Misinformation and Disinformation can be ‘nipped-in-the-bud’ by ππ»simply readinππ» what Military Law, Regulations, and the Constitution says.
A βveteranβ in recent post comment box:
“A ARC (Air Reserve Component) can operate out of state without Title 10.”
One, itβs An* β οΈ
Wrong. Horribly wrong.
The National Guard, Air National Guard, and Reserve components do not just wake up one morning and say, “y’all wanna take a ride out of state?”
Being a National Guard soldier riding on an aircraft doing your “duty” versus knowing the Laws, the Constitution, and Regulations ORDERED by the TOP Chain of Command from where the ORDERS came fromβ¦ is how your gluteus maximus was in the Aircraft out of your state of enlistment operating in another state or country while doing your duty are TWO separate things.
The National Guard is a state-based military force that becomes part of the reserve components of the United States Army and the United States Air Force when activated for federal missions.

It’s not that difficult. Simply read.
Every single soldier laying in rest, Veterans who served, and those still serving took an OATH that says:
“I, ____ , do solemnly swear to support AND defend the Constitution of the United States against ALL enemies, foreign AND domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; AND that I will obey the ORDERS of the President of the United States and the Officers appointed over me, according to REGULATIONS and the UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE. So help me God.” ππ»Title 10, US Code;ππ» Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962.
Weird. The same ππ»Title 10ππ» that Commander-in-Chief Donald John Trump took the National Guard out of their state militia status and Federalized 1,000,000 to Active Status March 27, 2020.
National Guard members work regular civilian jobs and have one weekend a month in which they train. Those same members know they can be Federalized to Active Duty Status.
So, why did those 1,000,000 federalized sign up as National Guard and not Active Duty? Makes zero sense. No, it makes PERFECT sense.
The WHOLE reason the National Guard were called up out of their state militia status was due to the THREE National Emergencies President Donald John Trump DECLARED that Congress FAILED to address.
The only person who can Federalize the National Guard to Active Duty Status is the ππ»Presidentππ».
10 U.S.C. 12406:
Wheneverβ
(1) the United States, or any of the Commonwealths or possessions, is invaded or is in danger of invasion by a foreign nation;
(2) there is a rebellion or danger of a rebellion against the authority of the Government of the United States; or
(3) the President is unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States;
The President may call into Federal service members and units of the National Guard of any State in such numbers as he considers necessary to repel the invasion, suppress the rebellion, or execute those ππ»lawsππ».
The ONLY President to Federalize the National Guard to Active Duty Status is ππ» President Donald John Trump via:
Executive Order 13912:
And drum roll…
10 U.S. Code 1209:

Iβll be dangβ¦ thereβs that Title 10 YET again π
1,000,000 to Active Status… So, once again, why didn’t they just sign up for Active Duty instead of National Guard if ππ»Title 10ππ» does not matter?
The National Guard have been out of their states and the U.S. π₯every single dayπ₯π since those orders. They must be Federalized in order to leave their state border.
ββββββββββββββββββββββ-
Hence why they’re called a state militia when not Federalized.
ππ»EVERY SINGLE DAYππ» since those Orders. Drill it in your heads.
They were Federalized due to 3 National Emergencies declared by President Trump in Executive Order 13848 and two verbal on March 13 and 27, 2020.
Congress FAILED to address those National Emergencies. Surprise, surprise, the paid career Politicians, FAILED to do their job which was a Breach of National Security. Due to that… President Trump used Wartime Powers and Emergency Powers of the President:
Article II of the Constitution
Uniform Code of Military Justice
The National Emergencies Act
Executive Order 12148
The Stafford Act
Title 10
50 US Code 34: The only person who can terminate a National Emergency is the President. Guess who that President is? DJT.
He declared the National Emergencies. Congress failed to address those. The National Guard to Active Duty Status is due to the National Security Breaches by Congress.
The National Guard will remain on Active Status which is out of their states and country until those National Emergencies are terminated and there’s an address to the Nation.
The termination would result in an address to the Nation such as: “My fellow Americans”…

Donald John Trump was a Military Plug in 2016 to be the Commander-in-Chief of the Military Occupancy as outlined in the Law of War Manual written in 2015, updated in 2016.
Iβll go LIVE tomorrow to explain one of the most EPIC Optic drops from his speech on November 15, to show the Military Occupancy ππΊπΈ
Glad someone made this clearer. Not being an expert on the Constitution, this helped a lot. Thanks to the contributor.
