This is one of the BEST article’s I  have seen from Sophia Love as this directly addresses how we deal with the negative feelings that come about from all the S*** we are facing now. When news comes to us about this person did THAT terrible thing, and that person is doing THIS horrendous and illegal act, how do we spiritual folk deal with that in our heads, and in our hearts?

Sophia brings to “light” (pun intended) that we who are awake and aware are capable of releasing our anger, fear, and any other negative response by visualizing how the sender deals with your positive response!

So…please read on, learn a better way of handling negativity in your life, and…

Advocating neither an impenetrable wall nor complete submission brings up something new.  This something is as yet undefined. We are awake, aware and talking about it.  This makes us a target.

Without creating paranoia or delusion, let’s address some things unseen. These are machines and the humans running them.  The term machine is used a bit loosely, realize some of these  “machines” are corporate systems; technology put in place to not only halt our consciousness but create instead fear, anger, combativeness, depression and confusion. They are meant to weaken us.  “Why?” you may ask.  Because in the old world there were enemies to conquer and in order to assure success, a force as powerful as humanity had to be weakened.

I’ve spoken before about the *JKM’s, referring to off planet devices.  Today the subject concerns devices, programs and people whose sole purpose is polarity; keep us separated so that our power is negated.  Remember, we’ve called all of this forth.

Consciousness without fear or walls means awareness, intent and vigilance.  Knowing there are people with another agenda doesn’t necessarily have to lead to hatred.  Instead, unity can be invoked.

Recently targeted, it took me a bit to first realize this was happening and then incorporate a successful response.  A response is necessary and not one of submission or anger but one of loving embrace.  This disarms and confuses, resulting in unexpected transformation.  This could take a while and imagination is key here – visualize, visualize, visualize.

Part of the process is learned from Gregg Braden & is shared below. I’ve always loved Gregg’s approach to things – he is a spiritual scientist and his work feels grounded, practical and do-able.  If you don’t have an hour, move to the last ten minutes of this film.

The key words to use here are “bless you”.  Easier perhaps to say than “love you” – as the process proceeds the difficulty to mean what it is you are saying increases.  It is then that your true feelings emerge.

The process for me began simply enough.  It was a specific person visualized in this case; and there was a great deal of anger and perceived “hurt”.  As the “bless you’s” were repeated there were included, initially, several “even though you ______”. 

Well, as you can imagine, this leads no-where and was eventually abandoned.  Then a most incredible thing happened.  The person I was blessing completely changed their expression (the one I saw in my mind’s eye); first to shock (open mouthed), then to a sort of shame (head drooping), then to a sort of child who was acting out.

It was easy to then move to forgive and embrace this child, yet that did not feel right .  This person was not looking for either.  It took increased effort then to see this being again as an adult and fully accept and bless them AS THEY WERE RIGHT NOW.

Now, notice that nothing was said about forgiving the person or liking what they did.  Those are ideas of polarity.  What happened was a sort of acceptance; an honoring even of the being in question, as another bit of light – oneness. Only then could I leave the encounter – empowered and whole without disempowering the other.

It turns out love is not the best defense or the best offense; it is merely the only thing that actually transforms any situation. It requires nothing extra, yet changes everything.

What’s happening now in these final stages of the shift is perhaps the most challenging.  We are tired.  It feels like it should be over already. We’ve been hurt and there is residual anger.  Yet we came to demonstrate a new way to be.

New ways are never successful if begun on the wreckage of old ways; solid ground is necessary.  We are one and have been every player in this game.  This human that has come to usher in a new age is capable of compassion and love without limit.  We’ve come to demonstrate agape and when it asks you to do so from your deepest wounded self, it may feel insurmountable. 

It is not; for here is where the real Shift happens.  There are no exceptions to this.  We knew this when we showed up.  That’s why we were invited.

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

This is another conversation hled between Sophia Love, a telepathic empath, and…a reptilian! Ewww…really? But. although this is a reptilian, it is NOT one of the “bad reptilians” who seek to damage humanity for their own gain.

Instead, this particular reptilian seeks to learn more about humans and to educate humanity about the sacredness of life…in any form, or fashion…that creates. Now, I will assume this reptilian abides by the Galactic Codex while the “bad reptilians” work they way they want giving no deference to the rules of “right” and “wrong”.

