Oh goody…I’ve found this video on Starship Earth: The Big Picture and you really need to see this! I don’t know how you feel about ET’s….but they are “real” and out there in vast number watching the show here on Earth as Light forces win out the day over negativity (dark forces) by…LOVE! You see, Love is the highest vibration available for humanity at this time on our 3D earth, and thus is the “weapon of choice” that is most effective way of ridding our world from a plethora of truly dreadful actions that produce fear…that is the food negative entities absorb and exist on. For some basic understanding of this concept, please go to this video from Star Trek.

I AM an original trekkie and do believe some hard won truths are in this show as evidenced above. Now, let’s switch to another more recent video taken over Hawaii. Isn’t it fantastic to actually see real evidence of ET existence? Perhaps it is past-time for some to research in spiritual matters as ET’s will soon be here as guides for humanity to undergo a spiritual evolution. And the first step in this transformation? As shown in the Star Trek  video above…laying down our weapons (whatever they are) and learning to…love.

Here we have the final message from SaLuSa for this calendar year, as channelled through Mike Quinsey. SaLuSa is a long-time friend of mine as his words prompted me to start exploring and learning about spirituality. You see…although I relish and explore our known world (that’s why I like to travel and learn), I also am aware that there is way more “out there” than we can discern with our limited senses.

So I have dived deep into spirituality with the grand result of not only becoming aware of the truth of our known world today, but also learning about “who I AM”…an actual part of divinity with unknown abilities yet to be discovered. Ah, the learning curve in front of me….bring it on!

But, let’s get back to SaLuSa’s message which should bring great joy! While no one knows details, great positive change is in our near future, so please read this message, let’s bring it on and…

