The two best things anyone can do in any moment are, first; focus on yourself; clearing the imbalances that may exist within, releasing what no longer serves you, and strengthening your connection with your soul self.
And second; send light to the world. Allow that light to move through you, transmuting the old energies within and without.
You do not have to carry the weight of the world. Do your inner work, raise your vibration, and become a clear vessel for the light you wish to see expressed in the world.
The transformation of the collective begins with the transformation of the individual.
The light does not argue with darkness.
Light does not spend its existence convincing darkness that it is wrong. It simply enters. And where light enters, darkness loses its ability to remain.
This is also true within consciousness. You do not overcome fear by becoming obsessed with fear. You overcome it by cultivating something stronger.
Love. Clarity. Truth. Presence.
The coming transformation will not be won through hatred of the old world. It will be revealed through those who refuse to become what they are trying to transcend. ~KejRaj