Thank you for pulling back a bit.  How can I help you?
 
We would appreciate an audience.
You have one now with me.
 
Yes, okay.  We will proceed then.  It is our wish to engage in discussion with you and those of you open to alternatives; alternative ways of thinking and being and looking and inter-breeding.  These new thinkings will undoubtedly place stress on the belief systems of many.  Or of those beings who are bound to specific actions as being proper and improper, correct and incorrect.
All of this becomes a challenge when faced with unapologetic alternatives.
Please tell me who you are.
 
Yes, well, I exist…
Hold on, I see a snake body.
 
Yes, very good.  That is one of my forms.
Only one?  Explain?
 
There are levels of creation; you would call my race reptilian yet I do not “slither on the ground at the feet of man” as your scripture tells.  An upright being I am.
There are levels of our genetics and much interbreeding with beings, also upright, that introduce varieties of forms.  You see them now?
Sort of – lighter & almost human yet not quite.  I keep seeing what I can only describe as blonde hair?
 


You are seeing what you are capable of understanding on an upright creature.
Yes. I now see a variety of colored scales – not hair, but lighter.
 
Yes.  That would be closer.
You see, I’ve come to you now as you are approaching an explosion of discoveries; discoveries and announcements that will challenge mankind’s basic belief in divine intervention to sanctify life.
 
Life is created and then expands because it seeks the novel, it seeks its own expansion.
Life in my case is a variety, vast and varied in both appearance and ability; yet all of it sentient, worthy and keepers of the essence of creation mankind holds so sacred.
Mankind would not approve of the couplings or lifestyles on my planet yet there is not judgment here between beings or about behavior that is sometimes pro-creative.  This world is an experiment in collaboration of form.
I am not sure I follow.
 
I do resemble a creature you have come to abhor – not only because of biblical reference but due to some reptilian groups who participated in the takeover of your planet.
My race has nothing to do with that, only we resemble their form.
My race comes now to you to speak of acceptance; acceptance without exception.
It is seen that humanity has such a lengthy journey to take before he comes to full unity consciousness.  It is seen that there are bred into your race an immediate fear and repulsion towards some if not all of mine, if only due to my scales and form.
The only abominations in creation are the forced melding together of different species.  These were done by scientists in the time of Atlantis and the memories are strong in your race, if unrecognized by you.
The beings in my race may not look like you expect but they are worthy of consideration and perhaps more intelligent than many of your own.  You cannot predict personality or ability or intent based on coverings.  For these bodies are just that – coverings.  Even the races we embody are temporary and change as do our incarnations.
I have come now to introduce a notion of enthusiasm for exploration in genetics and expansion of life.  Much more is possible than your current religions’ attitudes allow and none of it against creation itself.
Our looks do not determine intent or our goodness or badness or worth.  Our worth stands equal to mankind’s.  It is our intent that directs our value and merit, and our subsequent actions.
From such a construct of lies and capture, it will take massive intent and trust for man to escape this prison.  With the introduction of alternatives that welcome and encourage man’s expansion, perhaps we can help.
If our race is about anything it is (about) a variety of form.  We work together and live together and breed together with no expectation of similarity.  Our sense of comfort comes not from conforming to a standard protocol appearance, but from a sense of communion.
We feel each other and that tells us everything.  Once man recognizes the same within himself, the same ability, he too may find acceptance of alternatives easy and expansive.

This message is from Sophia Love, a telelpathic empath who communicates with off world BEings on a regular basis. As she states for this message, “This month we don’t have a name. These beings had a very specific message for us, all of us. This is a group anxious to help us appreciate and activate the technology we have been kept from. They offer an interesting suggestion, and one that feels as if it could work.”

The mesage from this alien group revolves around them (the aliens) meeting with a small group of humans…who hold a similar intent of purpose. This is a very interesting proposal! Please read, see what you your heart tells you, and…

The following conversation took place on May 9

th, 2016.  This was two days after we had attempted to contact ufos as a group. We had gathered on that day for a Global CE-5 Event. We saw several ships that night.
“Is there someone who wishes to connect?”
 