We come to you for the last time this year, one that like others before it has sped by as time continues to flow faster than ever. Some of whom have experienced the ups and downs of life for a long time, are no doubt pleased particularly now that the end of this cycle is here. Naturally the end times are chaotic as the changes take place, but it is no easy task to bring them in when so much negativity is being cleared. However, the higher energies are bringing in the positive changes, and already they are being felt. As we have often advised you, the coming year will be notable for the implementation of many of them although we will be restricted in what we do, until the Illuminati are placed where they can no longer interfere with your progress. Much is happening that will lead to complete victory over the dark Ones, who will be unable to follow their plan for the imprisonment of Man.
The coming of the City of Light, Sedona will open the way to more developments that will show beyond any doubt that the New Age has arrived. At a time yet to be defined, World Peace will be declared and maintained through the presence of the Galactic Federation. Through enforced governmental changes, more souls of the Light will take up positions of importance that will ensure they are seen through as intended and in no way impeded or denied. The End Times of this cycle are of utmost importance to your future, and we will ensure that they proceed in accordance with the wishes of God. Unlike previous cycles, this one will be fulfilled because you are ready for a great leap forward into the Light.
There is only the One Creator of All That Is, and the One God of this Universe regardless of the different names by which they are known. Therefore you are One with All That Is and it is worth noting when you are challenged over your beliefs. Eventually all will understand and accept the truth of your origins, and it will be so wherever you travel in the higher dimensions of the Universe. Ahead of you there are numerous opportunities to seek as you desire, and explore the magnificence of life forms in abundance. On Earth you have led a very restricted life and other civilisations have not been allowed to interfere with the Greater Plan for your evolution. Of necessity you have however made limited contact with Extra-terrestrials and become familiar with seeing their craft in your skies. You will make full contact in the course of time, but much has to take place before it is possible. The interim period will be exciting for you as you rapidly move forward in your evolution.
Now is the time for all Lightworkers and all souls to maintain their present level of evolution, and know that anyone may at any time take a giant leap forward. Know that all souls will eventually find their correct place in the Universe, that will enhance their plans to continue moving ever onwards. Naturally in the higher dimensions time does not exist as you now know it, and you will find everything is in the Now. These levels are not entirely strange to you as you came from them before you agreed to experience the lower vibrations. In other words you are all experiencing as you agreed to do so, but the long cycle in the lower dimensions is now coming to a close as the new one takes prominence.
Most of you have led many, many lives at all different levels as part of your experiences in the lower vibrations. You have also experienced many different roles according to which ones offered you the best opportunities to evolve. Be assured you will have had grand lives of having all that you needed, but also experienced “lack” so that you kept a balance where your needs are concerned. Eventually your experiences will be finely balanced and you will not seek riches beyond your needs, but simply sufficient to meet your circumstances. In the higher dimensions the same challenges do not exist, as you will eventually have the power of thought to manifest exactly according to your needs, and more when necessary. The higher dimensions are your true home and a multitude of different experiences await you, according to your desires.
Your task is to now be positive regardless of what happens around you, and help others through the coming period so that they may understand what is happening. Your presence can lift others up by bringing a calmness into their lives, so that they too can help. It will not be very long before it becomes apparent that changes are occurring that are beneficial to the whole. The most important of them will occur when the Press is able to report events accurately and truthfully, where previously they were controlled by the Illuminati and their minions. Television news is also unreliable but it too will change in a relatively short time. For many years you have been deliberately misled, and often fed absolute lies to enable the dark Ones to manipulate events that have affected your future. These situations will eventually cease to cause you problems and then you will enjoy a new found freedom.
We meantime carry out our tasks with joy knowing that your freedom from the oppression of the dark Ones is getting nearer. You have served your time in the lower vibrations, and now you will not need to look back as your progress will be assured. The magnitude of the changes to come will surprise most souls, and we feel privileged to be present at such a momentous time in your evolution. You have the most wonderful future ahead of you, and are destined to join us if that is your desire. With your experience you have qualifications that will enable you to serve the Light in many capacities. You will be driven by your desire to be of service to others, but in no way will it limit your ambition or need to have new experiences. In the higher vibrations your life span will be greatly lengthened, so that you can embark on tasks that require more of your time.
Dear Ones, walk tall and do not be pulled down by whatever is going on around you. You are an Island of Light and have the capacity to spread Love and Harmony wherever you are. Your presence will uplift others, and your vibrations will spread a gentle uplifting energy that will bring a settled and happy feeling to others. All people at heart want to help others, but often they cannot meet the demands placed upon them. Do what you can even if it is just a few kind words, as these will lift people up. Once you are centered in Light you will be naturally spreading it around you and it will embrace people that are some distance from you. The Light is the most powerful force in the Universe, but at this point in time you are nowhere near to approaching your true potential.

Buddhist Monks Blessed Tea With Good Intention – Here’s What Happened ~ November 26, 2014

Oh, yummy! Thanksgiving is just around the corner with family and friends celebrating our existence with joy…and food a’plenty! Most of us have been exposed, through our religious training primarily, to blessing…or praying over a meal before it is eaten. Personally, I really never gave this much thought as an adult thinking this was just a nice “Sunday School” kind of action.

But now, I find this article posted on GalacticConnections.com that gives some scientific study for this idea! Monks blessed tea that was then consumed by participants in a study…and guess what? Blessing, or praying, sincerely does make a difference! Now that I think about this, the work of Masaru Emoto who claimed that human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water supports this…you know, how water crystals actually change in response to our thoughts?

I’m definitely blessing my  food from now on! So…please read this article, try it for yourself, and…

 It’s become clear to more and more people that consciousness is directly correlated with our physical material world. Numerous scientific studies have proven that our consciousness is directly correlated to it, and through our consciousness, we can directly influence our physical world in more ways than one.

One example of this is how the mind has a capacity to influence the output of devices known as Random Event Generators(1) Another example are the multitude of declassified papers that deal with ‘paraphsychological’ phenomenon.

