the Crystalline Orb or what is known to you as the Purple Communication Orb that has been placed over all of your heads.

This orb will direct you to connect with your 5D Command Center.

You must also do the daily affirmations to be able to be fully protected.

As all Lightworkers have been working to protect you all from what has been plaguing Gaia for thousands of years the only way to be fully protected is to make sure that you are reciting your average affirmations at least three times a day.

This will not only protect you and your family and friends but it will also help you to lift your consciousness level to the level that we need to complete the ascension event.

The Christ Consciousness will break down all barriers separating your galactic family who has been waiting to come and rescue you.

We feel the uncertainty but you must know that there is no going back as I said there are many light workers that have been working towards our common goal of freeing and liberating Gaia and her people.

The layers are being pulled back. At this time there is just a thin layer that is holding back the event from completion.

It is your task, brothers and sisters, and the alternative media, to spread joy, to show humans that there is only peace love and light waiting for you.

Now is the time to teach acts of forgiveness forgiving each other forgiving yourself showing acts of compassion everywhere you go spreading joy, love, the intention ,the belief that you are going to reach the level of consciousness and awareness that you have been promised, that your being, your life force, has always had.

The Galactic’s want to tell you that you have done an excellent job. You have been working towards our common goal for many years. But again we will say now is not the time to question all the progress that you have made.

Each one of you were born a very complex organism. You’re all Creators. You can all manifest anything that you’ve set your mind to. There is not a limit to the possibilities. There is only a limit when you cannot believe and set the intention.

The only way to get back to your true self is to shed all 3D and 4D, because they are merged now friends, attachments.

You must let go of ego. You must let go of anything that is holding back your vibration. You all have the ability to rise your vibration to the Christ Consciousness.

There is not one single being on this earth that does not have the ability to rise up higher than any guru or person that you see on tv or you’ve read about in your historical books and records.

You are all infinite beings, all of you. The amount of love that I feel for you, friends, is so immense there is not one being more magnificent than the other.

Anywhere you read that is only going to set limitations on your ability to manifest.

You all have the ability to manifest the abundance that you desire, all of you.

 

To Lightworkers

We must warn you, friends, that there are frequencies out there. Lightworkers, you know them as fail-safe. You know what I’m talking about.

But if you don’t know what I’m talking about, these frequencies are searching for your lower level vibrations, anytime that you have fear worry.

We understand that this 3D 4D reality is not a walk in the park.

We understand that on a day-to-day basis you are faced with challenges that others may look at and say “oh no it’s nothing”, but we see inside your hearts, we know the worry and fear that you have but understand that is only there because it’s a continuous persistent thought that keeps coming in your mind.

These are not true. These are the deceptions, the propaganda that has sent to you through your messages on television, radio broadcasts, family and friends that are stuck and these lower-level frequencies.

You must be the guiding light to all of these people.

This message is specifically sent to you. You have many followers that are looking to you to be a guiding light.

At this moment there is no time to broadcast any fear or worry or uncertainty. That at that time has passed.

The Lightworkers have gone to full lengths sacrificing their family, their time, their freedom, to eliminate these threats.

They have been ridiculed by the disbelief, by our enemies, the artificial intelligence out there.

I’m going to tell you dear ones, they have done an outstanding job and not asked for one ounce of recognition.

Now Is The Time

Now is the time to spread the beauty of the Ascension Event.

There will be no suffering, no pain in this event. The waves that are coming are going to lift your consciousness, if you’ve never felt it before.

Friends and family, the only thing that fear worry and uncertainty is going to do for your family, your friends, your followers, is make the ascension more turbulent than it has to be.

 

All Energy Will Be Reborn

All energy will be reborn, there is not a time where an energy just goes away.

Your past loved ones are still here waiting for you to wake up. As you lift your consciousness level you can speak to them.

If you set your intention, anyone that you’ve lost, no matter in what form or being they were to you, you will connect with them.

We are all here waiting friends, all of us. Gaia will be liberated.

There is not anything that can prevent or stop the ascension event from happening and when you set your mind and your belief to that intention alone, you who will do more then I can tell you for yourself and your friends and family.

This is what we have been working towards, friends.

All of you are here from the beginning and you’ll all be here through the event.

All of your children, your family, your friends will be saved.

Everyone will be liberated, this is what Gaia and I keep speaking of.

I know some who read this will maybe not know who she is, that is earth, that is your home.

She is a living breathing being so be careful with what you do on a daily basis because she loves you so much and deserves such care.

But I know friends and family this 3d 4d reality can be challenging. I want you to know you are doing the best that you can.

 

The Cleansing

All will be forgiven, all will be forgiven. You’re transitioning. Some know that the transitioning is happening, some do not and As you are transitioning defragmenting Gaia is also transitioning and defragmenting with you. You are not alone, you never are alone through the fragmenting phase.

The cleaning phase has begun, you will feel it in the ground, you will hear about it in the news, do not worry as I said you friends, all of that is the purpose of the great cleansing.

Alternative media family that is broadcasting out that have followers. You’re tasked with training your all your followers on this process, you must connect to the 5d command center by accepting your orbs.

This connection will give you materials for abundance, cleansing, letting go of attachments. This is the way, this is your path right now.

I will say this again, you all have the information available to you through the 5d command center. We are waiting for each one of you to connect, we know you can.

Your energy is so strong, it shines bright even though the veil that is separating us from you. It’s very thin but still there.

Once the Christ level of Consciousness is risen the Merkabas will shine as they have been shining.

Friends, we know who you are, we see it, we feel it, your family here on Gaia and here in the galactic feel you.

No Matter

No matter if you walk on Gaia alone or you have a huge family, no matter if people do not understand the path that you are on, know that you are on the right path.

Know that what you are doing, friends, is what you were trained to do.

You are all loved dearly, the amount of love that we feel for each one of you and Gaia is so strong at times that  we cannot even breathe waiting for you, to do and to be what you are.

Do not worry because, as you were created, to create your destiny, you are also created to experience life. There is no good or bad, there are only experiences and that is what your creator wanted for you, that is what you are meant to do.
