The theme for today is “broken”. That includes our “broken theme” here at Starship Earth. We’d best get used to it, because life is very glitchy all of a sudden.
I have countless comments from the crew saying the theme is messed up and the background is so light the text is illegible. The theme is the theme, provided by WordPress. It’s all coded to look a certain way and until two days ago it was fine. Without great expense we can’t modify the code of the theme so that’s not happening.
Now readers are finding it sometimes requires a different browser. Google Chrome is not working well, I hear. Surprise, surprise. I use Mozilla Firefox and it’s fine when I look at it. It’s also fine on my iPad which is the Safari browser.
In my Brave browser it would bring it up perfectly.
WordPress is suddenly pushing advertising I’ve never seen before on the bridge console on SE (and The Captain’s Blog) which had me locked up the other day, unable to get out of their advertising page without clearing the cache/cookies, as I said. It would not let me go to “new post” to create a new blog post.
One crew member wrote the following, and no one else responded in this detail so it was very helpful. Some of you sound like you can’t see any other comments about the problem—but there are so many! I approved them all so y’all could see that you’re not the only one but from the number of responses, it seemed you couldn’t see them. The whole thing is squirrelly, my friends.
Google seems to be screwing with our computers and your web sight. My last comment about the screen colors ect. anyway I looked for other comments and there were none until I put my comment in and then they popped up, all the comments. When I post the comment google window said not a secure site but I got in. Other web sites that are good truth sights like yours [ using Safari ] google window pops up and says not a secure sight and there might be someone trying to steel your info. won’t let me go to it. I have used a different browser and had no problems but had other issues. Never had these problems before on your page BP this is the first in years. The assholes are being assholes. We shall overcome !
Now that’s a warrior’s attitude! So from that it appears someone doesn’t want people visiting our independent news websites and tells them it could be a dangerous place to hang out and their security could be compromised. Interesting.
I don’t know what to tell you, folks. When I hear the above and issues are erratic and not every subscriber is experiencing the same, it’s not our website at fault. Number One made sure of that. I wish I had a magic wand. Because we’re self-funded we don’t have the budget for high security and hacking blocks.

Some have figured out that if they want to read something here they can highlight/select the text to make it legible. Obviously if you really want to read something you can copy and paste it into email, Notepad, or a word processing application and read it there. Clumsy, but it works.
They don’t want us publishing the truth and will try to discourage you from spending time here. This is the nature of the information war.

Yesterday in the middle of a phone call with my mother the line went dead and it took a couple of minutes to call her back because I kept getting “your call cannot be completed as dialled”. Her name was in the display so I know it was the correct number.