For example, government experiments revealed human beings are capable of bending physical material objects with their minds.(2)(3)

Another great example is what’s known as the “double slit experiment.” This study found that factors associated with consciousness such as meditation, experience, and electrocortical markers of focused attention have an influence on material reality. (4)

I also think it’s important to throw in the remote viewing experiments conducted by the NSA, CIA and Stanford University. (5)

Another great example is the Placebo Effect, the documented fact that we can transform our biology with belief.

We constantly receive comments saying that there is no scientific evidence for the correlation between consciousness and physical material reality.

However, there are a number of published studies done by experts, for experts, scientists, and academic institutions all over the world. Work is available in a number of respected peer reviewed journals that clearly demonstrate it. For a selected list of more examples click here.

I just wanted to make it clear that it’s pretty clear that human intention and consciousness does correlate with the physical material world. Why this isn’t the topic of rigorous investigation by universities world-wide is curious. The implications of this information are far reaching and relevant to many factions of society (health for example).

Knowing that human consciousness and intent can alter our physical world lends further credibility to a study conducted by scientists at the Institute of Noetic Sciences.

The study examined the roles of intention and belief on mood while drinking tea. It explored whether drinking tea “treated” with good intentions would have an effect on mood more so than drinking ordinary tea. The study was done under double-blind, randomized conditions. (6)

“Each evening, for seven days in a row, volunteers recorded their mood using the Profile of Mood States (POMS) questionnaire. On day three, four, and five of the test, each participant drank 600 mL of oolong tea in the morning and again in the afternoon.

“One randomly assigned group blindly received tea that had been intentionally treated by three Buddhist monks; the other group blindly received untreated tea from the same source. On the last day of the test, each person indicated what type of tea he/she believed they had been drinking.” (6)

189 adults participated in the study, and the study was conducted over a week in order to reduce mood fluctuations. Those who drank “treated” tea showed a greater increase in mood than those who drank untreated tea. Change in mood in those who believed that they were drinking treated tea was much better than those who did not.

The authors also noted that the belief that one was drinking treated tea directly correlated with a large improvement in mood, but only if one was actually drinking the treated tea. This indicated that belief and intentional enhancement interact.

The authors also mentioned another very interesting point, that “esthetic and intentional qualities associated with the traditional tea ceremony may have subtle influences that extend beyond the ritual itself.” (6)

How Can We Apply These Concepts to Our Everyday Lives

We can apply these concepts in a number of ways. Before you eat, or drink water for example, put love into it, put good intention into it, be thankful for it.

Your intent and emotions behind the consumption of food and water can have a direct impact on your physical body. To take a look at what thoughts and intentions do to the structure of water, click here. If thoughts can do this to water, just imagine what they can do to us.

We can also apply these concepts to our health, just like the placebo effect. But the main point I want to get across is that we can use the power of human intent, prayer, consciousness, whatever you want to call it to help change, transform and re-build our world.

This is already taking place – one aspect of consciousness is perception, how we perceive the world. Throughout human history, our perception of the ‘truth’ has continually changed. New discoveries and more are responsible for changing this perception. This shift in consciousness alone changes our world.

We are one race led to believe that we are divided. This is changing, however, as more and more people are realizing that we do not belong to a country, or a sect of people, but rather we belong to planet Earth and we are ONE human race. Many people have perceived the planet as a 9-5 grind, grow up, get an education and get a job.

Because this was our perception for so long, we ended up prolonging it, creating it and reinforcing it. This is changing, and more people are beginning to see that it doesn’t have to be this way.

More people are coming to the same conclusions of how our world has  really been operating, that it is different to what we have been told it is, to what we have believed it has been for so long. We are merging into one perception.

Consciousness is powerful, and a big threat to the ones who want to control us, and force us into a system that doesn’t resonate. If you control the consciousness of the people, control their perception, you control the world. It’s time for us to take back control, and create a new experience for the human race.

What would happen if the entire human collective basked in the vibration and thoughts of love, peace, cooperation, understanding, and non-judgement? We would transform our world. So send out these intentions to the Earth, and you will assist in its transformation.