There is Sophia, yes. It is our wish to direct a conversation regarding alien contact by non-alien resident humans. 
Go ahead then.
 
It is felt in the human community ( as it is sensed from here ), that we are a unified bunch.  There is no actual “we” that makes up a single “alien” as I’m sure humanity is aware.
Your thoughts/message is coming so fast I’m having difficulty separating it into sentences.  Do you wish to send me the information, allow me to digest it and then once I write it I can read it back to you?  At that point you could correct errors.
 

 
We are open to trying that, yes.  Let us begin with the idea of reaching the off-worlders with conscious focus.
Okay.  Let’s stop there.  I’ll write what I heard. 
 
Yes, proceed and we will wait.
Note – this information came all at once.  It was different and cool and sent in images and I am not really sure how else to explain it.  There were sentences all together, as in a complete story.  I then separated it into the sentences that follow.
 
Since the alien is sort of a generic term, this example may help you to picture our dilemma. 
You are a teacher.  Imagine standing on a stage filled with a hundred other teachers, all experts for different subjects and age groups.  In the audience were thousands of children – all of them asking for “teacher”.
How would you respond?  You’d need to know the specific age and even the question posed by each child.  Suppose you did, as in our case we “pick up” the specifics for each human looking for contact that night (and all nights actually).
Now, let’s say several different teachers could fit the bill as it were, for that single student. How do you respond?
And realize that the student is surrounded by other students, each with different abilities at comprehension and desire for contact.  How do you respond in a way that satisfies everyone in the group?
You don’t.  It is not your desire to alienate anyone (pun intended). You can attempt in a general sort of answer that says “Yes, I hear you and I really am here and available.”  This general response, which is what occurred, was the blinking of our lights.  It was not really satisfying for anyone, either alien or human.
Yet, like a game of phone tag, the human is now “it”.  We wait for your next move.
We hear your message regarding disclosure of life and all available technologies and to that we say, “You know we are here.  You do not require your government’s “okay” to believe what you have seen with your eyes.  What you require is an assist, some insight into these available technologies that have been hidden from most of you.”
It is not our place to give them to you.  We could perhaps show them to you, yet not in these mass grouping events you are holding with many different agendas.
We feel your excitement and have a few suggestions.  First know that we are very excited too and ready to meet you.
Our suggestion for you is to gather a few of you together with one mind and a specific agenda and then broadcast that agenda and we’ll attempt a visit.
It is within the realm of possibility that we could demonstrate to you the tech that would bring humanity as a whole up to the level of an advanced galactic civilization.  Perhaps once a few single minded folks met us, together we then would create a plan for introducing this tech to the world.  Your Mr. Greer could get it exposed to many. 
Once this tech was known to be available right now, then humanity would take care of its production itself.  We have no doubt of this.
It would seem that a planned meeting with recording cameras would assist in that endeavor.
We know that many of you still set us on a pedestal of mysteriousness, and this acts as a blockade to real work being done together.  We desire in these first contacts to meet with those of you who don’t do that.  We desire to help humanity enter into a galactic community as soon as is feasible and possible.
This can occur with cooperation – we are ready to collaborate and truly desire to develop relationship.  We have to come off the pedestal for that to happen. 
We are pleased with your summary and think now you’ll create a proper timing for it to be shared.
We very much wait your next “call”.

Here’s part of a conversation re: unity.  It was interrupted (I fell asleep 🙂  but worth a read…  It took place one month ago, on 
June 1st, 2016. 
 
“Is there someone who wishes to connect?”
 
 
There is now, yes.  It is us.  Can you not feel us as we feel your energy?
I feel you, it is a bit dizzying.
We are many and holding back our enthusiasm so we don’t lose you!
I see many smiling , round faces, smiles, darkness or shadows around them, the color red.
 

 
You are working hard to associate our appearance with those you have seen.  You’ve never seen the likes of us Sophia.  Yet we are not far off from your human appearance.  We do not originate from your planet.
I hear “Pluto”?  What is that a reference to?  
 
 
Some of us have lives there, although we reach you now from our universal mind.  This is not a hive mentality as you are imagining.  
This is Oneness.  As a race we present a singular with many faces.
All the faces in my vision looked the same – identical.