It is unlawful for anyone employed by or associated with any enterprise engaged in, or the activities of which affect, interstate or foreign commerce, to conduct or participate, directly or indirectly, in the conduct of such enterprise’s affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity or collection of unlawful debt. 18 U.S.C.A. § 1962(c) (West 1984). The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) was passed by Congress with the declared purpose of seeking to eradicate organized crime in the United States. Russello v. United States, 464 U.S. 16, 26-27, 104 S. Ct. 296, 302-303, 78 L. Ed. 2d 17 (1983); United States v. Turkette, 452 U.S. 576, 589, 101 S. Ct. 2524, 2532, 69 L. Ed. 2d 246 (1981). A violation of Section 1962(c), requires (1) conduct (2) of an enterprise (3) through a pattern (4) of racketeering activity. Sedima, S.P.R.L. v. Imrex Co., 473 U.S. 479, 496, 105 S. Ct. 3275, 3285, 87 L. Ed. 2d 346 (1985).
A more expansive view holds that in order to be found guilty of violating the RICO statute, the government must prove beyond a reasonable doubt: (1) that an enterprise existed; (2) that the enterprise affected interstate commerce; (3) that the defendant was associated with or employed by the enterprise; (4) that the defendant engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity; and (5) that the defendant conducted or participated in the conduct of the enterprise through that pattern of racketeering activity through the commission of at least two acts of racketeering activity as set forth in the indictment. United States v. Phillips, 664 F. 2d 971, 1011 (5th Cir. Unit B Dec. 1981), cert. denied, 457 U.S. 1136, 102 S. Ct. 1265, 73 L. Ed. 2d 1354 (1982).
An “enterprise” is defined as including any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity. 18 U.S.C.A. § 1961(4) (West 1984). Many courts have noted that Congress mandated a liberal construction of the RICO statute in order to effectuate its remedial purposes by holding that the term “enterprise” has an expansive statutory definition. United States v. Delano, 825 F. Supp. 534, 538-39 (W.D.N.Y. 1993), aff’d in part, rev’d in part, 55 F. 3d 720 (2d Cir. 1995), cases cited therein.
“Pattern of racketeering activity” requires at least two acts of racketeering activity committed within ten years of each other. 18 U.S.C.A. § 1961(5) (West 1984). Congress intended a fairly flexible concept of a pattern in mind. H.J., Inc. v. Northwestern Bell Tel. Co., 492 U.S. 229, 239, 109 S. Ct. 2893, 2900, 106 L. Ed. 2d 195 (1989). The government must show that the racketeering predicates are related, and that they amount to or pose a threat of continued criminal activity. Id. Racketeering predicates are related if they have the same or similar purposes, results, participants, victims, or methods of commission, or otherwise are interrelated by distinguishing characteristics and are not isolated events. Id. at 240, 109 S. Ct. at 2901; Ticor Title Ins. Co. v. Florida, 937 F. 2d 447, 450 (9th Cir. 1991). Furthermore, the degree in which these factors establish a pattern may depend on the degree of proximity, or any similarities in goals or methodology, or the number of repetitions. United States v. Indelicato, 865 F. 2d 1370, 1382 (2d Cir.), cert. denied, 493 U.S. 811, 110 S. Ct. 56, 107 L. Ed. 2d 24 (1989).
Continuity refers either to a closed period of repeated conduct, or to past conduct that by its nature projects into the future with a threat of repetition. H.J., Inc., 492 U.S. at 241-42, 109 S. Ct. at 2902. A party alleging a RICO violation may demonstrate continuity over a closed period by proving a series of related predicates extending over a substantial period of time. Id. Predicate acts extending over a few weeks or months and threatening no future criminal conduct do not satisfy this requirement as Congress was concerned with RICO in long-term criminal conduct. Id.
As to the continuity requirement, the government may show that the racketeering acts found to have been committed pose a threat of continued racketeering activity by proving: (1) that the acts are part of a long-term association that exists for criminal purposes, or (2) that they are a regular way of conducting the defendant’s ongoing legitimate business, or (3) that they are a regular way of conducting or participating in an ongoing and legitimate enterprise. Id.
When a RICO action is brought before continuity can be established, then liability depends on whether the threat of continuity is demonstrated. Id. However, Judge Scalia wrote in his concurring opinion that it would be absurd to say that “at least a few months of racketeering activity. . .is generally for free, as far as RICO is concerned.” Id. at 254, 109 S. Ct. at 2908. Therefore, if the predicate acts involve a distinct threat of long-term racketeering activity, either implicit or explicit, a RICO pattern is established. Id. at 242, 109 S. Ct. at 2902.
The RICO statute expressly states that it is unlawful for any person to conspire to violate any of the subsections of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1962. The government need not prove that the defendant agreed with every other conspirator, knew all of the other conspirators, or had full knowledge of all the details of the conspiracy. Delano, 825 F. Supp. at 542. All that must be shown is: (1) that the defendant agreed to commit the substantive racketeering offense through agreeing to participate in two racketeering acts; (2) that he knew the general status of the conspiracy; and (3) that he knew the conspiracy extended beyond his individual role. United States v. Rastelli, 870 F. 2d 822, 828 (2d Cir.), cert. denied, 493 U.S. 982, 110 S. Ct. 515, 107 L. Ed. 2d 516 (1989).
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114-328) (the “Act”), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)) (INA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,
I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption, as well as to protect the financial system of the United States from abuse by these same persons.
I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.
I hereby determine and order:
Section 1. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in:
(i) the persons listed in the Annex to this order;
(ii) any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:
(A) to be responsible for or complicit in, or to have directly or indirectly engaged in, serious human rights abuse;
(B) to be a current or former government official, or a person acting for or on behalf of such an official, who is responsible for or complicit in, or has directly or indirectly engaged in:
(1) corruption, including the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources, or bribery; or
(2) the transfer or the facilitation of the transfer of the proceeds of corruption;
(C) to be or have been a leader or official of:
(1) an entity, including any government entity, that has engaged in, or whose members have engaged in, any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section relating to the leader’s or official’s tenure; or
(2) an entity whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order as a result of activities related to the leader’s or official’s tenure; or
(D) to have attempted to engage in any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section; and
(iii) any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:
(A) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of:
(1) any activity described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section that is conducted by a foreign person;
(2) any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or
(3) any entity, including any government entity, that has engaged in, or whose members have engaged in, any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section, where the activity is conducted by a foreign person;
(B) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or
(C) to have attempted to engage in any of the activities described in subsections (iii)(A) or (B) of this section.
(b) The prohibitions in subsection (a) of this section apply except to the extent provided by statutes, or in regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to this order, and notwithstanding any contract entered into or any license or permit granted before the effective date of this order.
Sec. 2. The unrestricted immigrant and nonimmigrant entry into the United States of aliens determined to meet one or more of the criteria in section 1 of this order would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, and the entry of such persons into the United States, as immigrants or nonimmigrants, is hereby suspended. Such persons shall be treated as persons covered by section 1 of Proclamation 8693 of July 24, 2011 (Suspension of Entry of Aliens Subject to United Nations Security Council Travel Bans and International Emergency Economic Powers Act Sanctions).
Sec. 3. I hereby determine that the making of donations of the types of articles specified in section 203(b)(2) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(2)) by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order would seriously impair my ability to deal with the national emergency declared in this order, and I hereby prohibit such donations as provided by section 1 of this order.
Sec. 4. The prohibitions in section 1 include:
(a) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; and
(b) the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services from any such person.
Sec. 5. (a) Any transaction that evades or avoids, has the purpose of evading or avoiding, causes a violation of, or attempts to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.
(b) Any conspiracy formed to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.
Sec. 6. For the purposes of this order:
(a) the term “person” means an individual or entity;
(b) the term “entity” means a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization; and
(c) the term “United States person” means any United States citizen, permanent resident alien, entity organized under the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States (including foreign branches), or any person in the United States.
Sec. 7. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. After months of warning about a so-called “second wave,” the World Health Organization (WHO) has suddenly changed its tune and is now saying that it is “increasingly” unlikely that the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) will make a subsequent hit.
Departing from the policies and modeling set forth by Bill Gates, one of the WHO’s biggest donors, María Neira is calling for “great caution” and “common sense” during what she described as a “very critical” phase of the pandemic: the de-escalation process.
In a statement, Neira indicated that the general public need not be paranoid nor excessively relaxed. Instead, we all just need to “learn to live with infectious diseases” – you know, the way we always have.