Why We Should Be Hopeful ~ Novembner 25, 2014

Ok…some say mankind should not hope because hope infers some sort of failure. You know…hope is tied to wishing for something that is NOT available. However, this author, David Nova, whose blog, Deus Nexus, I dearly love, presents the idea that hope, on the other hand, is not to be discounted because perhaps things are NOT quite as dark as planned.

True, you and I, and everyone else is out of work and broke…but a list is shared of possible bleak scenarios that have not happened, and I would are unlikely to happen. After all, we are being watched over by a multitude of spiritual folk, and positive ET’s, who are dedicated to honoring the love mankind is  currently developing on earth by preventing “bad things” for humanity.

So, please read this article, allow yourself to feel JOY from aborted attempts to compromise love on our planet, and…

These days, Hope is a dangerous word.  There is the false hope of some imminent and miraculous rescue, some vague future date or some unspecified event that will bring instant salvation, dangled in front of us like a carrot on a stick.  That shiny gold carrot can do one of two things.  It can encourage you to keep fighting, keep working, keep learning, keep moving forward.  Or it can discourage you, making you cynical, causing you to give up.  Is your glass half-empty or half-full?  Which viewpoint do you think the Darkness wants you to choose?

As human beings we are all susceptible to the lure of a heroic fairy tale, waiting for a sign that the Calvary is coming over the hill, that a league of super heroes will save the day, that the good guys will conquer the bad guys.  But these are Hollywood movies. These are the dreams we dreamt as children.  Too many of us are still children, acting like children, thinking like children.

When we become adults, we no longer require that carrot dangled in front of us.  We no longer need the promise of Santa Claus arriving on Christmas morning.  We become Santa Claus for our children.  We learn to find and create our own inner motivation.  We learn to take responsibility for ourselves, for our lives, and for the future of our planet.  Our personal desire, the act of assuming responsibility, and our dedication to change is at the core of our maturity and the essence of real Hope.

We learn to grow our own carrots, we learn to cook them, we learn to serve them for dinner because they are healthy – not because they are made from sugary fairy tales.

Unfortunately, the world has become malnourished on a steady diet of sugary treats and Hollywood fairy tales.

Having hope means not giving in to our worst fears. It means recognizing that things are never really as bad as they might appear.  As of 2014:

  • We have not suffered a major global epidemic.
  • We have not suffered cataclysmic Earth changes.
  • Solar flares have not shut down the power grid.
  • A nuclear war has not broken out.
  • An asteroid has not destroyed the Earth.
  • Planet X had now shown up.
  • The Anunnaki have not arrived to enslave us.
  • A fake alien invasion has not been staged.
  • Martial law has not been declared.
  • The global economy has not yet collapsed.

Yes, there is still time… but remember, none of the dire predictions that have been made time and time again have come to pass. They haven’t occurred, even though we put a lot of our fear-based thoughts and energy into them.

And all the false promises of miraculous global liberation have not happened either.  Every week there is some new anonymous insider claiming that people will ascend from the Earth, that the cabal has been defeated, that a new financial system has been set up, or that new wealth will be redistributed.  This is the flip side of ungrounded fear-based thinking … ungrounded hope-based thinking.  This is a duality game being played upon immature minds.

That’s not to say that wonderful, miraculous things won’t happen in one form or another, just that they require spiritual grounding, maturity, and real work to be manifested.  There are miraculous things happening every day to ordinary people. There are so many everyday heroes working tirelessly behind the scenes, without gratitude or recognition or compensation… and that alone should give us hope. We are holding our ground, we are gaining new ground each and every day.

