“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been investigating several timelines that you have in front of you now that you have been in this calendar year for a bit, and we see some nice openings for humanity. We see some possibilities for a great deal of energy hitting your world and transforming you on a cellular level. We see that transformation as an acceleration of the movement that you have been very gradually making to having fully activated light bodies.

Now, having a fully activated light body is something that many of you in the new age community have been talking about for quite some time. There has been an overwhelming amount of asking for this particular energetic transmission, and the requests have been heard, and you are gradually drifting towards that timeline. This is exciting for all of you and exciting for all of us who are watching you so closely and rooting for you to get to that fifth dimensional, higher self persona.

We also have been looking into a timeline where the inner Earth beings would be discovered and would voluntarily come out from underneath the surface of your planet. There’s a question as to which of the inner Earth beings would be most appropriate to make that appearance, but there are many wonderful candidates to step up and step out from beneath the surface. We also see a possible timeline where scientists will discover so much indisputable evidence that e.t.s have been to Earth that it would make the traditional news media outlets’ daily broadcasts and fill the airwaves for quite some time.

Many other very exciting possibilities exist for this calendar year, and we want you to know that you who are awake are the ones co-creating these timelines and inviting as many of your human friends as you possibly can to join you on them. You are choosing your timelines, and that is something that you can all do more consciously and deliberately. We highly recommend that over just looking for the predictions of what will absolutely happen.

Those predictions can encourage you to vibrate in harmony with that timeline, and that’s how they serve you, but we would much rather see you creating new timelines where the possibilities are endless for how far you can go during the rest of 2020. You must know by now how powerful you are, but every now and again, we like to remind you. And this transmission is one of those reminders. Come together as best you can with your fellow spiritually awake humans, and talk about which timelines you want to create together, because there is now and always has been power in numbers.

We are so very happy to see how you all have been benefitting from the adventures that you have been on while asleep and while traveling the astral plane. Now, we understand that most of you who are receiving this transmission do not remember those astral travels at night when you wake up. However, you do take bits and pieces of what you are being given, and you do incorporate that wisdom into your everyday life.

You get activated. You receive knowledge, and you get to know soul family members of yours better when you take those journeys that you take. Now is a wonderful time for you to begin to start remembering more of what is already occurring in these astral travels. And so, we are working with your higher selves and your guides to establish different dream symbology that you will easily be able to interpret as a message about what you actually experienced while traveling in the astral plane.

We invite you to write down your dreams when you wake up or to record them with your recording devices. And then we suggest that you do some dream interpretation work to better understand what it is that you have already downloaded from us, from Pleiadians, from Sirians and from many other beings representing the different star systems throughout the galaxy.

You can bring more of this information back to your conscious minds now that you have reached the level of consciousness that you have reached. And so, this is a wonderful time for you to expect to receive more, not because you haven’t already been receiving, but because you are ready to understand more consciously what is going on during your astral travels. We have been wondering for quite some time how you would handle the current energies that are upon you there on Earth, and we have seen some beautiful results. We see that more and more of you are awakening because of the energies that are upon you right now, and we see those of you who are awakened taking the time that you need to acclimate to these energies and to give your bodies the rest and relaxation they need and deserve.

You are wonderful carriers of the light, and as such, you often put a lot of pressure on yourselves to do something monumental that will make a huge difference in the world. We want to assure you that by being the conduits of higher frequency energies that you are, you are already doing more than enough to be the changemakers and wayshowers that you are.

People on Earth at this time need to understand the power of the Divine Feminine, and they need examples of what it means to be actualized in your Divine Feminine essence. Those of you who are awake and are allowing yourselves to receive and ground these higher frequency energies are most certainly accessing the Divine Feminine within you and utilizing it for its designed purpose.

You don’t need to give up the Divine Masculine to be in the Divine Feminine. They are not mutually exclusive. In fact, they beautifully intertwine within a person who is paying attention to what’s going on inside of them. You can be in your Divine Feminine and take action when it is necessary, when it is called for by the situation at hand. And again, this is something that you are there to be examples of for the rest of humanity.

Humanity needs to know that you can be both masculine and feminine, and you are seeing that in the youth of today. You are seeing how people on your world understand that gender is fluid because how you feel in your body can masculine one moment and feminine the next, and it really doesn’t matter which sexual organs you have. You can be whoever you want to be, and it just so happens that right now, it serves you to be in that Divine Feminine no matter what gender identity you have.

Soon, you will be called upon to take actions, and you will. But for now, opening up and being those Divine conduits is exactly what the energies are calling for at this time. And we are very excited to see how many of you get that because you are listening to what’s going on inside of you.