As for making any future forecasts, Neira says it is not worth even attempting because the only way to truly know what will happen next is to wait and see.
“With the reopening, you have to see how the virus behaves,” she says.
“We hope there will be no other outbreaks, but it will be a day-to-day battle. In two or three weeks we will see what has happened and if it is necessary to correct it surgically.”

REPUBLICANS SUE PELOSI Over Ghost Voting Resolution
House Republicans filed a lawsuit Tuesday against Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., to block a system of proxy voting put in place during the coronavirus pandemic on the grounds that it is unconstitutional.
Proxy voting would allow House members to vote on another person’s behalf if they are not able to be physically present at the Capitol, an unprecedented exception for an unparalleled health crisis.
At least 59 Democrats have submitted letters to the House Clerk’s office to authorize their vote to be cast by proxy. Meanwhile, GOP lawmakers have said they will be in the Capitol to cast their votes.
Not a single Republican supported the measure as it passed earlier this month, arguing that the Constitution requires a quorum, or a majority, of lawmakers to be physically present in order to vote on measures, thus concluding that the proxy system is unconstitutional. Republicans also worry that the system concentrates too much power in the hands of only a few members.
I only wish Majority Whip Steve Scalise in the video above hadn’t said kids need to be immunized to avoid measles outbreaks, etc. That is the opposite to what we’ve learned from experts like Judy Mikovits and others who have done the research. Vaccines don’t immunize but often lead to the disease outbreak and serious, irreversible damages.
The big guns are firing their shots across the bow and with hundreds of patriots contacting AG Barr’s office and demanding action against unconstitutional restrictions from certain governors, there just may be law suits. Arrests? That would be great.

The steps to the method:
Run fake polls that show Trump being within a few percent of Biden. The reality is that trump is at about 90 percent and Biden 10. The fake polls are setting up plausible reason for Biden to win, and the scamming MSM will then say, “See, we told you so!”
Run fake models that show Biden winning in a landslide, to also fake public perception into the possibility that Biden really could win.
Then, as reports are already stating, send multiple ballots to illegal aliens who were automatically registered to vote when they got drivers licenses they should never have been given. One illegal reported receiving six, and another reported tracking down 35. That’s just what has been mentioned, and they said that even though they were illegal this was wrong, and that Americans should be voting, not them.
Scam the election by claiming Trump lost via mail-in voting. Don’t even open the polls in many areas. Go with popular vote to ensure you can slam 50, 000, 000 votes onto the system from a single source, and then use several sources. Bury the fact that there was not enough population in those areas to account for all the hoax votes PLUS the legit votes Trump got. If there’s an excess of votes, declare Trump cheated and take away his. Then try to jail him for “rigging the election” because “that’s the only way more votes could have been cast than people living”.
If illegals are getting double digit ballots in some cases, and more than 5 in others, this is the plan, they are going to steal this BIG TIME and may even attempt to jail Trump for “cheating”.
They are that brazen, don’t laugh!
Would that strategy work? I believe the election is a done deal. Red tide all the way—but all patriots must vote using valid methods. We must mandate election integrity.
To suggest there wouldn’t be election fraud if mail-in ballots were employed is moronic. We understand the deep state demons have been rigging elections since Reagan. On my shopping trip yesterday I asked a cashier if they had trained the virus to stay within that 6 foot distancing zone between the floor markings. They got it and snickered and rolled their eyes, saying they can’t wait for the insanity to end.

According to valuable information from Italian pathologists, ventilators and intensive care units were never needed.
Autopsies performed by the Italian pathologists has shown that it is not pneumonia but it is Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (Thrombosis) which ought to be fought with antibiotics, antivirals, anti-inflammatories and anticoagulants.