Please introduce yourselves and explain why you reach out in this moment for connection.
 
Yes. We are a conglomerate of thoughts, emanating from many, emitting as a singular voice.  We feel you struggle with this.
 
 
 
It feels odd.  A bit dizzying.  Almost like I am attempting to hold onto a single plate carrying many marbles.  
 
 
 
They roll around, make different sounds and sometimes fall off as I adjust the angle and steadiness of my hand.  
It would help to hear your message.
 
Our message is one of Unity.  It is one thought – given from many, that tells you what it means to be a singular voice with infinite contributors – consciously.
 
This, humanity has always done unconsciously ( a singular voice ).
 
Yet now, as numbers of those in greater levels of consciousness and awareness increase, you are beginning to step into a stage of conscious collaboration.
 
What this means is no passivity.
 
You may have noticed lately how fewer restrictions seem to be put on your own personal behavior.  It is as if the barriers are off and nothing is stopping you.

Many of us here now and conscious may have believed that there was an end.  Perhaps it looked like an exit ramp, built only for us, marked

“STARSEEDS, LIGHTWORKERS TURN HERE”

Perhaps, we were thinking, this road led us to that magical place where no conflict bothered us.  When we got here, our work was done. It was here where we were finally rewarded.  All of our pain and heartache gone, we live out the rest of our lives here, in complete and constant bliss.

There is such a place.  Yet it’s not on the earth.  It’s within.  All that we experience starts there.

Now it turns out that there are actual machines (it seems that there are more than one, yet only one, I’m being told, is focused on us) pointed to earth, whose sole purpose is to dampen our spirits. 

What this means is, regardless of what state you get to, or how blissful you manage to become, you most likely won’t be able to live there; not forever.  These are joy-killing machines.  They are real.  I know someone who has seen them.

They need to be turned off, or at the very least, the one pointed at us does. It seems that in fairness to all concerned, it’s time to disable every single one in operation. We are entering a new era.  These old systems no longer apply.

These machines are sort of sentient (which I admit I don’t completely “get”), and in fact a being is charged with keeping the one pointed our way, going.  This is all it knows to do; its purpose.  It has never been challenged or even engaged by us, the recipients of its efforts.  These machines have been running for a very long time, WITH NO DISCERNABLE PROTEST. Therefore, they are kept running.

It’s important to remember that we are conscious now for a reason.  It’s not to sit back and wait for the exit ramp.  It is to use our innate power and love to help facilitate a rapid and smooth transition to a new earth.

What is being proposed here is a massive call to

TURN OFF THE JOY KILLING MACHINES.  (*JKMS)

We can do this.  It is intent that creates our world.  It doesn’t matter what has been done up until this now moment.  It matters what we use this now moment to manifest.  Let’s manifest joy.

Now that we are aware of them, I imagine it only takes intention to alter their activation. (Sort of like finding the remote) Let’s send a clear message:

TURN OFF THE JKMS.

Be clear; focus on them and the being operating their switches.  Send this message with love and light – these are your super-powers.  Do this often, until the message is received.  I believe we will all know when that happens.

Let’s experience what happens when nothing is holding us down.  We will love without limit.  This sounds like the place that the invisible exit ramp would have taken us to.  Removing all restraints, we can get there without a map or even a vehicle.

I believe we only need to embrace our power and innate heart wisdom and now declare:

TURN OFF THE JKMS.

Our messages are heard, as One, for that is who we are.

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

Sophia – Little round plant beings ~ June 28, 2016

In her telepathic communication with of-world BEings, we have been prepared,…kinda,sorta…for Sophia’s lastest conversation. These tiny, and round Beings are sentient and are from …Earth!

For me, this is the latest “wake-up” call be reading Sophia’s blogs. This message if a HUGE indicator that all is not quite what we imagine on our watery world. Who know that the tiniest of tiny droplets that attach themselves to plants are…sentient!

This message makes semse to me, s these BEings help make our world livable by introducing viability for green and living plants. We all know from our science classes (truth?) that plants take in the CO2 we exhale and use this via the Kreb’s cycle to produce O2 which we breath in…in just the right amount for we humans!

