I think we can see more definition in this appeal now based on Georgi Stankov’s perspective. If you didn’t see that article, it bears viewing. 

Clearly THIS action isn’t a silver bullet, but I don’t suggest we see everything that is happening. This is just one, and there are multiple agendas in the works.
