After the first tests, the machine was removed from all official records and secretly transferred to ORPHEUS-7, an underground bunker beneath an abandoned Cold War radar station in the Nevada desert. The entrance remained sealed for decades.

3. MedBed Helix A9 — produced in 1986 and erased from all records in 1989.
4. MedBed Lazarus Q4 — produced in 2001 and moved to underground facilities in 2004.
5. MedBed Genesis X12 — produced in 2019 and fully classified in 2021.