  • Whistleblowers are coming forward every day, exposing crime and corruption.
  • Scientists are working behind the scenes, creating amazing new technologies.
  • Military and intelligence insiders are preventing and exposing false flag events.
  • Archeologists are uncovering new evidence of our lost history.
  • Grassroots organizations are working towards UFO disclosure.
  • Light workers are building a world of universal love and higher vibration.
  • Political researchers are putting together the pieces of the multi-national elite puzzle.
  • Truth Tellers are exposing the information the corporate media will not reveal.
  • Freedom fighters are holding ground to maintain our personal liberties.
  • Health advocates are raising awareness of chemtrails and GMOs.
  • Doctors are discovering that life exists beyond death.
  • Physicists are recognizing that the Universe is comprised of energy and vibration.

And so many more examples.

The world is awakening in so many diverse fields, in so many ordinary and extraordinary ways, by so many everyday heroes.  This should make us hopeful.  That we are on the right track.  That we are pushing ourselves forward into the Light.  That we are rapidly evolving as a species on this small little planet in such a short span of time.

Yes, there will be many more challenges ahead, more obstacles to overcome, but the strength of the human spirit will propel us forward.  For it is that spirit, that divine spark within each one of us, that is the true carrot on the stick leading the way.  Never lose faith in that.  Never lose hope.

The Acturians come to us again today with a great article! We, humanity, are indeed in the “end times” or “end game”…your choice of terms. And being in the “end whatever” is not very nice for many of us. Still, the Arcturians urge us to “…remember and live out from truth at all times and in all circumstances. This is how you practice.”

We all hear the word “truth” a lot and folks get confused about what truth really means. My dictionary reveals that truth means “the real state of things”. From a spiritual stand point, I believe truth is what you feel in your heart. From a Law of Attraction standpoint, it is possible to change what you feel in your heart…it’s called emotion, and finding, keeping the positive emotion of love literally changes your world!

Aw, the Acturians present their ideas much, much better than I, so please read their message, dwell on how this applies to you, and…

Greetings dear ones, we are here to assist in moving the energy of the world from the old (dense/heavy) and into the new (Light). It may seem as if the world is falling to pieces but no, you only see the storm before the calm. Hold your peace dear ones, while not getting too involved in appearances. Try to remember and live out from truth at all times and in all circumstances. This is how you practice.

The world teaches that living is easy when everything is “perfect” according to three dimensional concepts of perfect, and many still strive to attain the human sense of a “perfect” life. Even those who have attained what the world deems success, continue to seek “something” to fill an inner emptiness that can never be satisfied from without. However, in the beginning stages of spiritual awakening, failure and disappointment are vital for they result in a seeking and digging deeper for answers, which in turn brings soul growth. This is the story of the Holy Grail–they sought it unsuccessfully the world over and found it back home hanging in a tree.

Every soul longs to know and experience ITSELF, but when an individual is ignorant of this, he seeks in the outer world of things, people, power, money, and sex. It is not meant that lives have no joy, for the energy of joy is closest to the Divine. Embrace those things you enjoy, have fun and spend time doing what you love, but do not look to these things for that sense of completion that can only come through attaining a state of consciousness that knows it is already whole and complete.

Spiritual evolution involves knowledge and then practice, translating every appearance into the spiritual reality behind it until it becomes one’s attained state of consciousness. This means realizing that everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or smell is a mind interpretation of a spiritual reality translated according to your attained state of consciousness and it demands walking the walk instead of just talking the talk.

Gaia is making many changes in order to clear and shift her energy and you are going with her if you choose. Much is going to change after the clearing of the earth is complete. However, it is very important not to live in the future while ignoring the present, for simply waiting for change will cause you to bypass many opportunities for spiritual growth. Just live each moment as it comes along doing the best you can, fully aware that you are having a third dimensional experience whether it is good or bad.

We speak today of gratitude for this is the time in which many will celebrate a special day for giving thanks. Gratitude in akin to love, for it is a facet of love.