Hello and to those of you new here, welcome!
The conversation below happened last winter. There was a sweetness to this energy that was felt throughout. 
They exist to support life and in their words I see what could be a description of our own reason for being.  It has a purity of purpose that is complete and replicated much further than the system they described, perhaps in all of creation.  It is simple, as most truths usually are. 

There is exquisite beauty all around us, of which we are mostly unaware.
What I felt from them was love.
Before speaking with them, the discussion centered on personal changes that were occurring. The following portion may relate to you as well:
 
 “Like a canary in the coal mine you sense changes before they occur.  This time is one where you consistently find yourself watching yourself be in this life – as you become more removed from this vibration it is all seen more clearly.
The sensation of it is felt as a separate energy; unrelated to your current happening.  This feels strange yet it is the start of multi-dimensional living.”
Before connecting I make several declarations, including “Highest and Best for all concerned. Complete and absolute truth only. No ego. Just love. Pure love. For assistance only.”  And recently, “Complete truth regarding your identity and place of origin.”  Then I see who shows up. This is verbatim. 
This conversation took place on February 14th, 2016.
 
“Is there anyone else who wants to connect?” (It was a morning of multiple conversations)
 
 
We are here now for conversation, yes we are.
Hello.  Please introduce yourself.  I feel a smiling, a sweetness or gentleness.  This feels small.  It is the only word that fits.
 
Yes, we are small, or relatively so.  Also round, relatively so.  We would offer you now an image of our form.
Round faces with scarves?   Smiling? Short and pudgy would be a word to describe what I see.  I see small, round bodies with no clear delineation of appendages although I assume legs are somehow within the round form I see.
 
We are small beings, yes.
Where are you from?
 
Why, from the same place you are!  We live on the earth.  Our size omits us from view. We are more bug size than human.  Perhaps you’d consider us fairy-size.  Yet we do not fly as those creatures do.
We live in dewdrops, on the leaves of plants.  We float and exist to support the ecosystem that supports the other life forms on your home world.
What we do is create vibrations of support and healing so that green exists everywhere.  We find places where it is struggling and our presence forms a habitat that allows vegetation to prosper and become prolific.  The existence of our kind is not realized in your fairy tales or legends perhaps because of our size.
We are almost living off of the plants themselves.  They support us as we encourage and support their proliferation.
We are shy creatures and live in the shadows of the leaves and the drops of dew left in the mornings.
We are essentially conduits for love.  What we “get” from our hosts is satiation and nourishment – a form of light that complements and supports the energy that we emit – which again is a sort of base of encouragement for the growth of the plant.  What this means for you is that there are systems within systems within systems – all cohabitating and supporting one another until no longer necessary.
At certain points other beings and systems show up and are put in place to support whatever process is stimulated.
You have noticed that life has no guarantees as to how it will occur, only that it will proceed until its end and transformation.  Truly there is no end, as all matter is energy and once it dissipates in its current vibration – it re-animates in another.
We participate in the growth process of green on your planet and it is that energetic push that gives us also energy to proliferate.
Do you mate? Have a society? Families?
 
 
We are not as you imagine a human or larger being to be, but we are an integral part of that system of beings.  Our support for the green allows for their growth which in turn eventually nurtures the human form in the way of food/energy.  We are not consumed by the human – our kind is long gone before that part of the process occurs.
Where do you go?
 
There are many seemingly barren places you’ll find on earth where our kind are needed.  We go there, to allow life to continue.
Is there something else?
 


 
Only that if you were to imagine systems of life/circles of life within circles of life and forms of life at every level – SENTIENT AND COMPLETE – you would begin to get a picture of creation itself.
 
 
The brilliance behind the force you are a part of is beyond description.  An introduction to the individual parts as sentient beings – which in fact they are – is a way of expanding your appreciation for the miracle.  We exist beyond your sight.  Yet without our efforts you could not sustain your form.
There is much of which you are unaware.  The vast numbers of beings effecting larger forms of sentient life, like planets, are in turn all supported by multitudes of other life forms – all of them sentient.
With an appreciation of “invisible sentience”, mankind may respond differently to all that he encounters on a daily basis.
Perhaps so, yes, (but) I must go now.
 
I feel we have transmitted our message in full.