Successfully Navigating the Current Energies ∞The 9D Arcturian Council ~ January 22, 2020

Editor’s Note: The definition of meditation is revealed in this message. Meditation is the ability to “clear the mind”…but at times, that is very hard to do given the assault of distraction we live with in this world.

Yet, now we learn the secret…focus. Focusing is the act of concentrating on a single subject, keeping a single thought in your mind all the time! For me, the best way to focus is to honestly just concentrate on the beauty and joy found in that item of thought which also serves to raise my vibrational level.

“Ask and ye shall receive” by meditating (focusing) with Love on that which you desire…and you never know what just may happen! Please read, learn to focus with Love, and BE…

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are continually amazed at the way that you all are capable of handling yourselves in the midst of chaotic energies. You are walking around your planet, swimming in a sea of different energies, different thought forms, and even emotional energy, and somehow you are maintaining your sanity, and most of you are fairly healthy in your bodies. So we have been investigating to discover the tools that you are using to manage, to handle all of these energies that are competing to take hold of you, and we have discovered that it is humanity’s ability to focus that has been your saving grace.

Now, you are generally focused on something that you want, and being focused in that way keeps you on that vibrational wavelength enough to avoid some of the hazardous energies that are fluttering around you. It is good to have desires, because desires cause you to focus, and focus keeps you on the straight and narrow. Even if what you are focusing on could be considered a lower-vibrational activity, it is still your saving grace in that moment.

Now, if you can decide that you are going to focus on higher-vibrational experiences, objects, people, writings, videos, and so on, then that’s even better than just focusing on what is interesting to your mind. Something can pass the interesting-to-the-mind test but not do so well on the does-this-actually-feel-good test. And when you can focus and feel that higher vibrational energy, then you are definitely on the right track towards living a life of ease, a life filled with love, and a life where you get to do what you enjoy to do. This may seem like a very basic transmission that we are offering you here, but we want to hammer home the significance of this finding about focus.

Now, focus is what meditation is all about. Meditation is about focusing your mind on one singular thing, whether it’s your breath, a flame, a mantra, it doesn’t matter. Focus is the key. Focus gets you to align your energy with something, and when you start aligning that energy with something that also feels good to you emotionally, that’s when you begin to create the reality that you desire to experience.

That’s how you avoid all of those lower-frequency energies that are around all the time, looking for an opening, an easy target, someone who is not focusing, someone who is unconscious and just moving from one neon sign to shiny thing to billboard to whatever is in front of you. Focus and feel, and know that as you do you are stepping into your power as creator beings.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are your biggest fans here in the higher realms. It is always a pleasure to connect with any of you, whether you feel our presence or hear words derived from our energetic transmissions. Just getting some attention from humanity is a supreme pleasure for us. We notice that when you do not feel something or hear something in response from us, you blame yourselves. You think you have failed in some way to receive us properly, but that is not how we see it.

We just appreciate that you’ve reached out, and we are not the only ones who feel this way. None of us in the higher realms feels that sense of disappointment that you might imagine when you are unable to perceive us. We like being around, and we appreciate the effort. Now, as you continue on there on Earth, in this journey to ascension, you are going to start hearing things and seeing things. You are definitely going to start feeling things and knowing things that you didn’t before. And so, it will be important for you to be able to discern whether what you are getting is from a higher frequency being or from a lower frequency being.

Now, we tell you this not to scare you. We tell you this to use that discernment that you have because it is such a valuable tool. What we witness is that humans usually fall on one end of a spectrum. You have your skeptics on one end, and then on the other end you have people who are so open-minded and so willing to believe in the impossible that they can be manipulated. We would like more of you to fall somewhere in the middle of that spectrum, where you have a healthy amount of skepticism about what you’re getting, whether it’s something you’re getting from someone else or from your own direct contact.

That is going to help you to tune yourselves to what you actually want to receive. That discernment will ultimately help you to create the reality that you want to experience as well, because you want to be able to feel the nuance within a vibratory frequency. When you are getting what you are getting, ask yourself a simple question: how does this feel? Does it resonate? And just because something resonates from a being that you connect with one day, doesn’t mean that what you get from that being is always going to resonate. So remember that as well. You get to continue to use your discernment, even after you decide that you have tapped in to something that is worth exploring further.

Be open, but also be aware. Be aware of the vibration of every experience you’re having and every being you’re coming into contact with, whether human or extra-terrestrial. That is the healthy way to proceed as you continue on in this journey to the fifth dimension.