There are some who reject the idea of gratitude choosing instead to stand firm in the belief that they are entitled to every good as well as the goods of others also. Actually as Divine beings, everyone is entitled to completeness and wholeness, but the ego sense of this truth (the belief that one must scheme and demand for ones good) reflects the low self-esteem and self-loathing that flows from believing in separation.

Gratitude in it’s truest sense, is the joyous recognition of wholeness in oneness, but in the human scene is limited to the state of consciousness of the individual which often dictates who or what deserves gratitude. (belief in separation) Living from a state of gratitude in each moment leads to the deeper awareness and acknowledgement that life and everything in it is already complete and whole. I have because I am.

A mind filled with strong beliefs of duality and separation can only manifest duality and separation. Some days will be good, and some days bad. Because of individual past life experiences, every individual finds themselves more receptive to one or more of the particular world beliefs. This is why there are those who may experience more than the average of health related problems. Another may have continuous relationship issues and there are those who live with unexplained and irrational fears.

Specific struggles are the result of past live experiences that have programmed and then been held in an individual’s energy field throughout lifetimes. These issues are now re-surfacing for many in order that they once and for all be cleared and released. As evolving beings of Light, you no longer need to drag these obsolete energies with you in the belief that they are personally yours–they are impersonal, comprised only of belief in them.

If you believe you have nothing to give gratitude for, then you will manifest exactly that–nothing. Each time you express gratitude either silently or vocally you are acknowledging I HAVE. As you let flow love and gratitude, you receive love and gratitude in infinite forms and variety, for there is only ONE and that which you flow is flowing to you.

What do I have? Look about you, see what you have, and start pouring. On a physical level, clean out your closets, garages, and shelves–get the flow going. There is someone who could use that item sitting unused. Hoarding is the consciousness of “I don’t have, and never will have, and so I must hold on to whatever I can.” This state of consciousness will serve to perfectly block any energy flow. Again, there is only ONE and you give to yourself when you realize that everything flows from one Infinite omnipresent Source and not from a limited personal pocket.

On the emotional level, flow support, love, and practical assistance, but always from a level of compassion and not sympathy. On the mental level flow forth truth and assist those ready and who ask to see what you see.

Expressing gratitude in every moment will develop within you a consciousness of “I have” which will then evolve into; “I have because I am”. Practice by giving gratitude for every facet of daily living– for a clean bathroom, a warm coat, a shoveled path or the ability to shovel that path. It is the small things, the song of a bird, the purr of a cat, the wag of a tail–signs of love and oneness welcomed, but often not given gratitude for.

Everything can be a source of gratitude, even the difficult experiences helping you to grow and evolve for without them you would not be where you are now. Look back and see how you have grown from some of your most difficult times. Everything is for spiritual growth even if some experiences do not fit a world concept of how things should be. Nothing experienced is ever forced, each is fulfilling their pre-birth contract set up to include whatever experiences are necessary for shifting to the next level.

It is time to stop complaining that this or that is not the way you think it should be and therefore there is nothing to be grateful for. All are on earth to grow and learn spiritually, realizing unconditional Love while experiencing duality and separation. No one is on earth to live a fat, happy, indulgent life of accumulation while doing nothing but desiring more.

An un-awakened society presents idols for you to emulate, idols of physical beauty, wealth, talent, and power. If you are to spiritually grow, you must cease buying into this nonsense, and realize that no one person, saint or sinner, has more God qualities than another. All embody the fullness of the Godhead but are only able to experience and express it after it becomes a living, breathing state of consciousness. The outer scene is always a reflection of personal and universal consciousness. As long as there is a belief in duality and separation, there will be those who have more, and those who have less.

Gratitude expressed silently, secretly, and verbally in every moment of each day is an activity of love reflecting the recognition of one’s wholeness. Even if you are not experiencing what you consider to be wholeness at this time, realize that you are moving toward it and give gratitude for this realization. Recognize the outer for what it is and know that regardless of any outer circumstances you may be dealing with, nothing can ever separate you from your SELF.

We are love and one with you.
